I loved the kitchen and full size fridge. The work desk was perfect for me since I was on a business trip. The area was safe and convenient to so many food and shopping options. I will definitely stay here again! I also loved that Netflix and Disney streaming was available on the tv.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff Robert and Allen were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything from shopping to restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of options and was fresh. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This property has a very nice lobby area with a variety of seating options as well as a fire pit outside. There is also a good variety of breakfast options. Single person handling the lobby area.

Overall not a bad hotel. Lots of people while i was there, so it was busy downstairs during the day Front Desk, night shift is terrible. When i walked in i wasnt greeted just directed not asked to display my drivers license to check in. The woman then told me about all the areas of the hotel so quickly that i couldn't even comprehend what was said, It took about 10-15 seconds to get out information that would normally take 2-3 minutes. She handed me a key and then just stared at me as to stay go away. I was beyond pissed off!!!!! Not happy and wont stay here again ever again.

Everything. Nothing, I genuinely love the property. This is the only hotel I stay at whenever I visit Clarksville.

Great property, friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to stores and dining. Good breakfast, different options each morning. Rooms are clean and spacious. We would stay again.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is fantastic and I enjoy the stay every time I stay here.

The woman working the front desk in the evening at check in was very sweet and patient. I was traveling on my own with my three children so it was hectic and she was so understanding.

Our room was excellent. Very spacious and clean. Great bed. Conveniently located off Hwy 24.

Clean, safe, and quiet. Exactly what my family needed. We had just dealt with a horrible experience with another hotels false advertising and we thought about driving through the night instead of stopping. But I found this place and called to verify some info, they were SO kind and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff were very professional and helpful, everyone I came in contact with were extremely nice. The room was clean , the property was clean as well. Loved the breakfast each morning, the lemonade every day was very refreshing.

The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned and still had food from the last person you slept in it. The air went out, I woke up with my hair wet and I’m sweating. Tiffany Dunn the GM was very dismissive until I started an email corporate and higher management!!

Our first time at this Hilton brand & we will definitely seek them out again! Great set up for longer stays: Eco friendly, combo workout & laundry, common areas, healthy breakfast options, great outdoor spaces & pool. The rooms had kitchenettes, work areas & well equipped bathrooms.

Desk personnel were curtious and friendly.

The stay was wonderful. The shower /water pressure/temp could be much better. They must have had a rough day there were lots of housekeeping carts in the hallway that did make it hard to get luggage cart to our room.

This was the worst "by Hilton" hotel experience I've ever had. I paid for a suite weeks in advance, and when I arrived the bathroom clearly needed - as their staff put it - a "deep cleaning", hair everywhere, grime and debris next to the toilet... and the toilet rocked side to side like it belonged on a roller coaster at the county fair. Shower looked dirty and the shower head was barely decent. I complained to the staff and they offered to move me to a smaller room, which I refused because that's not what I paid for. Then they offered to move me three floors up which wouldn't meet the needs of my family. Staff was polite, but not overly helpful. It wasn't until I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom myself that they sent someone to take care of it. Breakfast was mediocre at best, didn't live up to lots of hype I saw from other reviews. This place is definitely not worth the price. So if you're wanting to get a decent place to stay for $150 per night, definitely look elsewhere. Avoid this place.

The pool was closed, even though that's not why I chose it. It seemed a little on the expensive side as well, especially for a weekday visit.

Weekend getaway for one night. Close to main strip in Clarksville. Included basically a full kitchen (minus the stove). Nice facilities overall.

They are doing renovations right now. Our room was pretty good but a lot of cracked tile in the room and bathroom. Hopefully they will fix that. Staff was great, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Very nice first stay and would stay here again. The bathroom paper products could really use an upgrade in quality. Very cheap and super rough stuff so be prepared.

The fire pit was fenced in from the road for privacy. It was within walking distance of fast-food restaurants and an enclosed shopping mall. Coffee, 24/7. Charging stations plentiful: should be better advertised.

Not happy about a 75$ fee for a dog. Not a good buy.

We had a great stay. Lindsey and Kassie were great and took care of everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay again. The whole place is new and welcoming.

Elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor. All other floors worked. We had to carry our dogs downstairs. One of our dogs is blind,

A beautiful hotel near plenty of shopping and dining options. Wonderful breakfast options. Large room with a comfortable bed. They also provide a full kitchen area with a table and full size refrigerator. Great value. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing and the breakfast was on point.

I gave the condition of the property 4 stars this time due to issues with the TV, a tripping Hazzard on the the second floor threshold by the elevator and the bed in our room was hard as a rock! The entire staff were extremely nice, accommodating and pleasant. They immediately tried to take care of all the issues we encountered. The bed however was not one they could really do anything about. They were very apologetic and gave us a nice parting gift for our troubles.

Clean and modern hotel. We only stayed 1 night liked the large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove top. Definitely designed for a longer stay.

We stayed overnight for a soccer tournament in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with lots of room for our family. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and did a great job with every interaction we had. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was good. Overall, a great experience. We will be back.

Everything was perfect. The mall is literally maybe a few 100 yards away multiple food options. It’s right down the street from the interstate so easy access and it’s a city not a tourist attraction so there’s really no bad traffic. Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and daughter Nashville is only 45 mins from here so if that’s where you’re headed then this is the spot to stay

The staff were exceptional.

I love staying at Home 2 Suites, but this stay I would have to give it a rating of 3.75/5. We only stayed 1 night. Check in was seamless but once we arrived to our room the trash was not emptied and there was a hot plate stove on the counter top and the box for it was on top of the fridge. My guess is that housekeeping just decided to leave it out and not box it back up. Water for the shower could have been hotter.

Empty candy wrappers in ice bucket, glasses dirty, remote would not work unless you were a few inches from tv, not friendly when I checked in. A hello or thank you would have been nice. Loved the location.

A few issues with cleanliness. Pull out desk/table not wiped; it was sticky. Tile floors not very clean. Fitted bottom sheet did not really fit.

I had a very comfortable stay. like the larger fridge and other amenities'.

We noticed a small issue on both stays. The toilet in the first bathroom was rocking and on the toilet in the second bathroom the handle was broken so you had to wait for it to cycle then flip the handle to make sure it would stop running. My husband was going to mention this to the front desk but I'm not certain he did. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and made check in both times a breeze! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was great, but we should’ve been notified when booking on your site that there was a pet fee. We picked this because of pet friendly and price. There were lots of options in area so it was very misleading.

Great pool, snacks given at discharge, popcorn during the stay; super nice staff; roomie room with kitchen and couch; comfy bed. Only poor thing was the coffee lol

I choose this hotel because the reviews were positive with the cleanliness and it definitely was. The breakfast bar was great and had options for gluten free needs. Our pets were also welcomed here. I travel plenty for work and would stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton again.

Understanding this is a pet friendly hotel, the grounds could have used some maintenance.

The room was large and we could bring our new puppy.

The property was dirty. In the front of the hotel, there was a dog poop that looks like it's been there for quite sometime. It's dried up and looks like someone drove over it. Our room was also not clean. Crumbs left inside the dish washer, inside fridge, dirty coffee maker and outside our door stayed dirty for the duration of our stay. No housekeeping for entire stay. The common areas are also disgusting. Cigarette butts everywhere, dirty elevator, Qtip in front of the sliding door and the garbages stayed full.

Room was great! Very comfortable. Easy access to everything around town. Parking for larger vehicles would be great, so they wouldnt need to take up so many spaces and leave none for the rest of us. Staff and local people are always a pleasure.

The room was obviously cleaned quickly. The microwave had crumbs in it, and I saw a crumb on the sofa. The refrigerator could have been cleaned better also. I brought my own cleaning supplies, so I went behind what the housekeeper should have done at my time of arrival. There was also paint cracking and peeling in the ceiling in the shower area. The cleaning lady did not knock before trying to come in to clean. This happened in both of the rooms I reserved. In one room the security lock was on so she could not enter, in the other room, family members were still sleeping when she just walked in. Better customer service is needed with cleaning staff. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.
