The carpet in the room was dirty and had holes in it. There was clicking / clanking noises in the room all night which kept us up all night.

Location of the property was key for the convenience in life. The surroundings of this property easily provided unlimited access to hundreds of amazing places for all types of Shopping, the Best Family Restaurants, fast foods, many types Bars, Local Pubs, Lounges, Coffee spots, Malls, Healthcare & any type of amenities you may need. Also given the easiest access to interstate and roads to take you anywhere!

Location They had no body wash in shower. Hotel staff said it had run out but they would give is more shampoo so we could wash with that. They did not give us more. We ended up going to the store to buy our own shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was also not very good and the toasters did not work. Finally the room was not very clean. There were obvious stains in the carpet and furniture. Also, the hallway smelled of marijuana.

Amazing hotel! We will definitely be coming back I fell in love with this hotel. The stay was amazing . The room was perfect I never slept so good until now. The staff are so friendly very accommodating and so clean. The breakfast amazing they had everything restocked and never empty . Sad to leave but excited to come back !

It’s next-door to the construction site that we are working in On the second day when we returned from working 12 hour day, our room had not been serviced. Both beds were unmade and no fresh clean towels were available. We had to come to the front desk to pick some up.

I was impressed with how courteous the staff were. The room was very clean despite that dogs are allowed here. The hot breakfast was fresh and delicious… and was a big money saver, and a great way to start each day during our visit.

Great staff! We were treated like royalty during our stay! Very clean and large studio room with all the amenities. Plus they have a very good hot breakfast every morning ? we will definitely stay there again on next visit to California.

Everyone was nice. My only complaint is there was not enough towels for each & everyone of us in the room. I made reservation for 4 people & there were only 3 bath towels & since we arrived at night time I just waited to ask for enough towels in AM. I just used hand towels when i showered that night. Pillows were not so comfortable. I think they need to be replaced, overall it was a good experience

I would not recommend this hotel. During my stay, I found visible mold in the showers, which is unacceptable for any property claiming to provide a clean and safe environment. Mold poses serious health concerns, and it shows a lack of proper maintenance and care for guests. For the price, basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately, but based on my experience, I would not return.

Pet-friendly! We got a studio room for 4 people and it was just enough! Service is amazing and room quality is amazing! Anytime we're going to a concert at the amphitheater we will definitely book here again! :) Shoutout to the crew that helped us out with our pet ! We apperciate you so much! Thus was probably the best and cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Perfect location for upscale shopping. We enjoyed our visit. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen was a wonderful addition with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. High recommend. Safe and upscale area in Chula Vista.

My kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we had a blast playing basketball. The on-site convenience store was fully stocked with a wide variety of items, which was a big plus. Oh, and did I mention the gym and laundry room? Both are clean and well-maintained—very nice to have during a longer stay. I honestly have zero complaints, and I consider myself a tough reviewer! 😊

Folks at desk very helpful. Housekeeping is poor or understaffed. Gladly signed up for every other room cleaning but they never came. After I called Front desk they did but did not replace missing items, towels. Etc they made the bed.

It was a nice new hotel near many restaurants and stores. Good for long term rentals as it has a kitchenette. My o my qualm was that our rooms AC was not working and there was a portable unit and it made the room muggy.

The stay was amazing and reception was phenomenal. My expectations were more than met. The service was outstanding and fantastic. When we checked in it was so easy thanks to someone named Roe. She was very awesome and made this experience want me to come back.

I arrived early bc I wanted to make sure we had our room. So maybe 1 pm. I spoke with Janet and Alice at the front. Let me tell you these 2 ladies were great. Beyond great. I needed the special accommodations of a walk in shower. The room had some issues with the A/C. They put in a portable and a fan. So we can have a room that we needed. Now this wasn't their fault but I wanted a 2 bed room. We ended up with a king bed suite. But they did everything to accommodate us with a full hotel. Janet even told me where to park to make it easier on my mom to get her around the hotel. The next day I thanked them to the lady in the front. Told her how happy I was with the room accommodations for my mom Nothing. It was great.

The rooms are fantastic. The location is great. The staff are okay. But, there was a terrible smell of pot smoking in the hallways and once the smell wafted into my room. It made me feel ill.it is a smoke free hotel, but people do smoke pot there.

Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly, underneath bed was empty Gatorade bottles from previous stay. Order towels and had to call twice more because of the long wait. Also they are not prepared for busy weekend since there were zero luggage carts available our entire stay so we had to make multiple trips to our hotel room.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I liked that the bedrooms were separated from the living room & kitchen. I also really liked the normal size fridge & kitchenette area! Main reason why we stayed. Also the staff are over the top amazing! So courteous & polite, & were quick to help us with our crib request. Would recommend & would stay here again.

A lot of construction around the property, no signage visible from the road and location is recessed, so it was difficult to find. No hot water for showers. Water was luke warm.

Loved our stay here. The lower floors are permanently occupied by US Servicemen/women which was a bit odd a first, but actually a very cool part of staying here. We felt very safe and the soldiers were all very kind and respectful.

Costumer Service and cleanliness is awesome.

This was a great place to stay for my daughter and myself while we were attending multiple concerts in the area. I'm sure it will be much better once the construction is completed in the area because it was a little difficult to locate the entrance.

The hospitality upon arrival was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I called for extra pillows and they never arrived. The sofa couch, which was used as an extra bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was old and lumpy. I think it would have been better had I just slept on the couch. The worst was the drapes that would not close all the way. The room was next to a lamp that let the light shine though. That was annoying. I can’t sleep with any light. The pool was warm, as stated. That was great because it was cold outside. Some pools say they are heated and are still cold. The breakfast food was good and warm. At check out, the front desk attendant asked how our stay was and I mentioned my Grand daughter was disappointed the popcorn machine wasn’t operational. She loves popcorn. The attendant apologized and told the children to pick out something from the market. Of course they did and were happy. I was grateful because she didn’t need to do that but her kindness made all the difference to me. My grandson wants to stay there again. So we will be back in the summer. Thank you.

The staff were very welcoming. However, for more than $300/night, I expected a clean room, much more comfortable furniture, and a nicer aesthetic. I chose to stay there, even though it was nearly $200 more than the hotels closer to where I had a meeting, but frankly, this was a cheap hotel - the room was very disappointing for the price point.

But room layout makes it impossible for person in bed and kids on couch to watch tv at same time. Only way to fix it is 2 tvs.
