Overall, the room and rest of the motel was very clean and well maintained. The tv channel choice can only be described as goofy. Breakfast was available between 6 and 9 am. We were on a casual trip and having breakfast available until 10 am would have been more attractive. In fact, this turned out to be obstructive inconvenience to our trip.

Room was impeccable, and everything that was needed was in it. Service was great from the beginning to the end, polite, professional, courteous. Although a very short day, the amenities were great and available to all. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bibi checked on me to ensure everything was going well and to let her know if I needed anything. Maria is such a pleasure at breakfast—always smiling and friendly and so efficient in keeping everything stocked and ready for the crowd. The coffee is gratefully available at all hours.

Room was fine, but nothing "extra". Also the desk/TV setup was really weird. Desk randomly in middle of room with TV attached and facing desk/ bathroom. Adjustable, but not enough to properly face either the bed or the couch - had to pull the entire desk onto a slant and block the path (for my wife) to the bed just to be able to see.

Did the job for one night - comfortable sleep. Nice sandwich shop next door. Location was a bit out of town, had to rely on Ubers.

There was a little store next to the check in desk which had drinks snacks and items we might have forgotten to pack. The room was clean and had everything we needed in it. The hotel is situated next to a couple of restaurants and you could easily walk over there. The cooked breakfast was excellent with an interesting and appetizing variety of foods all clearly labeled. All the staff we came across were so helpful and pleasant and always asked if there was anything they could help us with. Thank you for a great stay.

Hampton Inns always have excellent facilities, professional and friendly staff, reasonable rates and great continental breakfast! This location was no exception and stands as one of the top locations that I have stayed.

Mackenzie at check in was amazing. She was extremely thorough and helpful. The woman working at the breakfast buffet on 1/19/26 was very kind and went out of her way to assist a handicapped woman in a wheelchair get breakfast. We love our jacuzzi and utilized it three times. Our bed and pillows were comfy and our room was very clean.

Room & Hotel kept clean! Breakfast was hot & tasty! Reception was helpful & kind. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was bed…a bit hard & uncomfortable.

I was unable to take advantage of breakfast options due to my early departure time in the morning. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was comfy too. I could walk right over to Carrabba's for dinner and also get coffee at Panera's.

Motel was excellent overall. The carpet in 212 needs a deep clean though.

Pillows were amazing

The mattress was like rock stones lumpy and very hard. and the toilet smelled of pee.But a great continental breakfast but don’t get there a minute after 10am

The room was spacious and the staff was top notched. Bebe, Giselle and other attendants responded very timely to request. The cook was so nice and handled our request without complaint. We will definitely go there again. 😊

This hotel has the best and most efficient rooms I have ever seen. Plenty of charging stations, plugs, and areas that are organized for your things. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Minor negative: Need a printed list of TV channels. Some what confusing.

Convenient to our event. Restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were beyond rude. We arrived to an empty parking lot at 3:30 to be told there would be a $25 charge to check into our room before 4:00. I commented that the place was empty but we would cancel and go to the much cleaner Fairfield Inn. Clerk immediately said “ let me see if your room is ready”…shocking, it was… proceeded to a musty, tired and worn out room ( $250 per night!). The carpet was wet, shower dirty and the sheets had very obviously not been changed between guests. It was the kind of place that made you dread going to sleep and waking up feeling like you need a shower( had it not been dirty). At exactly 10:57 AM the following morning, an extremely rude woman asked us as we got off the elevator “ Are you coming from room xyz? We said yes and she checked our name off “ the list”… had we been one minute after 11AM we would have been charged a late fee! At checkout we encountered the same nasty woman from the day before ( if you hate your job so much find another one!). She charged us for a two night stay and refused to correct it saying “ your bank did that”. WHAT? Our bank has nothing to do with this dump of a hotel! I have stayed at Hampton Inns for many many years, never hesitating because I have never ever had an issue. After this experience, I will never stay in one again. Rude staff and a filthy room and being scammed with the charges, fees for arriving a half hour early to an empty dirty hotel equal the end of my relationship with Hampton Inns Note to Hilton customers: You will be charged for arriving early, even if your room is ready. Buyer Beware!!!

Located in a great area.

Needs some serious updating to compete with the new properties going up in the area. Do away with the tubes and put in walk in showers. It was clear that there was a leak in my room, before maintenance came to re-inspect.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is that the carpet felt damp. It could be due to the extreme Florida humidity this time of year but also the AC didn't seem to function well. But the bed was very comfortable and the bedding/pillows were great.

The hotel overall was nice, although the rooms are dated, and due for carpet replacement.

We booked a 6 night stay and it was great for the 1st, 3 days, then the roofers started working on the roof ! Overall it was great ! Super clean ! Friendly staff and a great full breakfast.

Hotel was convenient. Family emergency. It was clean. Did not like that it had no dresser to store our clothes. Sink had only cold water. Was charged extra for cleaning the room. Never heard of that and wasn’t told there would be an extra charge.

The hotel said that it wasn’t them that it was Hotels.com that made the mistake, so they gave me a hearing impaired room, and charged me an extra $20 a night. I showed them my receipt that I got from Hotels.com to show them that it didn’t say it anywhere on the paperwork, but they insisted that it was not their fault, because I used a 3rd party to book they still charged me even though I have Hilton Honors. I teach thousands of students, so I will let them know through my social media platform.

We are from New York but my sister is at Superior Residences right up the street from the hotel. The Hampton is convenient to a lot of restaurants where i can take her. The free breakfast is very nice and once again convenient. Rooms are exceptionally clean and has all the amenities that you need when you are traveling.

Very nice space in the room just horrible expensive $540 for 2 nights. I went ahead and did it bc we were tired and grumpy and I didn’t feel like going cheap and being uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of room, quiet, warm shower that didn’t spray or drip all over the bathroom- all things I’ve learned to not take for granted at more expensive hotels in big cities. And comparing to other budget hotels, a better breakfast at least if you like coffee and are willing to brave the very easy DIY waffles.

Very pleasant, desk clerk McKenzie went out of her way to bake us cookies as this Hampton doesn’t put them out regularly. Nice clean breakfast area, good hot coffee 24/7 including decaf. Very spacious room, pillows a bit hard and no extras but not a big deal. We always do Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint. Also lots of good restaurant choices very close by! Dim Sum great!

The room was clean but very sterile. The kitchen disposal smelled like something died. The diswasher was so stinky. Was not impressed at all.

I liked having a fridge, microwave and free breakfast. I did not appreciate the cheap pump soap, lotion, etc. dispensers attached to the wall like you’re in high school or prison. Using the justification that it was good for the ecology with those plastic bottles. That’s a serious contradiction. The front desk staff, kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. They never came in to clean the room, empty trash or change out towels in two and half days.

Good breakfast but housekeeping is awful. They only made my bed. Don’t change the towels or sweep or vacuum. I called twice about a stopped up sink. They never came.

I enjoyed the stay was clean and comfortable, only issue I had was the shower drain made the water back up so while you showered your feet were in a foot of water.

Property was great very convenient location. Only issue was the AC it turned on every 5 minutes and it was loud and made a water sound when turning on.

I always stay at this property. I have never had such a horrible sleeping experience. The mattress was from the 1800s. It had what felt like a hole in the mattress and sunk down to the bottom. The pillows felt like they had two cotton balls for filling. I had to take a blanket and roll it into a ball to get some type of support to sleep on. For paying over 350.00 I would expect better accommodations. In addition I was not able to change the thermostat from AC to Heat. I room was set at 70 degrees which was freezing and I wanted to warm the room up a bit and the only thing I could to was to raise the thermostat to 78 and wait until the room warmed up. Which it never went past 75.

Staff is welcoming and pleasant. Accommodating. Rooms are neat and clean. Location is central to traveling in Clermont, restaurants, grocery store as well near Disney, major roads. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice but we were stuck next to the elevator and heard it until about 11:30 -12:00. Would not stay in that room again, but everything else was a great experience!

This hotel is well located to do Parkrun at Lake Minneola. It is clean and tidy, and the room was spacious. However, there is no bottled water in the room, no milk for the coffee in the fridge and no bath.

This was our second stay and we really enjoy the convenient location, easy and free to park and complimentary breakfast. It’s very close to the hospital, and the highway. Very quiet and very clean.

It’s incredibly misleading the way in which this hotel is rated. You say that this is a four star hotel, and the ratings are off the chart. But the reality is: this is a clean three star hotel at its best day ever. The food is absolutely disgusting. The amenities are basic as they,. The rooms are remodeled to look modern yet you can tell it’s all old. It is ran on a tight budget. I’ve spent many a night in many more nicer four star hotels than this one. I felt I was lied to. they do a great job. For a three star hotel. But it’s only a three star hotel.
