The aesthetics of the hotel I had asked for extra towels to be placed in the room prior to arriving via the messaging on booking directly to the property. That was not taken care of. They should have given instructions on how to connect to the TV. I called the restaurant to ask if they can bring up a few plates for food we have ordered in, the plates did not come after 15 minutes of requesting. I went down to the restaurant and it was completely empty. I had expected they were busy. The young man that gave me the plates had told me to be careful not to break them because I’ll be charged, that was uncalled for. I’m not a child.

We did laundry and we'll we have jeans and this is the first hotel that we have to pay extra for the dryer so if your doing laundry just be prepare to pay 2 load of dryer because they charge washing and dryer just be ready to pay 150pesos.

It’s close to the mall I had to change from a standard room (to be able to wash my clothes) to a jr suite. They offer free washer and dryer in jrs suite, but they charged me for it. $20.00 American dollars , for 2 washers and 2 dryers. The management didn’t care that I showed them in the web that I had free washer and dryer service .

I didn't like the shower the pressure was so low that the only problem I had the shower.

I dont recommend stay on holidays because it was long line for everything; to check in, the service is slowly for questions or dont anwer the calls and in the morning for breakfast we have to wait almost 1 hour in the line to take the breakfast. Terrible!!!

The beds sheet on our first day smells bad and look dirty, the blankets are riped and so small maybe they are individual i don't think that blankets are full size. We washed our clothes there the washer are ok but i have to pay duble for the dryer and some of my clothes still wet, i mentioned something about the dryer with a member of the staff i thinks he call someone but i didn't recive any response from them, my suggestion is don't wash there, i was so disappointed whit this property....i expected more for this price.

I liked the hotel theme and the courteous attention of its personnel.

Food was delicious, what i didn't like was the noisy side of the room. It was terrible, children and adults talking loud, children crying at 5am in the morning. Young adults laughing and knocking at the doors at 3am.

I had high expectations on this hotel as our wedding celebration was held there some years back yet this time we had a few things that just were below average. To start, the television was not working. It appears that it was an internet issue of some sort. The morning after the stay, we were told that breakfast was not included even though it was clearly stated that it was. Not wanting to make a scene, I went and paid for 3 breakfast. The food was not good in a short statement. The pancakes had gone bad but thankfully our 4 yr old told us. The barbacoa tasted weird as well not to mentioned that it was too greasy. The pork pozole appeared that it was barely cooked also. We just grabbed some eggs and potatoes to play it safe at this point. For the amount of money paid not only for the room but for the breakfast, the actual return of this was not acceptable.

I didn't go to the bar. The room was clean but the AC made lots of noise. Breakfast buffet was sub par but dinner was delicious...if you ordered and didn't get the buffet

I love that the swimming pool was inside

I really wanted this hotel to be first class but it fell well short of our expectations.

Nice place to spend the weekend

The location is very busy but has alot to explore all around. Staff and customer service was horrible. All staff members seem to be in a bad mood and do not listen when trying to explain something to them. They also do not help when we didnt understand something about the area or how to get to certain places.

But continental was good Pool is at entrance no privacy Towels for pool area not provided at pool area and they want to keep id at counter until turned in very incovient Area was great many places to step out of the hotel and have dinner steakhouse or everything else you can think of A big shopping mall is very nice right in front walking distance Floor #2 has a party hall in same area as sleeping quarters and it was pretty noisy since they had a party going on. Food was good $15.00 buffet with drinks plus tips Bar area was excellent they served food as well

They have breakfast and lunch buffet which is delicious and with plenty of options. Breakfast buffet is only included with your reservation if you booked differently through the Hotel, if you booked by a third party then you will only have access to continental breakfast, which it’s unfair. My only complaint about breakfast is that is over too early, it’s over at 9am. My other complaint is that they do not have a gym at the hotel, they do have a contract with the gym across the street but that is an inconvenience and with not an easy access to it. This hotel also offer a clean pool, game room, a small cute store and a bar, finally they also have a BEAUTIFUL chapel. Overall is a great and clean hotel with an excellent service. Great job and keep the great work!

Terrible. Hotel is in a flood zone, street was over two feet of water, we had to walk through the water to get out on time for our appointment.

Sólo tengo tres recomendaciones por favor: agregar cortinas blackout, más ventilación para el area de la alberca, ya que se siente muy sofocado (aún así la disfrutamos), y que agreguen algún tipo de filtro para el resumidero del lavabo (está demasiado grande y se corre el riesgo de que caigan cosas de valor por allí). Very beautiful property, nice people, excellent free breakfast. Their restaurant was very good too. Would have given 5 stars if not for the construction outside our balcony that we were not able to enjoy but paid for as part of the room.

It was a great stay, like always. My only complaint is that on mothers day the restaurant was offering free breakfast for the guests of the hotel. Only problem was the line to enter went all the way outside. We decided to go eat off the property. We found a great food truck that was making fliur gorditas with thw best fillings. Worth the walk.

We had a late check in and Daniel from front desk was very nice. We were woken up next morning by the delicious smell of food, breakfast was great, Sunday morning there was a mariachi while we had the breakfast Buffett. Food was amazing. Clean room, quiet at night. We loved our stay here.

I need it WIFI and never got it to work. Coffee maker didn’t work was broken and they had it like that at the room.

When I gave the VIP card in the restaurant I was lied to and told they applied it and was then still charged full price. The room walls are very thin and the people in the room next door kept us up until 4:00 AM. The keycards were defective and kept deactivating and the hotel staff kept trying to say it was because of proximity to my cellphone. I never had the cards near my phone. We had to have them replaced 4 times in 2 days. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location. Walkable area. Room was a little dated, mattress was poor quality, carpet in bad shape, but the cleanliness and staff made up for it. Not my first choice if I have to pick but I would stay there if nothing else is available. I rented a few rooms and the most expensive was the worst, balcony had construction workers right outside, on the same level, and the room was tiny.

Place is broken down. You could see the parking lot through a crack over the air conditioner so bugs can get in room. Noisy and you can hear everyone through thin walls. Everything is in Spanish nobody speaks English and when asked if the could change tv to English they said no they couldn’t so I ended up doing it myself with the help of google. Restaurant is sooo packed you have to wait to eat and the hotel is rampant with kids in the pool and hot tub. There’s construction going on so it’s inconvenient to get to. The blinds are not full blackout. I had the worst experience. Beds were decent and you can walk to English restaurants across the street but it’s a little dangerous to cross. Also the sink had no stopper so my personal item fell down the drain. Stay elsewhere!

I really liked the location. It's across the street from a mall, and restaurants. It was walking distance from this really popular restaurant/bar called "Cervecería 19." The staff was really helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. The pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after spending the day exploring.

Is a real nice hotel,we like to stay there when we go to Juarez

There was hair on the bathroom sink and shower. Loud noise on the hallway throughout the night. I was not able to sleep.
