Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. While some guests appreciated the cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff, others expressed dissatisfaction with maintenance issues, lack of amenities, and poor breakfast offerings.

Everything was as pictured. Room and facility in general were very clean. Breakfast area was clean as well and can tell waffle maker is cleaned daily. Staff was very helpful and polite. Will use this place any future visit to area
- 3/5
Adding the Wyndham 'brand' doesn't make it anything other than a Super 8.
- 4/5
On the night I checked in a woman sat on her phone watching a show instead of tending the front desk. She was rude when asked questions pertaining to her job. Likely thinks this is just a place to collect a paycheck. The family that owns and runs the place is polite and professional.
- 4/5
One of the queen beds had a broken bed spring and the air conditioner cover needed to be repaired. Check-in was slow since there was no attendant readily available. Otherwise, it was good for the cost.
- 3.5/5
The location. The bathroom did not have a fan. The hallway needed vacuuming (but that was taken care of during our stay). The breakfast offerings were waffles, bread, mini muffins, jogurt, margarine, jam, frosted flakes, and raisin bran. Some things were not restocked before the end of the breakfast time at 9:00 a.m. The orange juice was thinned out so much during the sold-out weekend that it was undrinkable. The coffee machine often ran out and was not refilled until the person at the desk was asked to do so. Although we used online checkout and said we were checking out at 11:00, our keys stopped working at 10:00. The receptionist told us that online checkout did not work and we would have to check out at the desk if we had paid a deposit and wanted it back. She tried twice to make the room keys work until 11:00, but she was not successful. Thank heavens the cleaning lady let me in our room so I could get our luggage out and could continue loading the car. We understand that this is a budget hotel, but we found that too many corners were cut.
- 5/5
Great experience.

Location to our event Having to pay an unexpected 100 deposit for each room. Why Parking was terrible Communication language barrier
- 3.5/5
There was no lobby to sit in and have dinner with your team. No pool. Very small hotel.
- 3/5
Bad parking
- 1/5
Stayed 2 nights-room wasn’t even straightened up after 1st night-no clean towelsetc. . Bed made so much noise that we could hardly sleep. We’re 80 yrs old so we were just trying to sleep. Husband had to fix toilet seat. When mentioned to the staff, they just looked at me.
- 4/5
Was ok! No issues
- 5/5
Love the waffle maker Parking lot looks a little ruff
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Super clean and quiet My $100 deposit has not been refunded back to me yet.
- 4.5/5
Cleanliness of the hotel and room. Friendly staff and continental breakfast. The bedframe was noisy. Any time you move or roll over there was a loud noise, like banging on a drum.
- 1/5
The room was not very clean and there was hair all in the bed. The place is not very well lit at night and is kind of scary with people hanging out outside and it being dark. The curtains didnt close good so you could see in.
- 4/5
Nice place for the price. Nice folks,

Property managers were terrible. Had issues with me asking for towels and an extra blanket because the bed sheets were just terrible. Room had a smell to it. Comforter was as thin as the sheets

The Room was very clean and Nice. Parking was Easy and convenient. The staff was pleasant.
- 1/5
Never stay at this place
- 4/5
Plenty of parking. Super clean room! We could smell the bleach. Breakfast was very basic (waffles, muffins, toast, cereal) & the OJ was watered down. The bed was CRUNCHY though and the mattress should be replaced! The springs creak and crackle with every movement. Pleasant enough stay for 1 night in a nice area.
- 2/5
Location is good. Shower is good. No carpet, so floor clean. Not super impressive. You can bring a dog but there an additional fee. Took 15 min for the worker to get to the office to get checked in. The bed was not comfortable. There is a hollow metal box under the bed, as the frame and every time you rollover it makes a sound like your kicking a trash can. No coffee pot. Not super impressive. There is a long list of "incidentals" they will charge you for when you check in. Basically don't do anything you're not supposed to do. Can't say I'll stay here again. Checking out hotels for a wedding in a few months... this one is not an option.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
warm
- 3/5
Clean place. Clean room. Breakfast offering was mid. The only problem was I had the DO NOT DISTURB on my door and while I was gone during the day housekeeping came into my room and replaced towels & some things in the bath Not ok with them coming in with the sign on the door.
- 5/5
The “breakfast” was abysmal, but then again, I know better than to choose a Super 8 for the breakfast options. We grabbed a waffle on our way out the door. Great option to stay for a cheap, clean and comfortable sleep!
- 5/5
Clean,easy check in. No problems.

Was perfect thank you

Loud vehicles all night long, slamming off doors, and the bed has the metal frame that every time I tried to move it sounded like i was beating on metal. The worst experience I've ever had at any hotel stay and I'm 61 years old.
- 1/5
i want a full refund. i did early checkin so i paid 25 more dollars. i told front desk that i almost died driving because i was so sleepy, that i needed sleep urgently. she gave me the first room next to the entrance and sliding doors. every 30 seconds the doors made sound. i didnt get 1 minute of sleep. this is harrasment. i am extremely disturbed by the front desk indian lady
- 5/5
Easy check in and out process.
- 2/5
Towels stunk! Small tv.

- 0.5/5
I used to like this property bc it was convenient. There were cockroaches. we addressed the issue with staff and they told us there were not any and proceeded to put us in the room next to the roaches. We could not refund that night and did not feel comfortable in an environment that hosts cockroaches.
- 2.5/5
that the price was fair compared to other hotels in the area, and it's near food/gas stations. Breakfast was bare minimum. I thought it would offer more but it did not. One of the rags had mold on it. There were no elevators that we saw. The trash cans were very tiny. The beds were extremely hard.
- 3.5/5
Very clean
- 0.5/5
They are very racist
- 1.5/5
Aside from the highway noise, it was a decent location. It smelled like weed. The breakfast didn’t hit on much either
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3.5/5
The location for me was Excellent Not well maintained
- 3/5
Breakfast was minimal, no protein. They require an additional $100 deposit that was not listed on the app. The female staff are usually kind, the male was not. He was very transactional and cold.
- 4/5
The msn at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants.
- 5/5
The staff was very good & having a problem with that one bug in room that's the only problem
- 3/5
Easy check in room ok kinda dirty
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff was very courteous.
- 3/5
This was a convenient and clean place to stay while in a local pool tournament. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was fine to crash in each night. It is a no frills hotel. It is tucked behind everything, so it felt a little unsafe. The breakfast bar is one option: make your own waffles. It was quiet, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was bright and clean, and there are a lot of stores and places to eat nearby.
- 3/5
The included "breakfast" very basic : waffles, cereal and toast. Waffle House is a few steps away, we ate there. Did not appreciate being woke up at 5:45 in the morning to a running vacuum. Couldn't get her attention because she was wearing both her ear pods. Someone trying to check in at 9 PM, ringing the desk bell repeatedly. Made me wonder where the staff was, and if it was the same person with ear buds in so couldnt hear anything going on. Good water pressure in shower. Bed squeaking every time you move was annoying. Not on a box spring, just like a metal net that made noise every time you moved. Hotel is in great location to shopping and places to eat. No sidewalks.

The room was fine. However, my son's plans changed, so he checked out a day early. Expedia said the ultimate decision on a refund was up to the hotel, so I called, and a lady told me if he was out by Sunday morning, they wouldn't charge for Sunday night. Sunday morning, a man told him there would be no refund for the last night and wouldn't listen to us explain about my call. He was charged for all three nights. No flexibility. No understanding. And at least one staff member is rude.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly room was clean.
- 3/5
room was fine but you people need to hire american people so we can understand what they are saying when they speak
- 5/5
It was terrific everything was great!
- 1/5
Also, tv is horrible. 24 in and the screen is dark with a black line through it. Staff came and looked at it and said it was fine. Asked for a new room and was told no extra rooms avaliable. Didnt even offer anything for the inconvenience. Oh, no black out curtains and the parking lot light is shining right in the room. Terrible experience
- 5/5
Everything was great!

This property has no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor!! Staff was friendly on the day of check in but the next morning when we told them about the bugs ( cockroaches ) in our room they weren’t so nice. They told us they would spray the room when we left for the day and leave the hand towels that we requested but someone also left a dump in our toilet. Yes you heard me right someone had took a dump in our toilet and did not flush it! We did believe the front counter girl that she sprayed but on our second night, when getting up at 2:30 am to go to the bathroom, we had the bugs again. By the way we had no food to attract the bugs. The place needs to be professionally sprayed under the tv stands and the floors need to be sweep and cleaned better. The beds were not bad but after seeing bugs you get the feeling nothing was clean. The free breakfast was nothing: 2 types of juice ( apple & maybe orange juice) No fruit at all, waffle maker, coffee ( not good) , only pure sugar no artificial sweetener. No tea bags out, No toaster, No bread. For $198.00 you’d expect some effort put into the continental breakfast. We were not the only ones with bugs in our room either, I heard 2 others talking that they had the same problem. On the day of check out we took pictures of the foyer with cockroaches. Also the wash clothes and hand towels were stained with some dirt spots. Purchase new towel sets. Not a place I will ever stay or recommend!

This hotel is a nightmare. The man who checked us in the night we arrived was standing outside, and seemed very agitated that he had to come inside and do his job. The entire process was hostile and unwelcoming. He shoved papers at us and snatched my husband's ID and debit card very rudely. There is no elevator - so if you have small children or lots of luggage (we had both) it's a bit inconvenient, but we managed. The room was horrible. Bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair on the towels and in the tub. The tub was broken and faucet leaked all night. The people in the room next to us were screaming and fighting, and the mattresses are about 6 inches of springs with a half inch of padding. Bedding consisted of a thin blanket that smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, and a topper that looked and felt like a curtain. Myself and my son were awake all night. My husband and daughter lightly dozed on and off. The next morning, we went downstairs to ask for a refund on our second night, and the lady at the front desk assured us we would be credited back the difference on our card. That was a blatant lie, as they kept all of it. When we called to ask when the refund would come, we were told rudely over the phone that it wouldn't. We paid a total of $292 for 2 nights here (stayed one), and I am absolutely appalled at what an epic waste of money it was. This hotel is a rundown sketchy ripoff, and the employees are terrible. 0 stars, would not recommend to anyone.
- 4/5
Very clean and maintained Super 8.
- 5/5
Have stayed here many times and will stay here again, always clean and courteous. Nice simple place to get a room, I recommend it.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Easy access to Interstate 40.

Missing pen and note

It’s hard for me To get out of parking because too many cars are so near ! It’s like a parking jam game !
- 3/5
Not a lot of parking and not well lit area
- 5/5
Awesome place as always for a quick weekend stay!
- 1/5
Only positive was they had a pretty clean room. Not 💯 but ok!
- 4/5
Did not like paying a fifty dollar deposit for room and have to wait a 7-10 days to get it back???
- 4/5
I’ve stayed here several times, and for weeks at a time in the past. The front desk staff are friendly, but others do not speak English and it’s hard to communicate. They’re also sending in housekeeping BEFORE the 11 AM check out time which is unprofessional. They’re also inconsistent with charging a deposit. Sometimes they do not require one at all, and others it’s either $50 or $100. I booked online and the dates got changed and I was unable to change the reservation and had to pay for another night. When I paid for the first night, I wasn’t charged a deposit but, even though I paid online prior to my stay the second night, I was required to pay a $50 deposit. It tends to be frustrating mainly because they know me, but still charge a deposit. I’ve never damaged anything and always get it back, but it ties up money while waiting for the refunded deposit to clear my bank account. Money is very tight these days, so it can be difficult to wait for a refund when you don’t have any money left.
- 4/5
The motel is fine, but the check-in was awful. There were a few people in front of me and the check-in was very slow. The person in front of me was an immigrant without a reservation and the receptionist told him they had no vacancies, which I doubt because the parking lot was nearly empty. After my check-in, the clerk threw the keys at me and left. 20 minutes later, a person walked into my room - the receptionist had given them a copy of my key. When I went back to my room, my key no longer worked. The clerk told me not to keep it next to a phone, when in reality he had unprogrammed my key when he reassigned a room to the person who had entered mine earlier. Disaster.
- 4/5
Don’t travel really. We had a ball tournament was a clean place to sleep and shower loved how close it was to everything including the ball field. Was noisy at night sounded like someone was slamming doors on our hallway I think it was other occupants coming in late and not being respectful to other guests who were already in bed. Overall I would stay there again
- 2/5
Rude staff
- 4/5
They may want to use a different detergent on sheets, etc that is eco friendly and non scented. Family member was somewhat allergic to the detergent they use.
- 5/5
The property was convenient to Tanglewood golf course where I played in a tournament
- 4/5
Breakfast was awful. It seemed like the orange juice and apple juice machine was in need of a good cleaning.
- 1/5
We thought we was living in a 5 star hotel but comes to find out we was staying somewhere that was terrible only changed towel on the 3rd day smelt like cigarettes and it was always hot also the bed covers we received were nasty
- 2/5
Bed was uncomfortable and made a banging noise every time you move. Toilet seat falling off the toilet. Pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows. Breakfast was very lackluster. No soap in the room. Bathroom door had no latch or way of closing it.
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
NA
- 5/5
The “tin drum” base for the bed seemed poorly assembled, was “shifty” and very noisy. The room was not very clean. The breakfast offerings were very sparse (waffles were “out”) and not appeali g the breakf
- 2/5
Check-in desk is behind a glass window so that makes you feel not safe but was ok. Small, clean room. Bed ok. Pillows not supportive. Should have had a microwave-Missing microwave. Had fridge. Breakfast: juice, milk from a pitcher, 2 kinds of cereal, 2 kinds of bread, waffle maker, coffee. Went to Panera for coffee. Cheap hotel near where we needed to be. Ok for a night. Dairi-O nearby.
- 1/5
Never received my deposit back, when I reached out they said they only did cash even though they took my card for the from
- 4/5
Quick quite stay
- 5/5
Very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Best value for a nice stay near winston salem nc
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel overall in great shape. Quiet and pleasant stay.
- 4/5
It was less than 10 minutes to a Mexican restaurant where my celiac wife could eat, plus I love Mexican food. There was a Waffle House even closer for a reasonable breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Good for a cheap few nights stay. The breakfast shouldn’t be called a breakfast - continental or not. It was embarrassing so we went around the corner to get our pick of fast food places with good breakfast. Cigarette burns (?) on the sheets/comfortor
- 3/5
First no elevator at this location. Then I asked at 6:30 am while eating the very limited breakfast( waffles or cereal) if he could change the tv to the baseball game in Tokyo he said they prefer to keep on cnn news😢
- 4/5
Dislike: NO ELEVATOR. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast area was VERY small and cramped. Not much variety of food.
- 5/5
The staff was pleasant and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Good service,nice staff
- 4/5
My family and i stayed at the super 8 for a while and not once did this property make us feel unwelcome and they rates are very affordable when we stayed for those time being. If need be we will sure book again thanks again Super 8
- 4/5
We had to plan a low budget last minute trip and this hotel exceeded our expectations.
- 3/5
The person at check in was ok The room was nice put the floor had not been cleaned I had to pick up a pices of beef sick. Phone did not work so I had to call front desk on my cell.to ask if we could get espn he said no that we only have news channel that was not right we found espn. The sheets were old and had something all over the side
- 3/5
They sent texts ahead of time wanting info & 8:07am a texting wanting to know when I was leaving. I struggled to understand the front desk man because of his accent, I told him I didn’t want an adjoining room. There was a door in the room so I put a chair against it. It was clean but the bed was hard and made awful sounds when I moved. The water was so so warm for shower. There was no gym. The breakfast was waffles, mini muffins and cereal/juice. It smelt like pot to me at the front desk. Someone above me was loud for over an hour. Not sure if they were hard of hearing or what. It served its purpose. It was close to work for a one night stay & bad weather. The tv did have a lot to watch during all the boredom. It was a basic, no frills hotel. Clean but the bed spread was thin. If you just need a one night stay and can handle a hard & loud bed, go for it. It wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t want to make it a habit to go there. Pictures look better than the actual place but that’s true of all hotels. It was very noisy and I could hear traffic on the main road as well as loud guests above me and talking in the hall. If it had continued, I planned to call the front desk. I didn’t expect much but it served the purpose.
- 4/5
It was within in easy distance of restaurants and my final destination.
- 2/5
One side of bed was broken down
- 3/5
Not sure how clean it was as roaches were seen
- 4/5
Nervous about cars in the parking lot, but i didn't actually have any issues. You get what you pay for. I had reasonable expectations, so i wasn't surprised.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
Did not like property. Did not stay.
- 4/5
ok
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
- 3/5
Could have been better the only thing I didn't like the bed was not comfortable it was rough made a lot of noise even if this turn sideways found some hair on my top cover blonde did not get a good night's sleep I don't think that hotel will be best for me next time somewhere else
- 2/5
Immediately i was unhappy with this hotel as i walked in the lobby after 4 hours in the car i really needed to use the rest room. I look and follow the sign for the PUBLIC restrooms. When i get there they are locked with a keypad. I go to tge front desk politely asking for the code. I was told "The manager said they are for employees only". Yeah so not PUBLIC at all. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to finish my check in process, go mobe my car, haul my bags up the stairs to my room and then finally relieve myself. Lucky i didn't just go outside next to the overflowing dumpster out back. Definitely not staying here again and i dint feel like this stay was worth the price i paid either
- 2/5
Booked a non smoking room with two queen beds, but was given a smoking room. When we let staff know they argued saying it wasnt a smoking room. I am allergic and my wife has asthma so we know when theres been smoking. Got a new room with only one bed but we needed two beds since there were 3 of us. We were told there werent any other rooms so we were forced to sleep 3 people in a king bed for 2 nights. On top of that all the staff kept asking if we were guests in the hotel implying that we had snuck in. Ive never experienced anything like this.
- 4/5
Was a bit noisy, but clean.
- 3/5
Stayed here for 2 nights, nice guys when we checked in. Not sure why there is a divider at the check in window?! Made it seem like someone was going to Rob them. Like a gas station in a bad part of town. Room was okay, no carpet; which I liked! surface clean, When I went for breakfast, no room and no food left. It served it’s purpose
- 4/5
Price was good. I encountered a couple of insects. Would have been nice to have one more cup of coffee.
- 3/5
Broken refrigerator in first room. Clogged sink in second room as well as ants. Room had a paint smell. Comforters and sheets were thinning. Some holes.
- 1/5
no mire
- 3/5
The property was okay and in a convenient location. However, it was not the cleanest and breakfast option were very limited. It was somewhat difficult to sleep at times as there were no blackout curtains and they didn’t close very well and the outdoor light was shining directly into my room. Price was okay, but I would personally stay elsewhere next time I’m in the area.
- 3/5
Not bad for the price.
- 5/5
My husband liked the firm bed. One bed was firm; the other was softer, and they really suited us. The room was very clean.
- 5/5
Nice in every way
- 5/5
The staff is helpful
- 4/5
Overall was ok. Breakfast was horrible and only limited to a stale dried out waffle and frozen muffins. Beds were ok. Property could use some sprucing up and parking was horrible. This is not for families..
- 5/5
Was really clean
- 1/5
Overall motel is poor. They were very unfriendly. We’re not consistent about keeping up with the towels and made accusations that we had not turned in dirty towels when we want we need to clean towels to take a shower. They’re so-called continental breakfast was a waffle machine, four pieces of white bread, a half a dozen chocolate chip muffins and yogurt juice The rings were OK, but the staff was very very unfriendly The location is convenient to I 40 and to a lot of eating places around it. Probably would never stay there again unless I had to and we stayed there and endure this for a week. Our son has the do not disturb sign on his door and the manager tried to enter his room with the pass key. Anyway, they were in the bed asleep.
- 5/5
Beds was hard
- 5/5
Second time I have stayed there and both times very much worth the price
- 4/5
Easy access from Interstate 20 and good restaurants close by.
- 5/5
It was nice for the price
- 2/5
When I checked in the room had gum on the floor, stained sheets, and food left in the fridge. When my room did get serviced one time they didn’t empty any trash and the other they left me no clean towels. I had my rain jacket come up missing and no one took the time to even look for me
- 3/5
We were given a room with blood stained sheets. Then we were told we were unable to get any sort of discount because “it was the second day of our booking”. How else would we have seen the sheets beside us going to sleep?
- 4/5
The manager and staff were very nice and professional, we would stay there again.
- 3/5
For the price it was ok. Smelled smoky. Probably would not go back.
- 3/5
1. Lack of elevator. While not a tall building, anyone not on the 1st floor has to manually lug their possessions up a flight of stairs. That was personally difficult to manage. 2. A couple of maintenance issues: sticky door, bad WIFI, and temperature regulation (too warm to too cool whenever the A/C was off/on). 3. Breakfast offerings were below standard. Even stretched the definition of 'Continental Breakfast' to the breaking point. All of this together made the stay 'not worth the price' (though most other options were unavailable).
- 3/5
Friendly and super kind staff. Shower retained water from the minute you turned it on. By the end of your shower you were standing in 4-5” of water. Breakfast waffles were delicious. Didn’t like that they were replacing roof and customers were not advised to move their cars. Soot and shingle pieces were everywhere. Good news is they have a new roof.
- 1/5
We could not sleep from 3pm on because 2 people were talking loud to the person working behind the front desk in the lobby. This is so uncalled for and disrespectful to the people that paid the sleep in a hotel room. I would like a partial or full refund for the miserable night stay there.
- 4/5
It was good for the price
- 1/5
Ants was all over the bedside table they first gave me the keys to room that had not been cleaned and then followed up saying did you report it and the answer was yes I was just a bit displeased and disappointed
- 2/5
The property was marginally clean, beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Toilet leaked, shower barely drained. The linens had stains and cigarette burns. Beer cans in the parking lot. Otherwise it was really nice.
- 4/5
Nice place,obvious they ate upgrading
- 5/5
Very very clean
- 1/5
Also, their vending machine was out of order. WHY???
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Room clean, property good
- 4/5
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The coffee machine though that provided guests during the day was absolutely the worst. Probably instant and very insipid otherwise clean and orderly, bathroom and bed superior.
- 5/5
I attend a Technology conference every year and I always stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and always make sure that the rooms are clean. The recent renovation looks amazing as well. I will continue to stay here each year that I go to this conference. -amanda hearl
- 5/5
Don’t book on “Reservations.com” they add on fees!!
- 5/5
Very clean friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
I traveled from New Hampshire to Winston Salem to visit our youngest daughter and her two small children. I like to stay at Wyndham properties, having had good luck with them on my many visits to the coast of Maine. Have even made some new friends, folks who work there. I highly recommend Wyndham properties and I know what I'm talking about. If it weren't true, I wouldn't say so.
- 2/5
There was a fire alarm tripped and I had to go to the front desk to find out if we needed to evacuate as several fire trucks arrived. We had to again ask if all was clear and we could get out if the below 20° temps and back in the room. 20° is a bit chilly in pajamas. No communication through this.
- 3/5
Easy check in. The incidental deposit was higher than any hotel, should have been a forewarning. The room was updated, as well as it could be. Yet, there was not a handle for the bathroom door. No handle, no deadbolt, just a hole in the door where it should be. This wouldn’t be a crazy inconvenience, unless you’re a mom trying to escape from the kids for a breather. There is no hiding. The beds are loud, extremely loud. You’ll be able to have a competition with your neighbor after you decide enough is an enough. I did receive a late check out. However, housekeeping knocking on the door every 30mins defeated the whole purpose. They really need to calm that down.

It was an easy check in and check out. Had all the stores and restaurants close by less then 1 mile radius.

I can’t recall feeling more unwelcome at any hotel. Desk worker sat down whole time. We could barely see her. She didn’t offer Wi-Fi code or time of breakfast. Went to breakfast at 8…. No milk, no bread or muffins. Had to ask. The hotel desperately needs to hire someone who wants to work!!

As soon as I arrived at the property, I noticed the parking lot was area was dimly lit, in rough shape and trash strewn around. The exterior of the building itself appeared dated and the “landscaping” was some sort of rock mixed with weeds.. the grounds, in general, didn’t make a good first impression.. the staff that I dealt with were to the point but decent enough. The room itself appeared to have had a “facelift” but was noticeably done as a cheap, quick coverup. In my opinion, they slapped some paint on the walls, hung a big photo of a random picture of a commercial airplane, put up some curtains and called it a day.. the tv was also dated and small. I can deal with all of the things mentioned above but the last couple of things, the most important in my opinion, were definitely subpar! The air conditioning unit initially was fine. However, approximately 30 min after I initially turned it on, the room began to smell musty/sour.. I’m no expert but it smelled an awful lot like mold. The smell either eventually subsided or I just became acclimated to the smell. I dismissed it and let it be because I was only staying a night. Next was the bathroom. It didn’t appear dirty but smelled like urine. The last thing that, in my opinion is the most important in a hotel room, was the bed itself. I might as well have been laying on a piece of cardboard, on the floor! It was awful.. period.. no other way to put it.. I might have gotten 3 hours of broken sleep. One night was $180.00

Conveniently located near almost any thing and everything you may need. When needing to adjust the schedule, they were excellent to work with and very accomodating. Offered great advice about the area and pricing. Would recommend

I stayed 4 nights and everything was great! Super clean room, nice staff, and close to everything you could possibly need. Rooms have been updated as well.

Was an acceptable room for one-night stay?

The bed made a lot of noise. Needed a chair.

Not sure if we happened to be the first guest of a newly renovated facility but this was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in.

Overall the rooms are very clean. Don’t let this affordable hotel go without a stay. It’s an older building with numerous remodeling features inside to include the interior room flooring . The breakfast was very limited during our stay. There is a Waffle House within walking distance and a Cracker Barrel within 1/2 mile driving distance.

It’s a Super 8, so it’s the same as many others. This one is recently remodeled and clean.

Very clean room. Seems recently updated. No carpet in rooms which is nice and sanitary. Property at times has the smell of marijuana in the hallways. But everything seemed well kept and cleaned.

It was ok considering it was decent price. The breakfast was a little slim and not a lot to choose from and rooms were not as clean as would have liked but overall ok.
