Price was good. But picture didn’t look like the room at all. Concrete for your bed frame, floors were bad and fixtures bad. Pictures were nice but not as pictured

Ruido toda la noche que venía no sé si de la tubería del agua o de la electricidad. El agua de la regadera con un olor hediondo.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Todos son muy amigables y respetuosos. El desayuno muy rico y el café delicioso. Las chicas de la limpieza muy lindas pasaban diario a limpiar el cuarto. Estuvimos más de 13 días. Está muy cerca del consulado y del centro de Cd. Juarez Gracias por todo. 100% Recomendado.

The property and staff were ok the room was ok but there was a smell that woke me up 3 times to vomit

I needed a room to sleep in and shower. I was not looking for luxury. It was comfortable enough and provided what I needed. The room itself was very clean except the floor. It looked like they forgot to sweep and mop because the floor was dusty.

It’s a very old hotel, but very clean and the location was very good for our necessities. Free breakfast stuff was friendly. The only bad thing the room didn’t have a night stand or table between the 2 beds I had to put a chair there’s nothing to store or stand the suitcases . Also I booked 2 full beds and they game me one twin and one full . But I payed for a bigger bed

The wifi does not work and there is no hot water and the doors do not have the corresponding locks and the beds, apart from the fact that the base is made of stone, the mattresses are just as hard, the truth is that it does not look like what you see in the photos.

The door would not close so we told a worker if they can help us instead they told my husband to fix it . One night at 4 in morning someone tried to come inside our room saying it was accident an got confuse with the rooms.

The name is great. Parking is somewhat reduced. The price was well worth it. Nice experience here without bells and whistles.

I paid for breakfast included and there was no restaurant available. The room entrance smell a lot of cigar, bad experience. There are cero amenities.

Was not able to check in, when i got to the front desk the gentleman told me all the rooms are only for the immigrants who are coming to the border. I booked my room and got a confirmation number it never said that we cant book. Please update changes of this nature so we dont waist our time.

I understand you get what you pay for, and I've stayed at cheap motels that are maybe not as clean or where the beds are uncomfortable and hard. This place goes beyond that, the pictures make it seem like an ok "3 star hotel" but it's just incredibly disgusting.

Cons: main doors are like bedroom doors, easy to push open, had to put a chair against it. My keys were issued to some Federal Agents by accident and the same keys opened different rooms, scary as heck.

Ceiling over sink torn out, light fixtures broken, exposed electrical outlet where air conditioning plugged in, popcorn on floor and filthy toilet. Posted price of WAY under charged by hotels.com and not even worth that!

Overall service was good, nice location, it has free breakfast.

Clean spacious room, friendly staff, 24 hour security. Complimentary breakfast-what more could you need.

The staff was awesome. For the price,which is half off the other hotel I stayed at,it was just fine.

We like this hotel because it was quiet and felt safe due to the constant police patrol checks. The staff are very friendly and helpful in us consulate matters. Their morning breakfast is great from 7-9 AM. Would stay here again. Price is economical. Would give it a 4.5 Star rating if it had a microwave and a fridge. Their bed covers could use newer ones. Other than that, it was a good experience.

beds were way too hard, there were no dressers to put clothes for my week stay, no mini fridge to keep drinks. there was 3 of us staying in a room and they only ever brought in 2 towels every day when they redressed the room. No laundry service, ice machine or vending machines of any kind. They do have free breakfast every morning, but I wasn't able to sample that. They also have wifi which was pretty good also. It was an experience that in all could have been a lot better, but it also could have been a lot worse.

Beds/mattress were BAD. Pillows were VERY BAD. Air conditioning was Great- quiet. Surroundings ok-quiet. Airport shuttle was good

The hitel was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful .The inly things i would recommend is a micriwave and mini fridge in there rooms. Also a list of delivery places in the area since most of there clients stay for days even weeks at a time.

Ask for the rooms that have a plasma tv. The 6 dollars extra is worth it. Better room at a very inexpensive price.

The breakfast menu is good and the cooks are really nice. The person who drives you to the embassy and the medical clinic also amazingly nice. On the other hand one of the guys at the security (the chubby one) is so mean and its mad all the time, he never greeted me back. To me the worst employee is the front desk lady (the morning shift) she's responds with an attitude or simply ignores you. When I called to set up the pick up from the airport she told they don't offer this even thou is on the website advertising, later on I found out they do. She just din't feel to set it up.

I emailed the hotel to ensure we could take the shuttle to the airport at 6am. They told me yes both times. When I arrived they said no the earliest the could was 6:30, so I had to pay almost 300 pesos for a taxi. They also charged me extra for my husband

Though I did notice a few things: -The neighbors were a little noisy -There must have been a leak in the bathroom because the floor got wet with every shower -Not enough irons; we went to the counter every hour but there were never any available -The parking lot is a mess to look at

Pay extra. They watch at all times.. no peace. The federal came and help us, the hotel block our wifi,cellular lines. Worst experience ever! Stay away please. You have been warn.

Definitely no frills. The rooms are not as good as the ones pictured on the website. It was clean, the bed was alright, the breakfast is simple such as juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, very liquid like pinto/refried beans, cereal, and toast. You get what you pay for. We were hardly going to be there but to shower and sleep and go again. So it was fine for what we needed. Like I said it was clean though.

Everything on their list is true. The staff is always there to help out. The area is safe and very affordable. I can't complain coming from NJ was a pleasure. Thank you

Our stay was pleasant they helped us out more than words can say we went for my husband's resident process and they assisted my husband in taking him to all his appointments .

Room in process of renovation. Sharp edges in the matress base. They should take care of that before placing the room as available.

Stayed there 2 weeks, it wasn't excellent but for the price it was alright. They need to fix their drain system because every time you wash your hands on the sink it smells terrible. At least it did on my room.

The area is great really calmed other than a bell than rang throughout the night and I got to say it was a little annoying. Breakfast is also great i will miss that part for sure.the chilaquiles and coffee were my favorite, thanks flamingo.

Bring a straw for the beans at breakfast. Try to get a room in the front. We stayed in the back one's which were recently remodeled, but there were plumbing issues that caused a sewer odor in the back rooms.

The Hotel did not look anything like the picture on line when I made the reservation, bed was like a rock one full size the other a twin size, TV did not work, we only spend one night because we had no other chose at the time we arrive to Juarez, it was to late in the evening to be looking for another hotel, I couldn't get a hold of you people to cancel, so I got charge for the 3 nights this will be the last time I make a reservation using Experia.I do expect some reimbursement. this is not fair you people don't have a phone number so that customers can get a hold of you.

I didn't like the fact that hotel staff took advantage of my boyfriend because he arrived 1 day early and overcharged him. The rate was supposed around $20-$30.00 and he was chraged $50.00 for arriving one day earlier. This was very disappointing. I will never stay here in this hotel again.

It was a horroble expirence ever, the hotel is consider a motel from the loco people. The room wasn't clean, no towels at the bathroom, no gate at the entrace really bad. Very disapointed

I would not recommend this hotel at all!! No hot water, restroom way to small, carpet was dirty and hotel was not the same as in the internet!!

Beds were uncomfortable in our room. The breakfast was really good. Someone's phone was stolen from their room while we were there I feel this is common in Juarez though. Keep your valuables tucked away safely. Maybe have a lock on your luggage. The owners were really nice and we're taking people to their appointments and what not for their VISA interview, etc. dangerous city though lots of murders close by, again it's Juarez so can't get away from it.

I thought it was all nice their advertising looks beateful. Its not how it looks in the picture evrything is old the bed is a matress sitting in stone very uncomfortable. They dont change bedding. It smells very nasty i dont know if its the water sewer but it stincks. They give u breakfast not how it looks in the pic. Evryday egg beans and potatoes seriously that got me sick i had to stay for 2 weeks i never want to see beans egg or potato ls again. Drinking water is not available unless u go for it at the office.and you get pitcher only. The receptionist get fed up of seeing you in there they think you're going to ask them for some type of favor or something. I'll. Never go back to tjis hotel never dont recomend it.!

This place isn't fancy but for what you pay its worth it and they have a delicious breakfast for free which is good, especially if your on a budget and not planning to spend an arm and a leg.

It's got good enough internet. It feels clean. And the service people always greet me with a smile. That's why I've stayed here so many times.
