Rooms updated and clean, A/C working and cold…which is appreciated. The pool/hot tub was closed. The bathroom shower doesn’t work and the drain is clogged. The sheets/bed made us incredibly itchy. There were no toiletries. Overall, not great.

Have stayed here before love the location nearby everywhere we wanted to go. This last stay the chlorine in the pool was so strong your eyes were burning before you even got in the pool

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff very accommodating. We were only there one night, and had an issue with the plumbing. They offered to change our room, which we declined because we didn’t want to repack. They graciously refunded us some money. A good place to stay.

Clean sheets and bathroom Lower priced than hotels downtown, but still a high rate for the night. Bedding was clean, but the rugs/furniture itself could use some attention. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was nice . Our room was on the 1st floor near an entrance door so we heard the door slam shut all night. Also the room across the hall was extremely loud.

The hotel was pet friendly. My son liked the pool and hot-tub.

We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast. Our room was in the middle of a group that was loud and disruptive the entire time we were there. On our first night we barely got any sleep as kids and the adults were slamming doors, running and yelling in the hallways until well into the early morning hours. One kid even pounded on our door after 11 pm thinking it was his room. The second night was just as bad.

If you are going for the pool . Don’t go . 88% of the time is broke . If it’s for the pool stay a way . Otherwise I give it 3.1 star.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was amazing wonderful staff. My only complaint is we mainly went for the pool and they ended up having to clean it that day and it was 70 when we got there.

Parking was tight. Pool/hot tub had very strong chemicals. All the little kids were coughing, especially in the hot tub. Mine and my kids eyes were stinging well after we left. Water in pool was cold and cloudy. Room was average. Had to put the a/c on in February- the room was a sauna. Staff was very pleasant. Everyone was helpful, explaining why the water was colder than normal [just drained]. They did a very good job of keeping the breakfast area full at peak times. Staff was 100% the only reason i would visit again.

Room was super clean. They only complaint would be i did not like that i was put in a room that was attached to another room. I could hear everything from the joining room. Breakfast selection was amazing and staff was great.

Yes and the staff were extremely friendly but the heater in the pool wasn’t working until later at night

Rooms were clean

We’re local to the area and stayed just for the pool and hotel to get us out of the house for a couple days. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were ridiculously over chlorinated. My husband’s shorts were completely bleached after being in for less than an hour. My daughter’s hair was so hard and crunchy, completely unbrushable after multiple washes. Ended up having to spend over $50 in hair treatments and get it trimmed it was so badly damaged. She goes to summer camp and swims in our city’s public pool 5 days a week for 3 months over the summer and I’ve never seen her hair nearly as bad as this. Her skin also broke out in a red, blotchy, itchy rash after the hour in the pool which has never happened before. I’m sure if the health department came out and tested the water it would be closed. I tried to call the next day after doing many treatments to express my concerns and was told it was a busy weekend and not to worry the pool has since been closed. Didn’t really take the time to understand my concerns and frustration. Nice hotel if you don’t plan to use the pool or hot tub but I would look elsewhere if those are the amenities you are looking for.

The room was very clean. The staff at the main desk were warm and welcoming. The free breakfast options were good and plentiful. The coffee was just average. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would return, if the occasion called for it.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient. We liked the hours for the breakfast, pool, and fitness center. The breakfast had good coffee, a variety of fresh options including waffles, hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes in a very nice area with a fireplace.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had some hot and cold offerings, but nothing special. On the downside, my room was an adjoining room and I could hear every word said by the family in the room next door -- which insluded children whooping and hollering until late in the eveninng. Not a quiet hotel by any means.

Stayed here for 4 nights during Christmas week. Room and halls were clean and quiet. There was a snowstorm one overnight (7") but the parking lot was plowed repeatedly and my car (a small SUV) was not stuck in its parking spot. Front desk personnel were personable and friendly. I only had breakfast one morning and it was the standard hotel fare at this $ range: very basic but kept clean. As I have family in the area, I will definitely book again.

The bed was relatively uncomfortable and the breakfast options were very limited. Also, the person working in the breakfast area was observed to touch food items without any gloves on, an at one point was observed dropping bagels on the floor and picked them up, taking them back to the storage room and placing them back with the good food items

Breakfast was very good. The pans that heat the foot could be hotter, food tended to cool off very quickly, and the toaster was really slow. Otherwise, a good variety, clean, and well-kept.

The opportunity to have some hot water still available in the hall for a tea when back to the hotel later at night. Fridge and microwave in the room too! Some seats in the breakfast hall are worn out. Not good for the image of the hotel ;)

This is my favorite hotel in the area, close enough to all shopping and dining yet still quieter than the other hotels by the mall. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend

Room was clean, bathroom needs a bit of an update. Wish there was a bereavement rate for folks like us who traveled in for a funeral. Breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff Room was terrible. Walls were paper thin. Was given a room by the elevator and felt like I was in a hospital room with all the bells going off as the elevator doors opened. Jerusalem Cruisers in the dining area is disgraceful (no shoes, no shirt, no service!!!)

Rooms were clean, comfortable, but not the room type I had reserved. Breakfast was wonderful, everything nicely laid out and very clean. Coffee was great! All vending machines were out of order, on all floors. Front desk staff was missing for 8 min when we tried to check in. Hard to get water for the room.

The hotel was in a great location. A lot of food and shopping right near by. Short drive to our daughter at Union. I think that the shower needs updating. Not as clean as should be.

These are two amazing services for guests from the hotel. The hotel gives us a bottle of water for our members, and this hotel is the first surprise that they put it in a small and pretty bag! And while I was panicking because I didn't bring a makeup remover, I checked in and came in and found a remover in the bathroom! What an amazing service! Thank you Hampton in!!

All that, said (and I'm not backtracking here), I couldn't help but notice the signs of wear and tear on the facilities. Mostly small things and I want to mention to the management to really look at the lobby and breakfast area furniture especially the couch(es).

Excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was great - wide assortment including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, omelets, waffles, cereal, bagels, sausage, etc. Beds are comfortable but lean towards firm. Dog friendly. Restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

On Check in, the gentleman (Luke) that checked us in was exceptional! His customer service was the best.

Not sure why we were given a handicap accessible room. One of the showere//tub fixtures was broken. No place really to put clothes away. But it was convenient to the elevator and ice.

Not quite as nice as the pictures suggest, but it was clean. Heater/ac unit didn’t work properly. If the heat was on, it was a hundred degrees no matter how you set it. You could also feel a huge draft from underneath the unit. Also kinda had a funky smell to it. Other than that the place was clean and comfy.

Place needs serious attention and if they are using that much perfume what are they trying to hide. Internet sucked, my bathroom was bigger than the gym. As an honors member I wasn’t offered water while the member in front of me was offered water and snacks and thanked for being a member. I wasn’t

This is a quality hotel. Great hot breakfast with a wide variety of good typical breakfast food including waffles, eggs, and daily rotation of the hot food. Nice pool and hot tub too!

Room was nice except for the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the water took a long time to drain from the tub. Really gross and dangerous. Every time I showered I thought I would slip and fall. Very dangerous. Also no plastic cups for drinks. The price did not reflect the quality of the room. I could have paid less and stayed at a nicer hotel. Disappointed

When we got into our rooms, the beds were not made. They were very wrinkled, sloppy with almost the appearance of used pillows. We never were able to use the hot tub, but we did gain use of the pool, but lost a lot of hours for the visit. That was the main reason for us to travel an hour and a half to spend the night at the pool with the grandkids. When I went outside to go for dinner and bring it back to the room, the whole outside of the property was dirty. The trash cans were overflowing, and when I entered the lobby again I noticed the rugs are frayed. The young lady that was on duty on Saturday night was very helpful the best she could be but no one else including the manager seem to really care about what was happening. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn’s and this was not up to your standard. It seems as though whoever owns it just doesn’t care enough. I would like to have a refund for the stay. When we got there the 1st room they gave us smelled so they changed our room and it was great. The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool room was freezing. The next morning it was fixed. So their staff is awesome and it’s clean and breakfast was good.

Check-in was quick and the woman at the Front Desk was extremely welcoming. That was a surprise as we arrived rather late in the evening. She made us feel right at home and asked if we needed anything to give the front desk a call. I don’t remember her name but you do an ad with her in it, letting all the other hotels know how it’s done!!
