The room was not ready when we tried to check in and the room was poorly cleaned. The floor was sticky and we ended up having to modify our stay to check out a day early still waiting on a refund would not recommend this to anyone.
- 1/5
Filthy. Hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Trash and garbage in parking lot. This place e is a health hazard! The picture is from washing my feet after a shower, walking on the room's floors

Extremely thin walls/ceiling consistly very nosiy late into the night and early morning, so thin of walls heard the next guy snoring in the next room, and lots of foot stomping above me all night. Not very clean, was dirty Qtips behind toliet upon arrival and dusty/sticky furniture.
- 1/5
All bad
- 3/5
I like that it was affordable and convenient The bathroom was in need of a good paint job to cover up all the plaster and damaged ceiling.
- 4/5
One con Is that I had trouble with the shower valve once in the past. The shower would not produce enough hot water during 1 stay. Another time water dripping continuously from the tub spout. But the rooms are reasonable priced. Which is an important factor to consider. For many when choosing a hotel. I recommend booking a reservation at this hotel. For short term stays.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, and there was a leak in the ceiling that had black mold . The entire place was dirty, inside and outside . Save your $
- 4/5
the mattress on bed was not comfortable could have I used extra blanket had to request toiletries.
- 2/5
And all of the soap dispensers were empty. There were brown stains on the rim of the tub. It was so bad I didn't stay for my prepaid 2nd night.
- 3/5
The waffle maker did n t work took forever to get new towels and trash bags
- 1/5
Very dirty, very loud
- 3/5
Parking was easy. A/C noisy. Fridge very noisy. Lighting excessive, unscrewed four lightbulbs to avoid sunburn. Carpet in common areas dirty. Staff friendly and usually helpful. Main complaint was guess in adjoining room yelling profanities and pounding on wall or desk, waking me up after midnight, and staff apparently did nothing after my call for assistance. The same staff did warn guest in a DIFFERENT room about a SEPARATE noise complaint (not mine). Takeaway: Extreme budget option, and neighbors may not be of highest character. On the whole I give the staff a thumbs-up despite failure to address my noise complaint.

No fan in bathroom heater didn’t work properly, room was dirty, front desk staff was rude

breakfast was basic.

The moment I walked in until his shift was over. He purposely gave me a room that he just checked to make sure was ready and it smelled of bleach. When I asked for some bottles of water he made sure to tell me it was for only red roof ready members and I was not. I would have happily signed up if he just asked. I felt like I was prisoner checking into a jail cell. When I called him to tell him about the the smell in the room he said he could just cancel my reservation. I told him I wanted him to make this right and just give me another room. He said they are all sold out and I said even a double? And then somehow he found one that was available. Later in the night when my key cards weren’t working he didn’t say oh no worries we can fix that. He blamed me for putting them next to my phone. My girl said thank you and he did not say you’re welcome or anything. I won’t be staying at this redroof again
- 2/5
hotel was clean and the room was nice and comfortable. The only downside was the noise and room service— it was quite loud at times, in the second day, my husband asked for towels we’ve been told that room service only after three days of staying. which made it hard to fully relax. Overall, not bad but there is better ones out there.
- 1/5
The man at the front desk at check in was rude and not friendly at all. We booked a room for 4 people and only got 1 towel and 2 washcloths. When we asked for more (enough for all of us to take a shower) we were told they were out and didn’t have anymore. The place needed a good vacuuming/cleaning. The remote to the tv didn’t work correctly and the tv would go to a blank screen so that we weren’t able to watch it. When complaining again to the morning guy at the desk he blew us off and never acknowledged we were talking to him. We do NOT recommend this hotel at all!!
- 1/5
Loud dirty n rude
- 2/5
You get what you pay for. I stayed for 10 days and nobody but me ever entered my room. I was told at check-in that someone would come empty my trash every 3 days - nope. Old, run-down looking room; microwave kept tripping the power strip it was plugged into and had the wrong tray so it wouldn't rotate; iron leaked water all over my shirt; TV remote battery cover missing; pillows miserably lumpy and uncomfortable; breakfast is extremely basic and limited; adhesive vinyl flooring was loose in places. Not a "horrible" experience but one I don't care to repeat.
- 1/5
The room was filthy, hair and debris all over the place someones belongings were still in the room. There were food crumbs everywhere. Absolutely disgusting a ring of dirt in the bathtub. After being shown another room and found the same dirt and grime in the tub even the manager was grossed out. They had to refund us and we we went elsewhere.
- 3/5
It was a place to sleep instead of driving 2+ hrs in the wee hrs.
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 2/5
Basics for the price, room was reasonably clean, AC worked, coffee, soap etc all there, plenty of towels and pillows. Free WiFi worked. Continental breakfast was as expected. Didn't try TV. Their key machine wasn't working so had to be let into room by front desk every time, lucky it was only one night. No ice machine on floor. There was no way to turn on the shower head, bath only, didn't realize until morning no chance to change room.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was decent. Lication qas good. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1. Cancelwd first day there. Said I had to refund through Booking .com , which I am trying to do.

Place was very dirty, drug addict in the hall, door open when checking in. Left after 15 min.

The location is great but the breakfast needs improvement. Breakfast

Nothing. Everything.

First room we asked to be moved because of a barking dog right next to us!! 2nd room had bed bugs. We were so discussed we left and drove home. Nothing about that place would ever interest me to go back. EVER!

Heater worked great. Easy parking
- 2/5
People were slamming doors and being obnoxious all night long
- 4/5
The staff and ameneties were great. Free breakfast a plus. The room Needed work. Repairs. We had our two dogs with us so i was glad they room had flooring and not carpet.
- 5/5
Very clean room and corteous staff.
- 2/5
Most importantly, the staff were doing the best they could. Red Roof Inn needs to invest some money to update and refurbish the hotel, and hire sufficient housekeeping staff. We were looking for a budget hotel, and have previously stayed at Red Roof. Nothing fancy, but clean and well-maintained. This location damaged their reputation.
- 4/5
Parking was fine. It’s a old hotel, it needs some up keep.
- 1/5
Staff were very helpful! Rooms, I mean rooms we moved twice were not good at all. First room smelled like a dead body was in the tiny fridge, drawers dirty. Second room Black mold behind toilet, tub leaked all out to main door walls were scrapped up pretty bad visually not appealing.
- 3/5
Room was clean. TV wouldn’t work. No signal. Tried to no avail. Shower leaked and you could hear it from the beds. Wrapped it with a towel.
- 4/5
First room hadn’t been turned. Second room was fine. Tv remote and shower controls overly complicated (and I’m an engineer).
- 1/5
Staff not friendly make you feel your an inconvenience being there. Also cockroaches
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Room and staff was good. Breakfast was disappointing.
- 4/5
Noisey
- 4/5
Little noisy
- 5/5
Parking convenient, desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless without a nasty odor that many motels have. The heat worked well in the room, and felt safe from the time arrived until the time I left.
- 1/5
Convenient Broken shower knob and beetles in beds and their excuse was “we get them all the time” none of that was ever stated
- 4/5
Bon accueil. Déjeuner satisfaisant. Personnel courtois.
- 3/5
Room was okay the mattress was very old n lumpy and the shower didn’t drain properly. Staff was very nice n quick
- 5/5
Wonderful decor in guest rooms.
- 4/5
The room has been updated beautifully, the breakfast area was very clean with a great selection, Antonio who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. The only down si the bathrooms need an update, which I believe they are in the process of. The price was excellant and so was the location.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Key cars were down, staff had to unlock door to room.
- 2/5
Our second stay was awful! The key system wasn’t working so front desk had to open our room every time we needed access. The tv didn’t work. The front desk staff tried to fix it. One channel would work but that’s it. We weren’t offered another tv or another room! The bed on our second stay was very uncomfortable. We stayed in many red roof hotels during our 12 day trip. Never again!

- 2/5
Floor was dirty and didn’t have key for room. Staff was nice though very helpful.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Room was fair. Beds were clean.
- 1/5
The room card key system was not working. Additionally, the room sink was clogged with an unknown item; TV was not working properly. As such, we declined staying under these unacceptable conditions. The front desk manager did try his best to rectify the many issues.
- 1/5
Room had bugs. No key was given to get into room
- 4/5
The room was clean, good staff and quiet atmosphere.
- 1/5
It was so bad I ended up leaving two days early and canceling the rest of the trip. I just want my money back please..
- 4/5
The only thing is 226 is by the dryer vent and it seeps into the room. I was moved to 247 and that room had mold in the bathroom and entry light. Those rooms need vents in the bathrooms.
- 5/5
I stayed there for 2 weeks it was a good stay allowed to have my puppies with me breakfast was good room service was good customer service was good no complaints will come back anytime to stay
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting. Room did not have a tv cable and power was off when I arrived. Finally found the power strip buried behind the tv stand. Staff way overworked and have kind of given up. Worst property I’ve ever stayed at.
- 5/5
Really nice place, nice person in the front desk really full education and nice actitudes for help
- 4/5
When I arrived the previous guest had not yet left and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. It had a slight odor. Otherwise everything was good.
- 2/5
Bed was comfortable. Floors needed cleaning.
- 3/5
The hallway outside the rooms looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The toilet in my room was used and unflushed. Noisy guests in and out of their rooms all night, but you get what you pay for.

- 4/5
The cons were. There was not a diverter on the tub. Could only draw water for a bath. No shower option. There was a glitch with the mechanism of the entrance door. I had to request the staff's assistance to open door. When inserted, the card key didn't work right. If I needed to, I would stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
The people, service was amazing. Tina and Antonio were awsome!!!
- 1/5
The fact that I spent my last 2 days there with my wife and 2 children one is 2 years old the other is 1, with no towels and very minimal room service
- 1/5
It needed a lot of attention with the cleaning. Our rooms were never cleaned during our stay and coffee was not refilled until I asked
- 1/5
Breakfast menu needs an upgrade
- 2/5
Place is old and in need of serious updates. Blanket had cigarette burns in it. Smells moldy in the hallway. The staff is nice at least.
- 2/5
Terrible stays
- 4/5
Parking was easy but open. Ac kept room cool. No tv remote so only had one chanel to watch.
- 2/5
The property is very dirty. The smell of urine and the stickiness of the floors was bad. As we were checking in another couple came up to the front desk complaining about the smell of urine in their room. The room floors were so dirty and sticky that we had to throw our socks in the trash when we took them off. I am aware that the hotel is pet friendly but for this reason, cleaning should be much better. Also, I dont know whos idea was it to have a cherry tree at a dog friendly hotel. Cherry pits are very toxic to dogs. Definitely not a good idea and can be a legal issue if someone's dog gets a hold of them. The tv in our room was not working when we got there. Someone had stolen the hdmi cord. The staff was very helpful. They were the only plus side to the stay. Due to the lack of cleanliness at the hotel, we skipped on breakfast.

Location
- 3/5
I was counseled by front desk staff due to a complaint by another guest because my dog barked a few times at 8:30 am when I left the room for a few minutes to be a responsible owner and clean up after my pet (and someone else's pet as well). It's a Red Roof Inn, for Pete's sake. Dogs bark. Fine--next time I'll just leave my dog's crap on their grass like other guests did. I was awoken at 7am due to a neighbor's yappy dogs barking, incidentally.
- 3/5
Had to get moved the next day
- 5/5
The room smelled really good upon arrival. The beds were comfy, staff friendly. Needed a few more options for breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything
- 1/5
The property was not so clean. Also the staff did not take care of a complaint I made about the TV not working.
- 4/5
Clean comfy bed … quiet enough for restful sleep. Hot water pressure stellar ! Will visit again !
- 2/5
The shopping stores are very convenient.
- 4/5
Hallways need a good cleaning/ vacuuming.
- 5/5
The place was safe, quiet and clean. My dog stayed free of charge. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially, Antonio.
- 2/5
I've stay at this location on multiple times after a day at Saratoga but this time they put me in a room that seemed to be next to the heating /AC vent and inside the room it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. Went downstairs and asked for a new room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a couple half naked laying on the bed. Once again went downstairs and the front desk employee gave me another room and when I opened the door the room was not made (no sheets, bedspread, towels, etc) by this time I just wanted to get some rest so just layed on the mattress and at 5am went down to get towels so I could take a quick shower and be on my way. I've always had a good experience at the RR but not this time.
- 2/5
first television didnt work we went in early to get up at 5 so we went to bed. problem for at 3 or 4 hours people coming an going talking making noise banging on floors upstairs didnt die down until 2 a.m. never went to red roof never will again shower no handrails easy to take a flopwe are seniors!
- 3/5
Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Couldn't use the ac because it was to noisy. Shower was a little tricky. Room was clean but hallway could use a good vaccuming.
- 4/5
My lower rating for the area is because there were some derelict buildings next door, not that the hotel could do anything. If we ever visit again I would stay there.
- 5/5
Was ok
- 0.5/5
The staff…that was it It was filthy, the hallways stairs everything was dirty. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke. The jetted tub had grime and filth and when the jests started a bunch off dirt and black stuff shot out, it was gross
- 1/5
How is this place not shut down? We were greeted with first impressions of front desk employees smoking right outside as we pulled up. The exterior of the building was in poor shape with weeds overthrowing. The wall behind the front desk had several patched and unpainted areas and the lobby and stairwell carpeting were ripped up and filthy. We would have left and found another place but it was just one night. The sink in our room was visibly dirty, the walls were scuffed, there were visible stains on the bedskirt. Such a grimey place. Would never stay here again.
- 1/5
First thing noticed was a bad smell to the room and the wall all chewed up around the window unit, then seeing the black mold on the ceiling over the shower. The floor made my feet all black with dirt when I walked barefoot in the room. It really showed when I showered and my feet made the floor of the shower very dirty. The somewhat continental breakfast was old food. English muffin, bagel, waffle mix, coffee, tea, and that’s it. Had to ask for a bath mat, which was not provided in the room. They never changed the sheets or towels in a three day stay. The help at the front desk were complaining about too many days on and long hours. One woman was outside having a meltdown with her boss on the phone with no one tending the desk. Will not stay there again!
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hallway smelled musty and carpet dirty. Parking lot and front entrance cigarette butts all over ground.
- 3/5
I came here to meet with family, and my cousin came as well. We shared the room. It was good for what we needed it for and was affordable. They offered Breakfast and coffee which is always inviting and was nice. I definitely recommend.
- 3/5
However, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
- 2/5
The floors and rugs were filthy. My feet stuck to the rug in the breakfast area. Bathroom not clean
- 1.5/5
Convenient to the track Place was filthy
- 0.5/5
Got evicted n wasn't there all day guy at front lied started throwing chair .I called cops on this fruitcake .Will never stay at a red roof inn again
- 3/5
Ok for a night and good value
- 4/5
I stayed at this property frm 8/3 -8/7. I had stayed here previously from 7/30-8/1 and reported that I wouldn't stay here again except I had a non refundable reservation. This time I had a cleaner room and no noise complaints. The complementary breakfast was bagels, English muffins, juice, and make your own waffles. The area is having some road construction so the location was not the best.
- 2/5
I stayed at this property 7/30-8/1. I wasn't looking for a 5 star hotel but I was looking for a clean room and quiet overnight. The floor was dirty and slippery. The bathtub faucet leaked and whoever was in the room next to mine was screaming at midnight. I had to call the front desk and complain about the noise which they took care of right away. The next morning I told them I needed to move my room and they did that. Overall I wouldn't return to to this location.
- 5/5
Easy to find
- 2/5
Check in was quick although was charged full amount even though stay was prepaid through Expedia. Did get a refund of errant charge. Room had maybe been sweeped, but not vacuumed, thankfully no carpet. Toilet was running which I fixed myself. Paint/wall covering around shower was in dire need of repair/maintenance. External door lock was a bit wonky, but got it figured out in a couple days to work the first or second time I attempted to unlock it. AC was excellent and kept room good and cool. TV was good as was refrigerator in room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Just a bed to sleep in and a shower to get clean with no frills and a short, easy drive to Saratoga.
- 1/5
Room was so smelly Lobby and hall way Capet was duty Room and bath room were old and dusty every where People were so slow at the reception
- 2/5
Dirty floors, witnessed after a spill cleanup. Door to room is warped or damaged. Will not open or close we aas
- 2/5
The front desk staff was either new or uninformed and had his head down on the counter, sleeping? The door to the room was not working properly and didn't open without forcefully pushing it with you entire body and also did not close properly without really slamming it. The TV did not work properly with the remote, but we finally got it working by adjusting the input buttons on the side of the TV. The drain in the tub was dirty and in need of replacement. We chose not to use the shower in this room. The toilet seat was very loose and needs tightening or replacement.
- 4/5
Close to restaurants
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
Avoid this hotel if you can. Lobby area was dirty, common areas not vacuumed, floors feel damp. Rooms are in bad shape- marks all over the walls, our door lock looked like it had been jimmied at one point. One look at the tub/shower and I decided I was cleaner already than I might be after using it. A glance under the bed was horrifying - pieces of food and other trash everywhere. Front desk staff appeared stoned - two guys discussing what they might order for dinner rather than helping customers. I could go on with more but you get the idea.
- 2/5
There was only bagels and only decaf coffee
- 5/5
Thanks!
- 3/5
This property is run down and needs some work. The staff was pleasant though and they allowed pets, so it was fine for a one might stay.
- 1/5
I
- 2/5
The common areas are dirty. Windows need cleaning. Inadequate breakfast choices. 4 out of 10 star rating. Would never go back or recommend.
- 1/5
The property is not kept up. Broken sink, missing baseboards, smellled like urine in the room. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. We asked for a refund.
- 2/5
The place needs a good renovation. Feels tired and old. Room was clean enough but the AC was loud. Not so clean in the rest of the facility. Staff was nice and helpful though.
- 3/5
We stay here every summer for a weekend as we travel through the area. Every year our stay is great. This year, it seems things have changed. The property doesn't seem to be maintained as it should. Normal, routine things such as the door to the room, the TV, run through Roku now and down to the ice machine all were problems. Even the complimentary breakfast has diminished in variety. I did mention to some of the employees about our negative experience. They were all very sincere and genuine. The general manager, Kristi, I believe her name was, took the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns. All in all, with proper, regular maintenance, I think things can be fixed and return to the good experience we're used to receiving here during our stay.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. I would not stay there or recommend that hotel.
- 1/5
Day ladies at registration complaining of being too busy and the inside and outside of building and rooms need serious cleaning, attention and the entire property needs a refresh. People smoking near entrance. Dog garbage can too full and no bags for the dog waste, so i did have my own but had to throw it in normal trash.
- 1/5
I was shocked how dirty the hotel was in Clifton Park. I understand being outdated but cleanliness is important. It did not appear that the staff vacuums or mops the lobby area. Our hotel floor was so dirty and the bathroom walls and floor was dirty. I will never stay here again.
- 2/5
Rooms dirty hallways dirty smells like mildew. No room cleaning.
- 5/5
I would definitely reserve a room at the Red Roof again!
- 3/5
Thin walls could hear my neighbors arguing until 2am. When returning on second day found dead bugs in a few spots in my room. Noisy construction company next door moving materials late at night (not controlled by the hotel obviously but after the other issues wanted to make note) it’s an ok place to stay but pricy for the experience I had.
- 1/5
Mattress was very firm, bedding was stained. I contemplated buying sheets at nearby Target and was concerned about possibility of bedbugs. AC was noisy - bring earplugs. I felt sorry for the staff, it’s clearly not their fault but the ownership’s lack of attention to updates. We were in the area for a concert at SPAC and wanted something inexpensive - I cannot believe we paid over $500 to stay here for 2 nights. Based on the condition of the hotel, we should have only paid $150 max. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $100 and stay somewhere else. Pictures on expedia do not represent the current state of this place.
- 4/5
Room was fine. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. I had an injured hand and a bacterial infection on my face. The guy at the front desk made me feel infinitely worse about and already horrible day.
- 2/5
Property is dated. But in a bad way. No elevator. Mold in bathroom. Water pressuer non-existent. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall. No turn-down service the three days we stayed (no Do-Not-Disturb sign either). Probably should've checked out sooner, but it was just a place to rest for a few hours while in area for work, and almost everything else was booked. But would not recommend.
- 2/5
This property was not well maintained. The hallway carpets were not vacuumed and did not get vacuumed while we were there. The room was outdated and needed a lot of maintenance, like paint and patching of walls. There were cobwebs in the corners. Also, the TV did not work. The floor in the room was damp throughout our stay. Front desk staff seemed uninterested.
- 4/5
Entrance to hotel is dated. Room was clean, updated and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great stay with a pet. Their outdoor area is spacious and their rooms are well taken care of. Great for an overnight stay. Close to the interstate.
- 1/5
The hotel nee
- 5/5
Bathroom was small. No carpet but clean property and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Tv remote had issues.
- 4/5
Great place to stay if you simply need a clean room and bed and don’t want or need amenities. No elevator for physically challenged. Some rugs need to be replaced. Fitness room was average. Would be good if they added a water cooler, lighter dumbbells, a fitness mat and a Pilates ball. Continental breakfast is good but limited. Liked the bagels, instant oatmeal and waffle maker but would be better if they added protein (hard boiled egg or yogurt?) and fruit (bananas?).But this is not a high end property, so just set expectations accordingly and you’ll be fine.
- 1/5
The floors in the room was sticky. The linens had a foul stench and the tv didn’t work
- 1/5
The hotel had a smell of animal mixed with marijuana. The room was not ready when we arrived after the 3pm check-in time. The shower was outdated. The wall was deteriorated near the ac unit. The one bed has stains on the bedding. Hallway rugs appeared to need a good shampooing and a vacuuming would have done wonders for its appearance. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
It was filthy
- 1/5
We showed up at 5pm on 6/21 when check in was 3pm. Told our room wasn’t available yet- we waited until about 5:30. There was no ice - ice machine was broken. The stairs and upstairs hallway carpet looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There were hairs in bathroom and sink that definitely did not belong to us. The faucet to our sink didn’t work- water trickled out once in awhile if we were lucky. The kid at the front desk was gracious enough to give us our money back as we did not feel comfortable staying. He was the only positive part. Will never stay at or recommend a red roof to anyone again.
- 3/5
Convenient and cost efficient hotel and location. Staff needs to care a little more. Nothing bad happened, but weren't pleasant upon arriving or leaving. Pretty much acted like they were not happy about their jobs. Place definitely gives a feel of being beaten up. In the end, it was a convenient and cost effective stay for one night and just 20 minutes from SPAC.
- 2/5
Understaffed. Our deadbolt didn’t engage fully.
- 2/5
I will say the staff was super friendly, took accountability for the mistakes, and were working hard to fix the issues. I’m pretty sure they were fully booked and understaffed the day I stayed, and despite that, the staff were definitely a highlight.
- 2/5
The nicest feature of the stay was the hair dryer.
- 4/5
Everything was I guess as expected. The facility was just very dated. Clean overall and staff amenable.
- 3/5
Room assigned wasn't clean and had to get a new room. The entire floor had rooms with open doors waiting to be cleaned...2nd. floor smelled like pot.

They originally gave us a room key for a room that was occupied, and that was a little awkward at first, but this place was clearly understaffed and deserves a lot more help. I can’t fault the folks who work there operating with what little they have. That being said, this was a fine place to crash after a concert at SPAC. Inexpensive, quiet, and the folks who work there are friendly. Definitely no frills, but if that’s all you need it’s fine!

While my room was fairly clean and no smell; the hallways, stairwells, and other common areas looked like they had never been vacuumed EVER! So much dirt, trash and whatever else you could think of all over the floors. The hallways reek of cigarettes and pot. The place needs a total overhaul. The staff is friendly, but clearly don’t care about the cleanliness and upkeep of this place.

The carpet throughput the hotel was filthy. Our bathroom had holes in the walls and used, dirty towels on the back of the door. The remote was under the bottom sheet on the made bed. We left in the middle of the night. Will never stay there again

The room was shabby with chipped paint and wood. No housekeeping service. Really filthy hallways. Too many smokers. Would never stay there again.

This Red Roof Inn offers large, clean rooms with exceptional service. Had a couple small issues (TV, business center) and Nick, who was on the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. There is no doubt Nick is a huge asset for the hotel.

Staff lovely but the room lacked cleanliness and the bed was hurting as the springs poked and the mattress was obviously old

Will stay again if there is an opportunity

Got there at 5pm and room wasn't ready. Front desk staff did what she could to move things around so we could get checked in as we were heading to a tournament. Room and hotel were not in great shape. Mildew in the bathroom, cracked sink, floor was sticky.

Although the facility was worn, the staff were very courteous and attentive.

Room gross, floor sticky, bed dirty, dust everywhere. Dried up beetle on the floor. Paper thin walls. Door deadbolt did not line up, had to lift the door to make it work.

Despite checking in at 8 p.m. and the room was not ready yet. The touch surfaces in the room were clean but the walls were not (wall beside toilet had brown streaking??). Staff were friendly and efficient however they were loud - could hear them loudly talking to each other as they were cleaning the room across the hall from me at 7 a.m. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable.

Dirty carpet throughout the facility, room was clean. Bathroom could use an upgrade.

Hallways smelled of weed even though the front desk was very stern about no smoking in the rooms and the areas outside were covered in dog poop from the owners not cleaning it up.

Clean, great customer service

Due to mobility issues, the desk clerk ensured we had a first floor room. He was pleasant and sounded like he enjoyed helping guests have the best experience possible.

Excellent experience. Kind, friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas.

They gave us a room without a working lock and never fixed it liked the claimed. Plus room service never came once to clean or change are sheets, we had to keep asking for clean towels

Bad hotel. Do Not book here. Horrible staff and not clean

I have stayed at this location 4 times in the past 4 years. Room and bathroom have always been clean, fresh towels were put in bathroom each day. This time I did get a walk-in shower with a shower chair as requested. I should have grab bars installed. The one thing is the shower didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Also, each day I requested fresh towels and we had to go to desk to get them as they were not put in bathroom as requested.Door on the refrigerator was broken and the desk wriggled and I was afraid it would fall to the floor. The staff was friendly.

Worst stay I've had. Hallways dirty. Bathroom dirty. Walls dirty. Drug deals going on through a first floor room window.

We paid extra money for the jetted tub, although the tub was very large it was hard to use. It took literally 30 mins of continuous water to get hot water to our room. The drains in the sink and the tub drain so slow (about 1/4) of the speed the water comes out of the faucet. The bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been on. The small of weed in the hallways knocked you over. The outside of the building is very run down. On the plus side the staff at checkin was very nice. This hotel needs some serious help.

Just a little ghetto

I’ve stayed here many times before for this trip. It was cheap, clean and quiet. This was not the case this time. New staff, new cleaning. Everything smelled like weed and cigarettes. The room we were given had not been cleaned. The toilet was running upon arrival. There was no trash can in the room. The walls had what assumed were vomit that had gotten missed. The front staff never looked up from their phones to greet. Breakfast was okay; bananas, oatmeal packets and waffles.

My aunt dropped her shoes in the lobby while checking in. Asked about them to front desk and no one knew or saw anything. However when we returned from our event they magically appeared in lobby a luggage chart.

Good place to lay your head down and rest however it's very outdated and the bathroom is rusty, the tv did not work at all
