Everything was good

The room was lovely. We could have stayed there for weeks! The pool was nice and clean and warm-ish. The laundry facilities were nicely updated. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. Honestly, I can't think of anything that needed improvement for our stay.

We drove down from Seattle and this was the perfect stay. Fast chargers across the parking lot and level 2 chargers in the parking lot. Super easy to get to the hotel. The room was clean and even stocked with kitchen essentials. Best of the the pool was heated and my daughter had us go swimming 3 times in a day day visit. I will definitely stay here again if I come to town.

Great accommodation. Reasonably priced - modern, clean and bright. Free breakfast each morning. Ideally placed for the routes we were taking and close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

It was a fantastic stay! The only thing that didn't work was the wi-fi on my laptop. It finally connected in the morning but a bummer to not have that evening.

The room is spacious and comfortable. We needed a place to relax for a few days while our house was being shown for sale. This hotel gave us exactly that. Breakfast was better than I was expecting, and the staff were wonderfully friendly - shout out to Keith at the front desk who made our check in so positive.

The sensor thermostat. The room was 75 Degrees when we arrived which is way to hot and it took about two hours to cool down.

The rooms are always spotless and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the pool is a nice bonus.

The hotel itself was really nice. The room smelt new. The bed was a king size. The pillows were soft (if you need neck support…bring your own pillows) bed was firm. The shower was not completely clean. There was hair on the shelf in the shower and the wall where you walk in had some kind of dirty soap hand prints or something. I don’t like open showers and this one is. Our body soap bottle was empty so glad we had our own. No lotion in the room either if you were hopeful of that. The pool is “80” said staff but was pretty cold when we tried going in it. So unless you like a cold plunge the pool is not worth your time. The breakfast had a good variety, to include healthy options. The kitchen staff were very friendly and constantly making sure everything was refilled. The TV did not work our last night and the front desk staff was clueless of how to fix. Had a mixture of front staff from very friendly to flat affect. We would stay here again overall.

Room was clean, large, great layout, mini kitchen looked great. Only complaint is kitchen lights did not turn on but we were not in the room long enough to even use the kitchen so it did not matter. The breakfast in the morning was okay. I had oatmeal with some of the toppings from the granola bar, which was yummy. I was hoping for simple scrambled eggs and they did not have that. I do appreciate the creative offerings, there were empanadas and a savory muffin. I am gluten free so I could not have those options, same for the waffle/pancake bar.

I'm very impressed. The rooms are large, simple and clean with a full small kitchen. Mall is next door with great food options all around. It was a perfect option for my overnight stay near Portland

The hotel was great except the heat did not function well. I called the staff and they came right up. I got it working and then it went back to some sort of pre setting and we were cold all night. I finally just gave up. The staff were not at fault at all. Just a faulty thermostat. It should be replaced.

Rooms were amazing! Easy walk to the transit or to the mall. 30 minutes to portland. We absolutely loved it so much we will only stay here when we go back.

The check in staff was wonderful. My grandaughters 8 to birthday. They were so kind and personable. We always stay here when we are visiting our family. Love the room and all the restaurants around here. A mall is across the parking lot!

There is a big mall nearby with lots of food options for walking distance and more food options if driving. Don’t forget the food delivery services. Pool is nice and breakfast is yummy.

Service wasn't that good and it hasn't been open very long. They said they refreshed towels every two days but they never did so we had to ask every two days.

The Hotel is above and beyond expectations !!.. great breakfast included in the morning, coffee, tea, juices. An abundance of breakfast choices to chose from ! Super clean rooms, and the whole Hotel is super clean , anywhere you go . Very pleasant outside area to sit and relax at night or at anytime . Super comfortable beds and pillows !! I can honest say that after sleeping one night in this bed , I actually did not have any back, or leg pains that I normally do otherwise! The bed is like a soothing therapy to the body !! We absolutely love returning to this Hotel ( our 3 rd. time staying here ) , and we can’t wait for our next time staying here ! You feel like at home here .. and you never want to leave !!

At 1st I really liked the property. Up on checking in I had ask the staff if we can do late check out. We were told we couldn’t, due to they have a full house. Twice in the room we were in I have heard a little tiny foot running inside that room but see no one. Once at night once in the morning. Then at 11am the fire alarm went off only in our room when my husband is packing and I’m doing my daughter’s hair. Front desk called to check on us to make sure everything is ok and even housekeeping knocked on the door. We opened the door and told them everything is fine. Which they turn off the alarm. As soon as the door closed the fire alarm once goes off again. Housekeeping came in and did a run to make sure everything is ok which it was. We were cooking anything or have any steam going. Alarm threw us off which we hurry and packed and left. Before leaving we walked around and trying to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. We were so disoriented that we forgot our big throw blanket behind. When we realized it. We called the hotel around 5pm and 9pm but was told they haven’t had chance to clean our room yet. Which it was odd and we were told to call back the next day after 6pm to see if housekeeping has turn it in. When I called today no blanket was found. Either the little ghost took it or housekeeping decided to keep it or their front desk just too lazy to check. Either way nothing is adding up right. I don’t understand why they couldn’t give us a straight answer yesterday?

The property is very well taken care of and clean.

Navigating to the hotel is a breeze. The property sits next to a wide variety of stores and restaurants all within a walkable distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My particular room had a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, and a large countertop. The bathroom was basic, but brightly lit. Shower was adequate but didn’t fully close and it was easy to splash water onto the floor. The road next to the property is raised and very busy, even at night. I had difficulty sleeping due to the road noise. Bed was what I would consider average for comfort. Hotel has a heated and salted pool. It was on the small side, but I was lucky and no one else used the pool while I was there. Max depth was 5ft. There was an open area shower to rinse off after swimming. There was a free continental breakfast that was stellar. Breakfast had bagels, juices, sausages, oatmeal, ham and cheese melts, coffee, and more, all in decent quantities. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

The Customer Service at this Hotel is truly wonderful. I grew up in an era when Customer Service was key to success, this hotel provides that memorable experience. I wish I knew the womans name that greeted my daughter and I when we checked in. She was/is amazing!

The only thing that was disappointing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep in . but the main bed was great.

I love residence inn. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I really want to buy the 24north shampoo/conditioner, but I have been unable to find it for sale on Marriott website. Someone needs to add this to the stuff for sale, the ones for sale are not as nice. Any help would be appreciated

It was a super nice room, we had a King Suite and it would be perfect for someone's business trip. Big work space, cute little kitchen. The included breakfast was nicer than average.

Well-designed room. Only flaws I saw were created by other people staying in the hotel, and unfortunately occurred right before I entered the elevator. I'm sure the staff promptly fixed the situation when they realized, as the rest of the hotel was in orderly condition. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, with a myriad of options.
