Our room was perfect and comfortable. We had a private balcony and enjoyed the view of the river. Very clean! In walking distance of all downtown Chimney Rock.

Great people and very nice rooms

This was our 3rd stay, and this trip was much better than the last I our room was more comfortable. My only suggestion is to offer the breakfast at an earlier time. We like to play golf on surrounding courses, and the 9:15 breakfast hour is too late. The kitchen staff were able to fix us a special breakfast at the last minute which was wonderful. However, for the second morning we bought a donut at the grocery store rather than impose on the kitchen staff again.

The Inn was about in the middle of Chimney Rock. It's located on the River with a put put course between the Inn and the River. The Inn was clean and it was nice that they had a restaurant and bar in the front of the Inn. Nice weekend getaway!

The room was clean, the lady who welcomed us was very nice ( was her birthday in that day) she gave us directions and informations about what can we visit around.

Loved the room & the balcony on the stream !! Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was great food, very convenient. Excellent staff . Great trip will return!

Very quaint vibes! Fantastic views from the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. All in all an awesome stay, EXCEPT the temperature in our room was unbearably hot. My husband and I didn’t sleep a wink and couldn’t find a way to turn the temperature down. Ironically just before bed we both commented how chilly it was, and both woke up several times in a sweat. The fan helped a bit but it was only circulating the very hot air around the room. Would go back if there was a resolution to not being able to control the room temperature.

Nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcomed from the very start. The restaurant has good food and drinks as well. My husband and I truly enjoyed our queen jacuzzi room. Will definitely be returning this summer. Highly recommend!!

Best staff and owners you’ll ever come across. This is an old and historic inn. You go back in time and relax. What you will be most surprised about is the food. They make the best pizza we’ve ever had.

I felt at home and very comfortable. The Mini golf course was fun with a great view of the rocky river. All around fun time me and the wife will definitely come back.

The B&B was very clean, well maintained. Breakfast was good. Close to Chimney Rock State Park. Village has many restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. Path by river behind the shops is a pleasant stroll.

Broad River Inn is a comfortable, conveniently located B&B from which to explore the beauty of the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure region. Breakfasts are delicious. My 2nd visit to the inn was as enjoyable as the first. Highly recommend

The bath was new and spotless

Lastly, for a low key dinner, we recommend the restaurant on-site. The innkeepers are also opening a bbq place nearby which I’m sure will be awesome but We loved the pizza and the salads actually have real leafy greens.

The Inn is an older site so the rooms were understandably small but charming. Breakfast was phenomenal and all of the staff and the owners were extremely friendly. Our stay also include a round of mini golf. You can't beat the gorgeous view of the river on the porch with a cup of coffee. Inn is walking distance to several eating/drinking establishment but its a small town so they close early. Would definitely stay again.

Very cool spot on the river. Space is a premium, but there was ample parking. Really nice restaurants and brewery in town. Its a small town, but long and stretched out along the river. Downtown is an easy walk. The room was very nice, perfect. Cozy and with a nice 2nd floor porch to have a few and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and perfect for the 500 stairs of chimney rock. Owners are very down to earth people and attention to detail was right on. If youre going to Chimney Rock park, this is the only placevim staying.

The only changes I would make would be to improve ventilation somehow. The ceiling fan helped. We were in the smallest room, and I know it is a very old building so it may not be possible, but installing a cool air return would go a long way.

This historic inn was wonderful!! The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows! The people were very friendly. They serve a delicious breakfast which was included in the price. The best place we stayed on a 14 day trip!!

Nick & Kristen were awesome hosts! We had a beautiful room with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The sound of the river was so peaceful and the view was just beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay! This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and it will not be our last! The breakfast was very good and changed each day! The portions were great. We also had dinner at the restaurant one night and the pizza was delicious! We stayed in room 5 and had a private entrance at the porch. The bed was very comfortable! It was within walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants so we barely drove while we were there. The owners were very friendly! I would recommend this Inn to my family and friends! Awesome view from our balcony have Chimney Rock and Broad River. Was also fun to watch families play on the Mini Golf Course. Stagecoach restaurant on the property was good. We enjoyed our sandwiches and pizza on the porch overlooking the river. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. New owners and still a work in process. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Everything about this property is incredible! An historic old building, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, good WiFi, and wonderful owners! They take great pride in their inn and have such a spirit of excellence in everything they do.

The owners had recently purchased the inn, toward the end of 2020, and were still new at it. The room we had was small but clean and with a comfortable bed. There was road noise, especially a lot of motorcycles, since our room faced the main road through town, but that quieted after dark. The breakfast was good-tasting but rather skimpy (we had 1 piece of bacon with about a 3-4" square of delicious French toast, plus OJ and coffee). I had to ask if I could have a second piece of French toast, which they gave. There was miniature golf on the property and the Broad River immediately behind it. Overall, it seemed to be expensive for what we got!

My finance and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Nick showed us our room and it was clean, had a mini fridge, coffee machine and a personal balcony! 5 Stars! Will recommend to all my friends.

Excellent place to stay. The owners are super friendly and attentive. We had a suite over looking the river it was beautiful. Breakfast was included and Kristen made something different all 4 days we were there. Will stay there again on our next visit to Chimney Rock. Loved it.

And as hikers we enjoyed the trails and than coming back to the Inn to relax! The Inn is conveniently located, walkable even to the Lake Lure and the Flower Bridge! The owner of the Inn, Kristen and Nick were wonderful hosts! Chimney Rock is a cute little mountain town! We highly recommend the Broad River Inn!

We loved the whole experince. Great location to everything. Beautiful views of chimney rock. Right on the broad river. The inn keepers are so personable and friendly. Go the extra mile for you. Perfect spot with great balcony views of river and Chimney Rock. Bed was comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and quickly filled requests for items. The air condition units are nice but hard to figure out the different functions. We would definitely stay again.

We were at the Broad River Inn for our anniversary and the owners were very accommodating and welcoming. They treated us like family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The innkeepers went above and beyond to give us the best stay. There were no hassles signing in and they always answered the phone and answered all questions politely. This was the best hotel I've EVER been at and I'll always come back

I love the Broad River Inn. Me and my girlfriend planned a quick little trip from Greenville, SC for the weekend and enjoyed every second of it. Great location near the little shops and a great view of both Chimney Rock & the Broad River. Brewery right down the road. Will definitely be back!

The new owners are fabulous they were excellent hosts. The breakfast was tasty and hot. The bed was comfortable and the river sounds unbelievable. It's on a main road but you never even hear the car noise because the rolling river cascading down the mountain is all you can hear. The views were exceptional and the room was clean and the pictures in their website do not do it justice. Do yourself a favor and book a room. AAA+

Loved the location of the Inn. It's an older building but definitely kept in upgraded condition. We had a smaller room but worked out perfectly for us. The owners and staff were extremely kind and attentive.

We absolutely loved this place! Everyone was so accomodating and the location to downtown Chimney Rock was perfect for walking. I can not express enough how awesome the breakfast service was and how nice it was to have it delivered right to our room! We will definitely stay again in the future!

What a wonderful B&B experience at Broad River Inn! The room was beautiful, cozy, and so clean. The bed was seriously the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The staff was amazing and exceeded expectations in every way!! I would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in the area.

Amazing staff. Fantastic breakfast!! The only thing was the air conditioner and fan in our room were very noisy. The room was nice and the atmosphere in the renovated hotel was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Clean rooms, cozy bed, nice towels, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Shower in room 5 was a bit difficult to set on proper temperature.

Broad River Inn is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, a brewery and winery. Lovely room and delicious made to order breakfast brought to our room in the morning!

Instead of a simple continental breakfast like many places offer, a full, hot breakfast was provided each morning and we had the option of having it brought to our room. Our room had a private balcony with comfortable seating and a table where we could eat breakfast. The upstairs hallway to the rooms had several tables, a microwave with popcorn, a dozen or so board games, and a full bookshelf that guests could use. Overall the inn is just a very cozy and friendly place to stay. Even with plenty to do in Chimney Rock village and Lake Lure, we spent about half of our trip just relaxing at the inn reading or talking with the staff. We had a great time and have already planned our next stay at Broad River Inn.

Very nice and cute hotel. Although the building per se is old, you can tell the business owner pays a lot of attention to giving visitors a great experience. Very clean and homey, and staffs are friendly.

My room was listed as river view but that was misleading. I could see the river if I stood at the far corner of the porch. Mostly I saw the mini golf next door and the Main Street. The air conditioner heat exchanger was on the porch so that was basically all I heard on the porch. Room was clean and breakfast was really good. If you stay here, be sure room porch overlooks the river. Otherwise all you will hear are cars passing below.

This was a beautiful old inn with lovely decor. They also have riverside mini golf which is fun! We enjoyed our stay. Minor difficulties will tv remote and WiFi.
