Perfect one night stay. Highly recomended.

Big party in rooms down hall on 1 at floor and no staff put a stop to it. Staff were no more then 25’ from party. Loud and in hallways screaming and yelling. If we had not been driving all day we would have asked for refund and left. Room 118 very disappointed.

The lovely lady that runs the breakfast. Is very helpful , constantly kept everything clean. Good size rooms. I I I Very helpful staff! We will return.

Worst hotel stay I can remember and I have stayed in hotels for nearly 200 nights over the past 7 years. The hotel itself is fine and the staff nice enough but there is a club next door and they play loud music until 2:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night because the noise from the club. And the hallway noise is terrible, slamming doors and loud people but that died down around 11:30. I have learned a painful lesson to check the businesses nearby a hotel for when they close to prevent another awful sleepless stay, And to top it off the hotel refused to refund any portion of the stay. Horrible experience, worst stay ever, never stay here again.

Clean. Very friendly staff

We had a clean room. I didn’t like that when your at the pool and need to go to the bathroom you have to walk through the hallway in wet bathing suit. Very uncomfortable for the grandkids plus more of a chance to slip. The directions to connect to WiFi were unclear, I had to call front desk for help and bring my 3 grandchildren with me. Then the directions for the TV were not clear. I was looking for some paper directions but they were on TV. I finally figured that out but couldn’t figure out how I could connect to my Netflix so we watched on my laptop. The free breakfast could be a little better as far as maybe scrambled eggs but was good. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The staff and especially the cleaning guy was amazing to my step son, can’t thank them enough for making his stay so wonderful!!!

The exercise room was clean, all the mechanical equipment worked properly.

The staff was awesome, helpful and soo nice. I didn’t get names but the bell hop gentleman Saturday night was informative and told us things around us to check out and the lady at the buffet in the morning was just very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were nice, pool was small but did the job and worst part which was all good and no issues was it was packed with wrestling kids running down the hall at 6am.

Rooms spotless. Good staff. Thermostat malfunctioned for few hours causing colder room 65F, could improve with maintenance.

While the room was tidy, the bathroom had red mold around the handle in the shower, there were some significant stains on the furniture. Staff was pleasant and help full and the breakfast area was really nice. We liked to ability to have hot tea and hot chocolate whenever we wanted it. As celiacs breakfast had nothing really to offer us. We asked if they could let us see packaging on oatmeal and cereal to just see if any of that was gluten free with no option to even do that. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

They wanted to clean room at 9 am! No thanks! We were going to get breakfast so i put sign on door till we were ready for invasion. They never came back even though sign not there more than half hour- we had wet towels from shower curtain not fitting right. I put them in hall and told manager. Got more towels. Still in hall when we checked out. Stay there when visiting son- never again!

The room had broken shades, the bathroom sink wouldn’t go down, a piece missing on the toilet seat, light fixture above the shower did not work, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty etc… to name a few. They really need to take better care if this is truly a holiday inn.

Room was missing hairdryer and carpet was not vacuumed. Other than than that it was great.

Rooms are always clean, mattresses are not too hard, continental breakfast is always available. Staff are kind and friendly.

The hotel was nice but the restaurant next door had very loud music playing all night which kept me awake. The rooms are not very sound proof also. Heard people in the room above me.

I loved the property.

However, was charged an extra $50 from Expedia quote. They have referred this as additional charges in the event. There was any damage to the room.. I have traveled all over the world for 60 years and never been charged this before . This is a bad reflection to Expedia and makes me question whether I will use Expedia again because I had paid it in full when reserving and then saw an additional $50 for incidentals.

Nothing Non smoking Room smelled like smoke and mildew. There was mildew in bathroom shower. The Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The beds were harder than expected.

I liked how close to everything this hotel was, but it was settled back off the main road so you didn't have the busy traffic while trying to enter or leave the exit the property. The staff was top notch as well, very nice and helpful! . When we checked out after our stay, we forgot a bag of clothes and the next day they found it and held onto it for me for a few days until I was able to make the almost two hour drive one way back down to grab the bag. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

There were a couple things we were less happy about: we reserved a king-size bed but were given two queens, and the toilet seat was breaking and needed to be replaced. So it wasn’t perfect, but all in all this is a fine motel and we would stay there again.

What I did like was the friendly staff. The quietness and the helpfulness that I received.

Nothing. I requested a higher floor. They put us on the first floor with no ac. We told him it was not working while at dinner. No one fixed it. Staff was not helpful. Room was dated on first floor. Smelled like pot. We have young children.

Mallory was very nice and accommodating at the front desk. Only downside was the sofa in my room was very dirty. And the AC unit hummed quite loud. Had to turn it completely off to fall asleep. Fortunately, it wasn’t that hot in the evening at least.

Very nice hotel. 20 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack. Shuttle is available to the track for a fee. The breakfast and coffee were excellent.

We have stayed here several times. This time, we were surprised to find that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and resupplied. There were dirty washcloths left on the shower head, and there were no tissues. When we went to shower, the body wash container was empty.

Hotel was clean and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was friendly but the we did have issues my window blind was broke the lights would work sometimes and not work sometimes. The elevator was broke on check out day so that was a blast being on the 3rd floor. But the real kicker was apparently they have NO extra pillows. I have never heard of such a thing.

Property was clean and updated. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Shouldn't the Holiday Inn have found me a hotel room that was a step up for my inconvenience? It was too late to go back and ask. (Besides, I'd used my Hotels.com reward dollars to pay for the room. I was only out $7.) Still...

The staff at the desk were friendly and professional, my room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. I’ll be sure to stay again!

So many options in the area and great for a larger family.

The breakfast selections were excellent. VERY clean eating area. My only criticism is that the eating area was very warm making it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy our breakfast. Maybe directions on how to use the tv remote. I had a question for the desk clerk concerning the remote and she didn’t have a clue. I told her that by the time I figured out the remote our stay would have ended.

My family checked in on saturday night. The hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was typical holiday inn and the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel (particularly our floor) had an overwhelming cigarette smoke and marijuana. Being sensitive to smoke I had a difficult time breathing outside of our room. It was also not pleasant having ones hotel room adjacent to a bar with the noise and lighting.

Incidental hold takes 5 business days to get returned.

Staff was very friendly and very clean rooms. Bteakfest was very good.

Once we arrived at the hotel and checked in our room only had one bed not even a pull out couch so my poor daughter had chosen to sleep on the floor The lady that checked is on was a gray help and did what she could by supplying us with extra blankets and pillows to try and make my daughter comfortable The reason I choose this place was because this was the only place that o could get two beds for my Other places had pull out couches but o wanted my daughter to have a bed so she would get a good nights rest

This property was the perfect one night stay. The price i paid was perfect. The staff were attentive. Having a place to eat right next door was great.

The Toliet wasn’t working properly and when called and told the front desk I was told to go to the front desk and pick up a plunger to fix the problem myself. The plunger was dirty and disgusting!

The experience of the hotel was good. While checking my credit card statement online, noticed that Hotels.com and the location charged me for the stay. Called the location to ask what the additional charges were for. Was told management was to call me back to advise of the charges. I never received a call back.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had good dove products. Breakfast was really good and staff was very nice. A million places to eat near by. Only downside was the pool was too cold to swim, and on a friday or saturday night the bar next door has a dj and plays until 4 AM, you could hear the bass all night on that side of the hotel.

One night stay passing by to Hartford, CT. Very friendly staff from the moment we checked in. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Great value for the price we paid.

I checked in at 3:30p on 2/7. The woman at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. I was assigned Room 107 which had a dirty sink, dirty shower, and the hallway leading to the room had garbage on the floor. I informed the woman that the room was dirty and she reluctantly offered me another one stating it was the last king size room available. I was then given Room 210 which also consisted of a dirty shower, dirty bathroom floor, hair on the bathroom floor, hair on one of the lamps, and a broken toilet handle. I called around 11p the night of check in because the toilet was clogged. I spoke to Alisha and was told she would search for a plunger and get it to me. Around 11:37p I informed husband that I tried calling the front desk with no answer regarding the toilet. Husband called from a non-room phone number and someone answered. Was told that they were still looking for a plunger and would update me ASAP. Couple minutes later, call from front desk came to the room phone. I was informed that they cannot find a plunger and that “it might be gross, but to just use the toilet for now and not flush”. I spoke to Amanda on 2/8 around 7:15a regarding ongoing toilet issue. She said she would look for a plunger and let me know ASAP. No update was given. I then called AGAIN on 2/8 at 10:27a and spoke with Amanda again asking if she could send maintenance up to fix my toilet so I was able to use a toilet. I checked out with a CLOGGED TOILET. Horrible experience, I do NOT recommend.
