Location The room was hot and we had the temperature at its lowest, there was some type of party downstairs it was vibrating our rooms , bugs on the interior of the window and walls were dirty also furniture was dirty. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

staff at reception is very unfriendly with faces like someone died yestreday left next day to hotel closest double cheaper 4 stars hotel and with better than double qualituy. very expensive comparable to poor quality of service and overall. not even close to 5 stars.

All the staff was very attentive to us, always smiling, they give us free dinner “ social hour”( salmon tapas, ,mini sandwiches, boneless, beer, tequila, soda in the lounge area (same floor we stayed),, then in the morning breakfast was pretty good ( chicharrón en salsa verde, beans, eggs ,fruits, coffee, juice ) in same lounge area , rooms was very clean, clean towels, shave kit, also in mini fridge we have 6 free drinks ( beer, juice, soda, sparkling water, ) definitely worth the price, bed was perfect, my wife and me enjoyed, SEE YOU SOON!! The only complain was because we arrive at 2:30 and check in in hotel was at 3:30pm, so we expend 30 min in lobby with all the luggage

No tenian cuartos cuando llege despues de la hora de check in. Me dijieron que me tenia que esperar y no sabian cuanto tiempo. Pudiera durar horas entonces me ofrecieron un cuarto con una cama y me trajieron una cama movil. La cama movil estaba en malas condiciones. En el baño el tile estaba viejo y malas condiciones. No me quisieron dar un tipo de credito. La alberca y el restaurant y la barra estuvo bien.

I've stayed here for years but this hotel seem to be dropping in quality a little bit. the hot tub hasnt worked the last 3 times ive stayed. the bed we had in our room was broke it kept poping out of the bed rail or clank everytime we moved. the room had a funky smell. The service is always great.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff is always nice and extremely professional. However on July 5 our one night stay was not good. Our room (719) had a very bad damp/not clean smell. There was evidence of previous leaking in a few spots in the ceiling and the sheets and carpet had the same smell. It doesn’t appear that the room had been recently used or cleaned in a while. We slept with the balcony open in triple digit heat just to air it out.

Rooms were very dirty. Not recommended to stay.

Loved the service, room was really clean and really enjoyed the pool. I will come back!

Room had no fridge, dirty towels, carpet looked old and outdated, iron board and iron broken, no hand towels, first floor carpet by the elevator had a good amount of stains looked like old blood stains.

The Roma are a little beatb down and the ac doesnt cool properly. Staff is amazing though and the pool is great. Rio Grande mall within two blocks and a lot of restaurant around.

Room was extremely hot when first came in and it never cooled off. Super hot and uncomfortable.

A bartender was rude to my friend. No greetings from the lobby attendant. One elevator not working. Toilet not functioning correctly, keep going back to fix the handle were you flash the water toilet because was getting stuck and making noises. Restroom wall deteriorated. Room looked dirty. Swimming clocked of maintenance. Short staff so they will take for ever to bring your food, drinks and the check. I will not stay there again.

There was no water they said we would have water early morning and nothing

The bar was reasonable but over priced. I was on tne 8th floor my room didnt have a fridge or microwave, that would have made my experience a 10 out of 10.

My only concern was the AC unit would only come down to 23°C and needed it to be a little lower to be more comfortable and the hostess at the restaurant needs to be more polite

Good location but all wear down. The place needs urgently a renovation. Old and smelly towels ragged down carpets plus dusty curtains is what welcomes you in the room

The staff was really friendly. Things didn't work in our room, but once we reported they were fixed right away, muy pronto! Hotel Lucerna is located close to everything, places to eat, to shop, to downtown and close to the borderline!

I never felt unsafe at any time. The staff was attentive. However my room was extremely dusty!! Towels were dingy and looked dirty. Our bed sheets felt and looked dirty as well. Other than that it was ok.

Waited 2 hours after check in time, one they game me the room I notified them that the A/C didn’t work, they didn’t do nothing about just made up some new excuses every time. Plumbing on the sink and was plugged! I usually stay at this specific hotel here in Cd. Juarez Mexico but I think this is the last time because it’s not the first time I have this problem with them.

Un hotel que preserva su carácter, elegancia, y atención a sus huéspedes.

Out of 5 stars I would consider it 3 stars. The employees are very friendly but the maintenance is poor. All the phones in the room work for front desk to call you but you can not call from room to front desk or even for room service. Only 1 elevator works out of the 2. Light above shower did not work. Another light in the room also did not work. It’s a pretty place but my rating will stand with 3 out of 5 stars
