Decent place to stay, but the walls are pretty thin, so it can get a little noisy. Especially with the dogs barking from other rooms and in the hallways. Overall, not bad for the pricing.

They offer a one room suite with stove-top sink and refrigerator, however no dishes, pots, etc. No coffee pot and no coffee in the lobby. It is mainly a poor weekly hotel. Rooms need painting and walls are filthy. Floors are worn and torn. Towels are worn and thin and they only offer you one. I stayed three days and paid the amount that they charge for 7 days a week. NOT A NICE PLACE TO STAY. THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLOSED.

There were roaches in the room. Told front desk said someone could spray. Don't know if they ever did. Pets were always around even though there were signs saying no pets. The laundry room was filthy, people left their clothes in the washers and dryers. No housekeeping but 1 time out of 3 week stay. Horrible smell in the hallway. Carpets were just stained an nasty. My experience was horrible. First they couldn't find my reservation. I don't know if it was expedia or the hotel's mistake. I was over charged, again, not sure if expedia or hotel made the mistake. I reserved a room at Home Town In Suite on expedia, wasn't aware of the change to In Town Suites. The front desk girl was nice. The hotel is out dated, needs improvement, and in bad shape. The guests next door smoked marijuana and fought all night until morning. The guests are very loud. My daughter, mother, and I were unable to sleep the whole stay. Bathtub was missing stopper as well as kitchen sink. The girl at the front desk found stoppers for both. I addressed this issue with front desk, there was no change. There also needs to be night security. The kitchen sink leaked, the bathroom floor seemed as if it was going to cave in due to water damage, the 2nd floor smells horrible, and the room needs a good cleaning and repair. The leaking sink was repaired. I will never stay here again or recommend to my worst enemy. However, the front desk girl was awsome. There were other issues, but there were way too many to list.

Alright for the price. Outside was trashed, doors didn't latch going into the building, very unsecured, sketchy individuals were outside in their car and not staying there. I was concerned my power tools were going to be stolen so everything was brought into the room.

Very good location, the staff was very polite and helpful,The beds are very comfortable and rooms are very nice with a kitchen.Only negatives I have was that the locks were changed on the doors without any notice so I had to go get a new key late in the afternoon then after a week the key would not work so I had to go all the way downstairs because there is no elevator, with arm load of groceries to have my key reactivated which was a little inconvenient at the moment...The walls are very thin so if you have a noisy neighbor like I did you may end up having to call the courtesy officer like I did but they came right up and took care of the problem...That is only the negatives I encountered but would definitely stay here again.

Best price I could find for a long term stay. Definitely get what you pay for, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was decent. Definitely not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but also not the worst. Bring your own towels as you get a change once a week and the legal pad sized towels you get are a half step above paper towels in thickness and quality. Also, speaking of thin, the walls are super thin so expect to hear the neighbor's TV or arguments for a better part of the night.

Just driving up to the building was scary enough. the curtains were all discolored and dirty, and this was looking at them from the outside. Someone was working on their car in the parking lot. I went inside the main lobby and it smelled like disinfectant. The hotel clerk never greeted us. Someone has to do a better job in rating these hotels, and make sure that they are a viable option for the customer. I'm sure if someone from Travelocity visited this hotel, they would take it down from their site. I drove across the street and book a room at the Hampton Inn, I paid more, but believe me it was worth every penny.

I booked two rooms for Sunday,May 29th,I checked in about 3:15,one room was ready, one wasn't. The clean smelled like smoke but was a non smoking room, had only one was cloth in a double bed room. I left for while, returned about 10:00pm,my second room was ready for check in,I went to check in what was supposed to be a clean room... only to find a dirty/clean room. Room 222 had a dirty mattress pad cover, dirty bedspread, one towel, one washcloth, floor wasn't vacuumed, but was a clean room. The beds were made up,the room was by no means clean. I left to stay with family that night, I returned the next morning to speak to the front desk to show him pictures of all things that I found wrong with the room, not once did he apologize, he say he can housekeeping to clean the room but it would take awhile, there is only one housekeeper available.I didn't ask for my money back nor did he offer to comp the room for at least one night. I do work for the hotel industry but was able to find a hotel within my company for that weekend...this is a lesson learned I will never stay at Home-Town Suites in Clarksville Tn

Only stayed one night, but was an awesome room for the price. The room was big, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet when running. It had a large flat-screen tv and plenty of channels. The kitchenette was clean and well-stocked, although I didn't use it. The room was extremely clean. No stains on the carpet or bedding. It was clean and staff very friendly. I loved that I walked in and the place smelled like bleach! Things have to be sanitized for me to be comfortable so that was a plus! The bed was unexpectedly amazingly comfortable which is always my husbands and my biggest fear with staying in a hotel.. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom a little small, but clean. No issues. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Only issue I had is office only operates from like 9am to 10 or 11 pm THEN CLOSES. They have a number for you to call for issues or emergencies, but I thought that was ridiculous that they CLOSED. One note...a large part of the facility is used as extended stay so you could run into issues with noise from kids, but I didn't experience that on my floor.

Booked on Expedia last minute at $70 for 2 queen beds. My normal chain was full. Showed up at 830pm (check in available until 10pm currently but is changing to 9pm soon), but the office was locked and no one was there. I called the number on the door and a guy came in from outside where he said he had been talking in the parking lot to his friend about a new car. The 1st room was one bed (we had 3 people) so I was glad I checked it before we left for a late dinner and the office was still open. The 2nd room had 2 beds but had a very strong air freshener smell which quickly gave us a headache. We unplugged the air freshener and the smoke smell took over, very nasty! Smelled like years of smoking even though it was labeled a non-smoking room (rm 130). The bathroom molding was broken and falling off the wall, and the counter and sink had yellow spots that looked like nicotine stains. Carpet felt wet to the touch, so I kept my shoes on. Overall a 2 and not a 1 because the beds and linens were bright white and smelled clean.

I rented a room for two nights and the people above me were so loud when I finally go to town at 1:30 in the morning that I couldn't sleep. I told the front desk the next morning and she tells me that they work two different shifts and are up all hours of the night, but she would say something. So they people above me stomp on the floor due to my complaint, so I go back to the front desk and let them know that I got no sleep the night before, so I was trying to nap and they continued to be loud. That gentleman actually went to the room and told them they needed to be quiet. From that point on they were, but then the other issues we had. Our shower was broken, we couldn't run the water with out the shower pouring water when we just wanted to take a bath. We go to take a bath and we have no soap and our towels were still wet from when being washed.

Just wanted to relax and chill by myself for a few days.

We had hairs still on the bathroom floor, bobbypins also. Gum stuck to the carpet and it was a narley carpet. Had no choice to stay tho already paid. Won't do it again. Smelled horrible. We bought a candle a can of febreeze and a gel air wick thing to freshen the room. yuck. never worked. I was on crutches and couldn't shower, only take a bath, the shower head wouldn't shut off while I was bathing.

We paid 70 dollarls for a room with two queen beds. You can tell the building is starting to wear. The room was not the best but the price was good so I don't have any complaints.

I like the hotel but didn't like how noisy my neighbors were and they kept waking me up in the middle of the night. On top of that they woke me up at 7 for the day and I wasn't very happy

This place has no sense of management, people apparently don't know how to do their job, and was all around disgusting (there was definitely a gross musty/smokey odor in this place).

A little shady and grimey on outside, but room and bathroom was not too bad. Overpriced though.
