The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable; we enjoyed our time.

This is a hotel where we would definitely love to stay again. It is clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent. The breakfast, in particular, is far superior to that of any other hotel where we have stayed. The lady who prepares the breakfast is very kind, capable, and hospitable.

She is a lovely lady and was very helpful. Nadia made our morning before we headed to the beach. Breakfast was plentiful and i was pleasantly surprised at the options including hot breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was great. Checkin was fast and checkout too.. The location was on the way to clearwater beach so i appreciated it wasnt a detour. I should say the room was clean, and shout out to Ophelia to setting up the room.

Have been coming here for spring training on and off for 15 years. Have never been disappointed. High marks for cleanliness, friendly responsive staff, quiet comfortable rooms. Nothing but positives.

Room 504. Television unwatchable due to reduced brightness and no adjustment available on remote. Toilet very low, with no hand support for tall person leverage. Cheap plastic toilet paper holder falls apart in pieces on the floor when roll in rotated. No useful electrical outlet at desk Lamp cord strung six feet across corner of room, two feet above the floor. Poor shower head, with no hand-held. No cancellation policy screwed us out of $100 -- paid $400+ for a room going for under $280 now on Expedia, etc. We are ditching our Marriott cards.

The staff was super nice but when asked about local dining I was presented with a list. I always ask staff at hotels to recommend local food places. I also asked about local pizza places that deliver and was given a list with national chains on it. I also asks if it was safe to walk after dark in the area, I am not from there and have no idea about the environment. I was told, "yea, I think so...I see people walking by the hotel". The hotel was nice and staff was nice but the "hospitality" part needs some work.

Breakfast was included so we could get up have eat pack and leave without having to look for a place to eat. The AC in our room would switched from cold to heat automatically. Told the front desk at checkout. When we found out the evening before, we were already prepared for bed and didn’t want people in our room, so I just turned it off. Also, the breakfast area was a weird configuration. To pick up the serving plates and utensils you had to go behind a Table of diners. Good selection of food though. The entrance to your hotel coming off the interstate really confusing.

The overwhelming smell of "carpet fresh" or whatever was being used gave me a headache. We had a room on the roadside (odd number room) and could not sleep due to the noise but that's to be expected for a hotel right off a busy highway.

Check in was incident free and seamless. My one-night stay at the hotel was excellent, with a spotless room and thoughtful touches that made me feel instantly comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring everything I needed was taken care of quickly and pleasantly.

You dont provide free parking to guest without charging $35 for valet which you have no choice to make sure your vehicle is safe. With the price you charge, parking should be free, valet should be an option.

Staff was fantastic. Updates were noted and it looked great. The morning Breakfast host Nadia went ABOVE and Beyond !! She was the hostess with the Mostess . She was fabulous and breakfast was delicious. We stayed Friday night and Saturday night . Upon return Saturday night our room had not been cleaned no one remade beds of replenished towels . This was disappointing. I called front desk they said it “Should have been done” but wasn’t . I asked for more towels and they brought some up.

The entire stay was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was even going around offering waffles instead of waiting in line to make waffles. The only negative I would say would be the pillows being too small and flat, but there are multiple pillows to help.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband, and the experience was truly amazing. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights it was very complete with a great selection of delicious items to choose from. The staff attending the buffet were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our mornings even better. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel 100%!

Staff was exceptional. Front desk most friendly I’ve experienced in a long time. The breakfast attendant was the absolute BEST I have ever seen. She talked to everyone and gave personal service throughout. Room was quiet, smelled clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

From what I saw, everyone and everything was great. I only stayed a few hours because a severe storm was coming in the path of my travel home. I can’t say anything bad.

Great breakfast variety. Breads, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs and sausage. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue was traffic noise that cannot be helped as this property sits on the corner of two major thoroughfares. Consider asking for an even-numbered room to face the north side.

We were in town for a concert at the stadium and wanted something close, but also close to the beaches and this hotel was ideal. It felt safe and clean (I’m picky about both) & I would stay again, but it is worth mentioning that the front desk staff at time of check-in was extremely rude. Also, the breakfast was pretty lame. They ran out of waffle mix almost an hour before breakfast ended and when I asked if they would replace it, they seemed annoyed. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom which is somewhat expected in Florida, but not something you want to see when you’re getting ready for bed. Overall the hotel was pretty basic, but comfortable and I would be willing to overlook these issues to stay again.

The hotel is next to a service road and overpass and since we were at the end nearest we did hear from inside. The location is safe but definitely felt far from Clearwater Beach. Especially if traffic hits it'll take up to 30-40 minutes (a trip that should take 20 or less). We're a family of 4, our kids had a good time. The beds to me were uncomfortable and I didn't rest well for 4 nights stay. The rooms are spacious enough for us to spread out, especially w 2 small dogs. The parking is free and plenty of it behind the hotel as well. We didn't go in the pool bc we were at the beach. It looked fine but fairly small. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, bacon one day or sausage mainly. Nadia, who helped at breakfast was a delight and very helpful. You can't enter the main drive if driving from the south.

Everything was perfect, all the areas was clean, bed comfortable for sleep, breakfast were excellent and plenty, first hotel that I stay that the kitchen lady was offering all the options to make the breakfast time awesome.
