We have stayed here many times and always have a wonderful experience.

It was a beautiful property that's close by Clemson, but away from the traffic.

Allowed smooth late check in.

One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in! Convenient to town, but with free parking. Spacious rooms with beautiful decor.

This is a hidden gem near the Clemson campus. It’s a beautiful facility and the staff are very welcoming! We were allowed an early check in which was great! The room was beautiful and the bed and sleep were amazing! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the Clemson area!

We always wanted to stay here whenever we were visiting Clemson, and we finally did … and we’re not disappointed. Our stay was great!

Parking was easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so check in took minutes. They had great recommendations for food and cocktails within walking distance of the hotel - we highly recommend Kite Hill Brewery. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and they are so quiet - well insulated for noise/other guests. This is our current favorite and we will return.

rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The Inn is located at a town center however we arrived late (8pm) and there is no restaurant at the actual Inn. There are only 3 dining places in the town center -1 was closed, 1 is fancy, the other is a beer hall- so there are very limited food options in the immediate area. All stores close around 6pm. The breakfast place next door is excellent, we enjoyed our meal the next morning.

One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and it was located in such a cute neighborhood area with shops and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. We had a short stay when in town for a college tour. Less than 10 minute drive the the campus. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Parking was easy and abundant. The hotel is located in a cute market square, with a pub, restaurant, pharmacy, and cryo iv center all within a block. The staff were very friendly, and happy to assist with our needs. Our only problem was the lack of microwave in room, and the limited choices in their snack area. There is a cafe attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly, but it did not offer simple black tea, everything was herbal organic, and their hours were very limited.

Front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious and had a mini fridge. Will stay again our next visit home.

This is one of our favorite hotels while in Clemson. Several restaurants and a wine bar and a brewery just steps away.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel. It did not have any amenities so I wasn’t expecting much, but it was pretty. The rooms were very open and spacious, but the bed was not comfortable at all.

This is my third stay at Inn at Patrick Square. Lovely , clean and quiet property with a steakhouse, pizza restaurant, wine bar and breakfast restaurants. It’s 7 minutes from Clemson university. Nice retreat.

The Inn on Patrick Square is very unique in its location and has a Colonial style presentation. Staff was very helpful and courteous from booking, to check in and check out. Vey quiet and very clean rooms.

We were in town for a housewarming and decided to make a weekend of it it was lovely. Food options were great too!

We had a King suite with a pull out sofa for our son and the mattress was terrible - it was literally sleeping on a sheet with springs in your back - no cushioning whatsoever. Also, there was coffee available the first morning but not the second.

It was a very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. Only thing I can knock is they only had limited channels on cable and no apps such as Netflix,Hulu or prime,etc. and the tv volume we had to set to 100 just to be able to hear the tv slightly.

The Inn at Patrick’s Square is such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. We stayed 4 days for our granddaughter’s. wedding. It was convenient and the places to eat in Patrick’s square were great. The friendly service by all the staff at the Inn was so appreciated. It truly is a wonderful place to stay.

Patrick Square is the perfect place to retreat at the end of the day. Kite Hill Brewery, Joe’s Pizza, and Sunnyside Cafe round out the allure of this great stay at the Inn.

It’s a cute property for sure, but we were in a room that has some mechanical equipment under it or something because our bed intensely vibrated when it turned on every night and drove me nuts.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and beautiful. There is food and shopping right down the block. A perfect stay.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel convenient to Clemson University. No fitness facility. They have a few items for grab and go for breakfast. There is a coffee shop right next door and a breakfast/lunch place 2 doors down with a great breakfast menu!

Beautiful property with easy access to Clemson

I enjoy this property for the location and it is quiet. The rooms are comfortable. On this stay, I requested some drinking glasses and was informed you no longer provide them. Also, I needed another bar of soap for the shower. Lastly, the TV volume on my TV was at max and I still could not hear it well. Otherwise, everything was great.

I always stay here when I'm at Clemson, it's always a great experience!

This hotel is conveniently located close to Clemson. We were in the area for a family reunion. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was very clean and spacious with dual queen beds, a desk and love seat. The beds were firmer than I liked, but were neat and clean. A minimal breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins) was provided. We stayed multiple nights and had to check to see if linen service was provided because it had not occurred by mid-day. The front desk confirmed that they were short-staffed. While we enjoyed our stay, there are other hotels in the area that offer comparable comfort and a better breakfast selection at a lower price point.

Wonderful property. Rooms are nice and a wonderful coffee shop connected. Wish they offered discounts for return visitors since it is a little pricey.

I have stayed at this property many times. Always a great stay. They are very accommodating. If I encounter a problem the staff always makes it right. Will definitely be staying many morevtimes

I would’ve given a 5, but the fact that our room was ready when we arrived at noon and they charged us an extra $25 to go check in to it before 4:00 if absolutely absurd!!!

We’ve been here several times and it is always clean with a friendly staff. Area around the hotel is nice for walking after our long drive, and grabbing a beer across the street or breakfast around the corner. Just wish we could get rooms on football weekends!

We always stay here bc it’s not far from town. It’s quiet, clean and staff is friendly & accommodating. Kat was exceptionally accommodating & friendly this trip, remembering our names each time we came in.

Another enjoyable stay with the Inn at Patrick Square. I often stay here when I’m in the area for work and have always had a great experience. The are many great dining options within walking distance which is welcome after a day of driving. As always I enjoyed my stay and I’ll be back again.

Nice spot about 2 miles from Clemson.

My wife, two young sons, and I came to town to visit family. The hotel is beautiful and service was great. The coffee in the lobby was amazing. We will be back!

Short drive to Clemson. Charming area

Staff and service: POOR. Greeting was ok, but it didn’t seem like we welcome. Morning was even worst. First, house keeper started banging the door around 8:30am.I left a sign hanging from the night before “Privacy, please “. That did not matter. I answered the door and told that we are still in the room, and we won’t be needing service till 11am. 9:30am our doors were banged again! We went downstairs right before 10am, complimentary coffee urn was empty. We asked front desk person if we can have some coffee. She told us that they ran out and she wobble making more. How wonderful! Good morning to you all!
