The pictures doesn’t match the hotel pictures online. This is really outdated and dirty. Sheets has stains & cigarette burns. Roaches in bathroom.

Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude

The rooms were great. The employees were friendly. Pool was nice. O er allot wasa very nice place to stsy.

The water was freezing cold and the microwave didn't even work. There was water on the bottom of the fridge. Worst hotel stay I've ever had.

Tampa was booked due to the BTS concert so we decided to reserve the closets possibly and this was the only place under $200 we could find. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but the place is falling apart. The bed covers need to be changed they have rips and holes. The bathroom door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door and broke it. It resembled a scary movie room.

The room wes verry dirty and roaches was everywhere, they don't have another room for me until the next day and the next day he said will clean it for you and spray it , it was a nightmare and I had to check early and now iam waiting for my refund Everything

Toilet was not flushing properly. Bed and pillows smelled bad. Reserved a non-smoking room but it smelled like someone smoked 5 packs in there.

Terrible hotel! It was a last minute decision and a very poor one. As soon as we walked in to turn the light on this massive light shade fell off of what they called a lamp. They have led lights taped to the ceiling that turned on and off when it wanted to. Electrical outlets have exposed wires everywhere.

Next to a night club, homeless and drug addicts living in hotel rooms...looks like a point for drugs sales. It wasn't dirty but they need to replace the bath tub. I had to put a towel inside the tub because the tub floor was like was kind of oxide. Must were shoes in the room because the carpet feels weird like sticky... I wont stay here again. I would prefer to pay more for a better location.

I would hesitate to rent from this guy if i were you.

If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door.

From the moment you arrive, you realize that the photos they use have nothing to do with the place. There's water dripping from the balconies, it's dirty and smells bad, the room didn't have a curtain, the light made it impossible to sleep, and there was a condom under the bed, which clearly indicates that they don't clean properly. Also, the bathroom door was broken and jammed when you closed it. It was an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone; a terrible place.

We didn’t stay!!! We got to the room and it was very dirty. I pulled the cover back which was very stained and had cigarette burns all over it, the sheets were stained and had hair all over. We walked down to the office and handed the manager our key back. He was polite, and offered us a 50% refund.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. There was black mold in the shower everywhere. The place stunk. It was filthy. They would not come unclog the toilet. There were crackheads everywhere outside. I do not recommend this place and will be asking for a refund. I stayed one night of the three I had booked and that was too much

I arrived.to check in and once I walked.im my room it smelled.like a hot musty heavy set construction worker ... I asked for a smoking room I received a non smoking but when I checked the bed there were cigarette burn holes on both comforter.snd under blanket .. I went to the front after taking pictures. I spoke to the front desk about the smoking room .. he told me I can smoke because no one listens ... Then I told him I wanted another blanket that's not burned he had me follow him to the laundry room ( creepy ) I noticed baby roaches running around .. I didn't think nothing of it until I went to the bathroom 30 minutes later and saw a huge dead roach in the bathroom. The toilet.was leaking water as well.

I just needed a place to sleep after being released from the ER near by. The room smelled like smoke and was run down. I will say the sheets were clean. But will not stay again

We got there the rooms smell bad this is an extended stay hotel. People that stay there started yelling at us to get out of the parking space because they love there. There is a strip club next door that didn’t bother me as much as the people that live there yelling at us about a parking spot. I asked the owner to refund me and he stated that it was processed and that he wasn’t aloud to give me proof of the cancelation. He then wanted to charge me for a 30 minute stay when I checked in our mt bag down for dinner and came back to check out after I was also chased down stairs by 8 men. My child also felt very unsafe.

only three towels given and when wanted one more, we had to turn in a used towel. We had to get Remote for tv and hair dryer from office. Pool was clean but had broken tiles in bottom from replacement. Service staff friendly and helpful.

There where signs of at one time had bed bugs the sheets where old and very worn out burns stains I would not stay here agin we had no other option as it was spring break and all hotels were booked

Hotel itself was decent, id stay there again. Definitely people living there. Suspect meth. When i walked in to check in, the attendant just looked at me. I initiated conversation and really felt like he had either something on his mind or i was interrupting him. Kinda weird. A contactless check-in would have provided more enjoyment. Bonus points for being located next to a gentleman'ss club. Room was clean, parking lot was sketch, and there was a handwrittten sign in the elevator that said no spitting on the walls. Anywho, we survived and we'd do it all over again.

Its a shame i can't add the photos of the holes in the ceiling, doors, walls, the hole in the floor, mold all in the bathroom, rusty screws on the floor (which lets me know they dont even sweep). The bags of drugs on the stairwell. I complained so they took my deposit too. This place is a straight up trap house. Avoid it at all costs. They tried to say the damage was from a hurricane.. the toilet paper dispenser was ripped in half, rusted and not replaced. All the damage was clearly nor from a hurricane and theyre just too lazy to fix it. Avoid this dump at all costs. Btw these are stock photos NOT photos of the actual property. The stairwell is different, lobby is different. Its a rundown dump. Check the google reviews and youll see im not the only person saying this.

The room was spacious and clean but the location was by the office and was noisey with soda machine clanking and trucks stopping for reservations and constant talking thru the night

We called before arrival and we were told the property was not available, their roof had collapsed. They said we needed to get a refund on the charges but I can’t find a way to get in touch with anyone from Expedia. Would appreciate someone contacting me.

Went to check in and was told there were no rooms available! This hotel took the booking and payment 2 weeks in advance. Front desk staff stated they haven’t excepted bookings since hurricane. Contacted Expedia and they couldn’t get in touch with staff to confirm they canceled booking. 😡 Worst experience ever!!

Gross !! Mold on the ceiling mold on the bed. The room was dirty and needed painting it was moldy. People hanging around outside asking for cigarettes asking for money I did not feel safe. I did not stay I took a shower charged my equipment and left. You could not pay me $100 to sleep in that room overnight it was that gross. I saw them dry out a mattress in the parking lot and pull it back into one of the rooms. I understand we just had hurricane and flooding but you should not open a hotel that's full of mold.

This facility refuses to refund my money and expected me to come into the middle of a hurricane a category 3 hurricane and still check in

The Rodeway Inn was good for short getaway. I did not like the material of the comforter because I have sensitive skin and was itching. I checked my skin after the visit as well. I had 4 bites on my left leg. It could have been mosquito bites, but not sure. I walked around the parking lot for some fresh air. The owner was very nice. I shared with him about one other problem I encountered. The toilet was not working properly. He thanked me and said that he would look into it.

It’s more like a motel. Has a strip club right next to it. I stayed in this property just to spend the night since I has a long trip. The price is good for what you are staying at , so that’s a plus.

The hotel was next to a strip club, there were drug users hanging out in back of parking lot and bullet holes in the handrails. The room we were assigned smelled heavily of cigarettes, although, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The manager was understanding and gave us another room, but it had not been vacuumed. The beds were clean, however, so we accepted the room. Will we were out the next day the room did get cleaned properly.

Old out dated some lights didn’t. Work. The temp was 75 on ac when I walked in. Smells little moldy in room. They knocked on doors for room service that was not requested so disturbed my sleep.

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. OMG , We paid for another night, but cancelled that next morning after having no water. Just couldn't deal with it. They said I would receive a refund for the extra night I booked. I seriously doubt I'll see a refund. Never again.

got a non smoking room but it was super smoky smelling. lawnmower cranked up at 7am by someones door while he got a drink. curtains didnt block enough light but everything else was pretty good.

One star is for the cleanliness otherwise terrible. all lamps only had 25w bulbs in them and one didn't work at all, how can you read? Bathroom updated but showerhead and drain corroded. Toilet paper holder broken. Guess I could have dried my hair with the iron because no hair dryer but no ironing board either. No place to sit except the bed, plenty of room but furniture was removed. Young man at front desk when I checked tried to be helpful. Electrical outlets were dangerous, uncovered and loose. No extra pillows or blanket and pillows provided were SMALL and THIN. This place is a joke and it is in a prime location. Such a shame!

Very friendly staff but the area was very scary. A drunk man sitting on the stairs and I was unable to go up to my room I walkedto another stairsto go up. Very noisy all the time on the hall. The room smelled like cigarettes and I was in a non-smoking room. At 3 am a man started knocking on the door telling me to open the door. I did not sleep during the whole night. I was praying to raise the sun to leave. I stayed because was a last-minute situation but never again.

Although the room was okay, the exterior and building is in terrible shape. Seedy looking characters and next to a strip club gives it an unsafe feeling for family. Do yourself a favor next time and Google map search the neighborhood next time. The Rodeway Inn up the street was much better.

Not a safe area at night, two woman fighting around 2AM , it stopped in about 10 minutes, or i would have called the police. The manager gave us his best room on the 3rd floor, but the next morning the elevator didn't work.

Was switched to two different rooms and the second room (303) toilet had to be flushed with a trash can full of water we went down to ask for our money back we was told one this was most filthy place I ever been at. The first room . (123 ) has rust on shower head, main door & the cover had a hole in it. Very unprofessional I think the people that gave me a room live there as well and still could help visitors that we told them we came from Ohio

Top attractions within the room included: cockroaches and a variety of other bugs, exposed electric cables, tired (should be retired) furniture, generally dirty despite the cleaners best efforts. Outside the room: strong marijuana smell, rhythmic bodily noises from upstairs, shouting/arguing, subwoofer drum n bass from the car park next to the rooms. If, like me, you’re one of those people who thinks…'ah well… it’ll do for one night’ then take note: close this window and go look for another place to stay, even if it’s a bit of a drive away.

This place is definitely not a hotel, is more like a motel. If you’re looking for a nice hotel and a good place to stay and relax this place is definitely not it. There is a strip club next to it. I asked for a none smoking room, the door said non smoking, but wen we opened it it smelled horrible like cigarettes. The beds and sheets were in horrible condition and they had cigarette holes on them. We ended up buying sheets and pillows from walmart so we could sleep in cause there was no other choice for the night. This place is only to pass the night but not for a family get away .

I usually stay in lower end Marriot hotels which in this area are under $150/night off season. This was in season where rates were over $300. For $120-$180 this room looked like that from a cheap roadside motel that you just drive by. It was also right next to a strip joint. Old, dated, worn. I didn't stay after seeing the room. Everything depends on one's perspective. They did give me a refund.

This was right next to a strip club, the people around our room were basically cracked or crazy. As a woman, I felt VERY unsafe. I asked the front desk man for towels since we were missing some, he declined and left me with no towels. When I came in the room, the bar of hand soap was used and pink. There was also a weird pink color on the toilet seat, nasty. There was cigarettes burns/holes on the blankets of the bed. Holes on the bathroom door, and weird stains on the nightstands/ desk. I literally had to sleep on top a plastic bag in the bed of how dirty it felt; overall very upset especially with the price I paid.

It was right next to a Strippers Club and a strong smell of marijuana right outside the door of the lobby and in the lobby. I never even bothered to go to my room and left without staying

There is no way this place is up to code. Electrical wires hanging bare up and down the hallways. Outlets in the room hanging off the wall with exposed wires. I wonder when the last time this place was cleaned. Only thing that works well here is the low price.

The gentleman that attended us was really trying his best; he seemed to be the only employee there and was very kind. As nice as he was, the hotel was absolutely gross. Many broken things, water and bugs coming in from the front door, sheets were not clean and the floor was not clean at all. The room has definitely SEEN things. Absolutely terrible experience would never recommend staying at this hotel even if they paid you! Worst customer service at the front desk rude and disrespectful. Rooms are dirty and outdated with roaches crawling all around. Unsafe area with shifty people walking all around the room doors at all hours of the night.

This place is nasty with no amenities. Smells like cat piss. Health department needs to step in. First floor families are living there and have two rusty grills out back that belong to the tenants. They even water down the coffee. Ugh!

Toilet seat was broke. Told the man at the desk and he did nothing. Light flashing on phone all day long and night. No hot water no soap faucets coming away from the wall. Entrance door to the room was half painted. Noise coming from the room above most of the night .

Front desk guy was so rude, was told we needed to put a deposit down after we had booked and paid through Expedia. He argued with us and told us to "go somewhere else then". We were just not impressed with his customer service. The rooms were almost bare. No rug, just cold tile floors, limited soap and shampoo available, very bare, couldnt sit on the edge of the bed or it would flip over from the top. Honestly though we were being Punked. Will definitely not be booking there again, you truly do get what you pay for. Save yourself the trouble!

I stay the one night because it was late and the next day I went to the office to check out early and they told me if i wanted to check out i had to pay a FEE. Unbelievable!! I didn't get one minute of sleep. The room above me had people coming in and out the entire night. I literally sounded like a brothel. Different voices of men and women making loud noises. There was a car alarm going off all night with men standing right outside my room laughing. Cars going in and out like a drive thru, playing loud music. I asked for a non smoking room but upon entering the room smelled like an ash tray

I stayed at this motel with my children. I am dissatisfied because of the conditioning of the units. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, seems as if the management doesnt want travelers to come back. I only booked 1 night if my stay had been longer would have canceled the remaining days and found somewhere else.

Manager was great as always and love the security systems.

After arriving to check in and having no other place to go and it was too late to try and find another hotel to stay at I was denied a room because my driver's license was hard to read because it's scratched up wear and tear from being in my wallet even though I have a picture of it on my phone and offered to show it to the gentleman and he said no that wouldn't be good enough didn't try to work with me at all or help me at all just denied me a room and sent me on my way knowing I was far from home and had no other place to go that was my place to stay for 3 days it was horrible I had to sleep in my truck

The place is right next door to a strip club. If I can’t leave a positive review, I usually leave no review at all. Not this time.
