Everything was good Nothing, just the ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work, but not a big deal, I got ice from 1st floor

Great place to stay. You pay a little bit more but you get a safe place great for families.

Plenty of parking, the room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in, the lobby was clean, we were greeted with a smile. Check in was easy and quick. They honored my request of lower floor. The location was ideal, plenty of gas, food and shopping walking and/or near by. The breakfast was great, lots of options and lots of of seating. The room had no drawers to place clothes. We hung up most as we were there for a funeral and kept them in the luggage.

The staff reached out to check on us during the stay multiple times, which was nice. Our room did need a little fixing, but wasn't a big enough of a problem to request a room change or need them to come in. The bedside light kept flickering, but we didn't need to use it as there are plenty of light options and I prefer natural lighting anyway. The water didn't fully pull up into the shower head, since most of it was still coming out of the spout, but there was enough pressure to still take a shower. The fitted sheet they put on was too small for the king bed, since it kept popping off when I woke up. We just fixed it and everything was fine. The room was nice and clean, so the things we noticed didn't bother us enough to have them come and fix it during our stay. We let them know upon checkout what we saw, so the next guest could

Breakfast was very good. Coffee in the lobby was the best ever Plugs in my room didn’t all work and the clock was so old the plugs didn’t work in that either. Need to have usb plugs or more up to date. Bath towels could have been bigger and softer otherwise my stay was perfect

Check in was easy. Breakfast was great! It was very quiet and clean.

They didn't really care about my request. I asked for 2 hours late check and they refused and said only one hour and any thing more than one hour they'll charge an extra day. And although I'm a hilton owner they still refused to give me that extra hour.

Room was clean, but was comfortable, but it did squeak. Also toilet made a lot of noise after flushing, which woke me up when my partner was using the restroom in the middle of the night. Other than that I really enjoyed. We had a good experience with this staff. Breakfast could use some healthier options.

I booked this for a soccer tournament weekend, hoping for a quiet night and a solid breakfast for my daughter. Unfortunately, it was a total fail. Pros: The room was modern and clean, and the staff was nice. Cons: 1. The Sound: The hotel is "freeway adjacent," but the doors and windows don't block any noise. It sounded like we were on the tarmac of an airport all night. There should be a massive warning about the noise levels on the freeway side. 2. Breakfast: Expedia claims this is "Top Rated," but it’s just basic waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Very disappointing for a "top" rating. 3. Construction: Heavy construction right off the freeway made the parking lot feel very industrial and unsafe for my vehicle. Clean rooms don't matter if you can't sleep. Best Western needs to improve their soundproofing and their breakfast spread. We will not stay here again.

I have stayed here plenty of times so I’m pretty familiar with location and staff members. At arrival the guy at front desk didn’t greet us or acknowledge us until I said something. When he was giving us a room he had to check if the room was ready. And when we got to the room the staff lady cleaning the room was still in the room cleaning. Next morning lady serving breakfast seemed to be having a bad day I smiled at her and said good morning and she ignored me. Not sure what was up with the staff members.

The room needs some work done, the bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs inside the mattress. The TV was really small close to 17 inches. The shower door would not stay closed I had to stuff a towel in the wheels only the door to keep it from opening. Overall it was convenient for what I had to do but will skip this hotel in the future.

The staff was great and the room was clean. We did have the suite and had our two teen daughters sleeping on the pullout couch, which they would they said multiple times that they could not give us a blanket that they use on the beds and instead we had to use thin throw blankets from the closet. The kids were cold. We had to go out and buy blankets for the room. We all really love a hot shower and at best the shower water was lukewarm.

Excellent room layout, king bed with all features in easy reach. Great window treatments with dual roller shades for convenient light with privacy and blackout. Bedding: firm, comfortable. Temp: perfect, at 68-71°F. Didn’t use the pool or biz center, but they looked good. Breakfast was fine, all the usual Hampton items with higher than usual quality and attentiveness. My gf and I had grand time, would choose this loc again next time.

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in. Sergio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He was very pleasant and very professional. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Love the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion!

This is probably one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in… The bathroom was huge as well! Very quiet! Did not hear traffic or people in the hallway or above us at all! We unfortunately did not take advantage of the breakfast… But next time we will!

It was nice. Staff was nice and room looked clean but had a slight stench to it. We only were there to sleep. Didn’t stay much in the room. However I’d like to point out when I arrived there it looked empty, maybe a slow day. It was about 2:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk. It was empty. I waited maybe 5-8 mins which made no sense, even tried to ring the bell but it was broken. One person finally showed up. I got 2 rooms and both were on separate floors and handicap rooms. It wasn’t a big deal but could’ve been used for someone that was truly challenged. I asked the staff if I could have a room at least on the same floor and he said they weren’t able to. He said that since we got the room via 3rd party that the 3rd party automatically books the handicap room. He said they are unable to change it since the 3rd party choose them. That I know was a lie, but I wasn’t going to press the issue since it was only 1 night. What they don’t realize is that I used to work in a hotel for many years, in front desk/reservations and anyone can be moved. I know staff at the hotel select the rooms. But all in all, my stay was quick and I still would stay again.

Always use this facility for when family visiting. Have never heard a complaint that was not handled immediately! Very well run!

Went out for a 3 night stay for my kids tournament. It is in a nice safe area with nearby stores. Room was decent size for 2 adults and 3 kids, breakfast was good just wish they had a larger pool overall good hotel with great service.

Traffic noise, hallway noise, and plumbing from flushing the toilet and running the shower were really bad. Loved the heated pool, breakfast was good, well informed at check in of the property's system, such as breakfast hours, request for house keeping and towel exchange.

I would give all 5 stars but for the overcharging of the pet fee. Hotels.com posted a $50 fee, but when we checked in it was $75 plus another $9.00 fee! I mentioned this to the front desk and they just said sorry...they couldn't do anything about it.

Great stay, amazing size room. Staff was so friendly & accommodation were met only dinge was i requested feather free room as I am highly allergic, there was feather pillows , the nice guy removed them but only left my husband & I one pillow each that was super thin. We went & purchaed two pillows as after asking 3x no one brought us any. Since we was from out state we had throw away them sadly.

We were barely there. My family and I got there late. Lady at the front desk was SUPER nice. She knew we had a long day at our daughter’s softball tournament. We woke up the next day, ate breakfast, and took off. Nice and clean hotel.

Went with a group for softball tournament and 5 families in our group found out the double bed room they booked was not available. We all booked for 2 beds and they had us in single bed rooms.

Staff were great, rooms and facilities were clean, and the parking was ample. Breakfast was good. Really, the only thing that wasn't great about the experience was the taste of the coffee, and that's obviously a super minor thing and subjective. Would stay again any time when in the area.

I’m beyond upset. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. Additionally, the tv wasn’t working properly and volume was a constant issue. But the worst part was waking up with two bug bites. I’m fairly certain this property has bed bugs. Will not stay there. Ever. Again.

The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was roomy, however, our first room had a constantly running toilet, so the front desk readily moved us to another room ( two floors exactly below the first room), much better, but we could still hear the upstairs toilet running in our bathroom. We will still return to the hotel.
