Good location, near markets, restaurants and malls but you need a vehicle to get to those places, not great for walking The receptionist had a stinky attitude, she was rude and sarcastic and not very helpful. The housekeepers were all lovely but the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, no kettle or anything extras in the rooms

The grounds were beautiful, lots of nature and cool animals roaming around. Thw bathroom was huge I stayed 2 days I think the mattress needs to be replaced. Kept getting an odor of urine.

Environmental in the resort I requested for non smoking room due to allergic reactions. BUT The resort allows guests smoking outside the room (in front of the others guest room). We can small the smoke inside our room every time other guests smoking in front of our room during the night and in the morning. It was uncomfortable.

The room has nothing at all, no inroom phone, no toiletries excrpt 2 tiny soap bar. The bed spread caused my skin to itcth the whole night. Miserable experience. Like going to hell. Miserable experience. No phone in the room n have to wk down 3 story to ask question. No toiletries. Only bareroom with bed sheet that caused my skin to itched the entire night. The worst experience in my life. I'm also a licensed tour guide.
