Although, we didn’t like the fact we had to pay $20 to park. But, other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Good morning at place to stay for the night
-
Great staff. Pool was cloudy. Walked to Progressive Field for a tour. Breakfast was good. All around a good stay
-
Nice hotel and helpful staff and just across from Progressive Field.
-
Close enough to walk to a lot of activities Body wash and Kleenex where empty
-
Great place to stay if your are going to a game at Progressive Field. Literally across the street. Would have liked Heinz Ketchup but they served something local. The pool has a patio that is accessible to the outside. Breakfast buffet ok if included but not great if your ar paying.
-
Nice and clean. And great location for guardians game. About a two minute walk to progressive field

Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip.

Too pricey for a place.that. charges WAY to much! They get away with it because of being next to ballpark! Elevator was.slow! Breakfast was WAY overpriced!our room ran out of TP!!!🤔😗

Friendly staff Sink leaked in one room and toilet wouldn't fill in other room.
-
Quick check-in and checkout. No issues during stay.
-
The only downside was the water pressure on the shower.
-
Very good

All in all a great stay but they need to do something about their parking system. Several times, the automatic arm would not raise to let me out of lot and I would have to re-park, go back inside and have someone at the desk address the issue. Kind of annoying...😆

Nice property , 5 mins walk to both basketball arena and baseball field . Go Knicks we want to see them swipe the Cavs ..
-
Nice staff

- Near to the main attraction and restaurants; - Parking lot easy access and safety.

The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired.
