The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Its proximity to the Allstate Arena and various dining options is a significant advantage. However, issues with breakfast variety and quality, parking fees, and occasional maintenance problems are mentioned.

Great Breakfast. Supplied Kitchen

Location, staffing, amenities Last minute deposit charges, not enough bedding sheets/pillows for sofa bed. Room was a bit outdated.
- 4/5
Wasn’t too big so it felt quite homely. Great pool, which was a bonus. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff super helpful. Room was a little tired but adequate for our 1 night stay.
- 5/5
Staff were very knowledgeable and respectful. Anxious to help
- 5/5
Our room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast had a large fresh assortment. Checking and checkout was very easy. Shuttle from and to Chicago O'Hare airport was on-time. Departing the hotel on the top of the hour and on the 1/2 hr. Less than 1/2 hr to arrive at the airport.

Overall It was a good stay

The rooms need to be cleaned and confirmation that all accommodations offered are available and properly maintained

Very good place to stay at. Family all loved the suites with 2 bedroom.
- 3.5/5
Good suite for a family of 4, spacious living room and kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Wish there was cleaning every day and that early check-in was guaranteed.

Clean, large room. Shuttle is available to O’hare. The lock was broken in the room, not be able to use water until 6pm because under the construction ( the receptionist didn’t mention us at all when we checked in). No ice bucket and bed sheets for pull out bed so we went to ask at the desk. The receptionist was grumpy and rude. Gave us sheets and ice in the plastic laundry bag. Same time she was yelling a customer on the phone.

Room smelled like fish but it was otherwise decent. Would stay again if going to another concert at All-State arena. Would be better if parking was included in the price.

Close to O’ Hare airport The facility was old, the bathtub was not draining well because of stucked hairs from previous guest. I had to clean the drain first. After that the water could flow smoothly. There were two ants in my room and some tiles were loose on the floor. I has no dishsoap to was the used dish. Only using the dishwasher but for a mug and two plates I think it was an overkill. In addition the shut off the water on the Monday for the whole day. We haven’t receive any bottle water for free. I was in room 302

Room was not clean. And too old everything around
- 3/5
Food parking and front desk staff were fine, had a problem in the room with ants that we mentioned and nobody had come to look when they said they would. Also the dishes in the room were dirty upon arrival.
- 4/5
Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast was normal I should have preferred something different every other day but acceptable. I stayed 8 nights so I was waiting something different. I want to add two things to improve. 1. For my benefit the mattress and sofa didn’t have the required support to help me recover. 2. It’s an ON-OFF AC and It’s a little bit noisy when the unit starts but we could handle it. In spite of that it’s a good hotel. I recommend it!!

Great price and location for Allstate Arena events which is just a few steps across a parking lot!

Location was perfect since we were going to an ice skating event at Allstate Arena. Target & lots of good places. All of these are within walking distance. Rooms was nice and a nice pool. I had already paid through Booking.com and then they charged my card again despite me showing them Booking charged me for the room. Later the manager said he would take it off my card but may put it back on….I am just hoping it works out. So I had to pay twice for this room and am desouting it. And one lady at the desk was pretty rude but the managers & other desks clerks were nice.

The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. My only issue was they charged $30 to have a vehicle parked in the lot. I should not have to pay extra to have a vehicle for one night!!!
- 2/5
My surprise was when I arrived and that the girl at the reception after confirming my reservation told me that I had to charge an additional 30$ per day for having a car and parking it in the hotel, the first time in so many years that I see that, crazy that seems very abusive to me, I stay 4 nights almost the price of one night per room.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 3/5
The stay was okay in general, but not as best as described.
- 3/5
It's a fine residence inn property overall. But we were given a two-bedroom unit catering to special needs of handicapped guests. Our request to switch to a normal room on the following three days went unheeded.
- 5/5
pleasantly surprise 😮

Very comfortable room, even for the long term stay, close to the airport, free shuttle provided Not much to complain about. It would be good to know in advance that you have to call the hotel to request the shuttle bus.

We were there to see trans siberian orchestra and were able to walk to the venue . It was a very nice weekend and we will stay again. The rooms were confusing, and we actually ended up at the wrong building. We figured it out, and it was ok.

- Decent comfort - Big room - Decent wifi access and speed - Food smell in the room - No beers avaliable in the bar - Not really clean place - Low light in the room
- 4/5
Everything look decently clean, some areas looked very worn down and the bathroom door handle fell off. But other than that it smelled nice and was comfortable to stay
- 2/5
They charged $30 for one night of parking. And the airport shuttle doesn’t start to run until 5 am, even though we checked to see if it started at 4 and website said it did.

The staff was top notch! Very friendly and engaging. The woman that checked me in was just delightful! She went above and beyond by showing me another suite to see if I wanted to change rooms. Which I did not. I appreciated her efforts! Overall, I was very happy with the property and found it to be a good value! I had the 2 bedroom suite. The space was cozy and the fireplace was the perfect addition. I was happy it was gas and not electric. Some feedback…I would suggest investing in some facelifts since these are “suites.” The cabinets need painting or replacing the doors. Fridges have many dents on them and the chair in the living room area should be removed as it is worn out.
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 1/5
The room did not match the photos provided. The furniture was worn and damaged, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. Additionally, the rating on Expedia indicated the experience would be “Excellent,” which was not consistent with the actual condition or quality of the stay.

I love the rooms it was so relaxing
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and the 2 rooms were ideal for our family of 8.
- 3/5
I liked that it was central to stores and restaurants. The room was hot we kept adjusting the thermostat for a cooler temperature, but we still did feel any relief. Also, there was moisture on the carpet and we weren’t sure where it came from. Lastly, we saw a few ants on the floor.
- 3/5
If all things are working, it's a good property. Room starting to wear down. Drain in shower did not work and tub filled with water. A used washrag was found in the sofa bed when pulled out. Had to go ask for sheets as they were not stocked for the sofa bed. Were initially given a key to an occupied room and disturbed another guest.
- 3/5
Location and ease of check-in The property looks tired and needs a remodel. Everything from carpet to furniture to grout in bathroom was tired and stained. It was clean but needed updating.
- 3.5/5
Walking proximity to restaurants and shops. Very outdated, old and falling apart.
- 2/5
Rooms need to updated, broken furniture, missing utilities.

Great room, housekeeping, etc. the entire stay.
- 5/5
It was a good location with restaurants within walking distance for a Solar traveller like myself. I liked the property. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, affordable and sooo nice. the bed was possibility the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The staff was courteous and the breakfast had a bigger selection that I'm used to. The only downside is I couldn't get online with a secured connection. We intend on staying there again.
- 5/5
Clean room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Jennifer was outstanding. Terrible weather with tired & grumpy travelers checking in. She was smiling and pleasant to everyone. Thank you for elevating everyone's mood!
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room clean and accessible.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet rooms, close to places to eat and shop.
- 4/5
The room was large and clean, even though the airport is right down the block we heard nothing!! It was nice to have so many quick places to grab food or clothing in the same parking lot.
- 5/5
Safe and convenient
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Pillows can definitely be updated. Parking fee was very extreme and expensive. Should be free. Hot and cold breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to an event at the convention center!!
- 5/5
Very comfortable! Thin walls
- 5/5
It was a very nice place, clean and spacious Everything was good no complaints
- 5/5
Enjoyed utilizing the Airport Shuttle and took advantage of the breakfast.
- 5/5
Variety in breakfast is needed
- 5/5
I like the way it seems like an apartment of your own when you are staying there.
- 5/5
Close to arena and airport. Walking distance to target!
- 5/5
Everything was 5 star. Staff was amazing
- 2/5
You can notice the room was dirty same as the bathroom at the moment of the check in the staff wasn’t really welcoming we stayed gor one night and gor the price we expected something better the whole hotel was really run down it needs more maintenance
- 5/5
VERY NICE EXPERIENCE WILL BE BACK SOON
- 4/5
$40 additional $parking
- 5/5
Easy check in and friendly staff. We were only there for one night and due to ability to walk to the concert venue it was the perfect location. We slept well and left early so great spot for quick trip.
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Very clean, and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Very accommodating they also offer free breakfast and airport shuttle services. The staff there were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Fantastic location, super friendly staff, and a variety of dining options. The area felt safe, and my room was clean with a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the no-slip cover in the tub—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Good service, closed to All State Arena and airport
- 3/5
This hotel will nickel-and-dime you at every turn. They slap on a $30 daily parking fee, plus a $1 “village fee” and another $3 tax, none of which were disclosed upfront—not on Hotels.com and not even by the front desk at check-in. The lack of transparency feels deliberately misleading. If you value honesty and fair dealing, think twice before booking here and demand full disclosure of parking and other hidden charges before you hand over your credit card.

Overall stay and experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable. Would've appreciated if i was told ahead of time either during booking or during check in that there will be a charge for parking which i didnt mind, would've been nice to know instead of just suddenly getting a receipt emailed to me after check out. But overall it was a really relaxing and nice stay.

Great hotel steps from rosemont horizon

Called few times for room service to change bedding, there were bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. Will never stay there again stay away from this place, also charged for parking.

It's a nice place. Clean and well maintained. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with a mini kitchen and found it comfortable and as shown in images. Would recommend it.

Check in and out was good but bloomington was a better property highly recommend and upgrade but i understand looks like u hav long term rental agreements there so maybe look at hotel one side and residential on the other.but not goin over companies budget will be gratefully appreciated.

Very helpful staff and free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes is a blessing. The place is very clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Chicago area.
- 5/5
We loved how close this hotel is to the Allstate Arena! Very easy to walk over for a concert. And, the pool was lovely for a quick swim with kids. The suite was large and fantastic for grandparents and grandkids.

- 2/5
Dogs barking constantly, not that clean.
- 5/5
Our Queen Suite was everything we experienced in the past staying at Residence Inn. The staff was great in providing services and filling up the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this property!
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff. Clean room and property. Very affordable also.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay at the residence inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The reason for only four stars is because of the breakfast offerings. Every day was the same thing with little variety and the only fresh fruit option was apples and bananas. I would have preferred an option of bacon over sausage and maybe an omelet station over dry scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs. The Belgium waffle station was really nice and I liked having that as an alternative or in addition to the eggs and sausage.
- 4/5
Great location. Great amenities airport shuttle, laundry, kitchen in every room.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay while we visited Chicago Loop. Shuttle drivers took us to/from the O'Hare blue-line, so we didn't worry about driving. The breakfast was fantastic (loved the oatmeal). I needed new tennis shoes and Target was in walking distance. The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend.
- 4/5
Very nice. No one came to clean room.
- 3/5
Accessible to shopping , Staff indifference to loggers complain and request.
- 4/5
Stayed 2 different nights, 2 different rooms. Outlets are loose, and behind furniture. Hotel does require a remodel, as it is looking ‘worn’ from use. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Be prepared to pay $30 a day to park your car on top of your hotel fees.
- 5/5
Awesome place, love it every time. Staff is supee cool also. Very clean.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, housekeeping does a great job.
- 4/5
Good location with lots of dining and shopping nearby, good shuttle to airport, hotel a bit dated but clean and tidy, limited choice for breakfast
- 3/5
Need cleaning
- 5/5
Barbara was fantastic! She was welcoming and helpful at check-in and when housekeeping didn't service our room, she brought towels and bathroom necessities straight to us😊
- 2/5
Poorly maintained
- 3/5
Reception and cafeteria was detached from the rooms. Saw a few cockroaches in the room.
- 3/5
Clean, quiet property with convenient transport options to O Hare Airport. Internet was down for over 8 hours - and was a major inconvenience. Rooms were Not cleaned even after repeated requests unfortunately.
- 4/5
Close to the venu at Rosemont. I don't like the fact we had to pay for parking at the hotel. How would we arrive there without transportation? You are Forced to pay at the mercy of the establishment
- 4/5
Great space & reasonable price.

- 4/5
The one thing I did not like was that I am handicapped and when we got to the hotel, my wife went in with my ID and credit card and of course she has the same last name and we have over 450 stays at Marriott. They would not let her check in. She had to come out to the car get my cane out help me in the building and then they wouldn’t let her check in. I had to do the check-in so that meant I had to stay in there I don’t think that’s a good policy. I understand the security but somebody that’s a senior and handicapped with 450+ days should be allowed to check by my wife she has my wallet my credit cards my drivers license
- 4/5
Well, I am disappointed about having to pay $25 a day to leave a car in an outdoor lot. The hotel charged me for an extra day of parking but made the adjustment.
- 2/5
Old property.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Residence Inn was truly exceptional, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The breakfast experience was a highlight, thanks to an incredibly efficient worker who ensured everything was fresh and plentiful, even right up until closing. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy a hot, delicious meal just 15 minutes before they wrapped up, a testament to their dedication! We truly appreciated that attention to detail. The only tiny hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was the lack of luggage carts in our specific building, as we weren't in the main one. Having those readily available for both arrival and departure would be a fantastic improvement. But honestly, that's a minor note in what was an overwhelmingly positive and comfortable experience. We absolutely loved our time at the Residence Inn and can't wait to return!
- 5/5
very clean, nice comfy family suite
- 5/5
The building seems like it needs renovation. Other than that, our suite is nice and spacious. One of the bed room’s window was broken and taped up. The refrigerator had some dents, but worked just fine.
- 1/5
Bad room was full of dust and roaches
- 4/5
Lots of space! Full fridge and full stove! Seriously needs updates! We had a 2 bedroom suite. The sink in my family members bathroom was cracked and the window in my rpom had a broken/cracked window held together with tape. One undesireable neighbor who smoked weed all day. There was a couple constantly fighting in the parking lot. This place has potential.
- 5/5
I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The desk staff, especially John, were super nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff were all smiling and always said hello. Clean room. Great food nearby. Maybe 10min ride to the airport.
- 3/5
I like this hotel due to its proximity to the Target and the variety of restaurants, and also the rental car agency. It is about a 15 minute walk to the airport rental car center and tram to the terminals. The room has a kitchenet, king size bed and a sofa bed. There is no bed sheet provided with the sofa bed though, I had to get it from the front desk. But the smell from the old carpet in the room is overwhelming. Luckily, the windows can be opened to get fresh air in.
- 3/5
“parking available” and then when I got there, it was $27 additional per day. I’d expect that in the city, but not in the suburbs. And why it doesn’t it say “paid parking“?
- 4/5
It was a pleasant stay. It provided everything I needed.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay...
- 5/5
The front desk gave great suggestions of places to eat within walking distance. And how to catch a local train line to our next destination.
- 5/5
Thanks all staff, great experience
- 5/5
Friendly staff , clean and comfortable room. The work area and kitchen caused me to skip one day of the trade show I came for, in favor of getting some work done in the comfortable space. (My only complaint is the too-soft bed mattress.). Lots of food options nearby.
- 5/5
Aside from walking distance to Target and a small range of dining places, I will give huge kudos to John at the front desk. He was supremely nice and helpful. The random cleaning staff I encountered were all very pleasant also.
- 1/5
Roof service was zero to none. Everything was too far away. The staff was very unhelpful and very unwelcoming. I will never wanna stay here again.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
Kind of sketchy. Property faces the backside of stripmall.
- 4/5
We we’re guaranteed a non-smoking room, but ended up in a smoking room. The front desk was not very helpful, they were fully booked. We took it, but every time we walked into the room it was a very unpleasant experience.
- 5/5
I stayed at the hotel because I had a concert. The receptionist was really nice & helpful. The property was very pretty with beautiful landscaping and everything was clean & taken care of. I also felt really safe & it was close to stores & restaurants. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!
- 5/5
There is a plaza in walking distance, along with several restaurant choices. We will be back!
- 3/5
It’s reasonably priced, but felt dated. Parking for a fee. Slight odor in halls and dirty carpets, but room was clean. Nothing special here but if you are looking for easy access to Allstate arena this is the spot.
- 5/5
Everything was great - love the Residence Inn’s

I absolutely loved this hotel! So homey and roomy and the amenities were amazing. Basically a whole kitchenette with a full fridge and microwave and stove. Amazing bed and I loved the couch! The shower was amazing with the water pressure. Big closet.
- 5/5
fine checking in, in for a concert
- 5/5
Variety of food options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Right next to venue where we were going.
- 3/5
I didn't like that the bathroom sink was very slow in draining,i didnt like the very strong curry smell throughout
- 5/5
Quick stay before international flight. Very nice accommodations
- 4/5
Parking should be free
- 5/5
Overall very happy with our room and stay very clean and friendly
- 5/5
It was clean, breakfast was so nice and variety and clean staff was so kind will comeback
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Next to Allstate arena.
- 5/5
This is my 2nd time staying there. I had a great experience this time as well. The all the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was cozy. I would recommend staying here
- 5/5
Great location and great customer service.
- 5/5
Easy to use and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Customer service was good but not great. Our room was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, very clean, spacious and cozy (cute fireplace). Comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms. Definitely would stay again.
- 4/5
I was blindsided by the $27.50 parking fee (w/tax)when checking in. I apparently did not drill down in the web site to have this disclosed.
- 5/5
Will definitely be booking again!
- 4/5
I Parking The hotel charges $25 day to park overnight. I did not expect this extra charge.
- 5/5
This was a great family stay for an event at the Allstate Arena. The breakfast was good for family and it’s near restaurants for dinner. It was also much quieter than I would have expected for a hotel next to the airport!
- 5/5
A great hotel and staff!
- 3/5
I don't have much complain but, I reserved room for three adults, and they have not prepared third set of towels when we got there. Also, when making reservation online have asked about room service i elected every other day but, they never clean the room for three days while we stayed.
- 5/5
Very affordable and in a great location, please book if you want to have several amenities by you. Everything was quick and convenient, I’d book again in the future.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly.
- 5/5
Staff was attentive and friendly
- 4/5
The property is nice. Just had an issues with room door lock. But other than that good food for breakfast and quiet place to rest after traveling.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
I like that it is so close to the All State Arena. I’ve stayed here many times. But not anymore. What I did not like is that they somehow obtained my credit card information and charged the parking fee after the other guest had paid for the stay as well as the parking. When we brought it up to the desk upon checkout they assured us that it was just a hold on the card and would be taken off in a few days. Again, if the other guest had paid and placed the hold on their own card, why did they charge mine. Make sure they go over the receipt with you before you leave, so that they can see the issue.

Very convenient for any event at Allstate Arena.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great. The front desk was so nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and it was a 2 min walk to All State Arena for the Jingle Ball concert.

Parking fees were a surprise expense of $18.00. Pet fees were an exorbitant $150 per pet!!! Again, this was a hidden fee. I was told at check in that it was $150 when I said I was traveling with two pets. Instead I was charged $150 per pet. I will not be returning here.

Another great experience staying at Residence Inn- highly recommend if you need a nice place to stay near O'Hare airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and felt very safe. Would stay again.

Good deal

I was there for a concert. I loved the proximity to the Allstate Arena, about 4 minutes walk and all the amenities. I didn't realize it was a suite when I booked it and was shocked at the reasonable cost for such amenities.

Quiet, felt building and enough security to get into the building. I would like to see more lighting

We went to a concert at Allstate arena and was amazing to just walk like a 5 minutes to get there, also the airport shuttle is very convenient and save you a few dollars, the pool looks nice but was closed for the season, the only complaint I have, the carpet in one of the entrances smells really bad, I think is because the hotel is pet friendly, but they should pay attention to keep it clean and the las thing, one of the lamp screens in my room was broken, I let front desk know about it.

TV didn't work. No extra blankets or pillows

The breakfast in the morning is a great way to start the day. Allstate Arena is in walking distance. I appreciated that immensely when we were there for a concert. I was disappointed the pool was closed due to weather. I would visit again

This is my 3rd time staying on property and it is great as always! I will always choose here when traveling to allstate arena just for convienence alone! The area around the hotel is also unmatched with the accessibility to all of the food choices a target ! The breakfast was just sub par and you can tell it is on the lower end of hotel breakfasts. The rooms are outdated as well furniture in the suites are well loved.

This property looks and feels dated but the staff is warm and friendly. The shuttle service is very convenient and the breakfast is substantial.

Housekeeping only came every other day but skipped days so I had trash and dirty towels

Was convenient to be close to the airport. Everything was pretty much as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paid parking wasn’t a problem since I took CTA or Uber everywhere. The only complaint isn’t about the hotel, but the area around it isn’t very walkable.

The room was very cute and i love the mini kitchen. I was a bit taken back by the parking fee and the pool being closed but other then that, everything was great

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well-designed with plenty of good quality coffee. The lighting and internet were good for doing zoom meetings. The fitness room and laundry were exactly what I required.

Shuttle got me to the hotel and the airport. That was great service. Parking is $20. About 40 mins to downtown Chicago due to traffic. I would stay again. Great prices.

It was amazing. I loved the fact that it had a full kitchen, but I suggest adding a blender and a frying pan. The ice maker was making very little of it.
