Staff were very friendly and helpful, property and rooms very clean. Great shower, good hot and cold water. Small issue with keycard not working when we got back to the room, but staff corrected quickly. Perfect location. WiFi was not working well however.

Good place to stay when traveling out of O'Hare. Older property but well maintained. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. No extra charge for parking.

Cheerful and accommodating staff.

I noticed that the floor behind the bathroom door had debris, but all else was nice. I was able to make a quick Keurig coffee before my early morning flight. Peaceful night’s sleep!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Check in/out was easy and having Bar Louie on property made food and entertainment easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. The elevator was all over the place and inconsistant. The hotel needs updating. The gift shop prices were extreamly high.

Didn’t like the way they treat us

The breakfast was great. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The check in area and the room was good (bathtub could have been cleaner or should be replaced. It's dated and stained). Bed is decent. Bar Louie is attached to the hotel and is a great amenity (it's nice and clean as well). The front desk staff just wanted to get through their shift and get home. They seemed put out that they had to extend themselves to guests. The halls creeped me out a little. They are old, dirty and dated. The hotel shuttle is convenient and a great benefit. Can't beat the price at $119 for standard king room. Overall, I would stay there again in a crunch but would likely choose other properties over this one if I could.

Rooms were standard and clean. Reviews and booking werr misleading as we were charged for parking upon check in. There was a loud thumping noise all night. It sounded like maybe a pipe in the wall was loose and moving around.

The location is great as it’s about a five minute walk to the El stop for getting into the city easily.

The staff handled our late arrival with professional attitude. The room was clean, and as quiet as you can expect that close to the Kennedy and O'Hare. I like it, and I plan to go back when I need a place near the airport.

This is the only hotel we will stay in when we come to Chicago, always clean, always courteous staff, and it's a great location. The price is worth it.

Called hotel and asked what time the shuttle would be by terminal and was told 9. I was there from 8:35 until 9:40. No shuttle from that hotel ever went. Ended up getting an uber.

Everytime I comd to Chicago I use this hotel. The staff, and atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommend!

There was a bedbug on the bed. My boyfriend killed it and blood went everywhere. I googled it and it was definitely a bedbug. We had to change rooms at 2am. The manager still hasn't called us to speak with us and we were promised this over 2 weeks ago.

Sparkling clean room and bathroom. Great window shades for privacy. The restaurant and bar are great extras onsite. Buffet breakfast too.

There were no hot water on both mornings we stayed.

Room spotless, staff was so friendly especially the manager walking around at dinner, to make sure everything was okay.

The front desk staff was terrific; very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. This is an older property, but well-maintained and comfortable. It is located close to O'Hare and has a nice shuttle service. I will stay here again when I return to Chicago.

Good staff and location

The room was in good conditions, however the bathroom had a weird smell, luckily I had an air freshener. Also breakfast isn't free and the money you spend for it isn't worth it as it's just a buffet you'd get at a hotel that'd be complimentary.

I stay in the hotel every time I visit my kids. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I will continue to stay there.

Everything was fine for the room for what I needed.

The shuttle schedule was clearly posted in the lobby. The crew working breakfast kept the place clean and food always available. They actually freshen the room each day, something I thought was a thing of the past. Nice!

Room was very nice for the price I paid. Lobby is clean and spacious and front desk was well staffed so there wasn't a line to check in.

This is a tired property. Fri didn’t fit in the cabinet, closet doors didn’t close

Perfect location if you prefer to use public transportation as opposed to renting a car. Free airport shuttle gets you from and back to the airport. A short walk to CTA trains and buses gets you practically anywhere you want to go, for a $5, 24-hr pass.

I book this hotel because its right by our office and convenient for employees to stay there.. my employee Showed at at 1am due to flight being late (in flight so couldnt call to inform hotel) , when we arrived the front desk said they were all booked and refused to get us a room. Booked a reservation for multiple nights and were turned away and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. Also requested the hotel refund the room charges (since they booked our room to someone else) and they refused said it was a no show and cant cancel. I book this hotel 10-12 times a year for employees who fly in to visit our office. This is the 2nd time in the last couple years where we had a major check in issue and had to find a different hotel last minute. Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me. I will never be booking this hotel again

The location is great, only 5 minutes walking to the L train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean.

Parking was free and had nice location right off 90. Restaurant on 1st floor has good food and there is a small convenient store also if you need any last minute things, and it has snacks too!

My three-day stay was exceptionally dissatisfying. The staff's demeanor was consistently unprofessional and discourteous. The fifth floor, where my accommodations were situated, appeared poorly maintained, suggesting some rooms may have been designated for hotel staff. Persistent noise from loud conversations was a significant issue, and my attempts to address it yielded no resolution. The permanent closure of the pool, a detail not disclosed prior to my arrival, was a considerable letdown and would have deterred my booking. I urge caution to anyone considering this hotel until significant improvements are made to staff professionalism and training. I assigned a one-star rating solely due to the unavailability of a zero-star option

When we arrived in Chicago, I called the hotel to be picked up from the airport. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the pick-up area, we waited for almost three hours in this awful Chicago cold weather. We had to call an Uber, and the hotel stated the bus was there at the site. I was not a happy camper.

Staff is very friendly. The check in was very smooth and all information was given on parking institutions. A definite thumbs 👍. And not to mention the eating and drinking options at the location itself 😁

It was okay for a place to sleep but I’d never stay again. There was a cut in the bathtub that release black debris, and when checking out I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk. She just said that she’d let maintenance know. Not reimbursement for anything or an explanation.

Everybody was extremely pleasant and helpful. I always felt very welcome in any interaction with staff. The on-site restaurant is a great place to hang out for a bit and get something to eat or drink.

It’s a very nice place to say a very convenient location very clean. I love the pool and cannot wait to take another trip here again thanks to the staff.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was very good and fair priced. The only negative is that the rooms are outdated and needing some changes, esp carpet and light fixtures and it feelt a bit small w the low ceilings.

It was fine for a quick stay. Shuttle runs on time.

Property wanted to charge us an extra $15/ night for parking when the hotel indicates parking included on the expedia website. After a long argument, the manager gave us the better rate.

I had to travel to Chicago for work. This Hotel was only ten minutes from Wright College which is where I needed to be for work. The front desk attendants were awesome and very helpful with directions since I was not familiar with the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And I really enjoyed relaxing in Bar Louie and the fish and chips. If I had to go back to the area I would stay here again.

I needed laundry & printing services and they had both.. couldn't believe my luck! Rooms are clean and the beds & pillows are comfortable! Will definitely make this another stay if we come back to Chicago.

From an early check in to a late check out, our 10 day stay with our service dog was exceptional. Our air conditioning went out and was immediately replaced. Room service was great and the breakfast buffet had us waking up ready to eat it again. We could not have asked for more comfortable beds (especially since my disabled husband spent more time in his than the average person while I explored things with our grandchildren.) We now consider it to be our home away from home!

They were so accommodating and helpful to me when my mother in law had to check in before myself due to a travel delay. The restaurant was wonderful and needed for the trip.

House keeping woke us up at 8 ish am and check out was 12pm. Sing on the door and all. She went down the hall to every room and knocked on the door then tried to enter as if we already checked out? Other than that the stay was decent. Nothing fancy but worked for what we needed at an affordable price. Parking was included so there is that bonus also.

We had just a brief stay, en route home to Oregon after a trip to Europe. Check-in was easy, the restaurant was quite good, and the shuttle driver Gabriel was truly outstanding (he was friendly and professional, ready to chat and eager to help).

TV very old, This hotel is getting worn out. The person traveling with me key didn't work to get in her room, the TV did not work and hotel couldn't fix it. They moved her to a smaller room and the fire alarm was chirping so they removed it and left her with no fire alarm. The shower in her room was small and the shower head was not able to be adjusted. We won't be back
