The hotel is in need of repairs, urgent. Restaurant very bad, portions small and thrown without any presentation, the sauce did not have any flavor. Very sweaty waiter. Noisy, the front desk lady was not accommodating at all.

I have nothing positive to say. :-( I specifically Selected that i would be checking in at 1 - 2am (the next day) on my reservations. But when i arrived at 1:30am they told me they were booked and that they had cancelled my reservations!!! I am not entirely sure if this was a booking.com f**k-up or Fiesta Inn. either way, I will NEVER use either one again!

The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my stay. I called twice to report the issue, and both times I was told a systems technician would come, but no one ever showed up. The gym is also quite old and poorly maintained. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience

Bad WiFi ,couple of bellhops and front desk staff had an attitude and were very rude, pool chlorine was so strong it burnt everyone's eyes even people not swimming, bathroom door was falling apart also it took a long time for toilet to quiet down after flushing. Breakfast was very tasty great variety and dining staff was very friendly.

Horrible guest service! Avoid this place at all cost! The hotel let kids party next to us and allowed them to play very loud music and the kids yelled all night and we called the front desk multiple times but nothing changed. We ended up leaving the hotel about five in the morning.

In the morning when my son wanted to go swimming the pool was covered and didn’t know if the pool was open or close or at what time the pool opens in the morning. A sign near the pool would be great with the pool hours of operation.

This is a very clean nice property located on a busy street in CJ. The views from the ninth floor are fantastic. The food at the restaurant was not great and there is no microwave or fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly and responsive.

I personally think the Hotel is going down quality. When you paid close to a hundred dollars per day u expect something better. Sample 2 guests 3 towels waiting to long to attend, room was not made at my request because it was 3pm and room was not made up so we decided for 2 days we’ll take it but that is the last time you see me. I contacted the Fiesta Inn within 20 minutes of booking to cancel, but faced language barriers and disconnects. Further attempts to resolve the issue through their sales contact and numerous calls both by myself and Expedia were unsuccessful. Ultimately, I was denied a refund due to 'no show', despite the clear misunderstanding. This experience has led me to reconsider using Expedia, as the platform included hotels outside the U.S. without clear indicators, posing potential risks for travelers without proper documents. I am gathering similar cases for legal action regarding these misleading practices and request that anyone with similar experiences contact me to support this cause. I will also pursue a refund from Fiesta Inn for a booking I believe was made in error.

We stayed here because other family members stayed. We had to go to Juarez for a family funeral. They turn off water from 3-6pm??! No water during the day???! Unacceptable. We were stuck in elevator and had to press the emergency button. We were told it was not working properly? How about a sign? Beds are not comfortable. Oh and they will double charge be careful!Will not stay agan.

Property needs updating. Underground parking is terrible, only for smaller cars. Very easy to get boxed in and then what? No complimentary coffee, you have to fight the restaurant for a to go cup. No other hotel I have stayed in in over 20 years does not have complimentary coffee. Wow!

First time staying here and out family enjoyed our stay. Staff is nice and friendly. We had an issue with the heater and when I called they immediately sent someone up to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The hotel is nice however not worth the price, it's looks very upper end but is old and in need of up keep, flooring is raising, cracks in the walls,lots of scratches on the doors, furnishings old and worn...for my two cents if you're staying in Juarez Chihuahua, go to the Gamma instead.

Our room was dirty. My pillow still had makeup residue from the previous person that slept there. There was long black hair in the bathroom, and the room smelled like sweaty armpits. The property was run down and the hotel parking is under the hotel garage. You have to take stairs from the garage to the lobby so if you are carrying luggage or kids it’s very difficult.
