The staffs are wonderful!

Pleasant staff, helpful and professional. Wish there was a bathtub in my room. Bring earplugs as some folks are noisy in the middle of the night and you can hear the traffic on the street.

The rooms were very clean, and it was always nice coming back to a freshly cleaned room after a long day. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was good with a decent variety of options. I would have appreciated a few more vegetarian and vegan choices, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

hotel 5/5 from everything

It was great! I only stayed there for one night but the pullout couch was so comfortable and it was cleaned very well! Staff was so sweet and offered me and my friends complimentary waters because we were waiting for a long time to get our room. Will book again if I ever come back to Chicago!

The bed was not comfortable. Way too soft. The pull out couch mattress was gross. Had stains all over it. Had to call front desk multiple time before I finally got someone to bring up sheets for it. When they did bring up sheets it was 4 sheets all fitted for a king size bed. We made them work but they should have provided proper fitted sheets. Also parking is not included. Be prepared to pay around $52 a day for parking. The hotel has no parking of their own. The breakfast bar was better than most. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The visitors who stayed here used terrible language; wore little to no clothing . Literally just underwear and see through tights or incredibly short dresses. I did not feel comfortable with my young daughters around other guests. Also witnessed a woman screaming and cursing at breakfast on the phone. Just very overwhelming.

The staff at the front desk, who cleaned the rooms, and those who served breakfast were all very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful on the 18th floor. The location was very convenient, right across the street from the Wintrust Arena. I'll be looking forward to booking with them again.

Very clean. Room was in great condition and decorated tastefully. Great view. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Room had a full size fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. This hotel was a tremendous value.

Breakfast was decent . Starbucks in lobby. Morning check-in staff was friendly. Location was great . It has a little of everything family , night life . The check-in was chaotic. No parking. A lot behind the hotel uncovered for $50 day. The failure to disclose that it would be an Extra $275 charge/hold on credit card .

Rooms are phenomenal if staying for a week or so. Little kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and dishes allows you to save money or save leftovers. I was there for about a week for a conference, there is a bridge so I didn’t have to step outside in the cold! Nice little market with a decent selection of beers. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, it’s okay. It’s free and offered daily so can’t expect five star made to order but there’s a good selection. I will probably be trying to stay at Home2 whenever I travel for now on

Enjoyed ourselves was really easy to get around. Would have been nice to have parking included since we had to pay extra for breakfast.
- 5/5
My stay was perfect.
- 1.5/5
Friendly staff Warmer for breakfast hot foods was broken and eggs meats and potatoes were sitting out well over 2+ hours, pool jets were not working making the pool cloudy and stagnant, peloton in the gym was unable to connect to internet and was not usable, tv in room would not turn on and maintenance had to be called and no private parking had to spend $56 to park.
- 4/5
Close to the Ramova theatre ! Room was super nice Pool was small & they had feather pillows (I’m allergic)
- 5/5
It was central, staff was incredibly helpful, everyone was kind and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also clean. The food was great, and they had 24 hours of coffee! It was all great!
- 5/5
We had to spend 3 days there (2 adults and one toddler) while home was undergoing renovations. It was great for our family, with enough room for us and plenty to do nearby.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and informational.
- 5/5
The room was very clean! Continental breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff were very friendly. Starbucks is right there in the hotel, so that was a great perk as well. The seating areas for breakfast and in the main lobby are also very inviting.
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 2/5
I felt like a victim of fraudulent business staffed actions to hold me hostage and use medical fraud to replace the former excuses they gave for not having the things in this hotel that is common need for the money and benefit of renting hitels asa customer instead of investigator only.
- 5/5
Security is very important and the hotel meets expectations .. breakfast was yummy..The amenities are amazing.. Our View of the city photo ready... And most of enjoyment was being able to relax in a clean cozy room with private bathroom .. flat screen.. etc...When we.visit Chicago this is definitely our spot...
- 1.5/5
For a hotel that charges this much, basic facilities like secure and organized parking should be available. This caused unnecessary frustration during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a vehicle unless they improve their parking arrangements.
- 2/5
Front desk has one staff personnel, she was awesome, for 20+ guest line. When 3 additional staff showed up, they said noting, no eye contact, and it took them 8+ mins to log in and finally called the next guest. They were overbooked and placed us in Hampton. The adjacent rooftop restaurant had awful service and regular bar food, thawed and reheated. The hotel was conveniently connected to the convention center and a short walk to L.
- 5/5
Nice hotel at a reasonable rate!
- 5/5
Convenience to McKormick Place Nothing
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. I came with a couple friends, we were going to split a king room at the home 2 but arrived around 12 and couldnt get early check in for that room. The csr was able to get us a double queen immediately in the other part of the hotel, and even get our other friend with a separate reservation for the king across the hall from us! Spectacular service, i feel bad not remembering the mans name but he killed it! Very clean cut also. Even made sure we were still able to get complimentary breakfast the next morning even though we had room keys for the other hotel. Rooms were clean and roomy with great views!

- 5/5
Breakfast provided many choices both hot & cold and all the staff was thoughtful. We stay here twice each year for volleyball tournaments, both winter & summer, which the connected restaurant & skywalks are always appreciated. Location is close enough to walk or a quick ride share away.
- 5/5

The room was amazing! I loved that it was super clean and didn't have any bad odors. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was nice knowing that we had a buffet style breakfast ready every morning. Bao from the breakfast buffet was so sweet and made us feel like family. She is the main reason I'll be coming back to stay at Home2 suites Chicago.

The rooms and amenities felt like home! Designed like a studio apartment with a kitchenette, large fridge, sitting area with a couch, curtain to separate the bedroom space from the sitting space; modern bathroom with lots of towels! We loved our stay and will be going back in the new year!
- 5/5
Nice room, like that it’s pet friendly
- 5/5
Great location, super friendly staff. Incredible breakfast and top notch fitness facility. Zero complaints
- 3/5
Hair on the wall of shower and tv was about to go out very discolored.
- 1/5
There were two elevators that served our hotel. One of them was down for almost half the weekend. There are 21 floors in this hotel, so you spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator in the morning and evening when everyone was coming and going. Overall it’s a convenient location for the McCormick Place area but not a place you can get good sleep.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location!
- 5/5

It was really nice. It was my birthday and I just relaxed and got up and went to breakfast came back and relaxed again showered and checked out! Perfect Birthday!!
- 5/5
The staff in the breakfast area are all gems! The front desk staff could be a little more cheerful/accomodating. The property was clean and walkable to the convention
- 4/5
Room service made the bed and the bath room , yet they didn’t remove the trash from the room
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was quick and very nice. She helped us with suggestions for dining.
- 3/5
Quick stay. Check-in was a bit slow but the staff was nice and the place was clean.
- 5/5
All of the staff were terrific. Great hotel.
- 5/5
Staff were amazing! Nice place
- 4/5
Ended up paying $680.05 for one night. I was told that the valet parking would be credited back but so far I have not seen a credit.
- 5/5
Amazing location 2 mins walk away from Wintrust Arena
- 5/5
Loved the stay at the hotel! It was within walking distance to soldier field, which was where my time was being spent in Chicago. Also the hotel breakfast was amazing, with so many different selections.
- 5/5
Nice clean and not far from downtown
- 5/5
Attentive staff, very clean property, comfortable beds, hot breakfast with many options.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, great location and atmosphere, and friendly staff! Ashley from the breakfast dining area was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The food was really good too! Great experience!
- 5/5
For Wintrust Arena events, just walk across the street. Good dining options. A real good Hilton property.
- 5/5
Overall stay was good bed was comfortable and room was clean and fresh enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and modern. The property's location is somehow too congested, too many people outside and very noisy.
- 4/5
3 hotels in one location was unique
- 4/5
The hotel was nice but our key cards kept not working correctly. We had them replaced and still had a problem with getting to the second floor where they serve breakfast and the pool is located. After we left we realized we left a pair of shoes in the room. They were 100% left in that room. I called housekeeping and spoke with a lady, she went and checked and said that she was the first one in that room since we left. She said the shoes were not in there. Unfortunately they were very expensive shoes.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and modern with excellent service.
- 4/5
I thought that the hotel was very clean and presentable. Staff assisted me and my family in a timely and courteous manner. We were in town for an athletic event at Soldier field and were disappointed that the possibility to check in early was not possible.
- 5/5
We travel with a pet and the pet room is awesome, just as clean as a regular room.
- 4/5
Perfect spot to attend a Chicago Sky game. Didnt love that the pool was very cloudy and too much chlorine.
- 3/5
There’s beeping sound in the room, also the tv signal is horrible
- 5/5
Helpful staff, quick to respond to any requests
- 2/5
Bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. TV had horrible reception. Wasn't worth the very large price tag.
- 4/5
Honestly, it was a mixed-bag. My room was comfy, clean and well appointed. The TV was on the fritz for an entire week. There was no communication about the situation, no compensation; very poorly handled. I was also disappointed that there are no green initiatives around laundry. Every day I hung up my towel, everyday it was removed and laundered. Loved the convivence to McCormick Place and the bridge. Nice lounge and generally friendly, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 3/5
This stay was pretty poor…. There were hairs left in the shower. The pullout couch was obscenely uncomfortable (it bent in the middle and you were lying on an uncomfortable slant). I would not allow anyone to sleep on that thing. I asked 3x if there was an alternative and was told no the first 2 times and finally given a rollaway bed on the 3rd time which was infinitely superior to the pullout couch…. The snacks in the lobby expired months ago…. For the price we paid, those pullout couches need to be replaced and it definitely should not have taken 3 requests to get a decent bed (I’m pretty low-maintenance, so please rest assured that the pullout couch was truly awful (it also had a stained, dirty mattress and there were some very old, thin and ratty sheets and a yellowed ‘blanket’ that were in the room with which I was supposed to use to make the bed. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was pretty nice (nice lobby, quiet, small but comfortable pool area, nicely sized rooms), not sure what happened this time … for the price, would definitely not recommend (my mom was with me and she was completely horrified).
- 3/5
Room was OK, but carper was extremely stained in the room- did not give an overall sense of cleanliness.
- 5/5
Property was nice and check in moved fairly quickly, given the busy rime frame.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast staff.
- 5/5
I always enjoy staying here! Helpful staff and quiet!
- 4/5
It was a nice room. Very friendly servers and desk staff and housekeeping and breakfast staff. The things i will say could be improved was the elevator on floor 5 did not want to open. The other thing was air made knocking noise that woke me multiple times a night. Also when air was kicked off bc temperature reached would get stuffy. Then the black lady and dog outside was quite a disruption. The loud ranting of hers was a nusiance. Overall stay 3 out of 5
- 5/5
The service, breakfast and early check in option! Thank you!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our time in Chicago at Home2Suites. The room was great. We loved the kitchen and the size of the room. The laundry was great, the gym was nice, and the free breakfast was so nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

- 5/5
The room was great! Super clean and comfy. Pool was nice and the breakfast was also really nice.
- 5/5
The room was great!!!
- 2/5
On the second day of our stay, we asked for housekeeping after 1:30 pm after we went out. When we came back around 5 pm, housekeeping wasn't done. Then, we asked for towels. They were not delivered for an hour. So, we called the front desk again, and it took them another hour to give us the towels. A person sent me a TEXT asking how it was going with our stay and stated that I could TEXT back with any questions. My questions and requests were never answered.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very helpful and professional
- 5/5
It was amazing!!!! Breakfast was great!!!!
- 5/5
We stayed here because we were in walking distance to Soldier field. It was a very spacious room and up to date in appearance. Every day staff stopped by to see what we needed which was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the “Fatpour” pub right next door. There is a Starbucks right near the hotel as well although we didn’t use that. There are not a lot of other things around there. You do have to walk a fair distance to get into the hub of shops and restaurants. But there are neat places to walk and see the great architecture and houses in Chicago. I would recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
No roomi was to me upon my arrival at check in. They told me i would ha
- 3/5
I’d avoid floors near the top, because the music from the rooftop bar is very, very loud. We were 3 floors down and could still hear it into the early morning hours.
- 3/5
peaceful and quiet.
- 5/5
Nice location, helpful staff, only issue was confusion with the elevators having 3 hotels in 1 building, more amusing than hassle.
- 5/5
Staffs are very friendly
- 3/5
Loved the convenience of this property and how easy it was to get to neighboring attractions. The valet parking is a little overpriced, the breakfast was mediocre and some of the extended stay guests were pretty sketchy. The valet service is very convenient, though and they always retrieved the car very quickly!
- 5/5
Shout out to Mario at front desk who was excellent.
- 5/5
We stayed for one night with our pup and it was a great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfy. It is on a main road but there is a parking lot behind the building that you can pay for. I think the vallet is $60 but the parking was like $52 for the night and they use the same parking lot! It is also in walking distance to China town!
- 5/5
Stayed for a cheer comp. Worked out great!
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, well run hotel
- 5/5
Great property.
- 5/5
Very nice clean hotel the only problem was valet scratched the side of my car up when they moved it I had a problem but the hotel is not responsible for valet they are third party the manager of the hotel did accommodate me for that
- 5/5
Love the ability of having a suite for the same price as a regular room at other hotels. The room was perfect, very spacious and clean. Having a fridge makes life for a pumping mom so much easier! The breakfast was also one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've ever had.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff! Clean and safe property.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean and comfy hotel
- 3/5
The pool area was kind of gross, and the breakfast was not a buffet like stated on the booking. Otherwise the room itself was clean, we didn’t have hot water at first but they fixed it quickly.
- 5/5
It was a amazing night and stay
- 4/5
First of all, they double charged us initially creating double pending payments which overdrafted our account. The blanket for the couch bed was stained and a new one was brought up right away. Overall very cleanly and I liked the additional security with having to swipe the key before going up/down floors.
- 4/5
We had a good experience at Home 2 Suites. We were looking forward to using the pool but the pool was full of people while we were there and was a bit on the smaller side. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The staff was friendly and informative.
- 5/5
For me, a home away from home. My time there was very enjoyable. I just wish there was a there was of the map route from the hotel to the Arie crown, is walkable, but it takes a while if you’re not familiar with the place. Everyone was pleasant. The people staying there as well as the workers and it was very busy this weekend. Didn’t get to go to breakfast but that’s OK. I was supplied with a new coffee machine and with plenty coffee, creamer and sugar. There was food/restaurants in the area that I enjoy eating and places for entertainment. Overall , I think it was a safe area and I will use this hotel again if I had an event at the McCormick Place or was visiting Chinatown, everything within walking distance and public transportation.

- 3/5
The stay was averge. I do wish that they mentioned that the property does not include parking when their website advertises that there is parking. Along with someone puked in the pool the afternoon we arrived when we went back the next morning puke was still in the pool and the property didnt close the pool down.
- 3/5
Bed in the hotel room was not good and the price was too high

I gave this a 4 instead of 5, because the continental breakfast was a disappointment. The bananas were old. There were no open-faced breakfast sandwiches. It wasn't what I expected and maybe the 2nd worst hotel continental breakfast I've ever had.

This hotel is truly unique, combining stunning design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The amenities are outstanding—from the reception area and modern fitness center to the exceptional breakfast . Every detail, including the attentive service, made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We called a day in advance stating we would like early check in and they stated that it would be okay, They tell us to come at 11, we did. Then 12 not ready then 1pm still not ready. So we didn't get our early Check in.

Nearby McCormick place and Chinatown! Skywalk that connects for indoor convenience. Staff at night was super sweet.

We were in town for an event at Soldier Field and staying at the Hilton was a great choice. Everything and everyone was excellent. Easy to valet your car and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The only thing that stood out for us as a negative was a warm five minute shower turned into a cold shower. Not sure if this was a specific room issue or a hotel issue.

Liked valet parking since parking was scarce around there

This hotel was perfect for a Chicago family trip. It was very nice, clean, and valet parking was great. There's a small grocery store across the street and bus stops nearby, which made transit via bus quite easy - we went to the museum campus and Chinatown without needing our car. I will absolutely use this hotel again when we come back.

Great stay. Loved the stay. I will stay here anytime we visit Chicago.

My one disappointment this time was that my reservation at Home 2 Suites was NOT HONORED, and I was placed instead in the Hampton (NO kitchen or included breakfast).

My room was not ready when i was there for check in. They found me another property nearby and reimbursed my travel. Very accommodating and appreciated. Very good people. The next day i went back and checked in to a very nice room and reception.

I booked the Home2Suites for the Chicago marathon on Sunday. When I checked in, the clerk took like 45 minutes to figure out my room then told me they didn't have a room at the Home2Suites but would put me in the Hilton Garden Inn. He informed me I could go up to 22 floor for breakfast but when we went up, that property didn't include breakfast for free like my original booking. They failed to inform me of that. After the marathon, I was exhausted and just wanted to shower and relax and my keys didn't work! Then when I asked about it at the front they asked for my I.D which I didn't have. I had to wait another 40 minutes before I got escorted up by security! When I checked out Monday, I had an additional fee of $477 on my credit card that they never communicated to me about. Not anything I charged to the room, just them trying to cover the costs they failed to mention when I initially checked in Friday! If you are goiing for the marathon and want to stay at this property, just be warned they seem to have no problem giving away your booking, randomly locking you out of your room, failing to give the breakfast you are supposed to get with your booking and have no problem charging a difference in fees after you have left their property! To me, they lack basic respect for their customers who are depending on having the room they booked with breakfast actually available when they arrive their tired from a long flight & marathon.
