We booked a night here so my kids could swim in the indoor heated pool. When we checked in we were alarmed that the room was dirty (food smudged on wall with hair stuck to it). Then my 6 year old daughter tried to open the sliding closet door and it fell of the hinges and onto her. I ran and pulled it off her. She was fine so I picked up the door and moved it against the wall. At this point I'm not sure why we didn't just leave as clearly the hotel is not even safe... I think I was just so exhausted from travel. We went to try the pool and it was freezing cold, no attempt at heating or a sign that the heating was off/broken/etc. This is when we packed our bags to leave. We were there a total of about 40 minutes. I talked to the person at the front desk. She was kind but clearly didn't understand what to do. She told me we could get our money back and that we needed to contact hotels.com/expedia.com and they would call the hotel to confirm the refund. We paid $200 for this awful room and experience. So we just left and later that evening I called expedia. They called the hotel and apparently were told they would now not issue the refund. Expedia said they would escalate and get back to me within 2 or 3 days. I have not heard anything - it has been a week. I will have to try to contact them again. This hotel is seriously suffering on multiple levels. I am just completely shocked they wouldn't give me my money back after such an objectively horrible experience.

The TV kept going off, the staff found a new cable. The website said there was a hot tub. It was filled with cement. The pool was freezing, and the exercise room was filthy and the equipment, which was 2 small items, treadmill did not work. I didn't even try the other machine. It smelled with a bad odor.

Needed milk in the middle of the night and staff was able to help.

I was a little concerned about how our stay would go due to some recent scathing reviews, but ended up being really pleased overall. Everything was super clean, and our room looked to be pretty updated. Beds were comfy, everything was functional. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the elevator was older and creaky, and the seating in the breakfast area isn't horribly comfortable/accessible if you prefer chairs without arms, but they were doable. Ultimately nothing worth docking a star for, considering the price point. Will definitely stay here again!

The shower was awful. It leaked so the water came out by the wall and sprayed in unexpected places. There were no drawers or anyplace to put anything away and no holder for the suitcases.

I probably won’t be coming back here. There’s a hamptons inn across the street, probably much better. When we checked in, there was a young lady who came to the front desk, and almost instantly had a rude and unfriendly demeanor. Minimum words spoken. I check in my room which had stains and burn marks and take my kid down to the pool. There’s no pool towels, we went to ask for towels and the girl rolled her eyes before giving them. The pool is almost sickeningly warm, it had a bunch of floaters in the water. We went to use the restroom and it was thrashed with poop in the toilet for who knows how long, the toilet bowl was just black. We got back to our room, there were no bath towels in the room. We went to ask for bath towels at the from desk from the same young lady and she was so irritated by me at the point and questions which room I was staying in before finally giving me the towels, it felt pulling teeth trying to get towels of her. The only decent thing was the breakfast. There was young man working very hard to keep it stocked while and entire baseball team and their families were staying there. Save your money and go somewhere else…

When we got to our room it looked as if someone had already been staying in there. Tv on with the volume all the way up. The heater was set to 80 and it was so freaking hot inside. And there was a pillow on the couch like someone had already been there. Went to talk with the person working the front desk they said that’s weird and that’s the only room we have available for you. So went back to my room. Went to shower, no towels or wash cloths. Overall was a horrible experience and would never in my life recommend!

My husband is handicap. I took a shower before him came out of the shower and almost fell it was so slippery it was like walking on ice you need to do something about the floor

Parking lot was a mess upon arrival. Garbage cans over flowing. Property is looking run down. Swimming pool adequate. Fitness equipment old, sauna was a surprise touch. But disappointed the Houston has been cemented over. The listing needs to be updated. Room was clean and the television worked. But the bathroom was in need of an upgrade.

The hallways smelled like it was a friendly 420 place. The rooms did smell clean but when you walked into the hallways it was horrible. Staff was friendly and rooms seemed spacious but would not recommend staying at this location if you’re looking for something nice. Luckily we did a staycation and just wanted to swim.

First thing was hot tub was still broke and found out that it's not going to be fixed anymore so that was a bad one for me and then witnessed two of the staff crying because their boss called yelling at them and that right there made me decide that I will never go back there and pay a man like that my money anybody who treats his workers and make his business what it is like their crap should I have a business go back to your own country and do this crap to your own women. And the housekeepers except for maybe two of them are rude sloppy loud and a bit obnoxious everybody at the front desk was amazing

I was staying with my 12 year old and we were woke up at 8 am by a woman screaming for help and being beaten by her boyfriend in the next room. It spilled out in the hallway and was very scary. We called 911 and the Police arrived and arrested the abuser. The next morning at 130 am, we were awoken again to a woman shrieking for help in the hallway. I called the front desk and they said they'd handle it. The staff were all courteous, and apologetic. The free breakfast was awful, very low quality, but that's the norm in a lot of these budget chains. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms had been recently updated, though there was a lot of old rust and tattered walls sloppily painted over. The towel rack fell off the wall too. All in all, I would stay again if it wasn't for the repeated domestic violence we experienced.

Staff was rude. Arrived at 2:50 pm and by the time she was done checking the person in front of me it was 2:55pm. She told me check in was not until 3pm. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes. Accessible room had a toilet that was was accessible.

Most staff were wearing unprofessional workout or jogger pants. The bathroom door in my room was in need of replacement it looked like something was trapped inside and tried clawing their way out. Rusted areas around the bathroom door frame could be fixed. Wallpaper in various areas was lifting. Lighbulb in one of the lamps was out. Below the fridge was damaged and could use repairs. Hairs in the bathtub. The apples at the Continental breakfast were soft and wrinkled.

The staff was very accommodating. The facility was clean. The room was a great size. The area was quiet although on a thoroughfare. Parking was great. A very safe area.

Amenities didn’t work, Hot Tub wasn’t hot, pool was lightly heated probably from the heater in the pool room. Staff caught a quick attitude when I told them about it too. One tall staff member came in when I was using the ice cold hot tub and shut it off and nastily told me it was broken. Exercise equipment not working, stair climber and treadmill both looked like they been sitting there for 20 years broken. No towels were put out by the staff for the pool, and the bathroom was filthy hadn’t been touched by a mop.

hotel stay was marvelous, beat the heat with AC, Pool. Comfy bed, pets allowed, the downside was booking with Hotels.com, savings were not what I was counting on. probably because I didn't sign up to get a bunch of useless emails and price was not what originally was shown on booking page,

First of all, we get there at check-in time and are told we have to wait because our room is not ready yet. It took about 15-20 min of waiting. We are told that the pool is not warm enough yet and that it would take about an hour. However, we are still allowed to use the pool. It wasn’t too cold fortunately. We get back to the room and there is no water pressure. I call the front desk and the clerk tells me that the city has turned off the water for about 15 min, but the way she told me was with a lack of patience. Regarding the room, it was adequate. The bathroom however, had some cracks in the walls and looked old. Breakfast was adequate.

Not clean, not inviting during check-in, no shower curtain on a tub shower. We were not the only ones at the front desk trying to get things straightened out. From the sounds of it, our room was better than the others filing complaints. Bathroom was pretty skanky. We checked out the next day and went elsewhere. I would not recommend it.

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had a broke. Closet door just hanging there along with a cracked light switch. The hot tub didn’t work. And the pool water was cloudy. Morning continental breakfast was basically nothing. No coffee. Who doesn’t have coffee. No pastries. Like one cream cheese in the fridge. The lady working the breakfast was just sitting at a Table chatting with someone. Giving dirty looks as people seemed disappointed to have nothing to choose from.

Noisy all night long. People knocking on doors late into the evening. Bathroom fixtures need updated. Curtains are very dirty. Breakfast very inadequate.

We never had housekeeping clean the room and going down to the front desk did no good. I went there twice on Saturday when we got back. at 2pm and 10pm. Terrible customer service at the front desk. My niece checked into her room which was occupied and not cleaned and not cleaned on Saturday. Same attitude at the front desk. Calling the head office to get a refund did no good. I suggest you take them off your list. Reviews for June and July were bad. I purchased the reservation in May

We booked a single King room and were given that room type. However the toilet was plugged and wouldn’t even take toilet paper. At first we were told because we booked through a third party we could not have a new room and we were given a toilet plunger. It didn’t work. Only after arguing that there was an expectation regardless of third party booking we would be given a functioning room was another room offered. It was not a single king but a double queen. We were told there were no other king rooms. Looking at the parking lot we do not believe that was the case. The double queen room was a handicap room with a half new glazed tub. Morally we don’t believe non handicapped people should take up a handicapped room. We were treated poorly.

The breakfast (particularly the powdered eggs) were less than desirable. But the rooms had obviously been remodeled and were clean. The price at the time was good and the experience was okay.

My husband passed away and I needed a hotel located close to our church in Milwaukie, OR. My daughter decided to stay with me all 5 days. The Comfort Suites staff was very nice and helpful in finding a pillow that was “flatter” for my daughter. They also provided me a hairdryer which I greatly appreciated.

It was okay, but not worth $200 a night. Hot tub and sauna out of order. Pool ice cold, and gross with bugs and bandaids, and really seemed like a run-down area. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the peel and stick wall paper was peeling, and the shower door track was yucky. Everything seemed really worn out. But the beds were quite firm, which I liked. The staff was friendly, too. I’m glad I only stayed for one night, though.

Moved to another room and the air conditioning did not work in this room Moved again and stayed in that room for two nights. The room wasn’t made up! We were 4 people in a smaller room too. Breakfast was horrible, staff member cleared the food at exactly 9 and didn’t allow an elderly couple to eat. Then a cleaning person came in shut the tv off and said “clean”. In other words told us to get out. Staff at a minimum, some spoke no English and no one was friendly. Room was never made up Asked for towels and someone dropped them on the floor in front of our door. Unsanitary! He could have knocked on the door and handed them to us On a positive note the pool was good.

I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The furnace was not finctional with no plan to fix it so the pool and hot tub were freezing cold. Everything in the so called gym was rusty and smelled awful with mold on the walls. The room was decent and clean but was very old and was not professionally remodeled when it was "updated". I will not be booking this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. This is not allowing me to add photos or I would have.

The window in my room was dirty. Hair in my bed and fridge wasn't turn on. Hot tub not working. Food was empty before 8:20 am and didn't make more of anything. Even coffee wasn't made.

Clean quiet place to stay with my dogs, quiet neighborhood to walk the dogs around in. Breakfast had an option for someone who can not have cereal, waffles, or other high carb foods.

Tony was helpful when i forgot phone in lobby. The rest of the staff paid little to no attention to our requests. Stayed for 4 nights and requested twice for service both in writing and a phone call, Sara took the call but still no response whatsoever. The front desk was not manned most of the time during the day.

Iron was a need glad it was available. The daily breakfast was nice also. Enjoyed hot good eggs, bacon and sausage. We were disappointed the pool and fitness hours were not open before 10am. This should be 8am or earliest 7am for those who like to get going early. Otherwise all was good. Will stay again as we have family near by. Mahalo

Rom was clean but bed too hard and noise way waaaay too loud .. this out go to hotel when we come to town I’m reconsidering. The noise was horrible for my husband .

I’ll start by saying the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was full of options and had extended hours on the weekends which was nice. However we specifically chose this hotel because of the amenities. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately it was all down the entire time without notice until after we checked in. The second day we were told the pool would be accessible but not the other things. We figured better than nothing until we went to try getting in the pool door again and it was still locked without any answers. Needless to say they never fixed it. I wish we would have been told before we checked in.

It was really noisy--people coming in and out of their rooms and slamming doors all night made it hard to sleep.

Microwave was also missing the ring that goes under the glass plate so you would have to perfectly balance food while heating otherwise plate would get stuck and wouldn’t cook food correctly (burning one half while other half still frozen. Was also charged two nights for my service dog

Room wasn't clean, entire facility needed to be cleaned, pool water looked like milk, hot tub wasn't working, gym was a joke and flooded. The complimentary breakfast was non existent. We were told that the lady that takes care of that didn't show up that day. After talking to other people staying there they had been saying that for 3 days.

There was left over used coffee pods in the coffee maker, hair in the shower, paint chia and damaged furniture. Staff was friendly but not very efficient. Not worth the price.

Everything was great! From the check in, to asking for more toiletries, to breakfast and check out. All was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable, pool and breakfast were both great!

Luckily the rooms were clean and comfortable, because the pool and fitness room was run down. To boot, the Sauna and hot tub was out of order.

Just what we were looking for

Our room had an unmade bed. Then a few minutes later the evening vler asked if I was supposed to be there. Had to ask for a comforter and when we got back they had thrown it in on the floor.bathroom trash still there. Only reason we chose this over the others around was Price and convenient to town center.

Terrible. Room was very dirty, covered in glitter. Couch was covered in stains. TV didn't work, no cable box. Cleaners replaced a towel, not coffee, didn't make the bed or clean. Heat wasn't working in the lobby, entire hotel smelled of marijuana. It came off as a place that rents by the hour.

The recent remodel, is pretty nice, updated lighting, and flooring make it very comfortable.

We left after finding a dead rat by the entrance, mold in the room and bathroom.

I was a bit worried after seeing some of the negative reviews posted by others, but I had no complaints whatsoever....room was clean, well-stocked, quiet, exactly what I needed for my stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and that was all clean and well-maintained as well. Breakfast room had the essentials for a meal...only "downer" was the juice machine was out of order. I would stay there again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

I checked in about 730 at night. A young man told him I wanted quiet room. There weren't many people staying there Sunday night. And so he put me clear now and the hall. Unfortunately, that was right, where the ex doors were. So people would go outside and smoke again and again and again. And then he put this couple right next door to me. That had 2 huge big dogs and they had these big cages. They had to put together to keep the dogs in. Can I cut me up half the night? And they were barking with absolutely a terrible terrible stay

Felt as I was bothering the front desk staff every time I interacted with them (2 separate employees) the maid though was awesome! The room has been updated but there was damage everywhere and ants all over my room, even in my bed. Also the pool and hot tub were closed and the employee I walked by while wearing my swimsuit didn’t tell me even though we made eye contact. Breakfast left lots to be desired. Will not be staying again.

The exterior of the hotel was extremely dirty. Garbage cans over flowing and litter on the ground and in parking lot. I know they are remodeling but cleaning up litter is not a hard thing to do. Our room had hot water and cold water reversed on the sink. The painting done in the bathroom was poorly done and could have been taped off on the edges of doors. For the dog walk area no bags to pick up the dog poop. When you pull up you immediately wonder if you made a mistake.

Didn’t know you had to ask to have the beds made and fresh towels if you are staying more than one night. Closet door when closed was covering the main light switch. Shouldn’t have to pay so much if you have to do everything for your self. Should get a discount
