Had a great stay! Staff was helpful and room was clean.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained surfaces, dust in multiple areas, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the entire property appeared poorly maintained. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip quickly became frustrating because of the condition of the hotel. The experience was so unpleasant that I made the decision to end my trip early and return home rather than continue my stay. For the price paid, I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this hotel fell far below even basic standards. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will not be returning.

Excellent. The bar and grill, pool and lake were the best about the property.

My family and I love this place. We always come back and will not go any where else. The staff is amazing and go out of there way to help you when needed. The female whom always seems to check us in is the best I believe her name is Teresa. Always happy to help and smiles with you. This place is #1 in our book

It's a dated but nice place to stay

We checked in late after flights were delayed and at that time the public areas were full of sketchy drunk people who may or may not have been staying there. I’m not talking one or two but dozens. The room was dirty, complete with fake eyelashes glued to the bathroom sink, dead bugs everywhere, trash still in the bin and stains on the walls and linens. The public areas were clearly in disrepair. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but checked out as soon as we could after 1 because at that point it was too late to find a new hotel when all of this was discovered. The hotel staff made themselves unavailable, unhelpful or rude when hotels.com tried to call to mediate a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay. And I was only going through hotels.com because no one would answer the phones the many times I tried to call. The hotel manager refused a refund so now I’m going through my travel protection to get a refund figured out. I picked this hotel for location, and because it wasn’t an off brand and I ALWAYS check reviews and people had to have been lying because we have NEVER had a such a bad experience in cleanliness or service. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Price was good, cleanliness was decent, the room itself was comfable

Location was great! Inside pool was closed the first night there !

The hotel is very much need of a renovation. Our key cards stopped working every day and it was annoying that the room was far and at 1:00 am come back to get them reprogrammed. Check in takes for ever, 15-30min. if they are only helping you. For some of the other people that came with us it took them up to one hr to get checked in, with only one person at the front desk.

Very nice rooms, windows do crack open even on upper level rooms. Be prepared to walk quite a distance from the front desk to your room as well as the parking lot. Huge hotel.

Experience was ok but kids were cussing in front of adults parents not saying nothing kids being unruly in the pools no free breakfast

I was an ok place to stay for the few hours we stayed there.
