The breakfast was delicious. And kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was great as well. The cleaning staff was rude. The mini fridge made a loud sound. If your room is quiet enough you can hear water running through the drain. Not great when trying to get some sleep.

Very clean, very friendly staff, very attentive to detail and overall such a welcoming environment. When we arrived our room was not clean and it took them about an hour to give us a new room and it had been an 11 hour flight for us we wanted to rest.

Never got the room waited 3 hrs after the clerk had me sign so my trip was cancelled and went back home to California, my worst experience 11:14am arrived at 2:27pm waiting for the room I never when in but still charged even though I cancelled ? look at the picture time and of course my bank will dispute this ? They will get to me when the room are available and I cancel my reservation and they kept threatening me that they still going to charge me

All the staff was really nice and respectful. The facility was clean. I did not like the room service, they didn't clean the restroom to my standards. There was other people's hair throughout the restroom and int the shower.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the USA Consulate. It sits on the same street side as the consulate, and it took me no more than 5 minutes to walk there every morning. It is also located next to a Wendy's and a Denny's, which are not high-end dining places but are tasty enough. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and surprisingly tasty. The kitchen staff was always extremely friendly and willing to help with my requests. Lastly, the hotel's van service to the airport and bus station was very convenient. The reception is always very short on staff, with only one person available for check-ins and customer service. To make matters worse, their system kept crashing, so the staff couldn't accept payments or provide the room key cards. This created long queues and long waits. Finally, the dining area where breakfast is served has a limited number of tables and chairs, which makes it difficult to find a seat after grabbing your breakfast from the buffet.

Satff were courteous and room has clean and fine. The problem was that my booking with Expedia did not reflect my correct last name and the reservation could not be found. My IHG points could not be credited because my last name in the reservation did not match with my membership number.

High price for what you get, bad parking, you park in a weird spot in the back that is not private, forces you to enter in a weird back door with weirdly placed stairs that is uncomfortable to move with luggage, by a weirdly placed pool, pool in the parking lot.. room is nice but it looks like its falling apart in the edges, for this price stay somewhere better with better layout and better amenities, it should be 30% to 40% cheaper for what you get.

What I liked most was the cleanliness of the room, the friendly service of the staff, and the facilities.

The hotel is very good, but the customer service and airport-hotel transfer service do not meet the expectations I had for a hotel like this.

Visiting US Consulate, perfect location, 5 minute walk. everything needed is at the hotel and within 10 minute walk. Loved it. Recommended

We stayed 8 nights here. I loved the fact that it’s walking distance from and to, the US consulate. Staff were always very helpful and nice. Transportation was a plus! Very reliable, and wonderful service. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room every day. Good breakfast if ONLY you are staying a couple of days. Will get tired eating the same breakfast every day for days. It’s always the same except one dish. Also, the beds are really firm. Can be very uncomfortable after a few days of staying there.

Actually, the front staff is very cordial. It was the breakfast staff that was very rude and disconcerting to the point. She actually wanted to argue with me about lack of plates and said that motel doesn’t pay her so she could care less basically in Spanish and I told her actually I’m the one that’s paying my stay so I am paying she got more controversial. There was at least 12 people waiting in line for more than five minutes, waiting for plates cups glasses, while the staff in the kitchen was chattering and gossip felt she was very rude and unjustified also did mention to the front desk that my significant other slipped and fell in the front foyer of the room, which was very slippery And just said sorry no report no attention to it as we asked them to look into it. I’m a frequent stay there at the motel. I will consider other places if it’s more convenient.

The hotel is well mantained, closed to US embassy, medical clinic and biometric office. Very convenient and close to everything. Recommend.

Amazing stay. Close to consulate if doing business there and lots of food options around. The breakfast is very good, the same everyday with the exception of a few items but very very good. Best part of our days! The hotel staff are very friendly and keep everything very clean. Felt very safe staying here for more than 7 days. Highly recommend! Yes you do have to walk a bit if you're trying to go to places but honestly we needed to walk so we didn't mind. 5ish minute walk to the consulate and medical/biometric stuff. The pool was open and working and the gym was open and had weights available that you can't see on the pictures. Great stay!

I liked the location only. Front desk service was not good and the breakfast was horrible. The main menu everyday are beans and chips. It might be because the majority of the people who stay at the hotel are Latinos. The fruit was old and the juices taste nasty as well the beans. For $130.00 per night, they should serve a decent breakfast,

The bathroom had hairs all over the place was not clean properly. And in the afternoon some lady came and knocked on the door and after she realized that the door was locked, she left. I called the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in the room was not working. The front desk said they were going to send someone to fix it. Nobody ever showed up when I asked the lady who was knocking on my door and trying to come into my room. She acted like she didn’t know what was going on. I never got an answer who knocked on my door. It was trying to come into my room.

Staff did not honor our 8 night reservation because we arrived at 11:00pm due to our flight delay. We had to pay more than double to reserve again because we didn't want to get kicked out in the streets in the middle of the night. Unacceptable. Restrooms need an upgrade due to rust and corrosion on the shower heads and handles. Cleaning folks do a good job and some of the staff was friendly, but management is terrible and will try to take your money.

Escasez de aguas. No hay aguas en las habitaciones, pides a recepción y te dicen que no hay. Nos mandaron al piso 4 por máquina y la llave no da acceso a ese piso. Pides apoyo y te dicen que no te pueden dar acceso a ese piso. Pides agua y que supuestamente no tienen. Que decepción de hotel.

The shuttle staff, security’s, and some other staff make you feel at home. However, for housekeeping in the rooms they need more practice, and training they won’t change your sheets if they find out you are staying longer (more than 3 days) unless you ask them to change. Overall they need to train their staff better to clean the rooms the housekeepers are super polite, professional and respectful as well. But they need to learn to clean a little better

This was an ADA room for my father who is an a wheelchair. Breakfast was good, but each of the 3 morning, they would run out of something . Staff not keeping up with clients on breakfast items and clean dishes. During our stay, Response time for fixing or providing something for the room was Excellant. Best yet of many hotels I stay at.
