Found it exactly as expected, fair for what we paid. Breakfast was only make your own waffles, a few stale donuts, nothing else. Beds ok.

This location is disappointing; my sheets are stained yellow, both beds are dirty, and there are beer caps and crackers under the beds. The room and property do not match the images posted. I have been misled. Nothing drove four hour after a 7 hour shift to be stuck here very uncomfortable lord plz help me through this night

I stood there for 5 mins before staff greeted me, the ice machine didn’t work, my room was full of spider webs, my room smelt like cigarette smoke.

I did like not did I feel safe for me and my child to stay there. They would give back my money. Had a broke down RV lobby had a bad smell one bed was dirty I will never stay there again.

No bugs at all in the room!!, and we looked. Had a swimming pool, hot breakfast, rooms didn't smell, AC blew cold air, dish network and 24 hour coffee. No complaints ?

Not sleeping outside, after taxes and fee you would have spent only $100 per night Location nice, but good 25 min drive to get to Disney or Orange County Convention Center, grounds not pretty and rooms smell of mode and the breakfast was a joke had slices of white bead on a tray as if they were croissants.

Location for the lacrosse tournament my son was attending. The photos for the hotel on this site are misleading. Rooms are a lot smaller than the photos indicated. The property isn’t well kept. The hotel needs to be updated. We stayed two days. We did not receive new towels when we left for the day. Beds were not made or sheets changed. The location was the only positive we experienced.

The location The hotel is very old. It seems to have lack of maintenance. Carpet very damaged. the room does not smell as clean.

location The beds had the dirtiest sheets I have ever seen, they were dirty not just old. There was only a mostly used up roll of toilet paper, then we resorted to tissues, there was 3 in the box and they had coffee stains ( I am hoping it was coffee) on them. The tissue holder was metal and rusted, not just a little, the toilet paper holder was also extremely rusted. The shower had shampoo and conditioner holders, but both were empty. Free breakfast was little chocolate donuts ( like you get at a gas station) and make waffles. That was the cheapest worst free breakfast ever. Did learn to read reviews before making reservations online again.
