Upon checking in on June 13th, it was great. We get to our room, I've noticed a small chip on the tv. This morning when my husband and myself went down to purchase their $15.00 breakfast, the service was awful. As I wanted onion cooked in with the breakfast potatoes we noticed the lady really didn't want to get our order done, then she took our ordered up to the cook with a nasty attitude and when the cook asked her do they want onion on both potatoes she (the waitress) with her attitude said yes. My husband heard and we cancelled our ordered, my husband went to the front desk asked for the manager. The receptionist stated that she was going to have a talked to the lady, we don't know if she did or not. I went to the room we had booked and got our suitcase and left. This hotel used to be a nice hotel, even the housekeeper were rude. This will be our last stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was sub par. But, this is not a hotel where you should expect fine dining. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back.

… it’s 14 mins from downtown The room didn’t smell good at all, smelled like @$$. Several cars were broken into on our stay woke up to cops everywhere. Location was in the ghetto, isn’t a good area at all clearly

The room size was good, and the washroom was good. The room was spacious too. It was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels shoved in the corner, carpet not vacuumed, dustbins not emptied. That was disgusting. Considering all this, we weren't sure if the sheets were changed. Asked for new sheets and changed them ourselves. No support from Hilton, as they said we booked through 3rd party, which is booking.com. Worst experience in terms of staff service and treatment of guests. We felt like a charity case because of their treatment. Would not go there again.

I have stayed 3 times in this hotel. The first 2 I stayed only 2 nights. This time, I stayed 5, and I had a regular experience. The front desk staff acts as if they are making you a favor, the only truly helpful and proactive staff was at the restaurant. The fridge in the room had opened soda bottles inside (I have the pictures to prove it), which indicates poor cleaning before my check in. In general, it wasn’t the best experience, if you’re considering a long stay, better go to a different hotel. This is a 1-2 nights hotel.
