    When went to register staff dress was not professional no name tag, or courtesy was a second thought. So got into room, very dated, stained couch got my attention bath tub was black with something and I looked at towels with black spots. TV did not work, it was locked on video game. We booked for 3 nights, but because it was worst we ever experienced we got up early and checked out. Would not recommend this hotel even to homeless person it was bad

    We stayed one night at General Bragg Inn & Suites and the next morning we found live cockroaches on the bathroom vanity, on the walls and floors. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely will not recommend!

    Bed was very comfortable. Fridge was a nice addition. Would Not Shower in that tub , even after fumigating. The hotel was in a very good location. Close to many amenities, seemed like a safe area. Would definitely stay there again good value for the price.

Burn marks from cigarettes on tub and tables throughout. Couch was not a clean place to sit. The smell alone was a knockout. Neighbors blaring music from 2am-5am checked out at 5:20. Would not recommend, and will not give a second chance.

    It was close to where my dad resides and near some good attractions. Our sheets had blood stains and the bedspread was stained and torn. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and in other areas it looked dirty. The smoke detector on the ceiling was open and without batteries. The microwave didn't work. They never cleaned our room when we left for the day. There was trash including used tampons in the parking lot and strange people that hung out in the car all evening in the parking lot. We picked up 4 or 5 screws that also were in the parking lot.

    The room I selected is not the room I was given. From a NON-SMOKING room with a Jacuzzi to a smoking, long stay room with burn marks all over the furniture.. This is the 3rd hotel on this site that has disappointed me.

    My stay here was nothing to brag about. I had to literally stand in the lobby and yell to get someone to the front counter! The furniture in the room wasn't in the best shape. The desk was too close to the bed, so the chair was barely able to come out for me to sit in it. The television was too small for viewing. The internet wasnt worth a flip! But I think the biggest thing that bugged me was the guy at the front counter held on to my driver's license for the two days I was there! If the day clerk hadn't remembered to return it to me, i would have left town without it. When i got there to begin my stay, i was asked for my driver's license for identification. I had just finished driving 8 straight hours and i was tired. I just wanted to get some rest. No effort was made to return the license to me while i was there. Thankfully, the day clerk found it and returned it to me! I do a lot of traveling and have stayed at a lot of different hotels. But i will not be returning to this one.

    The hotel wasn't very clean (There were a couple of roaches in my room). The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location is very convenient to any area of the town; there are gas stations, stores, and restaurants nearby. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, I most likely will not stay here again.

    room 107 shower is broken cleaning lady knocks on your door before 9 to clean the room when checkout is 11 this has happened twice there was an arrest in the parkinglot my last stay because a guest was tripping on drugs and alcohol running around naked trying to break in to the managers personal room

    It was a motel, not much to stay past that. The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and convenient. The only things I would say about the room is there was no alarm clock and no light on the nightstand. Pretty picky, but that's the only things I could possibly complain about. But, I would definitely recommend the establishment.

    This is the worst stay I've ever experienced. The place smelled of weed, my original room was filthy so we were accommodated for that. Once going into the new room I was approached by a worker and my life threatened due to lies. I was cussed by a worker helping with the remolding. The owner of this establishment came out of the room and watched his employees and how I was treated. If you are looking at this establishment, just DON'T!

    Let me first say that the woman at check in was very nice. Unfortunately, that's really going to be the only good thing that I can say. The towels were disgusting. Yes you will see a roach bug as others have stated, yet I still rented it. Also a flea but luckily only 1 of each during a short stay that we left & took a loss $ wise, a day early. There's people that walk back & forth by your door being loud & hollering & cussing like crazy on their phone so please do not bring kids here! Some I think live in hotel rooms at the property. The room I'd rented was 110. Maybe a room on the 2nd floor is quieter, I don't know but the disgusting 1 towel & a rag that was suppose to a towel is unacceptable amongst other things. I wish that this had an option for photos with reviews so y'all could at least see the towels. This place could be SO much better than it is but they have a long way to go!

    This place was very dirty and smelly , this property should have been closed . The room door had a huge gap between the frames. Also google says this property is permanently closed But yet they are open and won’t give you the key to your room the employee had to come and open the room himself.

    The new owner was too busy trying to take care of everything. No place in room to hang clothes. Room has coffee maker but no cups. I spent 3 nights with no extra towels. The main lobby said open but door was locked. Mr packs needs to renovate 1st then open.

    Good overall for the value. Very friendly staff and very comfortable bed with soft comforter, not scratchy like most. Only complaint is that I did see one strange looking bug on ceiling, could have come in when i opened the door, and no place to hang clothes. Apartment sized refrigerator was a great upgrade

    The TV didn't work. The jacuzzi leaked or something and the owner wouldn't let us use it anymore after we filled the jacuzzi up just once. And only one of us actually got to get into the tub before the owner said to drain the tub NOW! And me and my fiance got COVID while there and we were in such a bad shape and needed that jacuzzi even worse now, my poor fiance was shivering and shaking bad and needed the comfort of the jacuzzi tub. The TV didn't work the entire time either. I told owner several times over several days. He's the most rudest owner I've ever met or been to. He shouldn't be running any business. He disrespected my fiance and it made me madder than words can describe. You should treat your customers with respect and with a smile. Not yell at us for having COVID and having a fever and sleeping past the check out time one day. He was so mean and hateful, cursing us both. Telling us we were horrible guests at his hotel. I've never seen anything like it. I bet you they'll take my review down too. No one would want a review like this, so I imagine he will do everything he can to get it removed or flagged, etc....and there is NO FREE BREAKFAST either. It plainly states online and in every app for the hotel there is a full breakfast there in the morning. It's a lie. Nothing more. I've never been so disrespected in my life. And to speak that way to my fiance. Just don't book a stay here. They are terrible. This guy made us leave after not being able to use jacuzzi.

    I stayed at this hotel a few times before and it was very pleasant stay, this time was one of the wore experience I had and any hotel. Did not have any soap or shampoo. Bathroom backed up told the front desk I will be out for a few hours can you take care of it when I returned still backed up. Ask for non smoking room the room smelt bad from smoke. They said there were going to credit me for the stay never happened I called 2 times, they said they will take care of it. 2 weeks latter still no credit.

    This the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER. They did not have my Orbitz reservation, told me "they don't use Orbitz" and that they were completely sold out. In the end, they checked me into a DIRTY ROOM. The bed was obviously slept in with literal dirty sheets and pillow cases. Trash all over the room. Smelled like someone's dirty underwear. The lady at the check in was plain rude and angry. I wish I had a choice not to stay there but this was my only option, I would have chose my car if not for the below freezing temperatures.

    We were there for two nights and both nights the people in the room next to us we up making noise and playing music until after midnight. They seemed to be “permanent” residents, so I’m assuming that they do this every night, so whoever is in that room would have the same problem. The sheets didn’t appear to be clean when we got there, so they gave us new sheets. We had to ask for hand towels and the overall cleanliness of the room was terrible. My wife ended up cleaning around the sink area which may have been the first time in quite awhile.

    Arrived at 10:20 to an empty reception area, called all listed numbers for clerk, after ringing the help buzzer multiple times was greeted with the foulest language ever heard from a senior female, wanting to know why I was there.     The Manager was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. It was a convenient location right downtown and for a good night sleep, it honestly met our needs. Coffee was provided downstairs in the A.M. and extra shampoo and soap upon request. The only down side; if you’re a nonsmoker, you may want to bring some air freshener...

    Rooms were not the cleanest (dusty/mildew smell), but there was construction and remodeling being done at that time so possibly a temporary issue. Staff was chill and accommodating. No bathroom exhaust, which is important to reduce mold and mildew, which could add to individuals who, like me suffer from respiratory issues. Not trying to be too picky but hopefully these things could be remedied to make this place stand out. Again. Great location. Great price. Great check in/service.

    I am from Chickamauga originally but have moved to FL. I made a trip home and opted to stay in the local hotel. I was amazingly disappointed in what I thought was a really neat place to stay. The façade was falling off of the building in places. There were people hanging out in front of the office and they appeared to be long term residents of which I found out later they were. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we first checked in. I think that was from the people who cleaned or worked on the room before we arrived. The man on the phone told me they had to juggle people around to get me a non smoking, ground floor room. There was a coffee pot in the bathroom but it looked as it had been taken out of storage as it had a white powder dust all over it. Maybe sheetrock dust. There was no coffee or coffee condiments. I realize there was free coffee in the dining area but why put a pot in there if you aren't going to put in coffee. The rubber threshold going into the shower was non-existent (this was a handicap room). Just a bad looking place where it should have been. The microwave was dirty with food stuck in the cracks in the back. Didn't use so I ignored. The fridge was clean and in operating order. Just not as cold as it should have been. The comforter had cigarette holes in it, as did the mattress cover did. The mattress cover seemed to be very old and worn. The mattress safety cover had something smeared on the side.

    Extremely disappointed that the rating on this hotel did not prepare me for its condition. Arrived and room smelled like lysol to cover up the odors of the room. Dead bugs present in several areas of the room. We were given a handicapped accessible room which was not requested and the hand held shower head was broken so we couldn't even take a reasonable shower. Sheets smelled of clorox and were irritating to our skin. Carpet was outrageously dirty. Breakfast consisted of a keurig coffee pot with no coffee pods, a loaf of white bread, a toaster, a container of cheerios and an urn with milk. How long that had been sitting there was unknown. It was what I consider a "construction workers' motel" complete with pick up trucks, equipment vehicles and transient workers. We were very uncomfortable throughout our stay and thought about leaving but hated to just blow off the money spent on the reservation. I recomment Expedia removing it from their choices on line.

    If you're needing a fairly inexpensive place to lay your head and not worried about much else than this is your place. If you desire things such as feeling as if you're valuables are safe, or not having to hear the long term guests stomp around above you and their screaming kid, or a breakfast buffet that consists of more than a loaf of bread, spray butter, genaric cereal, and coffee than this is not your place. It suited what we needed and there is a McDonald's and Sonic close by if you want breakfast. The guy at the front desk was nice and could probably hook you up with whatever you're looking for. The electrical outlet near the ceiling made me laugh, better hope your cell phone charger has a long cord.

    The TV in the room did work properly which was frustrating considering the BCS football games were being televised. The shower head in the bathroom was taped to the connector so you could not adjust the shower head up or down. There were no towels in the bathroom or blankets. My wife and I were expecting a little more considering how much we paid for one night.

    Stayed here a few years ago, good experience. Decided to ride out the hurricane here. The place is now run down, not well taken care of. The staff half does everything. Rooms not cleaned well. Have to ask for towels everyday. Will not stay here again.
