i used bookings.com and paid twice. hotel new nothing and i bought furniture for someone that did not provide any service so i had to pay TWICE. worst experience ever.

The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. There was no elevator and the room had a strange smell. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable. Cannot recommend for elderly that have trouble handling stairs.

Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens quite often there. The screens on a few of the front rooms looked like somebody had tried pulling them off from the outside in the past. I probably will avoid this spot in the future due to security reasons. The staff and the room were great though.

It had an inviting look from the outside, not trashy!! Inside was clean and clerk behind desk was friendly and appearance was very good!! Room was clean, bed was comfortable!! But could use a higher stool in the bathroom and wanted to wash a load of clothes and the washer and dryer were not in where we thought but did ask so was able to get it done!! Coffee needs some help, maybe different water?? But did enjoypur stay!! A mother/daughter weekend!! Had Fun!!

The bed was very comfortable and are room was large. The bathroom under the sink had not been cleaned. Loved their shampoo they had in the shower.

Nothing I showed up there. The bed wasn’t made. The sheets were in a chair and they let us sleep on an old bed when they were installing bed and didn’t give us a new room with the new bed.

The rooms showed a lot of wear with dirty corners and stained grout in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was disappointing. There was no coffee made at 8:00 am, the juice machine wasn’t turned on, so I went for the prepackaged juice and there was only one small apple juice available. I requested coffee and the front desk staff was quick to put a pot on which she sad I could come back for. A good suggestion is to have trays available to take breakfast to your room.
