We really enjoyed the breakfast here, they had wide range of food to choose from. Their menu is also kids friendly which is beneficial for someone stays here as a family with kids like me. Location is perfect, the room has balcoy with fantastic view of Tatras and its surrounding regions. Being a non-polish speaker I did not had any difficulties to communicate with Friendly staffs here as they almost always speaks English which made our stay better. As we stayed here during Easter holidays, the hotel also arranged easter events every day for kids and adults which made our stay whole lot better and gave such a memorable experience. Swimming pool, Jaccuzzi availability is additional plus. Disclaimer: This feedback of improvement is only for Booking.com not for the Hotel. Since I booked the stay via booking.com I did not had the benefit of Easter Dinner inclusion in by booking which was unfortunate. Ofcourse, still I could have paid and used it. But it turned out if I booked the hotel via hotel Website it was possible to have dinner inclusion as a package for the similar amount I paid in Booking.com. So it would be best for the future that Booking.com on such cases when Hotels have such packages also reflect it in Booking.com which should be beneficial for the people who use the platform.

When we choose the hotel from booking we just watch the price and spa but this hotel was far more than that. This hotel make our first stay in Poland more than perfect. This is the perfect family hotel. The hotel was full wit children. Each night there was pizza party, candy party etc. for children. On Fat thursday (Tlusty cetvartak) all the children were running around the floors with two boxes with donuts, sharing each other and play around. They all were very happy. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and waitressess were very profesional keeping the good mood of guess. Every night there was some small details or surpise which make us smile. We know it's taking you effort for this and thank you for doing it. The best part of the hotel was that from some rooms some hairy faces smiles and barf us. We was so sorry that we didn't read that in advance to take our dog. For all the personal who is working there "You were perfect, just keep doing it that way". We will come back again for sure <3

The pool was all right. Very nice staff - the waiter/ waitress always willing to help. The view was amazing. Tasty breakfast :) The air conditioning didn't work. You had 26 degrees in the room. It was impossible to sleep . The playground could be developed a bit.

Wellness too small, not enough hooks for the bathrobe. Came with the little boy and had to stand with him when came from the water, as there were only 7 loungers. Asked for a cot for the baby, not received one. Rooms too small to even fit one in.l anyway so didn't pursuit that matter.

Very cozy hotel. Tasty food. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ukrainian men at the restaurant. The location wasn’t excellent for us, as we were skiing ~35 minutes drive away, but managed it. Its depends what are you off for. Warm rooms in the cold winter makes feel it so cozy. Beautiful view.

Insane value for money. Breakfast, pool, saunas and parking included. Absolutely delicious a la carte gastronomy. Modest, but clean rooms. Beautiful and peaceful mountain views. Family and baby friendly. Large pool. Poor sound insulation between rooms. HVAC noisy at night. No restaurants/attractions within walking distance. No EV charging.

Food was very good I couldn't use the massage part of the pool because there were classes there every day. The pool is much smaller than it looks from the photos.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant offers good food. Nice view. Top swimming pool!
