Excellent place to stay. Quiet nights.

No room was available when we attempted to checkin at 4:45pm. There was a list of people who were waiting for rooms to be ready. We were told that we would be called when room was ready. We had been hoping to have shower and bed available for my daughter between basketball games but had no place to go. Staff never called and we returned to check in at 8:30pm not knowing if we had a room or not. Room was ready but never commuicated to us.

Pool was freezing cold.

The sheets on the bed seemed very new but extremely scratchy. Otherwise my stay was comfortable although too short!

My room seemed fine, but it was pretty loud owing to a road by the hotel. Maybe the snow or rainy weather made it louder, but it was pretty loud.

Overall, the say was a good value for the price. They didn’t make me aware that they only service the rooms every other day though. They were very good about proving what I needed, like coffee, when housekeeping didn’t come.

Staff didn’t show up to work the breakfast and no back up, so now breakfast. Then they didn’t even set up the coffee area, stating that there is no free coffee until 9 am, but did have a barista making coffees (very slowly) and charging for them, but this took over 30 minutes.

I found my stay at this hotel good but not exceptional. Staff is very friendly rooms were very clean and well taken care of. A fairly modern renovation. When I went down to breakfast, there were a few TVs on a lot of ambient noise, which I didn’t appreciate. But all in all, it was a good place to stay for a short visit

Hotel was nice, well kept, and clean which is obviously of the upmost importance. However it’s directly adjacent to I87 and the road noise is horrendous! Our room was the last room closest to I87 and I swear at times trucks were driving through the room. Had to keep the AC fan on constantly to help with drowning out some of the noise. I have to imagine that the noise affects other rooms. If you are light sleeper or have a hard time falling or staying asleep, do yourself a favor and consider not staying her. It’s unfortunate cause it is a nice hotel.

We go every year. Always stay here. Everything you need is right there. The staff is very nice and helpful. Always clean.

After attempting to make coffee the 1st morning of a two day stay, I discovered the previous occupant had poured coffee into the water reserve which since had grown mold. That morning I requested at the front desk to have it replaced which they agreed to. Upon returning later that evening, it was not switched and again l made a request at the front desk for a replacement which would be sent up. No coffee maker arrived. The next morning I brought the coffee maker down and gave it to the front desk with no resolution or acknowledgment of the oversight, just offered some points “if” I had a Marriott account, and no offer to get coffee from their bistro. We will no be staying at this location again.

The staff was very accommodating and so pleasant, especially Priscilla.

Hotel was great, last minute booking by Hotels.com because prior Hotel booking was overbooked.

Fire alarm kept blinking in middle of the night and I asked for. Roll away bed and they said they couldn’t… also zero room to store your stuff

Great stay. We stayed there for a basketball tournament. The hotel was 7 minutes away from the gym. Would stay again.

Filthy shower

Everything was fine, but there was no housekeeping. I chose this hotel because of the KEURIG coffee maker in the photos, but my room did not have that brand of coffee. There was also no coffee in the lobby.

Staff is truly wonderful, property is clean, the area is safe, love the dining options and very close to Saratoga.

Upon entering the hotel, I found it to be very clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Don’t stay here. This is an awful Marriott. We are in a room without a working television. First no remote. Then they brought a remote but the TV doesn’t work. I asked for a different room. The parking lot isn’t full and it’s near 11pm. She said she can’t move me because the empty room is a higher rate! I plan to protest my charge with Amex. Stay at another hotel in Clifton Park, NY. Marriott get your act together.

This is an mostly excellent hotel and we will stay there again when we visit family in Half Moon. There were a couple issues though. We had room 105, which had an accessible shower. It was impossible to get the water as hot as I like it. Figuring out how to turn the handles to get it hot was unnecessarily difficult. Also, the key cards didn't work very well. I had to get 2 different new sets made on Sunday, just to be able to get into the fitness room, pool and then back into the room.

Ridiculously loud music beginning around 6 am that woke us up. It was piped in and playing through out the lobby. Totally unacceptable! Also, some sort of impromptu gathering in the lobby on Saturday evening. Not sure what it represented but had a main speaker delivering some sort of message.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Marriott when we couldn't find one single available room in Saratoga Springs. It's actually not too far away, and it was very spacious and clean.

Stayed in room 107 and the wall behind your head you hear everyone above flush and shower all night long very loud and is a known issue and management is doing nothing about it

Second year stopping at this property while driving from Fort Lauderdale to Montreal. We had a good welcoming check-in. We were disappointed to see the bathroom with a black caulking around the shower pan and addressed the situation to front desk who took note of it. Comparing with our experience to Fairfield Inn & Suites, Stony Creek, Emporia, we paid almost $50 more for the night for a smaller room and a disappointing looking bathroom.

The outside fire pit was very nice and comfortable

Beautiful, modern room. The commode wouldn’t flush but maintenance arrived in a timely manner and repaired the problem. Still, it was disappointing to have this issue in an upscale hotel.

I was in room 230 i constantly had to call about the room above me bouncing the ball slamming doors just a whole bunch of noise. They continued to wake my 1 year up with all the noise i barely received any sleep. I called twice about the tv remote which didn’t turn pin the tv nobody never came after they told me they were coming

No complaints at all. We will stay there again!

Pleasant staff, clean

Hotel was mostly clean....there were a couple random drink/wine glasses strewn in the hallway on the 4th floor but the room was clean and comfortable.

Aaron at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room smelled a little musty and had peeling wall paper but for a single night stay it was fine.

I’m a Marriott member and I was extremely disappointed and upset- definitely not worth what I paid at all!!!!

Pleasant comtemperary room with refrigerator. Adequate gym, good lobby breakfast ( not included in price) and very pleasant help throughout. Overall excellent. Would stay there again.

I would stay here more often but Hampton has you beat offering free breakfast.

The property was vey clean and quiet. The young lady at the front desk was super nice and remembered our names each time we went by. I really liked that the room wasn't cleaned every day. We called for towels and they were brought up within minutes. The air conditioner was a little loud. We always choose Marriott!

The bed was too hard and we could hear kids running across the floor above. Pool cold and very small.

Room service wasn’t cleaning my room. After 10 pm I had neighbours screaming and run up and down the halls, slamming doors throughout the night on my floor until 1-2am. After informing the front desk, nothing was done. Tv was broken and not working properly in room 222. Once called reception, the maintenance guy was able to get the tv to semi work.

Property was good, near restaurants and business. Easy to get to the Highway. Plowing was spot on during the storm.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned. No other room available. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel

Worst ever. This is the Junkyard by Marriott. Horrible in every area on every level. Everything is broken, worn out, patched, and not working. I will never stay at another Marriott.

Literaly one of the cleanest, most moderrn, comfiest bed, great bathrooms, nicest looking rooms at a decent price. I was in the $150 price range and atayed at 3 other hotels that were in that range this week and this was by FARRRR, the best value for money. Everyone was very friendly smiling, like tgey enjoyed their job which of course means they are payed well. Loved it!!!! Great job guys!!!

Clean quiet

Overall the stay was good. The girl that checked us in was very pleasant. The room was very nice but the deadbolt lock would not turn at all so my husband put a chair up against the door. (#334)It was quiet, but could hear some road noise but not bad. Coffee very good. The TV in the morning would not come in for some reason and weather was clear outside. I would probably stay here again but just make sure the door locks.

It was fine for one night, I travel with my wife and we had a question the shower which had no door and left water all over the bathroom as well as the loud noises coming out of the wall by the headboard every time the room upstairs used water or toilet. But overall pretty good value. Mostly I would recommend as a stop over for a night during travel as it’s close to 87.

The pool was closed, which they would have told us during booking as we had our child with us and we specifically booked a propert with a pool. Our shower was dirty, still has used soaps and shampoos in it from the prior guest and they gave us one towel for our party of 3…

The door to the room took a pretty hard shove to open and close. The shower amenities were disappointing, but this is true to almost any hotel in the last two years. It was definitely not the cleanest hotel room I've been in lately. The food offering in the restaurant/lounge was extremely limited. The service at the bar was great though.
