Very clean and ready

Location was good and parking was convenient, while expensive. But the bathroom had a strong sour smell, like wet towels left too long in the washing machine. What I wish the hotel would have told me, though, was that a marathon’s starting/finish line would be literally outside my window. Equipment and sound checks began at 4 am and continued until the marathon itself, with thousands of runners, joined the noise. We got no sleep but couldn’t even leave in the AM because of road closures. I feel like the hotel should have said something at check-in. At the very least I would have insisted on a room on the other side of the building and planned for the travel time I lost in the morning.

All good

Great location, short walk to Browns stadium and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

An excellent hotel to stay at when attending events at Rocket Arena. It's a ten minute walk in a safe neighborhood from the hotel to the arena.

From when I got there till the moment I left, I felt very supported, helped, and invited by each staff member I worked with. Whether it was someone making a dinner recommendation, the concierge helping me bring my bags in with my dog, the valet being very understanding about my need to unload and the time it would take, to my checkout experience with having a warm face to say goodby to my dog and me. I probably should’ve mentioned this to the front desk, and I did forget, so I feel bad mentioning this part without having told them. That being said, my room was acceptably clean; however, I did find a woman’s hair in the bathroom (I’m a man with a bald fade, and the hair was at least 10 inches long) . I chalked it up to the fact that I was staying in the pet area, and wrote it off as no harm no foul. It wasn’t the greatest look though, I will say. I’ve dated people for whom something like this would send them into a panic attack about what was and was not done to make the room acceptably clean. personally, I did not care, but I could see somebody with higher standards (whom I assume are more than a few of their clientele, given the room price per night). In my opinion, though, the hospitality of everyone that works there and the otherwise nice amenities at the hotel, made it a very worthwhile stay for the price.

The bed doesn’t seem to be queen size and it’s not very comfortable.

Dinging the review one star due to the ridiculous valet parking rate of $55 but the staff did mention the parking garage option for basically half the price. Walkable distance to slot of the downtown area. Overall amenities were nice just the crazy valet parking rates were the main negative for this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location. However, the wifi is the worst I’ve ever encountered when travelling. I would never be able to stay here again on a business trip, unfortunately

Check in and check out were simple and no problem with early check in. Would not have made it to show without it. Excellent service at the restaurant/bar.

We stayed here for the Cleveland marathon. You can’t get any closer to the starting line!! The hotel was nice, a little pricey but that was expected because of the great location. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect location

Great location! Walking distance to the concert venue and restaurants. Staff was warm and friendly upon our arrival and during our stay.
-
The concierge at the desk and valeting cars were so kind and helpful!
-
Beautiful and amenitized lobby with fresh updates, but that unfortunately doesn’t translate to the rooms which feel outdated and lacking modern features, technology and style. Hoping for better given the nightly rate.

Breakfast was good and hotel was very clean Took to long to get breakfast and then try changing me for two. Room key only worked after four or five times. Reservation was for two beds then front desk changed to king.. had to change that. Overall below average.
