It was bad moldy smell in the hotel. But beds were comfortable and breakfast had lot of choices.

Man at front desk was super friendly, bed was very comfortable & it was very quiet. Conditioner bottle in shower was empty, over sight on house keepings part.

Idk it was a less then 12 hr stay to sleep. Wouldn’t have stayed another night So many things out of service, breakfast the last hour they said they ran out of a ton of stuff. It wasn’t even super busy? Not clean. Toiletries not filled in shower, cleaning staff would ask if your checking out every time someone exited a room. I walked out without a bag at 7:30am to go get coffee and they yelled down the hall “checking out?!” Go back to the room yell again “when are you checking out?” Idk!!!? Who asks that?! Walked out to get something from car at 9am. Oh checking out now?! So bad I felt so unwelcome. Didn’t take all pictures but I took a few Penis drawing in elevator too. Trashy

The cheese omelet (or whatever it might have been) was disgusting. I took one bite and chewed and chewed and finally laid it aside. The lady responsible for the coffee, cleaning and the food was excellent. Very polite. The front desk clerk at check in was same person at checkout. He was a bit blunt and didn't exude customer service.

We were not pleased with the room. The blinds did not close; so there was light coming through the windows all day & night. Anyone across from the hotel, in another building could see straight into the room if they wanted to look. The sheets had small holes and did not look the freshest. The ironing board was broken and tied together with a cord/string. The iron was dripping water from the bottom, when in use. We had to request a new ironing board and iron, which we received. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower had hair and old product running down the side, which showed the shower had not been cleaned properly after the previous guest’s stay. The staff was friendly. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Our room was “cleaned” before checkout. Staff had thrown out half of our belongings that were still in our room including prescription medications. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk staff did nothing to compensate for our belongings being thrown in the garbage. Why our room was cleaned before we had checked out doesn’t make any sense and to throw someone’s medication out is an obvious sign they had not checked out. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed at this property on the way to, and on the way back from, our girls trip. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The high point was the breakfast, which isn't normally the case. The biscuit gravy was delicious (as were the biscuits themselves) and they served premade omelets that were amazing. It was a very pleasant way to start the morning.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Clarksville. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was beyond comfortable, providing a much needed respite after a 12 hours of driving. Staff was polite and helpful and my husband enjoyed the breakfast provided. There was also a full array of restaurants and fast food options in the immediate area. This was our annual pilgrimage north after three months in Florida and although it was our first time at this property and location it definitely won’t be the last!

All around great experience. Very nice facility, staff and breakfast were terrific, great price.

Hotels.com took my money reserved a room got to the hotel no room and now everybody’s pointing finger who I get my money back from so yeah that’s my complaint

The facility was clean and most repairs made. My one issue with the amenities was the workout gym. None of the cardio machines were functional and neither was the weight machine. The clock and scale were broken too. The only items available were dumbbells which was fine. The pool was open and breakfast was adequate. Staff were very nice and responsive.

Room was dirty and had holes in walls and door had huge gap you could see guests walking by had switched rooms and the second room had bugs on bed front desk promised refund but manager is never around to process it now matter what day or time Expedia calls or I call we checked out due to the hotels bugs and stained bed sheets and now they add an additional charge of 312 dollars for early leave also they are people living out their car in the back parking lot

Room was really good. Breakfast area only had regular coffee. No Decaf and no hot water. No juice, machine was out of order. Call button in elevator had been pressed and was beeping in the elevator. I reported it to the front desk representative at 3:15 Sunday afternoon. When we left Monday morning it was still going off.

We stayed here over the Valentine's Day weekend. We had a spacious room but there were some issues. The staff was friendly and the overall facility was clean. The shower was the biggest disappointment. The shower didn't stay full

This is my go to hotel when I am in Clarksville. The rooms are clean. The sheets appear to be washed and changed regularly. The establishment is quiet. The room is comfortable. The staff is pleasant. The cost is reasonable. This is a great hotel.

The paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast make it look like they are trying hard to be cheap. When we booked on Expedia it showed the pool open at 9 AM, when we get there it is 10 AM and kids waiting to get in. Good location and front desk staff tried to be helpful.

To start with, the young man at the desk was excellent...friendly, professional, and helpful. The first room we had did not have any electricity. We told the desk and the young man fixed the problem while we went out to eat. When we got back to the room we did have power, but then we discovered the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and the sofa was stained. After going back to the desk, the young man gave us another room, which was fine.

Rooms smelled like mold and when we asked for a refund bc we couldn't stay, the front desk clerk was rude and refused to give us a refund. The facility was dirty and several Google reviews stated the same moldy smell.

My family enjoyed our quick overnight stay here. Rooms were nice and recently updated. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. We went down to eat our breakfast at 8:15am and they were OUT of almost everything. No pancakes, no sausage, no bacon, no scrambled eggs, only one cereal (raisin bran). There was literally 3 biscuits left so my kids said they would eat a biscuit with a cup of milk, BUT then they didn’t have any jelly. I finally asked the worker if there was going to be more food and she said no, that was it. I asked for jelly, she said they were all out. The worker was very sweet and I felt bad for her because she was just there to put food out, but there wasn’t anymore food to prepare to put out. Just very disappointed about the breakfast, literally didn’t even have muffins or toast to offer us. Rooms and staff were great.

We stopped after a long day of driving. The hotel is older but has been remodeled. It is basic. Clean enough. Comfortable enough. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Hotel was easy to get to and in a safe area.

This is not a 3-star. They had my reservation wrong and gave us a single bed. Then got a room with garbage behind the beds, stains on the carpet, and pubes on the “clean” towels. Also visible mold on the ceiling.Politely asked for a clean room.They gave us a new room.another pube was sitting in the sink and even more garbage behind beds. They refused a refund and we left. Terrible. Don’t stay here.

I asked for a room close to the elevator. The person told me it’s just halfway down the hall while it turns out that it was all the way down the hall and when I mention it to him, he was very non-caring

The hotel is right beside a Walmart which is convient but not scary. There are multiple hotels nearby and it's close to the highway. The hotel was well maintained and other than a few scratches here and there looked nice. Breakfast was good and well supplied each morning. The workout room offered lots of options from cardio to weights.

Ice machines on some floors not working and the facility needs clean up and paint

The customer service was good. The only thing I could not get an answer to was why the BET (Black Entertainment Television) channel’s volume did not work and that was the only channel that volume was not working. The young man at the desk could not answer but when I got back to the room the channel was no longer available. That did not set well me as a customer at his hotel.

Great comfortable bed...quiet...very odd hot water for shower with poor water pressure...when the handle is turned to the hot position, only cold water comes out and then the handle has to be turned back to almost off to get low pressure hot water...the housing for the HVAC unit fell off completely....the room telephone did not work at all. Nice room otherwise and I did not use the breakfast.

Price was reasonable and the location good. Bathroom door and toilet paper holder were broken. Huge black water stains on the ceiling, probably black mold.

We loved the suite we were in. It was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. We would have liked a better pillows. The breakfast was great! It was a good location. We would definitely stay there again.

After paying for 2 nights at 150.00 a day. I was traveling cross country and needed some rest. Mold was all over the room. The front desk lady refused to give me another room. I called the front desk , the lady hang up the phone on me after telling me she didn’t have other rooms. Worst experience ever.

I loved our room. We had the king suite. Room 321. This is our second time staying here and it was wonderful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was nice and the hotel was quiet. There was a little spider in the bathtub but not a big deal. Being close to Walmart was great because if we forgot to bring something, we could just walk over and grab it. Love staying here and would stay again.

The air conditioner was broken in the room. I had to fight with the front desk to get to get is in a new room but it was a queen suite and they told me i could get the difference refunded. In the morning when i asked the front desk about the redund i was told that room was more expensive which i dont see how a queen suite is more expensive than a king suite. They told me i have to contact the third party i booked with but when trying to book through their website it redirects to a third party. It seems like they dont want to take responsibility for their actions. Not to mention they kept telling me they had no rooms available but then they finally had one to move us to. The breakfast was horrible. I had a better breakfast in the service. For the amout of money i paid for the night to have painted door knobs and a cold indoor pool. I should have booked at the holiday inn. I will never go there again. This was for my daughters birthday and it was a disaster.

There were doors propped open, causing an alarm on the lower and the third level. The beds were not comfortable. There was a cockroach in the breakfast area

Only one suggestion- one of the windows in our room did not have blackout curtains and outside light shined into our room making the room too light for me.

Tons of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, couch has stains. Center night looks worse than one from a rummage sale. Musty/stale smell of the air. Stains on bathroom wall. Absolutely disgusting room. We couldn’t stand any longer and left at 4am.

This property was convenient, budget friendly, and clean. The room had what you need while away from home. I typically have back problems. However, the bed and pillows were good for my body. I woke up refreshed and rested.

Right next to a super Walmart. Pool and workout room limited in size and equipment. Strange odor in room and hallway. Inside of bathroom door was peeling, the end of a toilet paper roll left in the dispenser. Included continental breakfast was above average. If you have any discounts, like AAA, military or AARP, don’t book the room through a 3rd party vender. You will not be able to negotiate the discount with the motel.

The room had an overwhelming mold and mildew smell. Probably related to the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Glad we checked in late and it was only for one night.
