    Close to everything Wifi was awful. The elevator always smelled like pot to the point I almost threw up. Stove top wouldn't even boil water. They gave you just 2 towels for a family of 4. When I asked for more towels they didn't have any clean.

    Nothing really, But the location was okay. My first room was in clean so they gave me another room, and the second room was even worse. Look like it hasn't been touched in a while. The bathroom was dirty. The refrigerator had food stains still in it. And even the walls wasn't even clean worse experience that I ever had I will not recommend to go there.

    I will start by saying I reserved this room based on reviews. I even canceled from a different place. That was a big mistake! I’ll start with the property. It’s mediocre with people’s trash and barbecues in the back area. It looks like people live there on a pretty permanent basis so they hang around smoking by the front or back door. When we arrived, the young lady at the front desk was nice but not helpful. The room had food all over the walls and the ceiling. It has a kitchen with nothing to use in the kitchen… no pots, silverware,cups or plate plates. The stove was nasty and was questionable to whether or not it worked we didn’t bother to try. The bed was semi comfortable. You get one pillow. The bathroom had dead and a live Roaches in it and you also get one hand towel one washcloth and one regular towel. The floors were dirty and gross, and I never walked around with at least socks on because the floor was extremely sticky. I would say the last thing that was a final straw was you have to empty all your trash before you leave. We’re talking about a hotel not like an Airbnb. I would’ve left and gone somewhere else, but I had already flown across the country recovering from a recent heart surgery and had I left by that time I would’ve lost most of my money anyway. It was memorial weekend and everything was already over the top expensive so I was pretty much stuck. I spent least amount of time in my room as possible. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!

    I liked how fast in a pinch I could book with them. Staff was super nice and patient. The room was alright, I was displaced so I didn't care about how clean/dirty it was. I had my own cleaning material to begin with. But it was fairly clean. I am just a neat freak and stuff. No bugs, the beds had slip covers on them and the frames were high enough to make me not worry about other critters. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It wasn't perfect clean and there was a stagnant smell to the room but I bought some stuff to make it smell nicer. It was alright.

    The room smelled and there were stains on walls. Staff allowed me to see the room before committing. The chemicals used burned my sinuses and affected my breathing. Left and was told I would not be billed. That means you have my money. I requested a refund through the chat and was led to believe I would get a response within 24 hours. You failed! Will not use you again. And will tell it on social media outlets as well as everyone I know. No thank you.

    I would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff Lindsey and Camille were professional, but the hotel is a disaster. I had a smoking room due to a lack of availability. Thus, I was housed on the smoking floor. The elevator floors were filthy. When I reached the fourth floor the stale smoke was putrid due to lack of proper ventilation and cleaning. Laminate was peeling/broken off of fixtures; walls were filthy; light fixtures did not work and the rust on the bathroom light fixtures was horrible; the door across from my assigned room had been kicked in; light fixtures had not been cleaned. Had it not been so late, I would have found somewhere else to stay. The health department needs to be called in, this was beyond horrible.

    Checking in was boring. The initial staff was very “meh”. Asking for an extra blanket was like pulling teeth.. forget about asking for an extra pillow. It’s nice and secluded from the other hotels but outside is a total dump littered with trash and abandoned cars. The room itself is average. Lots of little things that need fixing and touched up. Water pressure will shave off a full shade of your original color. Hurts! The room had its own kitchen but absolutely no pots/pans/utensils. Maybe bring your own towel as the ones supplied will also scratch a layer off your skin.

    Well first the lady who checked us in was not very polite nor enthused to do her job, when we were able to check in she did not give us info for WiFi or anything to make our stay as comfortable as can be, when we got to our room and was able to unwind we went to turn the tv on and it only made sound no picture, there was also no hand soap and the place was at best half ass cleaned. I went down and informed the new young lady behind the counter of our concerns and she was more than eager to address all our issues, she even got us extra pillows and was very sweet about it all! All in all I will never stay here again after the condition of the stains on the walls that lord knows whatever that is.

It was an immediate health risk, so I reported it to the manager as soon as I realized the seepage was related to the toilet. For three consecutive days, I requested a room change, but the front desk manager claimed that all rooms were occupied except for smoking rooms. Eventually, I accepted a smoking room, but I couldn't stay more than one night and left the hotel despite having paid for one more night.

    Absolutely horrible. Worst stay I have ever had. The internet is atrocious. It is 2024. I have no idea how it is possible to not even be able to watch a simple video. You are able to pay for “fast” WiFi and I did. Turns out the paid alternative is even worse than the free one. The whole hotel has this odd smell. An old and dirty smell. I can’t put my finger on it but it is disturbing. They supposedly clean the rooms every 2 weeks but all they do is make the bed and replace the towels and trash bags. There is also a rude employee here. He always interacts with us in an annoyed and unwanting manner.

    A cradle of filth. Rundown, dirty rooms with broken vending machines, broken washers, inadequate lighting, dirty carpets, spotty WiFi, hard as a rock beds, no amenities whatsoever. This is by far the worst extended stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Go to the In Town Suites right down the street and get a better stay. This Woodspring is a zero star operation with undesirables everywhere.

    Lock didnt work whole time we were there. Maintenance had work on door and bathroom door , replace phone and Tv. Front desk never had change even though signs posted everywhere if you need change visit front desk. Key cards went out on a regular which meant going around or hoping to get back in from another guest. I personally scrubbed floors and vacuumrd every day and still did not put dent in the fifth that has piled on those floors. I suggest buying pack of socks and toss them after each use.

    Dont trust the pictures. Since it was late and only me staying i night i dealt with it. Yet, this place is like infestation drug acrivity. Would never stay there again. Shower dam near fell off in the morning shooting a missles for water. First room i got door was open and key wouldnt let me in bc the door handle was janky. Toilet wouldnt stop slowly flushing all night. Brunson burner attached above stove for crack or something, who knows. I could go on but like i said would never stay again and only stayed because it was late and had business early in morning. 1 star only bc the lady up front was super nice about everything.

I also was unable.to call the front desk to inform them of thr problems because the phone did not work. The customer service was the worst they were rude and nasty.     This place didn't look bad in the photos, just basic which I was fine with. It was actually super gross though. The room was dingy & dark had a really strong nasty smelling air freshener. It started with the check in when the guy told me I had until a certain time to check in which was inconvenient since I was on a road trip & had gotten delayed. He said they don't offer refunds so I needed to go check my room out before I check in. I guess a lot of people want refunds after seeing the rooms lol I asked for a different one bc of the smell, but he said they were all like that & there was none available. It's in a dark area that made me nervous leaving my car. Then the front door has a key lock that is glitchy so you have to slide your card over & over at a certain angle to get to the elevator. He warned me about this, so they know it's broken. It was really hard bringing my luggage in while dealing with that. Then I opened the window to help the smell & the curtains/blinds got stuck so I had nothing to block the light in the morning. There is a kitchen but no pans or utensils so that was useless. They also made me sign a weird contract about not standing in common areas naked....so I guess that's been an issue. Overall...Worst hotel I've seen. Just gross & depressing & smelly. Definitely worth it to go somewhere else.

Convenient location off the interstate near lots of restaurants. If you like brew pubs, the Tilted Kilt is great and just a few minutes away.

    The tub was backed up made several complaints to the front desk to learn thier maintenance member quit and they had no one there to assist. Ended my reservation early and went to another hotel. There were other issues regarding amenities and noise from other guests.

    Worst night ever hands down my worst hotel experience ever. I made prepaided reservations for a room last minute. It said check in was 3pm to 12am. It was like 10:40 when I made the reservations and we were like 15 minutes away got there before 11. So when I walked in the lobby I knew I screwed

    I traveled to bring my child to APSU. The front desk clerk told me to check the room. When I checked the room & told him I was dissatisfied, he stated he couldn't move me. (Why tell me to check the room prior?) When I explained I saw gnats & there was a pungent odor...he said he would need to check. He comes back and states that he didn't see any gnats & flippantly says that he saw the dead stink bug though. Since I couldn't cancel without losing my money, I stayed. That night, I killed a stink bug on the wall. The next morning, I woke to a stink bug in the windowsill & another in the restroom. I called the front desk. The female representative said she would take my number. I asked to speak to a manager. She said the general manager does not give her number out to guests. I asked for the number to their headquarters & she stated she didn't know it. She said that she would see about moving me to another room. The next morning, the onsite manager said he could move me, granted the general manager (she introduced herself to my daughter when exchanging my towels) was seated next to him during this conversation. She never introduced herself nor did she even address the issue with me...however, when he hesitated in answering my questions, she attempted to "coach" him through a response. So whoever is addressing these reviews or saying they will look into the problem...if it is the general manager, she intentionally avoided addressing my issues. This hotel is the absolute worst!

    Very no frills extended stay. This one doesn't have kitchen utensils but has a stove top, microwave, and full size fridge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They're working on remodeling rooms, which is good. Some are very dated.

    I was given a smoking room that I did not ask for. As I stepped off the elevator, the smell was nauseating. It was night in a new area so for my safety, I felt I should stay. A sign said ice and vending but there wasnt any. The next morning I had to leave for training be an attendant was on duty or I would have checked out early then. I checked out as soon as I was released from training at 4pm. I checked out, told them the reason and was told NO refunds. I will never recommend another place to anyone and nervous to use this site again. Thank you.

    Beds were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Floors were gritty not cleaned very will. It was an extended stay place which we did not know. Had a kitchen but nothing to cook with. Very limited service at front desk. And had to go and get our own clean towels every day! No house cleaning on a daily basis.

    When the attendant at the front desk said you must check the room for approval before we check you in, I should have known it was going to be bad. I have stayed at many Woodspring properties...this was by far the worse. I ended up having to book somewhere else after hours of driving.

    You need lighted enter signs at the road. Drove passed it twice cause I couldn’t see the entrance. The parking lot could use more lighting. An ice machine would be nice as well for those that are only staying one night

    It was clean and for the money saved it’s a place to catch a sleep while on the road. Do not expect a luxury stay. There’s a Walmart and fast food around the corner.
