It took me quite a long time to get the room key and I've never waited that long to just get the room key. And when I was staying there, one of the staff approached me to ask for my opinion about the hotel. When he asked me about the food especially the breakfast, I told him that the fried rice was bland and it didn't taste like fried rice, but he told me that they usually serve many kinds of fried rice, but that wasn't the point, though.

What I didnt like from the hotel is the toilet door. Pretty annoying if u stay with other family member... lack of privacy

Relatively clean room, comfortable bed, tv channel has movies to watch, delicious breakfast. The key card to on the power seems to have some issues that I have to try a few times to activate the power. Even have some electric sound that makes it scary. The sink stopper is not working that I have to manually take out the stopper to drain the water. Floor seems to feel oily when I first stepped inside, including the bed when I first slept inside the blanket. Have smell of cigarettes at times, despite non smoking room.

Room is clean Can not use wifi that rokok , staff support was really bad called 7 times regarding wifi However they did not improve that wifi problem . Finally i asked to change that room . Other room also wifi was really weak
