Stayed here for one week for IM 70.3 Bangsaen. Located about 1.2km from the race venue, which I found convenient. Lots of food/dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, from getting me a fan for the room (I don't like AC) to booking me a taxi ride to BKK airport. The property is clean and easy to find with a 7-11 convenience store AND coin laundry washing machines right downstairs. On Tuesday and Wednesday night, there was very loud music until late at night (I eventually fell asleep after 2300 but the live music was still going on at the time). Fortunately, the live music did not happen the rest of week. I wish I had a hot water pot/kettle in the room, going downstairs from the third floor to the first floor lobby for hot water to make coffee was a bit cumbersome.
