The property was clean inside and out loved the security and that your room key only goes up the the floor you stay on and no other floor. That they didn’t have a private microwave and small personal fridge for the price they offer and you have to ask for utensils. They are not at no one’s reach.

The property was clean and staff was very nice The property had a weird smell, you could hear stuff from other rooms so it was never really quiet. I also wanted to check out late and they charged me half of a night but was only additional 2 hrs which was upsetting.

It’s very close to the consulate. The staff there are amazing and helpful. The WiFi was extremely slow, sometimes causing TV to buffer. The outdoor seating area chairs are bolted down causing significant discomfort trying to squeeze in them or getting off. The water pressure in the shower was way too low. Unable to get yourself clean quickly due to this

My room was next to the kitchen so I didn't like the noise at 4:00 am from the kitchen staff .

The staff and services were above and beyond. Management and transportation made us stay very memorable along with the kitchen ladies and everybody that works so hard to keep your facility and operation. It's nothing that you can do about sewer smells, It is what it is. But it is definitely a detractor. Could use a game room. The small rooms can be a bit much, but for location and the way the staff is, it makes up for the deficiency.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall area and surrounded by businesses and restaurants . The American consulate medical clinics and cas are located across the street , very convenient!! All the hotel staff are very friendly and polite I will give them 5 stars . Thank you guys ! N/a

Hotel was within walking distance to the consulate and essentials. Air conditioned clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff was friendly, patient and kind.

Everything was great. The only thing not so great was the size of the single rooms. Not spacious enough. Maybe the doubles have more space to move around. The proximity to the consulate was great.

Very small and compact spaces but good nonetheless, it’s location is priceless, a mall within walking distance, literally the USA consulate is across the street so if your visit entails consular business, this is the place.

Very clean and the staff was super nice. Breakfast was always super yummy. The main guy driving the van ISAI, very nice man, very helpful. One of the girls in the front was also super nice helping my mom answer some questions about where places are, especially if you are going for your interview, highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance to the places you need to go for your appointments.

It was okay rooms are small so not ideal for long stays. Tv didn’t work in my room and internet was slow and annoying. Beds are comfy.. it a better hotel for older adults as you see a bunch of them relaxing in the dinning area talking with people .. if you plan on being in the room all day it’s not an ideal hotel

La única recomendación es que deben renovar las cajas de seguridad de las habitaciones que son muy importantes para este tipo de estancias. En mi caso funcionó con algunos problemas y escuché a otros huéspedes con la misma situación . Fuera de ese detalle, recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

It was conveniently located across from the consulate. There's also a big Mall with a cinepolis next to the hotel. Plan for a long stay! Look out for dust storms!!

Todo el equipo de City JR hicieron de la experiencia de estar lejos no se sintiera tan lejos de estar cerca de una familia. Definitivamente recomendamos City JR Express para hospedarse durante su proceso de inmigración.

Awesome job from the receptionist. Security guards very friendly. Shuttle bus driver real helpful and friendly. Can’t forget about the breakfast buffet, It was very satisfying. Love the fruit 🍉. BUT.. Right after we check out from the hotel and start walking out to our Uber driver. A Taxi Driver out the hotel lobby door offered us his services but we said no because we already had an Uber ready to pickup us up. Then he saying be careful the cartel is out there. My wife started getting scare because of the comment the taxi driver had said. Is really sad that theirs people like that out side the hotel is also sad that the hotel lets them pull up in-front of the hotel lobby without anyone calling them or requesting any their services.

We stayed here 4 nights for my wife's interview at the consulate. Great hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful, morning breakfast was great. Rooms are small and cozy but we had everything we needed. Right next to mall and right across the street from la clinica medica and the consulate.
