Nice location. Fairly quiet. Able to walk most places if you're willing to walk a bit. Room was well maintained. One oddity was that there was no door on the main bathroom,only the shower / toilet area. Not sure if this was a one off for our room.

I liked that it was in a good location. The breakfast was also pretty tasty and they offered different options, not just breakfast food. There’s 2 sides (hampton and homeowood, homework requires a hotel card). Breakfast on both sides are rather similar but homewood always had an additional non traditional offering that hampton did not. The staff I interacted with were also pretty nice and helpful. I honestly don’t think this hotel is properly priced. I traveled from CA so I am familiar with expensive hotels & I also travel a lot in general - this hotel was not worth it. The pictures are not accurate at all which I found to be upsetting upon arrival. The rooms are extremely outdated. I had this awful stench in my room which resulted in consistently spraying febreeze to mask it. We had already asked to move from our initial room we were given due to smell as well. The window handle was broken and prevented us from properly closing the window, although great addition to the room overall. The city view wasn’t that spectacular, I could’ve saved a few dollars with the regular room. The pool was also out of commission. There wasn’t a hygiene pack in the room. I think for the price, this hotel is missing a lot of key components. I personally wouldn’t spend this much again.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not open. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The view was amazing, close proximity to the places where we wanted to visit. Parking situation is horrible, pillows were not comfortable at all, there was a spot of black mold in the shower that someone tried to cover with new caulking around the entire Shower, and the pool was closed.

Great location, several food halls within 15 minute walking distance, right next to a train station for travel. Hotel itself is well run and organized, breakfast (bland) and parking (pricey) were the weakest points and but not a huge deterrent at all for everything that went well!

It's quite a late check in at 4p.m., even 3p.m. would make a difference. I wish I'd been made aware of things to do in walkable distance. The lights needed a card put in a slot by the door because of some light saving system which is fine but we wasted time figuring it out, causing an inconvenience.

Security of the building and Comfortable beds When paying for parking you expect to have a spot to park in, there were spots available the evening we stayed but unfortunately other customers chose not to park within the lines and there was no way I was safely parking my vehicle in those spots so I was forced to park in a handicapped spot I checked with the front desk to make sure it was ok and it was fine to do so. Not sure what a solution would be with limited parking access

The warm reception on Friday afternoon provided me with a very spacious room with a nice view, and I loved the kitchen and the comfortable couch. With the free laundry, my stay felt like home before I continued my journey crossing the country! The legendary Greek Islands restaurant is also within a walking distance.

Love staying here. I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years and I don't have a single complaint. The rooms are awesome for the price and clean. The staff is as friendly as can be. You cannot beat it for the price. What a gem.

This is probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was so clean along with the lobby. Breakfast was delicious! Our view was beautiful and the best thing was we were so close to the united center and it was an easy drive there and back. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! The price along with everything this hotel has to offer is worth it. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked in there prior even though it was a non smoking room but it didn’t bother us. The bed was comfy and I love the window view.

Always a great stay. My only complaint is that I tend to have issues with Wi-fi and my remote connection to the TV. It's strange, but all else was excellent.

I would definitely book here again next time I'm in Chicago. Nothing fancy, but has everything you could want, especially if you're visiting for work travel during the week

The room was very spacious and the kitchen large and well appointed with basic utensils. We had a beautiful view through the floor to ceiling windows. Amazing stay!

The staff was great and very accommodating. But the 2nd night in my room I found a bed bug the manager was great he treated my luggage and moved me to a new room and I was told 2 out of the 7 nights I was there would be refunded. Since returning home now no one can help me and I was told by Expedia the refund was denied by Hilton. I feel like in the moment they were very nice just to shut me up but now no one can get ahold of the general manager.

The stay was more than I imagined. Thank you all for the stay and creating a space that provided great amenities and welcoming staff.

Stayed here because I was running the Chicago Marathon. Very quiet and convenient location. I can't review the amenities because I didn't use any. Parking price was steep ($65)/night while garages around were only $15-$30/night. Not sure if that was because of the event because everything was higher over the weekend.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the front desk staff went above and beyond. They helped me with last-minute printing and were always available for anything I needed. The breakfast each morning was a great bonus as well. I’ll definitely be booking this type of room for all my future work trips. Highly recommend!

This place made for an excellent base while visiting the city. Room was huuuuge for two people, comfortable, and the mini kitchen was useful. Area was close to a lot of restaurants and near a bus that would take you to the Magnificent Mile and connecting subway lines. The actual room was not in the best shape, a little on the older side, but was clean enough.

For NeoCon, loved having a kitchen with refrigerator and dishes so I could eat my own food.

The room was nice despite the downtown noise that was seeping through the windows, a lot of car engines roaring up and down the streets (mostly at night), like they were racing or something. I couldn't see them, but I could hear them, which made me wish the windows were soundproof! but I guess a lot of noise is expected when you stay in downtown Chicago or any bustling big city for that matter.

It was very peaceful, clean and the staff was nice. I felt very safe! I will be staying their again when I visit Chicago!

We took Amtrak from Ann Arbor to Chicago for the weekend and chose this hotel for its convenient location. It was within walking distance from Union Station and we walked everywhere including Mellennium Park, Magnificent Mile, Fulton District. The hotel room was spacious and had everything we could ever need including a refrigerator, microwave, small stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The gym had everything I needed (e.g., free weights, treadmill, peloton bike) and was spatious. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff members were friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Lots of restaurants is the surrounding area that were walkable. Easy to get an Uber for further locations. Several stations for public transportation nearby. The hotel stay included a full breakfast bar, with a variety of items (hot and cold) and friendly staff. There is also a social every Wednesday evening with light appetizer type food, beer and wine. We stayed in a king suite with a sleeper sofa. The room was spacious and quiet. There were housekeeping services daily. We used the fitness center daily that had several options for cardio and free weights. There is a terrace and indoor pool, but no hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I only slept there if you know what i mean, but it was quiet enough for me to sleep.

We were in room 1225. There must be some machine room or electricity room next to us. There was a loud motor sound the entire time. A whirring or even like the sound of a washing machine agitator going.....constantly! Had to turn tv up and sleep was interrupted.

we definitely enjoyed our stay here. views are beautiful, beds are comfortable, everything is easily accessible. check in was smooth. having the parking garage linked to our room was nice as well. the only issue we had was the parking garage itself. spots are limited and I assume it’s more limited on weekends. just be aware that the garage also has a one way exit. once you reach the top of the garage (and just so happen to find no parking) you have to turn around which can be difficult to say the least. overall our stay was very nice. we would book again.

Nice big windows. The shower leaked really bad through the curtain in the bathroom which made floor really slippery. Staff was nice. Breakfast good. Was decently close to the places we ended up going.

We were significantly overcharged for parking and when we tried to call the hotel to get it fixed they were unable to be reached because our call would not go through. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a charged fixed.

We stayed here for the long weekend & marathon. Arrived pretty early in our checkin day in hopes of just being able to leave our luggage for the day, but to our surprise our room was ready for us! The room worked perfectly for our family of 4 and we loved being able to cook our meals in the room. All the staff was helpful & pleasant. Would stay here again & recommend.
