Good breakfast bar!

Hotel was conveniently located to shopping, eating and APU. Hotel staff was friendly and kept the hotel clean. Breakfast was simple (pastries, eggs, omelets, sausage and cereals/yogurts) but well done and fresh. Easily 5 stars everywhere.

Rooms are quiet and bed is comfortable. The property is in need of a good scrubbing and maintenance. Floors are dirty. We stayed 4 nights and they remained the same. Breakfast is blasé. Nothing special. We have stayed here a few times previously and it has gone downhill..

The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, my kids loved making their own waffles. The pool area was nice. We were able to sit outside next to the pool and enjoy pizza while the kids still swam. I honestly can say there is not anything I didn't like. I would suggest the facility to invest in a hot tube or adding a bar.

We booked adjoining rooms and I called a couple weeks before to confirm that they were adjoining. We arrived at midnight to find that they weren't. The hotel was really dirty. Sticky floor in the elevator and hair on the bed sheets. The bathroom was really dirty. There was pink mold in the caulk around the tub and dirt and hair in the corners in the bathroom. My kids said they would give the breakfast a 4 out if 10. The coffee was pretty bad also.

Great place to stay. We had to adjust our reserved days and there was no problem.

There was quite a bit of confusion on a cancellation that I made. A confirmation on the cancellation would have been helpful for me as well as the hotel from Expedia.

Staff come knocking over and over again even though they know you are in the room. Very loud in the mornings. Check out isn’t until 11 but had them knocking from 8-11.

Nice accommodation in a great location

Room was clean, tried the keyless touchless check in didn't work, breakfast was great but getting ready to head out before check out time and cleaning service came in without knocking or announcing entry. I was getting dressed but luckily out of eyeshot.

The young lady that checked me in was an absolute joy to deal with. A pleasant experience at the end of a very long day.

hotel receptionist was on a personal phone call the whole time while i was checking , very unproffesional not just that no management was onsight what so ever, too a shower went to the bathroom and toilet was plugged up i called for a plunger the receptionist said she was by herself and come get it your self, on the sheets there was a speckle of red i complained about that wanting another room and she said theres nothing that she can do, so instead of staying the night i left that same night not even spending the night in a room that i almost paid 200$

Only issue was the loudness of bathrooms. I traveled with a baby under 1. Every time someone flushed or showered she woke- including other rooms. They are super loud.

The facility and service were very good. The linens were very good. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

I just to summarize our stay- the beds aren't standard queen other more likely full beds. We travel a lot around state and stay in many different hotels and never was so uncomfortable. My little daughter found somebody medications on the floor and my son step to the nail. That is a safety issues and cleaning issues.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clarksville was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the staff is excellent. Charde was extremely efficient and it took her about a minute to check us in and hand us our key cards. When we arrived at the room the television had a welcome greeting specifically for us. We loved staying here!

This is the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at and one of the best overall motels we’ve experienced. Super clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. Breakfast was good although we would have liked to see biscuits and gravy offered. Numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. We highly recommend it!

It was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Two negatives. The fire alarm went off 30 minutes after we went to bed. Had to get dressed and go outside for about 10 minutes before it went off. Desk clerk could not explain what happened and was not convincing that it was safe to return to our room. Unacceptable! Also, we were not impressed with the breakfast, especially considering the cost of the room!

This property is great! Friendly staff and great breakfast! Only complaint was our toilet was not secure and wouldn’t stop running on and off which was quite loud. Beds are on the firmer side but they provide plenty of pillows to get comfy! Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at hotels where the traffic noise or guests in adjacent rooms disturbed my sleep. I was able to rest and felt safe.

Great service from employees; clean; spacious and LOVE the cookies. Only drawback is the breakfast had no reg meat or eggs . It was turkey sausage , fritatta (with veggies) .No normal sausage, eggs or bacon. Not even omelet options nor boiled eggs . We did ask about more boiled eggs but apparently they ran out at 8 am :(

It’s a comfortable place to stay if you’re spending a week in Clarksville. Close to shopping, and dining. There are closer hotels to the base if that’s what you need. We enjoyed our stay, staff friendly and nice.

Fairly clean, mid grade Hotel

Really nice place, all we needed was peace and quiet and a nice night sleep - which is what we got.

Overall check in & out was fast. However the door handles etc in our room were filthy.. obviously some wear and tear in the rooms. Trash was overflowing all the bins .. could’ve been better . But it was a place to lay down for 7 hours between driving ..

The cost for our pet was a high compared to other hotels.

Room was nice tv couldn't get to work no connection

except to tell me that I need to talk to the manager about it. When I asked to speak to manager the receptionist told me that the manager wasn't there and pointed me to the business cards with manager's name on it. Based on this experience we wont be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Nice facility. Enjoyed stay. Not a particularly friendly or helpful staff. Ran out of tissue in room. Front desk staff took a while to find any. May be time to ditch the front desk plexiglass which hampers communication with staff who often fail to speak clearly and audibly.

I did not have any hot water for a night and they could not move me,so no hot water next morning.I had a job to go to and I booked else were.I got back to hotel to get my things at 130pm and they would not refund 2day or comp for no hot water.I manager was a jerk and refused any solution.Will not return and my company has folks all over.

Decent. Room was large but a few issues like old water bottles under one of the beds. Keys didn’t work. We had to keep getting new ones. Overall, about what we expected.

I chose this hotel based on its location and reviews. While the room was as nice as depicted, I wasn't aware of how thin the walls were. I can forgive the hotel not smelling pleasant, but walls so thin that I can hear the guest in the next room relieving himself in the bathroom is a deal-breaker for me - especially as a light sleeper. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't a heavy sleeper.

Stopped for a quick overnight stay. Evening and morning staff were very helpful and welcoming and the facility was very clean and accommodating. The room was clean and very quiet and the bed was nice and comfy. We would definitely stay again when passing through.

When we checked in the attendant scheduled room cleanings for each day that we were there. However, the next day nobody showed up to clean the room. When we called, they said it was not scheduled to be cleaned until the next day.

Our stay was excellent. Check in was allowe early and with a friendly attitude. The desk agent even gave our granddaughter a free bag of candy from the little store. Our granddaughter loved the pool and made new friends. Breakfast each morning was good as was the dark roast coffee. Our room was comfortable, clean, and more than sifficient. We would stay in this Hampton Inn again on all return trips to Clarksville, TN.

Nice, well designed rooms. Everything is exceptionally clean, including hallways, elevators & lobby area. Towels & TP are superior quality, lighting in bathroom is very upscale design. Enjoy workspace as - well thought out. And the price was not overly burdensome. Only negative is breakfast is nothing special. Also, hotel located near interstate & easy to find, but this brings traffic noise. Workers are appropriately friendly.

Our stay was fine. Rates on high side for a regular hotel room. Don't think it was near sold out. Did not see many people on our floor. Breakfast was fine for being included which is a must these days for rates being charged. Beds were so so for comfort. Staff I encountered wee all friendly.

I was not going to leave a review until you sent a request. $300/night for Hampton Inn is ridiculous. We stayed 2 nights so over $600. We called immediately to state shower clogged and needed fresh towels. Never received visit from maintenance on shower. Never received fresh towels and they even stated didn’t have any at front desk. Requested room to be cleaned and linens changed but was told we don’t do that anymore. Totally understand staffing issues but if you can’t provide service maybe you should adjust pricing to reflect
