Smell of smoke around. Dogs in room a crossed the hall barked on and off. Room seemed fairly clean.

The room was clean, bathroom was supplied and clean. Tub was spacious, the check in clerk his attitude was poor like we were a bother to him. Other staff though was kind and helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay though perhaps the original clerk was having a bad day.

Mold in bathroom. No vent for moisture after shower. Continental bkfast severely lacking! Hardly worth mentioning it as an option.

Very loud/active at night, from conversations (non-stop) in the lobby and outside our window, banging doors from all 3 room around us multiple of times, and then above us. We didn’t arrive until 12:15am and it started around 2 until around 6am.

Rooms where clean. Not a lot of people staying but they put us all together instead of spreading is out. You can here everything that goes on in rooms! They ice was terrible on the sidewalks and driveway. My husband slip and fell when he went to load our car up! Can't have somebody pay for your room because they want to see ID on a credit card that was used which is ridiculous! The housekeepers did a really nice job cleaning my room! I will book a smoking motel next time because the smoking area was inconvenient!

very clean and evening staff was awesome. beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable and the doors for the side entrance stick very bad, easier to around to the main entrance than fight the side doors. Breakfast was not great, toaster didnt want to work and when it finally did work it burnt everything and the cream cheese was expired. morning staff very unfriendly, barely acknowledged us even when asking them to put out milk for my daughter, no smiles, no hellos just got it and walked away without a word.

My Wife and I Really enjoyed are stay at this Hotel, Service was great and the Room was also very nice and the Breakfast was awesome very nice experience 👌.

Had confirmation of the room but when we arrived, it took an hour and a half to get into a room because it wasn't showing we had a room and the staff just laughed about it. Toilet ran all night, holes in the walls, a/c had to be on 55 to work so we either froze or burnt up. I definitely don't recommend staying there.

Room very clean, bed comfortable might consider coffee maker in rooms and for breakfast bar a waffle maker and refrigerator with yogurts.

It was very late when we got in, the gentleman working the desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean except the pillows and pillow cases looked like they had been found at a thrift shop. Breakfast was nothing to go on about.

It was a place to rest for the night. You get what you pay for you. The room was in good condition and the property was well kept. The website advertised pet friendly. It was, however there are extra fees upon check in that would have been nice to know beforehand that were not advertised.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Clarksville. Phone was broken tv barely worked toilet ran loud all night screaming children till 3 am snarky management/staff who I'm sure will write a nasty response to my rating rather than taking the criticism and fixing the issues.

Basic Motel. More stains than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was horrible. You can’t put out a couple of pieces of bread and call that a breakfast. The ice machine has been down for months.

I spent three nights at this hotel with my family. Overall, the hotel has a lot of good qualities—it's clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. However, despite being a no-smoking area, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable in the reception area, hallways, and near the car park, where lots of spent cigarette sticks were also found close to room windows. This was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved to meet expectations. With these issues addressed, the hotel would provide a much better experience at an affordable price.

Blessings, and thank you for this opportunity to share my experience. I'm very short, and disabled in both legs. I had a very hard time getting into bed because of the height of the bed. The bed was a little to hard for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The pictures don’t represent the actual overall condition of this motel. There were several sketchy characters hanging around the exterior of the building, as well.

Property seemed a bit dated but was overall safe, clean, and welcoming.

All of the staff members who I interacted with were very friendly and helpful in every way. The room was clean, roomy, comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Breskfast was okay. Offered toast, cereal, and feesh fruit. Coffee, apple juice, and orange juice for beverages.

Staff at check in was awesome. She was very informative. Room was nice but small...it was my husband, 3 grandchildren and myself. My reasoning for booking was the pool but was very disappointed to find the pool hasn't been usable for a while. I wish that information was on the site during booking because I was have chosen somewhere with a functioning pool. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for the price.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Floors needed to be cleaned. Booked here because it was convenient to where we were going in the area and their ad stayed they had a pool. No pool. They said it was closed for maintenance. If we had known that ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else.

While technically there is a pool. It hasnt held water in 10+ years. It is false advertising to say they have a pool much less post pics of one. It wasnt a mistake to put pool pics on hotels.com. It was a flat out lie. They collect a cash deposit, which is just wrong and creepy. I understand it is policy. Doesnt make it better. They have my credit card info, my driver license, cell number and email address, and I'm a windham reward member. Desk clerk asked me to sign an illegible form with faded ink on what they can use the deposit for. Then told me half the stuff doesnt apply. He didnt want to give me a receipt for the deposit citing policy. People read and demand a receipt. He also asked me to sign a form stating they and their affiliates can use my info however thay want. Be sure to cross off, dont sign this Between the exterior condition and the cash deposit, the various receipts and lack there of, I wanted to be dissatisfied. However, my room saved the day. It was clean, had been remodeled recently. AC worked great, bed comfy, ok pillows. I liked the blue wall and decor. I liked the triangle shower. Water pressure could have been better. I really like the lighting in the room. I was happy the bathroom light was only a light and not a loud fan too. Room fridge was quiet.

Very rude overnight desk clerk. Rooms were not very clean. Area around the rear of the property were overgrown. No parking for trailers. Very limited breakfast w/no condiments.

Excellent service, smooth check in/check out, friendly staff, comfortable room & bed, good variety selection continental breakfast. The only thing we would’ve preferred to be better was the tv network. It provided no detailed guide, we had to surf channels to find something we wanted to watch.

When I checked in there was about 4 people just hanging out at the front desk. The tables in the front are for the people that live there full time. We had roaches in our room. The overwhelming smell of Fabuloso took our breath away. I will never stay there again. The people that live there full time kind of junk it up by not cleaning up after their selves. Was not a good experience. I am a Veteran and will let other Veterans know about them. Just not good.

Reasonable for the price, but room next to me left TV on all night. I was not a fan of the pillows.

Last minute stay with our big family. Staff was friendly and accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and we felt safe and pleased with our stay especially for the price. Breakfast was small but well stocked. Bathrooms could use a little more attention (there were hairs in the shower) but overall a great stay!

The WiFi was intermittent to the point you could not watch tv or be online. Bathroom light switch had to jiggle it to get it to turn on. Water continuously ran non stop; wouldn’t turn off.

The stay was terrible, no swimming pool, no continental breakfast, the facilities are terrible, sraf extremely rude. I was charged extra fees at check in

Not the best experience. Slow check in process. Bed was hard. Large stain on comforter. Thermostat was broken so we couldn’t adjust temp. Bathroom was filthy. The first guy we talked to at front desk wouldn’t allow us to have a late check out. He also told us it wasn’t an option for us to change our room. We had to be on the second floor with no elevator and carpeted floors instead of wood. The second guy we spoke with did help us get late check out. Overall would not recommend.

It was memorial day weekend, there wasnt anywhere else to go, so I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself.

2. Tv mounted 8 ft. In the bedroom wall and it was disappointing when trying to watch sports. 3.Two tables in my bedroom and no couch or lounge chair. 4. Side exit door jammed and could be considered a fire hazard. 5. Painters ladders left erected with plank between two ladders. 6. Washer and dryer horrible conditions.

The bathroom floor and the shower had hairs probably from the previous guests. The floor, the furniture filty and dusty. The mirror in the roon had a lipstick graphite. The room was not clean properly prior ardval/check in.

Rooms were not clean. There were other people’s trash and clothes on the floor, dirt and old stickers on the walls. The ac was ineffective. It was hot and smelled sour in our rooms.

Smoke detector beeping when we walked in, front desk told us to disconnect it. Fridge was gross. Counter had old spill of something on it. This is not worth $95 per night.

Check in process was a headache. I worked all day to get to the hotel and she gave me a hard time about my employee not having his ID. Then the rooms were dirty, the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty, the a/c didn't work well. Overall was not happy.

The man at the counter was rude. Our room stank and was dirty. Ac wouldnt get room cold.

Blood trail all round the room even some on the wall. Not a small amount either.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze! This was our second stay here and is definitely my go to hotel in Clarksville. Only downside during this stay was the bathroom door not being able to be completely closed and the gunk on the wall in bathroom next to the mirror. But the friendly and amazing staff made it worth it.

Check in was about the best part of this property. There appears to be a lot of people living there whether permanently or not, kids all over running wild after getting off the school bus. The first floor also reeked of marijuana. The rooms were not necessarily dirty, more like old and run down, need some major work all around. The beds have large springs, pretty uncomfortable. Would not recommend nor ever stay there again. All of the Motel 6's I've stayed at recently have been MUCH better than this place and were cheaper in bigger areas.
