Hated every bit of it Crack head motel. People partying all night. Loud music and fighting. Even saw one of the crackheads moving drugs through the motel punch out his girlfriends windsheild at 5 am in the morning while i was getting ready for work while cussing her out. They were blasting music until 3 am probably on meth and crack. Staff was rude. Breakfast wash trash. Rooms were trash and smelled like smoke while they claim a non smoking facility. Cigarette buds and trash all over the grounds. Never again. Run far away

It was filthy. The room had what looked like feces on the bathroom walls. The whole room was very dirty.

We love staying at this hotel the rooms are nice and big and very clean. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only thing I wish they had more of is parking the parking lot is small compared to the amount of rooms but that would never stop us from staying here.

We stayed 1 night, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Best sleep we both got in a hotel.

Dirty, shabby and overall inadequate for paying guests. Room smelled musty of dirty carpet, A/C was old and couldn’t read or change temp. Part of mirror frame was missing over sink. Dust and black mold (?) on bathroom vent-no fan. Fridge was ancient with no controls, Wyndham/Baymont should be ashamed. We had travelled 15 hours and booked online at 9 p.m. just to get some sleep before we finished our trip. Never expected it to be so bad.

Nothing was likeable! All linens and towels were stained, the bedspread was white with stains and had long hairs on it. There were holes in wala that had been poorly repaired. My check in was too late in the evening to relocate - but I would have in an instant after seeing the room. Wyndham should be embarrassed to offer such a terribly maintained hotel.

Of dog hair on the floor. Almost cut my foot getting out of the shower. Shower handle was on wrong, waited for hot water and drain was very slow. If possible I would like a partial refund.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, even the hotel staff said thy would not stay there. We booked it in error as the other Baymont in Clarksville is very pleasant.

It was run down. My room had a broken dresser missing an entire drawer, a very old small microwave, and the people next door must be living there. I smelled marijuana all through the walls.

Room was disgusting. I found a live moving bug in my bed. I have video of this. Also I did not feel safe there. Multiple men just “hanging around” the upstairs exteriors and one sitting on The stairs which I needed to go up to get to my room. This young man did not even move so I had to walk past him to get by. Checked in and left 1/2 hour later and went to another hotel.

It was disgusting smelled like cigarettes and ass there was blood in bathroom walls and so nasty!

The room was dirty; walls, bathtub. Hair on the towels, wasn’t comfortable taking a shower there.

Somebody's used soap bar was in the ice bucket. The vent in the wall in the bathroom was so corroded with spider webs and dirt and dust. The safe wouldn't work because the battery was dead. It was so cold that night and they didnt have a weather strip on the bottom or side of the door of the hotel room so cold air just came right thru the door. TV, refrigerator and microwave i believe were from the 80's. Needs updating for sure!! Very disappointed!

There was a smell in the room. My husband has allergies and he was unable to sleep due to the smell. He use a CPAP machine and we had to clean the deoderize the machine because the smell got in it. We had to leave after one night. Property is old and needs to be updated.

This was a horrible hotel. It was filthy. The first room they sent my wife to was a smoke filled room. It looks like people are living full-time in the hotel.

After we checked in and got our room keys; pulled around the buildings and there were people standing all outside. Upstairs and downstairs - there was even a few of them COOKING On a small grill in the parking lot. We cut our stay by one day. Bye Felicia. The clerk at the counter was very understanding

I just needed to stay for 1 night, as I was passing through this area. I give this place no star rating There were people in the parking lot hanging out. Next to and in front of the room I supposed to be in. I didn't feel safe. I requested another room on the other side of the building. They did give me another room. That room smelled like pot. Broken plugs , bed skit was dirty, and found a bed bug on the pillow, it sarted to crawl on my hand. I ran out of this place. I would never recommend any body stay there, that is passing through.

Don’t stay here. Didn’t look clean anywhere. Previous persons hat was left so attention to cleaning wasn’t much. Ironing board had “you’re going to die” written on it which kind of funny but it was just wild that no one thought “hey we should swap this one out” smelled like old smoke and mold. Hotels.com chat person was great but hotel was bad. I booked another room at another place because it was bad. We turned in our keys and stayed at the Hilton Garden inn which was amazing compared. Sleeping in my car would’ve been an upgrade, honestly.

Breakfast was one of the saddest we’ve seen. Few selections, no bananas, dirty counters. The woman “running” the breakfast restocked, but did no cleaning, leaving sticky counters and tables.

We stayed for 4 nights the room was very clean and when we came back every night are room was always cleaned up. They also supply you with Dove soap shampoo and conditioner which I absolutely loved. The breakfast was very basic. No eggs but there was pancakes, cereal and bagels. The coffee was warm not hot. I would stay here again because my main concern is the cleanliness which was great in my opinion.

The hotel is adequate. The closets smell of mold badly and stunk up the room to the point we went and bought a candle. The room was clean, towels very nice big bathroom. It was good for the price just fix the mold.

They were super nice and helpful. The few things we had issues with they were very efficient and quick to fix. Thank y'all so much for the great stay. We will be back!

The property is not kept up. However the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

This property needs an upgrade. I understand that most of the clientele are labors and like to get together on the weekends but when others are trying to sleep it poses a problem. I have included pictures of our room. Ceiling, floor, sprinkler, light switch.

The only thing i didnt like about the room is it was a non smoking room but u could clearly smell the smoke it was a strong odor even im a smoker and couldn’t take the smell but everything else was good

I booked 3 rooms through Expedia. We arrived late at night, due to travelling. When we got to our rooms the 1st complaint was the horrific smelling rooms. A mixture of dirty dog, cigarettes & mouse urine. The rooms were disgusting! All 3 bathrooms were filthy. We did not even use the showers. All 3 had dark, reddish brown smeared stains from top to bottom. It looked like the shower scene from Psycho had happened in there. Not a joke. All 3 ceilings of the bathrooms had a lot of black mold/mildew. My room had large chunks of missing plaster from the ceiling & the tv did not work. Due to the late hour and the fact that I had already paid, we had to sleep there. It was so filthy that I slept with the lights on hoping that would deter animal/bug life from running around. At check-out, I politely explained the room situation to the front desk employee & she just stared at me. No apology or offer to remedy the situation. So, I asked for a manager. She said the manager was not on site. I said that didn't seem right and asked again to see the manager. She refused. Still no apology. Finally, I told her that I felt there should be a refund due to the filthy conditions of the room. She said they don't do that there, because I booked through Expedia. She said to go to them for a refund. I told her that Expedia is not in charge of cleaning their hotel rooms. She just shrugged her shoulders and stared at me till I left. I will NEVER stay at another Baymont hotel again. ZERO rating

I booked a non smoking room that had very clearly been smoked in and not cleaned appropriately or maintained. It smelled terrible. There were cigarette burns in the linens and cobwebs all on the ceilings. Lamps didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty and had mold present as well as a broken and rusted return vent grate. I would’ve complained to the staff, but she was very non-professional, complaining to me during check in and venting about other customers being needy. It was too late for drama and I just needed a place for my family to sleep after over 5000 miles of driving in 2 weeks on a cross country trip to be able to make it the final 4 hours home. Worst room I ever booked on Expedia.

The room was fine. But the property has an "old" feel to it, like it needs an upgrade. The a/c was rattling like mad. The tv had a barely-watchable picture. The vent in the bathroom was bent, like someone had purposely mangled it. That said, the check-in person was very pleasant and professional, and allowed me to check in early.

The room was filthy and had human boldily fluids everywhere. We will honestly never stay here again due to just how gross the rooms were. There was blood on the covers. Hair in the bed and on the headboard. Boogers on the headboard and sperm on the wall. The people next to us made a drug deal with us all standing there trying to get jn our room.

Okay for overnight stay. Needs refreshing, carpet, furniture was dirty, bed sheets were great but foot thrown was dirty. We have stayed here before but night find another place next time.

Cans filled with cigarette butts all around property. No smoking in the rooms but you might as well with everybody smoking outside their door.

For the price point I can’t beat it. No hidden cash fees that make you feel uncomfortable like up the street. The food is definitely homie feeling and delicious. We will be staying here every time we come back can’t beat the price. Can’t beat the people rooms. Aren’t that bad

I try to be fair when I review my stays because I rely on them for making my choices. Tonight, I was pushed for time and exhausted so I went with the average star review. This place was once a nice drive up motel. The carpet is new and the bathroom counter is new. The furniture fairly new too except the easy chair which was dirty and dated. Mold on a lamp shade and in the bathroom. The bathroom has a paper plate taped over the exhaust vent with package tape. The tub bottom was narrow and very slick. I held on for dear life to not fall. The mattress newer but cheap and squeaky. The little decorative fabric at the end of the bed was stained. I don’t usually do this BUT I checked for bedbugs, which thankfully, there weren’t any. Fridge worked well but old. The microwave worked well but stained/ dirty. The TV had poor reception and seemed like 90’s screen quality. I’m very disappointed with this motel, especially, because of the Wyndham reputation. I’ll allow more time when I review my next stay anywhere, most definitely, with this chain.

The main floor of the property is used to house homeless individuals and no rooms on the first floor. No elevator to bring luggage to the second floor. Front desk lady was very unfriendly. Very little parking due to an extremely large dumpster and a pile of metal. We could see the outside through the door. Don't stay at this hotel stay at one that is safer.

I chose this hotel because of the price and convenience. It was clean and comfortable for my one night stay. The male receptionists was polite & helpful! It is in need of repairs, but I would book again.

Was very pleasantly surprised! It was very clean, the service was great, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect! Highly recommend!

The check in in was efficient and simple. Staff was great. The room was clean. The bed felt great after a long all day drive and long night on the field for work.

Everything looked dingy. Small flies (sewer flies?) in bathroom. Some mold. Corners of floor dirty. Gobs of hair in bathtub drain. I would not stay here again given the availability to so many other hotels on the area. The desk clerk was wonderful!

Most important, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since it's probably the best priced hotel in the area, it draws a lot of construction workers. If you don't mind waking at 6 a.m. to the sound of trucks and motorcycles reving up, hotel is a good choice. Breakfast is so-so.

Dirty wash cloth under the sink cabinet all 5 days! Room not cleaned, front desk said gotta ask to have it cleaned! What!?!? Terrible tv channels. Room smelled musty, so disgusting!,bed was very good very comfortable. I left a day early, got a different hotel so paid twice 😒 front desk staff all very nice. Guy with man bun at breakfast weekdays excellent.

We don’t stay at this property. We order rooms non smoking, because we was with small kids. When we arrived- all room smells smoke. All other people around our room smoke and this smells come to all rooms around. We can’t stop in this place and must looking for other hotels, and all this happened at 11pm, after long way. I can’t recommend this property for travelers.

The Hotel would have been fine nice quite and clean, But when we would leave and come back the smell of weed would knock you out. I did not complain because I didn’t want to make a someone around us mad. But I had my 16 year old son with me and to explain the smell. Serious though it was really bad.

Staff was very friendly. Complete dump. Everything was gross and worn and in disrepair. Ice machine didn’t work. Steps were sketchy. Beds were small and uncomfortable. I mean total & complete dump. But the guy checking me in and the lady cleaning the rooms were both very friendly.

My husband loved the breakfast and the service he received, he mentioned the lady doing the breakfast was diligently cleaning and putting out fresh food. 10/10

Shower was disgusting to the point I wouldn't use it. Terrible need for a remodel. TV remote was a hit and miss thing. On the good side the bed was comfortable, just wish the fitted sheet would actually stay on.

Overall good stay. Friendly staff. Room clean but damp from humidity (carpet and towels noticeably damp to touch). Room did not smell of smoke but there were paint cans filled with cigarette butts and ashes on main walkway. Would suggest dehumidifier for rooms and separate smoking area away from rooms.

The pool doesn't work, hasn't for some time. Take it off amenities list. No fitness center. Cigarette burn marks on the comforter, several! So expensive for what you get. Don't recommend at all. I wish i could load the photos of how gross everything was

Our experience was not so good. Our room shower has mold in it. We had the front desk attendant come and look when he delivered new pillowcases, the others were dirty. We chose not to switch rooms after unpacking & settling in because of the choices. Won't be staying there again.

Damp is the best word for the stay. Carpet was damp. Bedding was damp. After staying there, all our luggage was damp. Cigarette burns in the comforters. No water in the pool. Lots of splats on the walls. Tub was stained. Garbage bags didn't stay up in the bins. No coffee maker in the room. The towels were soft and clean and the TV worked. Garbages were emptied everyday. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was your average hotel fare. The dampness was bad. Like wet to the touch dampness.

The bed was comfortable, thats it!! No hot water on the sink! Cover missing off outlet with wire hanging out!! The shower,, had a Old leak in the ceiling from above!! Its been there awhile!! After yu shower, pieces fell down!! Paint peeling off counter under sink.

The room had a terrible stale smell. May have been a smoking room in the past. The room was in terrible condition. Drywall was in bad shape. Painting and caulking was horrible. Tile on the tub was falling off. Tile in the shower looked like it was failing. Everything felt gross and dirty. The carpets were so gross that my 17 month old daughters feet were completely black from walking around. The reviews were good and stated they had an outdoor pool. I thought the price was fair therefore I booked. Turns out the price was not fair once we saw the condition of the room and the pool was not ready for use.

If you don't like smoke don't stay here.
