Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there are significant issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations, which has led to some inconveniences such as a closed pool and hot tub.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Room cleanliness issues
- Maintenance problems, including closed pool and hot tub

Room was not worth the price. The front end staff was very nice and professional. Our room however was gross. Makeup on my side of the bed. Floor wasnt thoroughly vacuumed, food on the floor. There was pee on the bathroom floor around the toilet. For our entire stay the shampoo remained empty. The complimentary breakfast ie.. sausage was lukewarm and shriveled from being served repeatedly. I have pics
- 2/5
The location was fine. The breakfast was okay. I paid on booking.com for a spa double bed room. We got there and they said they did not have it available and gave us a double bed room. I had to pay for the spa room anyway. Our room was disgusting. Bathtub was dirty. The toilet would barely flush. The sheets had stains/ tiny holes.

Called in reservation in morning and advised arriving late and what time does the pool close. Was informed it was a 24 hour pool. When we arrived at 9:35 was told pool closes at 10. This is why we chose this hotel. Clerk said the person should not have told us it was a 24 hour pool. Therefore, had almost no time to swim. Not the first time this hotel chain has let us down. Not going to be a choice in the future.

Place offers great value for a clean comfortable hotel with a convenient location to I-87. Only negative is the key cards to the room were not working and I kept having to have it re-programmed.
- 3/5
The issue I had was the room. It looked like it was not cleaned properly. Stains on the furniture, lamp shades and curtains. Ripped sheets and torn furniture. I paid more money for their suite room and was not worth it. Not to mention the ceiling that looked moldy. Also, the ac did not make the room cold, took several hours to cool it a bit . The positive, there was plenty of parking the staff were friendly, the hallways and lobby was very quiet and check in and check out was quick and easy.

It wasn’t my first choice at all. I had to go with it because all the good hotel prices around Saratoga went up because of the Belmont. Many hotels weren’t even available on that particular day. No elevators. Breakfast time is ridiculous. 6-9 AM.

Bon rapport qualité prix et le déjeuner inclus c’est super. Ma chambre était bien et j’ai profité de la piscine. Je recommande

Despite the room was tagged as non-smoking room, there was cigarette smell once stepping into room. Breakfast was barely acceptable, coffee was blank, tasteless. Friendly staffs was just about the only selling point in this hotel, I supposed. I guess with the value that I spent, I really shouldn't expect 5 stars accommodation. I got what I am paying for.
- 5/5
A delightful hotel! Clean, quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool was lovely and the breakfast offered a lot of variety. Highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room with balcony. Outback Steak House across the street. Pool and hot tub looked good but we did not use either. The not so good: Room did not lock, if you left the room it was open. We felt safe there so no worries and I have a concealed carry permit, but still... TV didn't work but I fixed it, it was unplugged at the TV??? Once it refreshed it worked fine. Breakfast room was a disaster, coffee machine did not work as it needed cleaning according to the machine itself. Orange juice on the juice machine, one worked the other didn't mix the juice. They do have coffee at the lobby 24/7, one pot cold, the other was fine. Despite all that it was a pleasant enough stay.

Good value. Room was comfortable. As expected at this price point, the bathroom fixtures are older, the pillows not particularly plush, and there are no built in ports for charging etc. It's dated. The breakfast was terrible. Stale bread. Fake eggs. I'm not sure what kind of meat those sausage links were but... .oooph! If you like a bowl of raisin bran that decent. Grab a coffee and go would be my advice.

Our stay was for 2 nights. I know bed linens aren't changed everyday but I was immensely disappointed that housekeeping never came into the room after our 1st night. The bed was not made up nor were coffee supplies replenished.

Je suis allé au déjeuner vers 8h45 et il n'y avait presque plus rien.
- 4/5
Nice stay with very helpful staff! Our room had a weird smell coming out of the AC, but after the AC was running for awhile, it was okay. We stayed to have a medical procedure done as we were traveling. Didn’t use the pool but it was available all day. Bathroom/tub was spacious. Breakfast was so-so but there’s an I-Hop in the same parking lot if you prefer more options. Front desk was extremely accommodating to our requests, so overall a great stay.
- 4/5
Nice place & great value. I only removed a star because of a hair on my comforter and dirty old cups in the coffee maker, everything else was in order, maybe the room hadn't been used in a while. The pool area looked very nice. Ice machine convenient and working. They have a machine that dispenses yogurt at breakfast and it was very good. Check in took 5 mins tops. There's an ihop steps away and various other stores nearby. Would recommend.
- 2/5
First time staying with this brand and it was a rough checkin experience. Already communicated this to property staff.
- 3/5
Perfectly fine for a stay or one or two nights. Several chain (Outback, IHOP, an Italian restaurant, McDonald’s, etc.) restaurants within walking distance. My “non-smoking” room had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke.
- 3/5
The room had very small ants in the bathroom. Didn’t see any in the bedroom.
- 4/5
For affordable price was good, breakfast included is ok, room was clean.
- 4/5
Very handy location off the Northway and many eateries and shops within a one mile radius of hotel.
- 5/5
My room was great but others traveling with me complained their room wasn't cleaned good before they checked in. Walking distance of multiple restaurants and a convenience store.
- 5/5

Staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and reasy.
- 5/5
It was a good place
- 3/5
Room was ok. Our room keys kept deactivating. The smell in the hallway was overwhelming and smelled like mildew. The pool was clean. For the amount we paid to stay there it could have been nicer. In the room the wallpaper was coming down in spots and the beds were super uncomfortable.
- 4/5
Good room, good service, good location
- 5/5
Room was clean carpet could be updated staff was very helpful breakfast was very nice
- 4/5
The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the room and the pool were not as clean as expected, and we were unable to use the pool due to its condition.
- 5/5
Tout était très bien. Excellent rapport qualité prix
- 4/5
The room was clean, bed not too comfortable but very spacious. The staff was ok had very minimal interaction. Overall a good trip. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Complementary breakfast. Pool. Room was nice and everything was clean. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
The room was decent, we stayed in a suite. The kid's loved the jetted tub. My only complaints were the pillows (as with most hotels haha) and the room could have been cleaned better. The pool was great, loved the lodge vibe. The staff was also nice. We will definitely return to this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! After checking in late with three young children and settling in, we found a COCKROACH on the bathroom counter. I informed staff who said to contact the site I booked through. He did offer another room but honestly if it's on one it's in them all. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel to confirm the refund. It was late and I wanted to go somewhere else but the Hotel still had my funds. After we found lipstick on one of the pillows, dirty marks on the sheets, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. The carpets in the building look like they haven't been vacuumed all week and the changing room/bathrooms by the pool were gross (they weren't even cleaned during the night). Morning came and the kids came were in the pool. The hotel manager Robert stormed in and asked who had a problem with his hotel. I informed him it was me and I tried to explain. He was unbelievably rude cute me off and said to get the f out of his hotel and that he was calling the cops, along with other words. The kids were upset understandably. Once the cops came, we found out he LIED to them. Told them the kids were throwing food and flipping him off. Like what! I completely wanted to take the non-respectful route, but the kids' safety and keeping them, calm is priority. They would never behave like that. They know better. I should have looked at the reviews on google but I didn't and just book it. That part is surly my fault but the unprofessionalism by staff was unnecessary.
- 1/5
Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel will not recoomed anyone tp stay here including if have small kids
- 2/5
Staff was good. Appearance of hotel was more like apartments with stuff like wagons, play toys etc. inside was dated but mostly clean. Room honestly shocked me. Smell I could not figure out but once we aired the room it was ok. Shower we would not use as it was part of the jetted tub. Looked like a deep clean was needed. Room itself had water damage around the walls and had not been remodeled in what I assume is over a decade. No elevator and the stairs were difficult getting suitcases up. Honestly I would not even consider this a Best Western which is the brand I prefer to stay at. They need to be more aware of what their licensees have at their property. Beds were ok not great. Just seems like the property was in a 15 round boxing match and lost
- 2/5
Breakfast very limited
- 5/5
Room was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful.
- 3/5
The room was good, pool was nice. Breakfast was subpar at best
- 2/5
The location entrance was not very clear you have to go through the parking lot for IHOP to get to the hotel. The main hotel door looked neglected with piles of leaves and not too welcoming. The room had a welcoming musty smell not properly cleaned and then my children saw a roach on the bathroom wall. The tub was not properly cleaned you could see grime and there was no shower gel, I went to the front desk to let them know and I was handed two bottles because the one in the walls have not been working. The TV in the room is manual and still uses cable. There is potential for making this place better. The breakfast was same everyday scramble eggs and oily sausage, very hard bagels that looked like they've been there for a little longer. The staff interaction was good except for one who did not seem quite happy.
- 3/5
Room were clean but what is this spa tub in a room, that needs to go.
- 2/5
We were not that happy with this property. The bathroom was not clean. The room was semi cleaned. The bed was nicely made. For over 200. A night this is not a place I would revisit
- 4/5
Great service. Front desk even gave us bottled water upon check out for our trip. Breakfast items refilled well. Room spacious and clean.
- 1/5
I booked a hotel room and drove two hours to get there, only to be told they were fully booked and had no rooms available. Their excuse was that they supposedly tried to call me to cancel, but I never received any call. While I was expressing my frustration, a room suddenly became “available,” and I witnessed the cleaning staff arguing with the front desk clerk, refusing to clean it. The man at the front desk was extremely unprofessional—he even left me standing there so he could go upstairs yelling at the cleaning crew, shouting, “Clean the room now!” At that point, I decided to leave and find another place to stay.
- 3/5
The carpet in the lobby looks like it's 100 yrs old. However, the room was clean and tidy. The pool area was also well taken care of.
- 1/5
There was problems with Expedia and the payment, got charged twice, was extremely irritating and the room was not very clean, stains on the bedsheets. Overall experience was not good.
- 5/5
Close to Saratoga springs and lots of store around
- 2/5
We arrived at this hotel very tired in the evening. They did not have any first floor rooms available so they put us on the second floor. The problem is this hotel has no elevators. So a senior like me with a bad back, had to carry our luggage upstairs to our room. The other problem I had with this stay was I was charged twice for the reservation. A few days after we returned I checked the credit card statement to see that best Western charged me as well as Expedia. So I had to take great effort to resolve that problem. Make sure they don’t charge your credit card twice! Hotel is very close to the highway. We could hear the constant flow of traffic very easily.
- 2/5
Right in front of room the breakfast was just good
- 1/5
We booked a room for this hotel, but upon arriving, we were told that they didn't have any rooms available. 0 stars from us.
- 5/5
Rooms, hallways and breakfast area were very clean. Hotel was quiet . Although we didn’t use the swimming pool/pool area they appeared to be very clean also.
- 4/5
Hotel could use a bit of spiffing up.
- 1/5
Was bad from start to finish. Paid for a jetted tub. Once we got checked in and in the room staff came to the door and told us. that jetted tub was not working and that we would need to switch rooms. I was told that I would be compensated by hotels.com and that Best Western would be sending me vouchers in my email for the inconvenience both of which I have yet to see. I was told of the refund and the vouchers because the new room I was put in did not have a jetted tub, was smaller, and no hot water. I was so tired from traveling and annoyed that the one thing I specifically paid for was not usable and I was not told that upon
- 1/5
Refund for difference in price has to come from Expedia contacting the manager and he has not been available. The gentleman checking in near our room was refusing his room and leaving due to it being filthy. We chose this hotel to be close to family and other area hotels were sold out. Have stayed at Best Westerns in other states and never had one this substandard. Never stay here again.
- 2/5
We were given a room that was already occupied. We fortunately didnt walk in on someone getting dressed or worse. All lights were on including the bathroom with that door wide opened. TV was blasting. Garbage on the dressers. The desk attendant didnt initially believe me, but wouldnt visit the room to see for herself. She gave me another room upstairs - no elevator in the hotel , - and didnt offer an apology. I was lugging heavy things to the room, and at 70 years old, it was cumbersome.
- 3/5
My hairdryer was not working but they let me use a room adjacent to me. Also no elevator so I had to drag my suitcase up the stairs☹️
- 4/5
The night desk staff was awesome. The morning staff was great, but you could tell he had to hustle because they were understaffed at breakfast
- 4/5
Gets the job done. Rooms were outdated but clean. Vending machine ran out of water which I did not care for.
- 1/5
Paid for queen bed received full
- 4/5
The service very good
- 3/5
For the price they charged because of the event, (clearly jacked up the price because of the concert and room availability in the area) the place was grossly underwhelming. The facility is old, carpets are dirty and the rooms were not the cleanest. The toilet seat was stained as was the ceiling in the bathroom. Everything was old. However, the staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was easy.
- 2/5
I arrived and had a great interaction with the registration desk but it seemed to become a disappointment once I saw the room (extremely worn out - peeling paint and wallcovering, lumpy and odd-feeling carpet, sliding door that weighed a TON), slept in the bed (it made a horrible creaking noise and was hard as a sheet of plywood) and took a dip in the pool (was told that the hot tub was actually a kiddie pool! Jets didn't work and the water was ice cold). Overall, this seemed like the type of hotel that traveling work crews stay at - not suited for an older woman traveling alone. Even the toilet was a problem - I have knee issues and the toilet was very low and hard to get up from - should have used a handicap toilet in all the rooms, not just the ADA compliant ones. Oh and even though it was a non-smoking hotel, I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway outside my room.
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price, easy to get to, and clean!
- 2/5
Been here a lot to visit Saratoga, but this was worst of last 4-5 trips. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, dirty bathroom, wet carpet floors, etc.
- 1/5
I made a reservation confirmed and when I got to the hotel they said my reservation was cancelled. I am homeless after spending $50 on an uber to get here
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarettes
- 5/5
Very nice budget hotel. So much better than the Red Roof around the corner. Don't stay in the Red Roof, it is really bad. Best Western was clean and safe and quiet. I was working in and out coming back at midnight, and they were great. Really helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Someone was supposed to call me back about a refund. I was moved to multiple smelly rooms and at 7 in the morning, kids were kicking balls down the halls
- 3/5
Rooms needed updating and rugs smelled musty
- 4/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Pool looked nice but didn’t have a chance to get in.
- 2/5
The rooms smelled. Noisy people partying in parking lots.
- 3/5
I liked it was close to restaurants and stores.Did not like waiting for a room arrived at 4:00 pm ,check in is at 3:00 ,didn't get roomtill 4:45.
- 1/5
3 nights stay never had room cleaned or clean towels. All water fixtures in bathroom loose, toilet paper holder kept falling off wall. Breakfast skimpy. Never again stay there!
- 2/5
Pool was ice cold, dirty sheets, tv did not work, breakfast options not good.
- 4/5
Very peaceful and within walking distance of IHOP and nice shopping center including sushi. Hot breakfast on Tuesday but cold only on Wednesday and Thursday. Bring your own TP.
- 2/5
It was just OK. The pool was super cold. The breakfast was mediocre. The room and bathroom were not clean. But it was a pitstop on a longer trip.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night. It was a great find.
- 3/5
The property does not have a hot tub even though description says it does. It’s the same temperature as the pool which isn’t warm. Very nice pool but we booked this hotel for its hot tub. Parking lot had broken glass in multiple spots, hotel staff were very nice.
- 5/5
Incredible stay!!
- 5/5
Amazing stay, staff were great. I would recommend establishment to all my friends and family. I stayed at another hotel in Saratoga Springs last month. It was more expensive, not even a continental breakfast was available, although I paid an additional $30 for breakfast, dried eggs, and potatoes. No pool, was not what I expected.
- 3/5
Breakfast not great l
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Would stay again
- 2/5
The hotel could use a renovation.
- 2/5
The property is old and there are many better hotels in the area. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself, the ice machine sounds like a freight train going down the hall, our room had separating tiles around the bathtub and someone a few rooms away constantly smoked marijuana stinking up the entire wing. The pool was nice. The room rate was equivalent to much nicer hotels in the area. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Great Spot Great staff reasonable cost comfortable beds with balcony! Love it here!
- 5/5
Arrived a bit late, but no problem at check in. Room had a whirlpool bath. One of the better continental breakfasts
- 5/5
Always a good stay
- 5/5
Everything was ok the only thing was at the time of my stay the wifi doesn’t work
- 4/5
The bed had a major divot on one side so that made it kind of uncomfortable to sleep on. The room had a faint odor of cigarette smoke also I think it's because there was a balcony people thought that they can smoke. Location was pretty good. It was close to lots of food choices and some shopping.
- 4/5
Pleasant staff, and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 1/5
Overall the property fell short. The breakfast is very mediocre at best. Areas of the room was dirty at check in. No room services until you check out. I had to ask for new towels and a trash bag for my can. The room keys easily demagnetized. Apparently the keys couldn’t be next to any other cards, your phone, your keys or I quote “you’re body” at all. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get the keys redone for my room(not fault of my own). The staff as a whole were friendly minus 1 person. The girl at the front desk during the morning shift was very friendly at first but became rude about the key situation. I tried to explain to her I was doing as followed and keeping my key away from everything and still having issues. She responded by saying “this is the last time I’m doing this and when are you leaving again?” Not sure if she was having a bad day but it was a very rude interaction. I won’t be returning to this best western or any other best westerns after this experience
- 5/5
The back door. Parking is by the broom for Some rooms and there is a large open area for trucks and motorcycles trailers. The pool is old but nice and I had a jacuzzi tub in my ry
- 4/5
Easy access
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Lovely place to be. Hot tub needs to be hot tho
- 4/5
Checked in with no problem for a one-night stay. The hotel was extra busy with lots of teenagers on this night. The hotel room was clean but a little outdated. Overall, fine for the time we spent there.
- 5/5
The coffee maker didn’t work and internet wasn’t working because the hotel was full , overused
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
We had two separate bookings for one night on Thurs and again on Sunday. However, when we arrived on Thursday we found there was no elevator resulting in us having to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. For this reason upon checkout we chose to cancel the Sunday night reservation and the front desk rep cancelled it. However, when we reached out to hotels.com we found they were told BW refused to refund our money for the cancelled room even though it was cancelled by the front desk rep the previous Friday morning. We will definitely not be considering this hotel in the future..
- 2/5
I find it hard to believe in this day and age that they still have full size beds instead of queen! Room at the end of hall by exit door, that was great, but there was a orange cone outside the door so not sure if in a emergency you could use it! No elevator!!!!!!!
- 2/5
The bathroom was dirty. We went down for breakfast 3 times there was no food. Hot tub was cold. And we reserved a with a king bed ended up with what they said was a queen…. And 3 sheets no blanket!
- 5/5
My stay was perfect. The only disappointment was the broken hot tub😟.
- 1/5
Tv didn’t work and toilet was very slow
- 3/5
The room reeked of smoke-it was awful. I had family members who were staying in other rooms come check it out to make sure I wasn’t crazy. They said definitely-smoke smell hit you when you opened door. This is a no smoking hotel- how did cleaning crew not notice. We were checking in after 11 pm and were tired so we didn’t ask to change rooms. We should have -I woke up with puffy sinuses and smoke smelly clothes. I let them know out check out—They didn’t seem to care. Very frustrating
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was polite
- 2/5
Stains on sheets, small spec of blood on ceiling, broken dresser, light bulb not working in bathroom, balcony curtain had dried snot or earwax..., and the lock was broken on the door..... candy wrapper on floor. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Staff were more than nice to us from the front counter to maintenance the room was very ample n comfortable
- 1/5
When I went to check in it stunk of weed and our room stunk terribly of cigarette smoke definitely will not stay there again however, the fellow that checked us in was very kind and polite.
- 1/5
Hard bed, check in was after 3pm, no body wash or bar soap. Toilet paper roll was hanging on wall, no ventilation even though 2 vent switches, dirty stained under sheet, TV barely worked.
- 2/5
Not a good experience at all. Thank god i was there only one night. When i checked in the staff didn’t even say hello to me. The room had this horrible musty smell to it. It got worse when i turned the AC on . The dark brown carpeting through out the whole facility did not look clean at all. I will never stay at a Best Western again.
- 3/5
The hotel is a bit outdated which makes it feel not as clean. Some of the lighting didnt work in the room, towels and water had an odd smell. Overall the experience was okay. Although, the staff was friendly, we were not able to check in at 2pm as advertised for check in time. We were told our room had not been cleaned yet. We were able to check in at 2:45.. but I think that may have only been because they switched our room..
- 3/5
The worst thing was the front desk girl who was professionally undressed and apparently had taken such a huge mouthful in the back room that it took her a minute or two to get it down. 1. She shouldn't wolf her food down like that, and 2. When she heard me at the front desk, she should have spit it out before she came out! She told me that breakfast was until 11, then corrected herself and said it was 10. So my husband is an early riser and was having his coffee when a nice young man came in just before 9 and starting shutting down the pancake machine and removing the food. He told him that we'd been told it closed at 10 and to wait so he could wake me up. He was very professional about allowing us, because two or three more parties came in under the impression that it closed at 10, which I believe a sign on the door said.
- 3/5
Outdated. In need of complete renovation. No elevator so unable to stay on second level if you can’t carry all luggage upstairs. Breakfast room is a closet. Televisions outdated so have to press buttons directly on television. Staff was very nice and professional, but didn’t have a lot to work with.

The hotel is quite dated but we needed a cheap hotel in the Saratoga Springs area and we ideally wanted a pool. This hotel ticked the boxes. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (eg fridge). The free breakfast was a bonus but don’t expect gourmet dining. All in all it was fine, it was what we needed, and we would stay again.

We were given a 2nd floor room and my husband is disabled THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Staff was very accommodating and switched us to a 1st floor room. Luckily one was available. Rooms were clean but a bit outdated and very noisy. The courtesy body wash and shampoo containers were empty.

The jetted tub was super old and dirty. We didn’t even try to use it and it should not be used in their advertising. The faucet handles to the bathtub were loose and VERY old. The tiles in the ceiling in the bathroom were coming down. The television would not even turn to a channel so we had no TV either.

No elevator and we were scheduled for a second floor room. We could not manage getting our luggage and extras up to the second floor. The clerk at checkin graciously booked us into a first floor room. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. Great service.

I chose this property for a 1 night stay on way up to Montreal. Love the location. Panera, Target, Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants.

Quiet, close enough drive to Saratoga Racecourse.

Lots of ants and bugs crawling in bathroom. Toilets too low and tub/shower too hard for senior citizens to use. Reserved for two days but couldn’t access outside doors or room with card/key upon return our second day. Paid $476 for room for two days…never again!

Was supposed to be non smoking room but upon entering the room there was a definite smoky smell. Also reserved a king bed but that did not happen. Did get moved to a fresher smelling room but no king bed. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Only good thing was breakfast with a motivated and very friendly person in charge. Therfore staff 3 out of 5.

Remote didn't work. Room was not cleaned. Many items and appliances not available for free breakfast. Best Western brought the level of a budget hotel down to a new low.

Tv didn’t work. Faucet knob on tub fell off.

The room was hood and the staff at the front desk were nice! I stayed there with my two grandsons and they wanted to go swimming. We went into the pool room and it was so hot in there, the lady at the desk asked if we wanted to pool room door open to get some air in there which was nice of her. To look at the pool it was decent looking , until you stepped into it! There was slimy spots in the bottom which was gross! Paint chips were coming off in the kiddie pool. And I stepped on something sharp. When i first seen it i thought it was glass (it was shaped like the handle of a coffee cup) i at the time didn’t think it cut me but it in fact did puncture my skin on my foot. I later seen that it was a piece of the tie off for the ropes. Which i showed the lady at guest services.

After arriving to the hotel the front desk clerk was very friendly, but that was really the only good part of the stay. We were given the keys to our first room and the room was dirty. There were towels on the floor and the bed was unamade. We were switched to another room and that was in worse shape than the first room. After two more tries for a clean room that that had a working air conditioner we finally were able to get a room on the fourth try. Again, the front desk clerk was very helpful as it wasn't her fault the rooms were dirty, but I won't be staying there again.

I expected to be cleaned daily

Location was good, check in was easy. Fairly quiet, even with the highway nearby. Could use an elevator though.

We checked in with Expedia and the front desk person initially charged the wrong credit card, this was fixed by the Manager. Our rooms were not cleaned for our 4 day stay even when we left the sign to clean the room on the door knob.....this is unacceptable. There was a girls basketball team at the hotel that was running thru the hotel corridors till 11pm.....where were their chaperones or someone from the hotel telling them that this behavior is unacceptable. On the morning I was leaving the same young ladies were playing loud music in the lobby and no one told them again that this is unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning to this hotel

Staff was nice. Had microwave and refrigerator, liked that.

The entire staff either walked out or was fired, Every employee I asked said they have been working there only 4 days. The rooms( I saw, 4 of them) didn't have clocks or telephones. Maybe stolen by disgruntled employees.

Need to add home fries to breakfast menu

We were just there for a quick overnight. The staff at the desk were very pleasant and friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was fine, but our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes.

So easy. I showed up without reservation. I quickly booked it. And had my key in minutes. Girl at desk was so great.
