Overall, considering the room rate, the stay and experience were good; however, I was dissatisfied that the shampoo and conditioner provided were sufficient for only one person, even though there were four of us in the room—the same issue applied to the towels, which were only provided for three people. The breakfast quality regarding the eggs needed improvement; they were unpleasant—I asked for a replacement twice, but the new ones were just as bad: burnt and dry. The staff, however, were very cordial, and the service was excellent.

Our room was fine, however, the doorknob for the bathroom was loose, the bathtub had a dark ring around the bottom and the ac didn't keep the room cool. We had to set it at 66. The beds were too firm for us and the blanket had a stain on it. The pool light was floating in the pool and there were no pool towels available outside. Other than that, it was fine. Don't think we will be staying at this location again though. First time we have not had an overall great stay at this hotel chain.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and a reasonable nightly price. The resort is a nice bonus but beware of timeshare schemers. We were immediately off-put by the parking pass guy at the hotel trying to lure us into one via a “golf cart tour” that gives you a $200 gift card at the end. Avoid at all costs. Would’ve been nice to not be heckled as soon as we arrived.

Customer service sucks They tried to change me twice for a security charge bc my only booked one night the decided to stay another night and was told by staff I should book it through booking bc it is cheaper. After I did the tried to change me another $100 security deposit I wasn’t informed this until after I was at seaworld so I had to cancel the booking and come get my stuff so I had to leave sea world at 12 after paying for it bc I didn’t have the money for them to hold another $100 . So I paid $150 for sea world and $42 for parking for nothing all bc there customer service sucks and they couldn’t wave the $100 security deposit for one night. It’s sad and they are not even a 5 star hotel then I called there main office and they did nothing to help so I ended up being out of $69 for the room second night charge even when I didn’t stay , the $42 to park at sea wolf and the $150 for sea world all because they couldn’t wave $100 security deposit for one night

The room across from us went up in smoke! They cooked something in the microwave for too long. Thankfully it didn't catch on fire. But we had to evacuate and wait until the fire department cleared the smoke. It affected my throat and I couldn't sleep well that night.

Showed in the description that the the hotel is 6 min away from the beach, when we arrived I was surprised that the nearest beach is an hour!

A lot of things were under “maintenance “ like the kids area which was primary reason we booked but wasn’t told when booking. Wasn’t told at all until we went to go check it out. My room was out dated & ended up having to switch rooms at 11pm the first night because when I went to lay down there was blood stains on the sheets and I was completely grossed out I really wanted to switch hotels but didn’t wanna lose 430$ and not knowing if and when I’d get it back so we switched rooms and I was adamant the next room better be spotless. But I won’t be back also the breakfast was super questionable. And the pool gates need to be double checked because they weren’t locking properly :(

The staff were all super friendly. We had an issue with not having enough towels and it took about 3 days before we were getting the correct amount. The room was large but needed a chair or something extra bc it was just a big open space with nothing in it, so a lot of our stuff was on the floor. The tub was in need of some repairs. The breakfast was really nice. The access to the resort pools was very nice. They really need to give guests a way to get on the property without having to stop each time and tell the guards where we are staying. The property did what we needed it to do bc we weren’t there much. But I don’t think we would stay there again.

This was such an awesome place to stay, my son and his friend enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the poolside food!! They loved it that they could stay out til midnight. My friend and I also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pool side food until midnight. The breakfast was amazing and after breakfast we headed to Sea World. We will definitely be back. Loved the fact of free hot breakfast, free parking, and great security!!

The property for the most part was decent for the price. I’m just not happy with the fact that i didn’t receive my deposit back. I called about 3 weeks ago and talked to customer service and was told I’d receive some kind of contact within 48 hours and never heard anything. Nothing.

Also as we got down for breakfast the family 5 minutes before us took all the sausages and none left for anyone? , i asked the cook and she said sorry they took them all ! Greedy! , i saw them give 12 sausages to their 18 month old baby, who then didn't eat them just left them on the table. What is wrong with people? no consideration for anyone else.

The pool availability is awesome, also the poolside entertainment was great. Breakfast was good. The bathroom shower needs to be maintained a lil better. Shower mold present. Also shower wall was previously broken and the patch up job was done badly. Front desk representative was very helpful and so was the breakfast staff.

Great location, lots of restaurants near by. Close to all parks. Only issue, 5 night stay, 2 nights had no hot water, carpet had stain spots, bathtub looks very old and lots of paint chips and cracks, with leaky faucet.

Excellent breakfast, clean room, lots of amenities to choose from mini golf & plenty of pool choices. All clean pools!

The eggs Bad maintenance. Day 1 without hot water and the manager or manager assistant with a pessimist attitude. Me and my family had to go to the parks without taking a shower. We were moved to other room and in day 3 we did not have water at night...not even cold. The air conditioner over a box. The worst were the answer of the reception without a solution. Doesn't deserve to be part of the Holiday Inn chain.

We're trying to pack and leave and we got locked out, at a half an hour early, and as I go to get a key I got the maid standing at my door again this is 30 minutes before checkout!. I can't pack if I'm chasing keys at the front desk.

The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms are already very old, and the bathtub had some slightly rusty areas. We asked to change rooms because the refrigerator wasn’t working and we had food and milk for the baby. However, when they moved us, we realized there was no hot water for showering. But overall, the service was good, the breakfast was good, and everything was clean.

Breakfast was good, plenty of selections, pool was bug and since you have rhe other amenities within the resort available, hotel pool was mostly empty. Other resort amenities include the putt putt mini golf, zip line, kids poom, jacuzzi and main pool with restaurant and tiki bar. Plenty to relax and enjoy.

Miguel was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly all the way to the end. Breakfast was included and the ease of using the pools and finding our way through the property was easy dogs are welcomed and the place was so clean

Staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing and it felt very secure. The carpet in the halls and rooms need to be replaced. They look old and stained. I'm sure that's what's giving the hallways a bit of a stuffy, moldy smell.

I was so upset I was traveling with a 2 year old and the shower had hair all over, carpet & couch so many stains, the bed sheets weren’t even on the bed, the towels were stained, the the tile with slippery. I was so grossed out I never leave reviews but I had to.

The pool had exceptional trash in it. There had been an earlier storm. It was cleaned promptly once reported.

Front desk lady very pleasant. Hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is located in a small resort that had several pools. The main hotel pool was less than desirable so we appreciated the other pools we were able to frequent. Continental breakfast was nice. They had omelettes sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc.

Honestly the best place I’ve been to in a long while. The whole experience was amazing. My kids had an amazing time. Definitely will be revisiting soon!

Room had a very moldy smell

The hotel and resort are amazing. I loved being able to have multiple different options for pools. Staff was great, especially Love. Everything was clean and nice. The hotel also provides pool towels. The only complaint I have was breakfast was not very good and it was the same stuff every single day

The Hotel is ok but needs some work. Our shower faucet kept running. The shower needs a good scrubbing. The bathroom door handle was broken so it kept coming off and the bathroom door would stick. The door entering the room had to be pushed hard in order for it to full lock. Called front desk about issues and maintenance said there wasn't much they could do. The light under the microwave doesn't turn off or at least couldn't find a switch so we just unplugged it. Needs better lighting in the room it was a bit dark.

It was nice to get a breakfast, even a simple one with the cost of the room. The coffee was great. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I like the new shades, and the remote to control them. The ac was excellent and the room did not have a musty or off smell. Smelled clean and everything was neat. Everybody on the staff was friendly and cheerful that we encountered. No problems checking in, even when we came in earlier than expected. The location was perfect, and having a Publix and Denny's close by was a plus, even if we didn't use them. The room was not that bright, and the refrigerator did not work. We checked to see if plugged in and turned the dial both ways to see if it would turn on... but no. Luckily we had our cooler and just added ice from the ice machine, which was quite near. So it didn't matter to us.. We didn't have food, just drinks.

They close the main pool early (before 7) so forget about going swimming after dinner. The other four pools they misrepresent are at least a 10 minute walk, more if you have a toddler. Driving there is a nightmare. It took one hour to go 6 miles. The entire evening was a waste and a disaster, the kids were disappointed. We will never stay there again.

The room was huge and clean …becuase of our short stay we didn’t get to see all the resort. Hopefully we will next time we stay 🙂

The pool situation quite upset me. The whole reason we came to this property was for the splash water park and they told us that it's only open from 12-5?!?!? What kind of hours is that?!? It gave us absolutely no time to use the hotel for why we booked it! I am very upset about this.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool closed to early for our family to really use it. Access road to grocery store was very helpful. Some of the amenities we were not even sure where they were located. However, we didn’t ask where they were.

The hallway smelled gross. There were no sheets for the pullout couch. The area was not clean. We found other people’s item in the room proving it wasn’t cleaned. The room was hot when we arrived. The sheets felt wet and not clean. We left an hour after arriving because of the uncleanliness.

Workers were cool and laid back. Very helpful as we. The iron was annoying to use and the shower was a little weird with the faucet system but that’s me nitpicking. I had to take a little longer for checkout and the crew was understanding. No real complaints. Great price. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Would come back!

After checking in, I discovered the toilet in my room was not working. I reported it right away and was assured it would be fixed. Later, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved and that I would be moved to another room. However, instead of being reassigned, I was handed a plunger and asked to handle the problem myself, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and the only option offered was a refund. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful for my family. Overall, this was a very negative and unacceptable experience

The hot breakfast was delicious! Room was clean. My son loved the pool, and the restaurant at the club house was fairly priced and delicious. Bring your fishing poles, the lake holds large mouth bass.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Having access to the amenities on the entire resort is great. We loved the clubhouse pool and mini golf. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of selection. My only suggestion would be to have breakfast last a little longer as it is over at 9:30 am. Access to the coffee throughout the day would be nice. Great stay!

The staff was really nice. The room was not great. The bathroom floor was buckled, the shower was tiny, and the room was outdated. You could hear every noise from the hall and surrounding rooms. I would NOT recommend this hotel as there’s a lot of better ones around.

It was very clean and the location is good. There is access to other amenities on the same property which was a surprise because I didn’t expect that. The bathtub needs to be changed because it’s old. You can see they did some improvements but the whole bathtub and shower surface should have been changed.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard continental fare. The coffee was really good! Our first room, in the main building (there's two), was extremely damp and smelled of musty, tangy air. Very few outlets worked, and then the hot water went out. Called the front desk and they kindly moved us to the second building. Room was nicer, dry, and didn't smell sour. However, it was SO LOUD. Might as well not have had walls. Everyone carrying on in normal tones of voice and just normal ins and outs sounded like they were in the room with you. It was awful. All in all, it was ok at best. Would not book again and would not put my friends or family there either.

Absolutely amazing! I never thought this would be a resort like hotel but it was and so worth it!!!! I especially liked Michael at the front desk with the curly hair!!!! The ONLY thing was one of the breakfast workers seemed to hate her job, why have a peoplely job and you aren’t friendly. Other than that the food was always great!!!!!

The clerk on duty remained on the phone for at least 8 minutes while multiple customers waited, without any acknowledgment or communication. Not even a quick ‘I’ll be with you shortly.’ This came across as very unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

Great overall stay! We definitely plan to come back, my kids have autism and the staff was amazing with them! Breakfast was always great however get there early! It won’t disappoint! As a person with celiac disease the eggs, yogurt, and potatoes were my go to every morning! I will say the big kahuna offers gluten free buns but I got violently ill from it so if you’re celiac eat elsewhere. Clean room, great staff. Seen live alligators in ponds, lots of wildlife from cranes to unique ducks. Starbucks available at the clubhouse! Didn’t get to zip line but we plan to next time they do charge a small fee for it but we are okay with that. Game room was fun, can rent out stuff for pool, basketball, tennis, ping pong, etc. mini golf was fun as well. Best deal in the area cannot wait to return in winter!!!

One of the large pools in the complex was closed for maintenance, and this was not communicated to us. We only found out when we got there and had to leave. We were told that the basketball court would be open at night. We went because we have a teenager who plays, but it was closed. There is only one very small elevator for the entire hotel. The breakfast is very good, but it is not organized. There was only one employee handling both the breakfast and the cleaning. I didn’t get her name, but she was excellent—constantly restocking items and trying to keep everything in order. It’s too much for one person. There were two toasters, but one was broken, which caused a long line just to toast bread. Honestly, the breakfast buffet area is a mess. The pancake station also had a long line, and it takes a very long time for the pancakes to be made. They should have them prepared in advance so guests can simply grab them and move on. Overall, the breakfast buffet area is very disorganized and too small for the number of guests. The dining area is also too small—you have to wait for others to finish before being able to sit down and eat. All the employees are excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Customer service is outstanding. However, I’m sorry to say that I would not stay at this hotel again due to all the issues mentioned above.

Breakfast was good but stops getting filled at 9:15 (9:25 doors close even tho breakfast s served until 9:30!). Pool needs cleaned a bit more — lots of leaves and debris to push out of the way. Cleaning staff sweetly arranged my son’s stuffies on the bed for him. He loved it! Lots of parking no matter what time we arrived. There are some wear and tear spots that need addressed — hole in the ceramic tile got my son’s toe out first night.

Breakfast was a madhouse and was never replenished, hotel offered outside guests breakfast for a fee, and could not keep up with enough food. Ran out of ketchup for days and never replenished. Bathroom doorhandle disconnected from the inside of the bathroom in room 1201 and locked me in, someone in the room had to open-but what if I was alone? who knows...... pool towels were threadbare and small. Coffee was great, and each cup was fresh ground from beans. little messy with sticky tables, sticky floors. Watch out for the people in lobby trying to sell timeshare! Other guests were loud. Trash overflowing and kept up on. Trash bins in stairwell stunk bad, but we like using stairs instead of elevator. % pools are NOT on property site. THis in inside a resort and you CAN use the resorts pools but they are walking distance or use golf carts, very crowded.

Breafast was excellent!

The only problem we had was our a/c wasn’t working and there was no great way to fix it. Don’t was about 75 in our unit the entire time.

Overall a very good stay. Tons of activities available for my family. Highly recommended!

Everything was great!

For the price, the hotel is clean and safe. The breakfast was good and staff were super nice. Only “complaints” if any would be that 1 elevator for the hotel kind of sucks. Other than that, it’s good for tourists looking for a close Disney hotel without the high price.

The staff didn’t at all tell us at check in that there was no hot water as the boilers were being replaced and as of 10:30 at night there was still no hot water we called and spoke to staff several times who didn’t care at all let alone we were given a different room than we booked at check in as they didn’t have any of the rooms available that we booked. The breakfast wasn’t bad but the rooms are not very clean at all not to mention no soaps left or anything let alone major electrical problems as only certain switches work and have to have lights on at all times to get outlets to work

When I called the hotel to ask if there was a security deposit of incidental cost they told me no, that a card to put on file was only needed. When we arrived at this location, then it's an entirely different story. The reason that this really troubles me is that being a black man with dreads in a bun, it makes me wonder if things like this are profile related? What else would make sense? I had a credit card and paid for the room in advance. Additionally this limited the amount of money we had allocated to spend for our youngest's birthday trip. Veey troubling. The policy should be the same across the board. Floor in the bathroom was worn, uneven, and some portions not attached (Room 2306) so be careful. The room was generally good as most Holiday Inn Express and Suites that we have encountered. Breakfast was better than most.

There is poor lighting in the room. No overhead light and the lamps are barely bright. Even with having the window wide open.

We enjoyed the Big Kahuna bar and pool area as well as the pool immediately on our Holiday Inn Express property.

Very nice hotel! The staff was outstanding! Loved the pool area by the bar and grill and the music. Breakfast was great.

Two problems: the lights and the theme park shuttle. The lights were all connected, so they all had to be on or off. We were given incorrect information on the shuttle and ended up at the wrong hotel.

Breakfast was good, access to lots of pools, splash pad, and zipline. Great features.

We had a broken shower for 4 days while we stayed there. We asked several times for a new room and they didn’t accommodate until the last night to switch us rooms. They refused to give us a discount for not being able to shower as well.

Unfortunately we found out the lights/outlet near the bed did not work. Nor did the light go on, when in the night, we went to the bathroom. We left the Bathroom light on to light our way. We wondered why our phones and hearing aide chargers did charge. Also the refrigerator did not function. We were perplexed for 2 days thinking our charges were defective, before we figured it out. When the foyer light was off, the entire left side outlets did not work. We addressed it to the front desk and whatever electrical problem was, it got resolved. soon after. Annoying though for sure. Otherwise we liked the location while we visited family in the area.

Received a phone call after checking out threatening to charge us a late check out fee or another day because housekeeping found belongings in our room. Once I requested to know what was in the room, the items described were not ours. Turns out they reported the wrong room. I didn’t really enjoy being threatened to pay more for a budget hotel after I already drove 5 hours away

Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but delicious with the normal hot and cold options you’d expect. Lots of parking. Wish I’d had more time to enjoy the other amenities - will definitely be back.

It was ok, though they need bit of maintenance work in the restrooms and cleanliness could also have been better. They won’t make up your room unless being told. Also, the elevator was super jerky and out of order a lot of times. The room window was also stuck so no fresh air which was a major turn off at a few points. Nevertheless, the staff was nice.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont was a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the property is well-kept and very clean, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of good choices. Overall, an amazing property that’s clearly well cared for—would definitely stay here again!

Upon check-in, you’ll have to go to the sales team table to obtain your room info, while they try diligently to set you up with a 45 minute sales meeting to join the “club”. This hotel used to be part of the larger “club” but has since been bought by Holiday Inn. This is not a $185 a night hotel! It’s been renovated and not of typical Holiday Inn quality! Three layers of colored paint on the wall where the new bed does not cover the old bed footprint! The MOST frustrating was the morning of check out, we made use of the pool down the access drive and returned to our room around 10:25am. We were NOT able to get back in to our room. They had already shut off our keys. We were NOT the only ones. This was extremely frustrating and took two trips down stairs to the front desk and wasted 25 minutes of our precious time.

I tried several times to reach front desk because our room was so dark I couldn’t see well. Walls are super thin. They started shutting down breakfast five minutes before it’s 9:30 close and then turned off lights shortly after. Not a horrible experience but don’t plan to stay there again.

3 night stay… 1) Entrance is through a gated area. We didn’t have to show any proof of who we were to get through. 2) We were put in the second building and dealt with construction and had trouble finding our room as our room # didn’t appear on any signs. 3) TV wouldn’t connect to channels. We called down and they were supposed to send someone up. We finally ended up figuring it out ourselves. 4) 1st night we wanted to get some drinks from the vending which was in building #1. The side doors were unlocked and unsecured. (This also happened on night 3 so it wasn’t just a one time thing.) 5) We went to breakfast the first morning. There was a very limited selection and neither the pancake machine or the toaster worked. 6) 2nd day breakfast had no eggs for quite a while and they finally brought out omelets which were burnt. 7) When we returned back to the hotel late at night on our last night, there was a sign on the door that said “Room Not Ready”. WE DID NOT PLACE IT THERE. We went in and the room had not been cleaned. I called down and was told housekeeping was already gone. I then asked to at least get clean towels and was told we’d have to come to building #1 to get them because she was the only one working. She said to be sure to speak with the manager when we checked out the next morning. 8) No hot water for the showers!!! Hair found in the eggs. “Manager is not here yet but they’re on their way.” We will NOT be staying there again!

The room was really nice. The bed was super comfortable and I really liked the overall feeling of the property.

Staff was friendly. Room smelled bad. Maybe the wall AC unit? Kind of musty and rank. You get used to it when you’re in there awhile, but not pleasant entering each time. Other than that and a couple oddities in the room that I figured out after the first night, it was a great stay.

Overall, our stay was a very good experience.

Room was super clean. I had issues with the hot water though. Several days hot water came from both the cold and hot sides. Some days the hot water was completely non existent. Took an ice shower my last day in the hotel. The elevator needs attention. Way past inspection date and it showed. Elevator would shake and bounce and took an extremely long time to respond to anything.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful, friendly. The room was very clean. You are giving a parking pass and able to go anywhere on the property to use pool, adventure park, golf course, etc. I would highly recommend staying there. Not a bad area to get too anywhere you need to go either.

The staff were very nice and this hotel was very affordable. It was maybe 75% clean. The towels and sheets smelled clean but had old stains on them. There was dust and wear/tear on the corners of the rooms and baseboards. The elevator license was also 4 months expired.

Shower water didnt turn off all the way was running my whole stay,stood 5 days. The room was moist. I would call front desk of extra towels they always ran out.

The manager Phillipe however was very unfriendly and could take lesson in customer service from his front desk staff who were very professional.

The staff were amazing and helpful with anything that was needed. The only down was that the shower wasn’t draining fast enough and a puddle would stay in shower and the shower was also not so clean. The hallways also constantly had an unpleasant smell.

You can hear every single detail from other rooms, all the conversations. light goes through the doors and windows even with the blinds. Not recommended

The breakfast was okay but things were not restocked; you had to asked for it. Small Refrigerator with yogurt and eggs was always empty. And the seating area could be bigger to accommodate your guests. But all in all it was a fine stay. Thank you.

the room had only one chair which was inconvenient poor lighting and lastly the water pressure in the shower was lacking.

However, the situation escalated when we woke up to find the bathroom and entrance flooded. A second visit to the front desk followed to adress the new issues., after which we departed and returned at 4 pm to find our room in the same state. Eventually, we were relocated to a different room. If not for the excellent time we had at the event we came to attend, the hotel experience would have been a disaster. As a disabled veteran, I struggle with such situations, but fortunately, my friend was able to assist me.

Probably the cleanest/nicest Holiday Inn Express, I've stayed in. Good location, with a decent amount of restaurants/entertainment nearby. Staff was nice, room was clean and tidy, and was well stocked with dove toiletries.

When I went to take my shower both days the water was cold and never hot.

The best part of our stay was the resort offered free shuttle service to different pool areas you had access to within the resort. There are also a few restuarants and activities to do. The property could use a refresh that some sign indicated was underway. Holiday Inns pool needs some umbrellas for shade. Breakfast selection was subpar, The staff was extremely helpful however during our stay and the clean room was large with a comfy bed.

The rooms were clean, the area on which they need to work is on the cafeteria, one day there was too many guests and the food run out the tables where dirty and there was no one attending. the cafeteria service door was closed, 5 minutes later a girl appear to help but she was the only one, it was a lot of people and only one person to clean and place the food.

Room was clean, bed comfy, WiFi worked, and water was hot. Most of the issues came with the staff and kitchen. I did not see a single time during my 5 night stay when the dining tables were wiped down. So if you were not one of the first ones getting breakfast in the morning, you were sitting at a dirty table. The coffee machine broke down frequently. The toaster was not in great condition. Some days, multiple items ran out, and it was difficult to find someone to talk to for issues. I enjoy having a nice relaxing breakfast on vacations to get me off to a good mood before starting the day, but that was impossible at this hotel. Also, one of the washing machines had a broken button so I lost my money there. The receptionist said I would have to email a 3rd party to work it out, which I did, but they never responded. If you allow 3rd party vendors operate on your property, I think you should accept some level of responsibility for your guests. Lastly, the manager was speaking ill about other guests to the receptionist right at the front desk. I get it; I've worked in the industry before and their discussion was familiar to issues I've dealt with. But doing this right in front of other guests in the lobby was very unprofessional. This hotel seemed unrecognizable compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It used to be a name I associated with quality, but I'll be doing more research before automatically booking a stay with Holiday Inn going forward.

The advertising is wrong. They advertise that the hotel has 5 pools but we could access only one small. The breakfast was nothing special, the staff bring the food out slowly and in small quantities than you have to fight with other people over it. If your looking off an affordable stay, this is a good option, don’t expect anything special

I like the location. The property was beautiful. I didn't like the disturbance from neighbors and hall noise. The shower head was bad for anyone with hair to rinse and the tub didn't drain properly.

When we checked in our beds were wet, our bathroom counters were dirty and crusty. There was a bag of old curdled breast milk in our fridge. Thermostat was broken, got changed to another room. Thermostat broken in that one as well with stained sheets, when trying to discuss with the staff of a compensation for a horrible experience on our fly Inn, and our check-in, they treated us like dirt and said that if we didn't stop inquiring with Expedia about restitution for bad service and disgusting. Rooms, they would call the police. And have us removed, I would give this and 0 star, just for that fact. Cuz, I'm pretty sure it's Illegal

Shuttles not frequent, not walkable location, relatively far from attractions, water refill was not located in our building meaning we had to go to the main building in the middle of the night, breakfast is OK but the staff don't always put out everything and we had to ask for bananas, laundry is too expensive, the hotel gate staff were very suspicious of our Uber drivers. The room had ants and was not well lit. The bathroom was pretty gross. The staff were generally nice including front desk and cleaners.

It was grwat to be able to use the ame ities from The adjacent resort.

The front desk staff were kind and courteous but I believe there were issues due to hotel renovations going on. Our hotel room did not have any toilet paper and the pool area did not have any towels. It was not possible to reach the front desk by phone because there was no phone line (I reported that the phone did not have a cable but it wasn’t fixed) so I had to walk down 3x to get assistance in person and walk through a lobby soaking wet from the pool. I left a large item in my room and I am still waiting for the hotel to get back to me regarding this as they do not answer the phone.

Bathtub was clogged up It was disgusting andso does the sink, the AC is so loud it does not let you sleep. It has a timer so it drops and comes back on all nightand you don’t even sleep right the room is hot.

Clean spacious room. Shuttle service to disney world was very convenient. Lovely buffet breakfast provided. There is ice machine present on the floor. Nice amenities available overall. The only negative is, there was only one staff handling the money, and serving the drink and food.

Bed sheet was to small and came undone each night. Shower drain did not work it backed up each night while i showered. This was not good.

Overall is a 10/10

Free breakfast was ok, not stocked up meaning milk, jam, butter not always available- staff on their phones and wearing hoodies with hoods up to clean up tables. Lots of attitude if you asked for items for breakfast, staff shouted at a lady picking up some teabags from the drawer even though they were empty. Rooms good size, not always cleaned and had to ask for towels- I’m sure the holiday inn down the road is nicer

Breakfast could be slightly improved

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was really good and there was so much activities.

Nice resort with pool,tennis etc

Hotel seemed clean but I woke up daily with allergy symptoms that dissipated throughout the day so there was something in the room making me sick(mold maybe). Breakfast ended at 9:30 and they started to close the doors on one day, at least, at 9:17. I overheard one employee say she didn’t care if people were still coming in. They routinely ran out of things like eggs as early as 7 or 8 o’clock and we had to wait upwards of 30 minutes for them to bring out new trays. The pancake machine was repeatedly out of order but all it needed was a new bag of batter. One four slot toaster for the 200 guest of the hotel. The line to toast bread was always 4 or 5 people deep.Needless to say we were very disappointed in breakfast and how it was handled by staff. I witnessed staff being told to shut doors early on 4 of our days there. Very disappointing.

My only real “complaint” was that I could not “black out” my windows, and there more that ideal amount of light coming through my windows then I’d like for optimal sleep, but again, no concerning issues.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly, place was clean and safe. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the show head was not strong, there was no light in the sitting area so it was a bid dark and the ice machine was broken. Other than like I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

Secondly, the bath tub drain was clogged up and they did not send anyone to fix it during my visit. Third, the free breakfast was inedible. A house keeping staff member walked into the room on me without giving me a chance to get to the door. Finally, the checkout host was EXTREMELY rude to me for asking for a checkout receipt. She refused to give it to me and I recorded her telling me they can’t print a check out receipt and she refused to talk to me after that. I’ll never give a other dime to Holiday inn.

My 3 day stay there was no breakfast by 8-8:15am daily, the manager when to the local grocery store for food. Terrible customer service! The rooms aren’t sound proof, I have to listen to the elevator go up and down all night, the entire door slamming shut all day and night. This has been the worst vacation stay with Holiday Inn I have ever had! What has happened to good customer service!

The hotel was very clean. This property has many activities and amenities. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast options was ok. My only problem was the hot water not working in the room I had but they switch me to one that worked fine.

Many amenities on the property , nice staff , good breakfast , clean rooms , very convenient to Disney parks and Universal !

Front desk had good service

I paid for a 2 queen ocean view and received a king suite for my entire stay. I was also charged additional money for the type of room I chose and never received the right room

The one thing I did not like was the shuttle. You have to reserve it the night before and the shuttle has its own schedule so you can't pick a time. Because the schedule was so crazy, we ended up having to book Uber for every day we were there.

Everything was great, safe, clean, Micel at the front desk was awesome.

Very dirty, I think the only thing that was clean was the water in the pool. On the first floor, it looked like there was a guy living there for months with a dog. He opened the door and the place looks filthy. Count to breakfast, nothing to brag about Just something to eat.

The rooms were dark. There were holes and unsightly caulking areas around the shower. The people above ran around and stomped all night. The room smelled wet and damp. The elevator jumped every time we arrived at the 1st floor. The door to building 2 was often broken and open. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room.

Everything was wonderful

However I can not praise this hotel enough. The staff were lovely, the facilities are wonderful- many swimming pools, zip wire, parks, cafes, we played bingo one day by the pool, arcade, board games. The location is great for getting to sea world, disney, food , shops. It was quite, our room lovely and clean. The free breakfast was a huge plus. Free parking. A free shuttle to disney. Just wondering and such good value for money. We would stay again!
