When I first got there I asked to please add 4 more days, they said it could not be done unless I canceled my previous reservation and as a result of me canceling my reservation I would not get the refund back and would need to pay again for entire reservation. Ridiculous. Would need to pay twice, Instead of just charging the additional days, which im pretty sure you can if you wanted to, not in this case. Pathetic service, no cold water for 4 days I showered with hot water 4 days. Than there was no electricity for 1 full day and no water either for necessities. Next days water out of bathroom was coming out black like coffee. Good thing I reserved elsewhere after my days were up here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast not that great either.

location is very good, breakfast was good too, but it will be more excellent if they have refrigeration, a laundry and a microwave. those three thing will help alot. Hope they can add those three thing in the future. what i like from the place is that was close to the place we visit and it was secure to stay. they offer a shuttler for our appointment.

Not much, it's a ok price. Would never stay here again. Room was not clean. The voucher for the breakfast is OK, nothing glorious. Room was not clean. Breakfast was not good. The room card that you use to access the room sometimes doesn't work. I discover that due to the fact that their was a neighbor struggling with his card.

On a positive note, I truly appreciated the shuttle service to my appointments. Additionally, the staff in the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and kind, as were the members of the cleaning crew, who were consistently helpful throughout my stay. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. For the price charged, the amenities were severely lacking; there was no microwave, mini-fridge, or hairdryer provided in the room. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition—the shower lacked a temperature regulator, and the electrical outlets were so loose they wouldn't hold a plug. Beyond the room, the service was subpar. The staff at the breakfast reception was quite rude, and the laundry services were non-existent. Furthermore, the 30-minute shuttle frequency is insufficient for the size of the vehicle; a 15-minute rotation is necessary to ensure guests make their appointments on time.

Price and location. Staff is very helpful Not very clean. There’s no dust covers on beds, sink smelled like sewer and they check your room for stolen or damaged items.

Furniture isn’t in a good condition. Smells dirty in the rooms only hallways smell clean . When you shower really hot water comes out or really cold so you can’t even enjoy a good shower and water the comes out of the shower is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend. Also breakfast it’s from 7 to 9:30 when in other hotels it’s till 10am . I was stying in Confort inn ciudad Juárez before and I had to move because I only book it for 1 and 4 days this is the reason why I booked two nights with this hotel but I regret it.

It was walking distance from the American Consulate. Also it had a really good internet signal. They really need to fix their plumbing. The water pressure it's really bad specially in the toilets it wouldn't flash also the shower kept throwing hot and cold water. It was just horrible. I had to request to be moved to a different room because the toilet and shower kept getting flooded.

The location The wifi kept going out , the walls are too thin. The over all cleanliness was not the best

So! Es la última vez que nos hospedamos ahí. Sorry

toilets dont work, tried to take a shower and got scalded and as I tried to move away from the burning hot water I slipped and fell. I told staff in the morning and they did nothing to mediate the situation.

5th floor room carpet was dirty, chair Dirty, small flat screen TV. Horrible water pressure to shower. Had the move to a different room. Elevator is very noise to ask for a room far from the elevator. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast eggs, beans, tortillas and a two other random food options. Coffee, milk, bread, cereal. Nice sitting in breakfast area. It’s a restaurant across from the hotel. The front door guy with the silver teeth is amazing, helpful and kind. Some of the front desk girls are rude. The bar consists of just beer. Pool is nice but not too well kept. Metal chair and table by pool , not the most comfortable. It’s a convenient location and great if you want a good price for a long stay. The cleaning ladies are amazing, they will do your laundry for $. O h& shower heads pressure is either too strong or too weak.

The A/C didn’t work, so we slept very uncomfortable for two nights. Also, the plumbing is very bad. The toilets did not flush more than half the time and the water pressure is very low in the mornings. We decided to go to another hotel after the first night.

Well the shower didn't have lots of strain in the water coming out of the showerhead...and the faucet in the sink was the same no water pressure at all...

Older property, safe, Pool, Family Friendly and close to the American Consulate with concierge services. Awesome free breakfast. The rooms are clean but in need of repair. Inexpensive place with good AC. Hotel bar in the lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. Security was excellent as a solo Female traveler I felt safe. I would stay here again.

Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful! Pool was green nasty for seven days straight. The continental breakfast was horrible It says two restaurants on site they were never open. We finally moved to a different hotel and we’re very happy for the rest of our week!

You go to the room and everything is old and broken and furniture falling apart the room doesn’t have cable TV only local channels with regular antenna A/C turned off on me called maintenance but by the time he arrived I had the GFCI on the power cord reset by my self but I have to notify the front desk about the issue a/c unit barely functioning and keep the room cool not cold Let’s move to the bathroom there’s hardly any water pressure in the sink toilet and shower toilet barely flushes seems like the pipes are very old and you struggle to flush it Amenities: Pool was cloudy and thats one of the reasons i booked this hotel but I wasn’t able to use it Breakfast was horrible the first day we woke up at the hotel we went to the restaurant they served scrambled eggs on top of fried tortilla next 2 following days we went out to eat instead eating breakfast at the restaurant full of flies by the way Last morning we spent there luckily we woke up super early 5:00am end we were able to take a shower I said luckily because the power went out around 7:30am and there was no more water

Room was just ok, bed terribly uncomfortable. Smallest tv ever, my gaming monitor is bigger. Front desk at checkout after I was attended, arguing about the breakfast about an empty promise in front of alot of people, then was my turn, this was a policy and I take full responsibility, a towel was damaged and I paid for it, the problem was that in front of the crowd the employee raised the towel to announce that I had violated the policy, not professional at all. Very embarrassing might I add, that didn’t have to even show me the towel, I would have paid it regardless. I have stayed in bad ones before but this one shoots to the number one spot, I will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else, would not recommend this place.

When i was searching for a hotel to stay for my daughteres consultant appointment I was looking for location, a pool, clean and breakfast included. It meat all of our needs minus the pool. It was green. Not just a little green, but really green. Many other people where in it, i just couldnt do it. The breakfast was better than i expected, but dont expect a fancy breakfast obviously. The rooms we clean, everyone was super nice and helpful. The location was amazing less than a 10 minute walk to the consulate. I was just really really disappointed with the pool. That was the main thing I was looking for to keep my daugher occupied for this 8 day trip. Overall, for the price i cant really complain.

I liked the stay but there were problems, one day there was no water for almost 6 hours, the workers are very friendly, all very respectful, the breakfast very tasty and varied. I stayed 6 days 👍👍👍👍

I decided to book this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to the US immigration offices. However, I made a mistake by paying in full in advance, and I haven’t heard from the hotel yet. I’m giving them a chance to rectify this issue. When staying in Juarez, most people are occupied with legal matters, so minor inconveniences can easily irritate you during your stay. This particular hotel is constantly busy, and in my opinion, they should have addressed these problems from the start. It’s just a matter of someone noticing an issue, but it seems when someone reports it, no one takes action. In the meantime, they quickly move on to another guest, preventing any improvements. When comparing similar properties, I knew I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. There are several reasons why I didn’t rate this hotel highly, and they include: 1. Room 232 lacked cold water at the sink, which is a basic amenity that a hotel room should provide. The room cleaner should have noticed this major problem. 2. The shower stall ceiling had dry, cracking paint that would fall on showering guests when water droplets mixed with the paint particles. I couldn’t relax taking a long shower; I had to keep my showers short. 3. Moldy smell. Picts

Pésimo. Almohadas de plástico, lavabo de baño se estanca, una sábana delgada y un cobertor delgado para el frío de ciudad Juárez, un solo elevador cuando el hotel es de 5 pisos y siempre está lleno, que por cierto evita a toda costa un cuarto al lado del elevador porque no podrás dormir en toda la noche, restaurante fuera del hotel con muy pocas opciones de comida, desayuno “buffet” entre comillas porque opciones son yogurt y una opción de fruta, huevo con salchicha, mini molletes, chilaquiles, cereal, un jugo y leche, pan que se acaba en minutos y ya no hay más, agregando que toda la comida es pésima, aparte restaurant cierra a las 2 así que buena suerte buscando que comer el resto del día, no secadora de pelo en el baño. Mucho dinero para tanta decepción.

My parents stayed here while my mom was having her immigration appointments and they treated them so well! Food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean and most importantly the staff helped them so much and at times even went above and beyond. With that being said, I am very grateful and thankful to this place!

The rooms had very inadequate light and dim, on nightstands or bathroom. The bedsheets were very thin and worn down. Only one very thin pillow, clearly used for long time. It was NOT remotely worth even half the price. In fact, I only stayed one night there forfeited the rest. I will pay for another hotel next time.

Stayed for one only night since flight was at 7am. The hotel is in okay condition, room was clean, and for the price it wasn’t bad at all. I would probably stay there if it was for one night only.

Having to stay here made it the best decision. I loved the girls in the front desk they all took time to get to know me and my family , the cleaning staff especially Carmen did an amazing job just being down to earth and being attentive, she showed nothing but care and consideration.
