Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. For the price we paid this is hands down the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was it clean, yes. Was that the end of the positives, yes. This is a weird place. The man at the front desk had on headphones and essentially yelled us through check-in process, the layout of the room was bizarre and in no other universe would this “suite” be suitable for 4 - maybe without any luggage. We had to Tetris our way through the stay - every movement required something be moved out of the way. Thankfully it was one night because we would not have stayed longer. The bed shook with every movement, the pullout couch was twin sized, the hot tub (which is advertised as an amenity) looks permanently closed, the one sad lotion at the sink looked used, the in-room coffee was disgusting (and I’m not that picky), and the office chair was so broken that when my small daughter sat down it essentially ejected her onto the ground. Had that been me, my husband or someone older they could have gotten hurt. I’m generally understanding, I can usually overlook stuff like this, but not for $252/night. DO NOT STAY HERE unless there’s no other choice and it’s like no more than $100/night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bath tub looked like it came from a junkyard. Much mottled finish with a 1” chip filled with rust in the bottom. We killed a spider on the bathroom floor.

All staff were extremely pleasant, professional and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. The Marriott was a very nice place, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel with quiet rooms

Great stay. Friendly staff. Everything was clean.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was always courteous and polite. The hotel needs a little renovation (e.g., peeling tub and shower). We didn’t use the pool, but the cafe was a nice touch. We’ll likely go back, when we’re in town next month.

Location Front desk help was only average especially one gentleman who was condescending and frankly at times down right rude. Could smell cigarette smoke several places. Arrived late and rec'd a room that smelled awful because of the previous occupants cigarette smoke. Had to change rooms first night as a result. Asked for an over easy egg for breakfast and rec'd a solid yoke with the white part of the egg burned. It rained hard two of the days and front desk said they didn't have any complimentary umbrellas to lend us to get to our car.

Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities.
