This was a very clean place to stay. For the price of the room I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it ended up being. And breakfast was great!

Do not book in advance for a hot tub or jacuzzi. They will tell you they don't have one ready. And still charge for the jacuzzi room even though they're putting you in a regular room. Total scam. Just drive down the street to any of the competition.

It was good I locked myself out of my room and the gentleman was prompt to assist.

The fan/ac is extremely loud an kind of clunky when turning on and off. No salt and pepper for breakfast food. Pool was not opened yet on Memorial Day weekend.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. It was a standard hotel stay. I did have an issue with my keycard and the front desk got it straightened out quick. So that was a plus. Overall, it was a good room.

Easy to find Booking said that I can pay at the property but when I got there they had canceled my reservation due to insufficient funds. They ran my card several of times 48 hours in advance. So I had a used my prepaid card to book it so I won’t get fraud charges

Stayed overnight while traveling. Met all expectations. Clean, quiet room. I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't eat, but from what I saw it was a hot breakfast, above other hotels standards of cold or grab and go breakfast. Staff was very nice. We were never bothered. We even left behind a phone and had to turn around and staff was helpful in locating my belongings. Would stay again!

We booked here based on the good reviews, but honestly the place needs work. The smoke detector was missing, the bench seat in the room was worn, and peeling, cracks in the sink, no stopper in the bathtub, handles on the drawers broke. No extra blankets, or pillows, I would not recommended this place untilI improvements were completed.

Room was clean and bed was great. Breakfast was laking. Sausage was cold and only hot choice available minus toast and waffle maker. Only 1 juice available. Honey buns whete stale. Only apples available for fruits. Microwave sparked if you tryed to use it. Front desk attendant was always hiding unless you rang bell repeatedly. Elevator was questionable. Doors got stuck open at one point and had to use the stairs.

The bed was extremely comfortable. It is a great stop location. We were on our way to Florida from Chicago and needed a half way point to rest, this location definitely gave us the perfect quick stop rest and go.

Room was clean, toilet was not attached to the floor (?) breakfast WAS NOT GOOD. It was a girl all alone doing everything. To be honest I would not coming back.

Clean room but the hotel is clearly undergoing renovations. The elevator door wouldn’t close so we ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our time there. Wouldn’t recommend.

My kids are very disappointed there is no waffles. Fruits r not even fresh, very limited option of breakfast we wont come back.

Extremely clean room in a very nice area of Clarksville. I did not feel a bit concerned for my 69 year old mother to go outside alone to smoke in the evening.

The room was clean but the sink had rust around the drain and the tub had no stopper. The elevator is very old and the door got stuck halfway closed and we got off and used the stairs. They shouldn’t advertise breakfast because in the two days we were there we had to go out to eat. They didn’t have any staff refilling the food or even in the food area. Unfortunately the staff is not trained to answer any type of questions. The front desk person was wearing sweat pants and a tee shirt. No one was at the front desk and you had to ring a bell and wait. Very unprofessional.

The room was average. It was missing a nightstand and it was one random chair sitting in the corner. I’m not sure exactly if the new thing is they have mini pillows, but those pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable.

Room was ok. Bathrrom door didnt lock. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were cold, despite being at hrekfast at 630AM and saisages seemed like yesterdays that had been reheated bc they were hard and tasted clearly waterdown the orange juice tonsave money.

This was a one night stay traveling home from. Price and location were good. There was a weird smell like someone had cooked something. I hoped it would be on the 2nd floor but it was. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good. TV was kind of small for the room.

It was cheap and spur of the moment purchase. Seems a bit older hotel but they were very friendly and kept it as clean as they could. Probably wouldn't recommend a long stay unless only option

We only sleep here and got up and left by 3:30 in the morning. The bed was very comfortable!!

The amount of damage deposit is outrageous. Walls had paint chips and scratches. Breakfast food was cold.

Wasnt happy with the condition of the rooms, reserved a room with a whirlpool tub when we got there, there were cracks in the tub and drain didnt appear installed, when we talked to manager he said "it still holds water and didnt appear to care when we addressed the very low water pressure he didnt respond. I asked for a different room had to downgrade to a room without whirlpool and there was still no water pressure in the shower.

Room was standard but the shower was difficult to use. The 'microphone-style' shower head needed to be replaced as the lock kept sliding down and rotating around the pole that it was supposed to be connected to. It's hard to take a shower when the water keeps moving.

Room was clean. Paint could have been removed from window after painting. Bed was comfortable.

Staff did not welcome me. Just started stating all the rules. They gave my room number in a loud voice. There were boxes and old pallets all over the lobby. No beverages. Still no beverages at6:00 am when I left.

The room was clean & nice, however i had a very scary experience! The elevator stuck with wirh the door a quarter way open, when i told the front desk they were aware of the problem but said no one can figure out the problem! I say put an " OUT OF ORDER" sign on the elevator! That was super scary! I also went down in the morning for some orange juice for the free breakfast & it came out WATER! The rooms were great but the Hotel needs some attention.

Great stay exit 11 is the best place to stay.

There was a roach climbing on the food counter. Paint pealing from our ceiling. A French fry by the side of the bed when we got there. Ice machine did not work.

It was fine. Friendly staff, very clean, a little dated, but I knew what I was paying for. Would definitely use this one again.

I've stayed here several times and I will be back again next week for business. The hotel is a great location and the room is comfortable, clean and quiet. It's not fancy, but I don't require fancy. Just safe and quiet and this place checks all my boxes.

Breakfast was not too great, not a lot of healthier food options, breakfast area was not the cleanest, gym could be upgraded as well with more weights/barbells. Overall good stay. Would stay again just would skip their breakfast.

We stayed here for the whirlpool tub we had to buy cleaner before we ever got in and it was still dirty in the streams I will add before and after photos of the tub

We stayed here for an overnight stay traveling back home from a Florida vacation. It was the perfect spot! We were hungry getting in so late and McDs was right next door and a gas station! The room was roomy and the bed was super comfy! Just what we needed for a lovely overnight stay!

We got into town at noon but check in wasnt until 3. I asked if we could do early check in.The man didnt speak english and went to get his daughter who if we paid them 40$ we could check in early. I said no we would go get lunch. An hour later they call and say our room is ready. The eelevator was HOT AND HUMID with HOT air blowing on you. The overwhelming air freshener smell in the lobby to mask cigarette smell was extreme. The floors were dirty and handprints all over the walls. We had to put all our weight into opening the door to our room because it stuck to the frame. We had to pull with our weight to open it from the inside of the room. Room was ok. Smelled old and musty. Dirt and cobwebs in the bathroom like it hadnt been swept in who knows how long. Tv had what im hoping was just red food stains on it. Couldnt see out the window because it hadnt been cleaned and had smudges all over it inside and out. The intersection to get in to the parking lot is very dangerous as well. Not to mention theres a pool right beside the front of the building but when we asked about the pool we were told they didnt have one. At one point the elevator stalled and made a humming noise with no movement. Tried pushing all the buttons and non worked. Door opened half way and we took the stairs instead. Told management and he said "just shake it a little it itll work".

We just needed a room to stop over on a road trip—I wish we’d chosen something different. The room reeked of body odor and the sheets felt damp in the humidity. We left ASAP

The hotel was beautiful, neat and clean. The staff and GM were amazing. We accidentally booked the wrong date and they graciously helped us with Hotels.com to rectify the situation. Will absolutely stay at this hotel whenever we pass thru or visit.

Don’t let the picture fool you. The property is very run down. It has a horrible odor. They tried to mask the smell with air freshener. The room was fairly clean, but the beds and furniture are worn out. The shower head needs replacing. The breakfast was disgusting. There were cold, runny eggs, cold sausage and potatoes. The milk pitcher had rotten milk on the spout. Won’t be back.

As many others stated, it seems like they’re in the process of renovating. A comfortable hotel for a pit stop. 2 female travelers & we felt safe staying here.

The man working the front desk was very friendly and the free breakfast was nice, but those are about all the pros. Everything in the place was scuffed, dented, chipped, and just overall old and needing to be fixed. Our room had a musty water smell. It served its purpose for a quick overnight stop while on a road trip, however next time I’ll pay the $50 extra for the next tier of hotels.

We did not get out and explore Clarksville because we had a long day of driving but....there was a McDonalds and Subway right by the hotel...short easy walk..within a couple of minutes.

They have a nice fish tank in the entry way that the kids loved. The decor wasn't perfect, but everything was clean and nice and it was a good quiet stay after a long day of driving.

The hotel and rooms are nicely updated. They had hot breakfast items as well as the usual toast and cereal.

Hotel wreaked of curry. So much so my sweatshirt I put on the next day smelled of it on the drive. I needed to stop and put this and my duffle bag in a garbage bag to stop smelling it. My room was right across from the elevator that "dinged" all night long. The heater/ac was so loud and rattled also when I ran it that I couldnt run it AND try to sleep so I had to havr it off and the room got very cold. Tub was an enormous jacuzzi tub but was DISGUSTING!!!!! didnt look like it had been thuroughly cleaned (especially the jets.....) ever. If you dont mind smelling like curry when you leave and bring extra blankets.... you will enjoy it.

The pics of this property on the various reservation sites/apps do a good job of conveying to look of this hotel. It’s newly renovated and for the most part, the workmanship is good, not yet great. We felt safe but there were some areas that were slightly sketchy (elevator, 2nd floor hallway). I booked two king rooms on Expedia for a pretty good price but when I got there, I was told differently. But what was exemplary was the service provided by the hostess. When I showed her the receipt from Expedia, she quickly found the solution that was very satisfactory! That is what matters most! I wish I got her name to give her a shoutout so she could be rewarded. I’d come back here.

They charge a security deposit of $150.00. They lied and said my room smelled like smoke and I don't even smoke. They kept my security deposit. Basically said that housekeeping won't lie. Bad hotel and they scamming to keep people's money

Stayed here when we came for the Jeff Dunham show. The desk clerk was a bit quiet, we couldnt being the rolling luggage rack back sown becauae the elevator was broken but the bed slept well the jacuzzi tub that was in our room, had seen better days needs to be reaced. The breakfast was amazing! Overall the hotel is well kept on most part but it smelled really nice and clean.

Bed was nosey and a bit uncomfortable. Just wasnt in the best quality for then establishment to ask for $150 deposit. I understand you get the money back, but thats just outrageous and this is after uve already paid for the room. Just not worth it to me.

This property was fine for 1 night. The barhroom product dispensers did not work, and the area had few restaurants. These were the only less than ideal conditions.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable bed, quality linens, and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge, and full breakfast!
