Reviews
The Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel is a convenient choice for travelers with early morning or late night flights, or unexpected layovers, due to its proximity to the airport. The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is often criticized for being outdated, overpriced, and having poor room service.
- Convenient location near the airport
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated facilities and furnishings
- Overpriced for the quality of accommodations
- 5/5
I really can't write a comprehensive review because we only stayed here for a short layover. Arrived at midnight and left at 5:30. I can, however, say that the hotel was clean, check-in was efficient and location was great as we were able to walk from our plane to the hotel in under 10 minutes. Just what we were looking for. Of course, I wish the price was less especially since we were only there for 5 hours, but it met our needs and we were able to rest for a little while before making our connection. I wish all airports had this convenient hotel choice on site.
- 2/5
The location is great for catching a flight. I liked the ease of reaching Terminal 3. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequate, but the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The room smelled musty and almost like someone had smoked in there even though it was a non-smoking room. I could hear the TV from next door. You don't offer a true room service. I called for room service, but ended up having to go down and order it myself and wait for it. This was very inconvenient after a long travel day. The room was very pricey for what you get.
- 4/5
Walk to terminal gates from hotel!
- 4/5
Proximity to ORD - loved the three minute walk to the terminal! The price. But I justified as paying for convenience.
- 1.5/5
Close to airport Very poor air conditioning. No drinking water in room. Very old and tired furniture and room
- 5/5
Welcoming, helpful staff, Clean, quiet room, Lovely, comfortable Hilton bed. Outstanding fitness room with new Life Fitness equipment! Great breakfast and Honors benefits, Just steps to terminal and train service.
- 4/5
Easy walk from airport It was expensive
- 5/5
Todo estuvo muy bueno
- 5/5
The staff was excellent and you can’t beat the proximity to the airport.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean facilities and close proximity to the airport, within walking distance Price, a $500 a night I thought it was a little pricey
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing Staff was rude.
- 0.5/5
Location This was the only hotel in the U.S. that refused to accept my valid tax exemption card, and the explanation was unfriendly and dismissive. For over $500 per night including taxes, the service felt far below Hilton standards. The room did not even include complimentary bottled water. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
- 5/5
Nice and friendly staff ,provided bottled water ,room was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Food was top notch
- 5/5
Convenience
- 5/5
I needed help with my luggage to United and Mike a bellman as extremely helpful.
- 5/5
Can't beat the location when arriving on a late flight. Access to car rental the next morning was simple enough. This is not the only hotel to have this issue.... we cannot understand why the ADA rooms are farthest down the hall from the elevator
- 3.5/5
Good
- 4/5
Restaurant very expensive—$44 for a beer and a glass of wine (WHAT?)
- 3.5/5
Location when you have long layover. Very clean. A bit jaded.
- 4/5
Very convenient Quite expensive
- 4/5
Yes, there was no breakfast, and I ordered it. Through booking .com; please, I don't want to hear it was a third-party excuse Why did this happen? And another question and why I have to pay for parking? The location was awesome
- 5/5
Always a pleasure to spend a night here before an early flight.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Staff was great! Clean room and quiet…second time and I’d stay again! Very convenient for early flights!

one of the towel should be trashed instead of being used for customers.

Proximity to airport Shoukd have more food choices/ restaurants in hotel

It smells so bad like we are outside and next to running car
- 3/5
Yikes!
- 5/5
No complaints
- 5/5
Very convenient to airport for late arrival after overseas flight and for early departure without need for train or cab etc. would recommend highly for this reason and will use again. Room was clean, cool, and quiet.
- 5/5
Conveniently located near Terminal 1 and 2 at OHare; staff extremely kind and helpful. Food available inside hotel until 12 midnight.
- 5/5
So convenient when you are flying out in the morning. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Now, if our plane wasn't delayed it would have been perfect 👌 👍
- 3/5
Good fitness facility , dated room, charged us extra $50 to check in before 3 pm but we were so tired after 14+ hr flt we did. Just picked the hotel bc of proximity to airport
- 5/5
A convenient option (the only walkable option) for a long layover. The hotel is generally a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The fitness center is modern and quite large.
- 4/5
The food at the restaurant was really good
- 5/5
Very nice place. The room was great and spacious.
- 4/5
and was cery loid.
- 5/5
we were only there overnight as we had a early morning flight, You cannot beat the convience and peace of mind staying in a very nice place right across the street from the airport.
- 4/5
Excellent staff
- 5/5
Good meals
- 4/5
A little disappointed seeing a Hilton property being so outdated. This hotel had no swimming pool, but for my short stay that didn't disappoint. The hotel location, made it easy to catch a flight the last morning. Just wish their were other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so I could try other places. Overall, this was an excellent property. Hilton always has great properties to stay at.
- 5/5
Good service but poor maintenance
- 5/5
Best location and excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, great coffee shop in lobby.
- 3/5
Very expensive and dated!
- 5/5
Quiet, clean space. Great bedding. Location to airport terminals a short walk.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 4/5
Very pleasant stay before an early morning flight.
- 5/5
Trainee staff was really trying to get it right. Trainer was very good.
- 5/5
Every thing was greet. Very easy to get around, staff was freindly and helpfull.
- 4/5
Wonderful location, staff were very helpful and room was clean. Older hotel but well maintained. Pricey but worthwhile for convenience sake.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 4/5
Best hotel gym! Spacious, lots of equipment, water, towels, clean. Room was great, very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and informative
- 3/5
Stayed there for the convenience, no amenities in the room, ac fan did not work and power cord to lamp and charging outlets next to bed did not work. Soundproof room did not stop us from hearing the elevator bell ding repeatedly from 5:00 am on
- 3/5
Good for an airport hotel. Definitely dated.
- 3/5
After two international flights this was a welcome overnight and we loved the view of the airport and downtown from our room. The restaurant was decent for a quick bite, and when our coffee machine didn’t work, they kindly gave us a voucher to buy one at their cafe. Comfortable overall stay with friendly, helpful reception staff.
- 5/5
If you get stuck at O’Hare Airport overnight then this is the place to stay
- 3/5
This is a nice hotel and uber-convenient being ~5 minutes walking distance from Ohare (terminal 2). It has a nice restaurant, an open "sport-bar"-type area, and a very nice, "elegant" restaurant with piano player and the works. However, the MAJOR drawback of this hotel is the heating / cooling system. It is the old-fashioned typed system that loudly "clunks" on and off all of the time to heat and cool the room. to add to the misery - the heating did not work in my room and so I was cold all night despite the system being set to "heat" [~80 degrees (Fahrenheit)]. It was blowing air - but the air blowing out was cold air and it was only 48 degrees outside. Brrrr!
- 5/5
State of the art gym, easy access to train
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Restaurant is good. Easy access
- 3/5
Convenient but very dated. Needs a renovation. And not cheap.
- 4/5
Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice place expediency to the airport
- 5/5
Very nice and convenient. Great location
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the concierge service was excellent.
- 3/5
I would rate this hotel as good to excellent if not for one employee. I stayed two nights and all the staff including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were customer friendly and efficient with one exception. I returned back to the main entrance of the hotel on the second night after a long day of attending a burial and memorial service. I made the mistake of asking the person standing at the concierge desk to clarify the direction of the room elevators. He responded demanding to know my room # that I had not committed to memory. His hostility made me feel more like somewhere attempting to cross enemy lines than a paying guest of the hotel that employs him. Overall Chicago is one of the friendliest big cities, Hilton needs to lose this guy fast.
- 5/5
Great bathroom. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
We were very happy with our stay to include the cleanliness, breakfast and the room overall.
- 3/5
The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options.
- 3/5
The room was subpar. The dining experience was just OK and there was really no amenities. The only bonus was being connected to O'Hare airport.
- 5/5
We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. Very happy with our stay.
- 4/5
Great location and service. Needs alittle renovation of interior
- 5/5
No idea
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Excellent location for a long layover night to sleep
- 5/5
I think you took advantage of people needing a place to stay when their flight was cancelled. The price was very inflated but we had very little choice about where we could stay.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 2/5
Old, dirty carpet. Fine bed. Clean sheets nothing special.
- 5/5
The hotel environment is very nice. Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Aside from the location for an overnight between flights & a great staff this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Worn out carpets and fixtures and a climate system that is in need of an update.
- 1/5
Got there early so decided to stop down to their restaurant for lunch...and it was closed even though it was well before 2pm so we asked if we could sit in the bar area-mind you we have 5 of us with 5 carry on suitcases, the bartender was very accomodating but there was a server that kept slamming chairs down and was very rude. A fight between a person staying there and someone else also broke out which I mean a full on screaming and shoving match, then I spoke with the front desk when we were able to check in and asked them about the park and fly, she said we could as we have always done this, and much to our surprise when we came to get our vehicle they charged us $495 to have parked there because we werent gone for the full 7 days which the woman knew about but failed to mention you can only do the park and fly if you are gone 7 days....which makes no sense at all, we were gone monday thru sat.
- 5/5
Yyy
- 5/5
It was fine
- 3/5
The room smelled like jet fuel
- 5/5
N/A
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 1/5
The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back.
- 1/5
Ron was uncomfortable, temperature was so hot, bed linens were gross and the $500 per night was shocking.
- 5/5
Easy check-in. Beautiful room. Great restaurants on site No netflix in the room (tv's need updated), but otherwise a great stay.
- 5/5
STAFF were excellent. Food in restaurant really delicious.
- 5/5
Everything went pretty well. Glad we choose to stay there.
- 3/5
Beds were not comfortable. Room very hot on arrival. Rooms need a refresh. Dated and worn. Shower water temperature variable (did not stay warm). I expected more from a Hilton, and at almost $400 a night.
- 3/5
Needs updating badly. But I guess you are there for convience.
- 5/5
Love eating at the bar restaurant.
- 4/5
We only stayed because we had to make a connection in the morning and it is the hotel attached to the airport
- 4/5
Clean room and business family budget
- 5/5
Great!!!
- 5/5
Very convenient loved the restaurant. Food and staff was amazing.
- 4/5
Easy to walk to terminal 3
- 4/5
Clean room. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Would have liked a bottle of water
- 5/5
Yed
- 5/5
great stay
- 5/5
Had a steak and ribs at the restaurant downstairs and both were delicious
- 1/5
Room was dirty
- 5/5
It was a very clean place in great location.
- 5/5
Food was great at the Aviator. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and everyone went out of their way at the front desk to accommodate us.
- 4/5
😆
- 3/5
This place gets 3 stars from me only due to its great location. It's in rather poor repair and its overall appearance and upkeep do not reflect well on the Hilton brand. It seems clear that property ownership are not bothering to put money into it because they know they will get traffic from the airport.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Long layover, great place to lay my head.
- 2/5
Charged $16.95 for wifi acess we didn't, ask for, and wasn't told about when we pd in full through Expedia! No respwhen I asked for a refund x2 in the Hotel chat!
- 5/5
Roos was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
I booked an one-night stay as I missed my connection flight at ORD. With $430/night rate, my room was icy cold - there was an ancient version of the thermostat controller with only "Cooler/Warmer" setting. I had to double fold the blanket to stay warm over the night. I was not very impressed with my stay in this hotel.
- 3/5
Staff personable. Room was old & it showed.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quick sleep. All we needed. Comfortable beds. Appreciate the blankets weren’t thin as a sheet.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and restaurants are good.
- 3/5
Air conditioner is extremely noisy
- 5/5
We always enjoy staying here whenever we plan a trip where we fly out of O’Hare early. It is so convenient being connected directly to the Terminal.
- 4/5
Really good food and drink
- 5/5
clean, convenient, friendly staff
- 2/5
Rooms are dated . Very dated not worth the charge
- 4/5
Only spent 6.5 hrs due to a layover, convenient and 24 hr staff were really nice. Our room was on a slant, which apparently is normal.
- 5/5
Great place to stay walk to airport inside
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! Great to have accommodations right at the airport. Being able to get a few hours of sleep after a very long day was priceless!
- 5/5
Very very convenient. Fast Room Service. Very clean room.
- 3/5
I had no secure Wi-Fi for half the day and that was not good. My job and my abilities to stay with you depends on having secure Wi-Fi. Room is very clean.
- 4/5
Bedding was top notch, room clean& nice TV
- 5/5
Very comfortable room. Quiet. Blackout curtains. Nice size bathroom
- 4/5
A very good value. A bit worn, great bed but half the price of the Westin Denver airport.
- 3/5
Surprised we checked into a handicapped hotel room. Never requested it
- 4/5
Easy booking, they let me check in early which I needed it. Friendly staff, nice bed, good shower pressure, clean room. Just need some updating to make it brighter room. Overall satisfied with my stay.
- 4/5
Restuarant crews were fantastic; hotel location, unbeatable if overnight and early morning flight from ORd as in airport. Rooms smallish, dated but functional. $25 early check in petty, cheapened experience and bothered me.
- 5/5
Spotless room and quiet. Front desk staff friendly
- 3/5
Check in and out staff and process were great. Room had an odor to it and there was an obvious party going on in a room next to me that no one wanted to address.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and comfortable. Any staff we met were friendly. It’s a great option for early flights or late arrivals to feel fresh to fly or start your trip.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
room was really sub-par for the price, would not stay there again as it isn't truly any easier to get to the airport. I'd stay at something better a mile away and take a shuttle to Terminal 5
- 5/5
Room was great and so was the service.
- 5/5
The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed during the extreme cold and had to turn down the thermostat a lot because it’s next the window and kept running. We were very toasty.
- 1/5
Hall light didn't work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Took forever to get hot water for shower. Windows were terribly drafty making temperature in the room terribly uneven. In fact it was downright cold. Had to turn thermostat to 85 to get full room warm enough to get into bed. Fan very noisy. Room 3041 with very long wall with windows coved with draperies. Disappointing
- 2/5
We woke in the morning to our windows fully frosted over, curtains stuck to the windows and freezing. It’s definitely cold in Chicago, but this isn’t abnormal. We paid nearly $400 for a room only to awake to a dangerous situation. They need to properly insulate their windows to stand up Chicago weather.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I missed my connection home and the Hilton at the airport is the most convenient place to stay in that situation. You can walk to it from the terminal without going outside.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean. Concierge was great with advice. Sports bar pepperoni pizza was great and the french fries were just as freshly cooked. Room was clean. Bed was great. Shower pressure great. Toilet correct height for a man of my age. Pillows…..pillows with a firmness of that of a 48 year old mother who breast fed all her 7 children until 9 months old. Glad the kids are good but those pillows need work Hilton. God Bless and safe travels to all. See you next time.
- 4/5
Location is absolutely perfect. Tunnel connects you easily from the baggage claim area! However, our room was very cold and the temperature was hard to adjust. Granted, it was also January and it was probably 5° outside, but still, it was a little hard to sleep. The hotel is quiet despite being situated next to the various runways. The beds are moderately comfortable, but everything is on the older side. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did a renovation for this hotel within the next few years. I would stay there again because the convenience was better than perfect for us since we arrived very late at night.
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
Very convenient with short walk to the terminal.
- 5/5
Stayed prior to flight, clean, quiet room!
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast included
- 5/5
Great stay fir early flights
- 3/5
We noticed the plumbing was very noisy in adjoining rooms. Woke us up at 4 am
- 5/5
Our check in between flights was so friendly , efficient and competent . Ella is great . This easiest to access the property form terminal 2 .
- 2/5
Didn't eat breakfast.
- 5/5
Room was great, the TV needed to be reset, an IT engineer came up promptly to fix! Definitely will stay again!
- 1/5
The property is so in bad condition that looks like a horror movie set
- 5/5
The staff was helpful, the rooms are spacious, and we enjoyed pizza at their restaurant, along with the exciting finish of the Chicago Bears - SF 49ers game :-)
- 5/5
Checkin staff were very nice and professsional.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Staff was very kind and efficient, both at the front desk and the pub. Loved the complimentary water upon check in! Room was a bit tired and worn looking, dirt along all the carpet edges and chipped doors, for example. Bed was comfortable and sheets were nice and crisp. Room was a somewhat noisy, could hear a lot of commotion in the hall and some from next door, plus doors slamming. Just needed a place to sleep when my flight was cancelled, and this hotel did the trick for me.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, roim was nice
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 5/5
Early check in available for $25, worth it for getting rest between flights. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean.
- 4/5
It was ok. Wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night. Food was pretty bad, room cramped
- 2/5
I used to be diamond and always got the same room as now I am just silver having moved all my business to the bonvoy world The ohare Hilton is convenient like 7 11
- 5/5
It was smooth and very kind
- 5/5
Easy excess from
- 5/5
right next to the airport. if you stay here here, exit from the front door, take a left and walk to the end of the hotel, and cross the street with a crossing guard, and you are at the airport sliding doors. quick to catch a flight staying here. also, the hotel has a great Jazz bar with live performances. the Blue Line to go to Chicago has a stop in a lower level.
- 3/5
It’s convenient but old features and breakfast was overpriced. Cheap and simple menus. Service person was not friendly.
- 5/5
Very polite staff, great room, always clean and ready to check into
- 4/5
No review
- 5/5
Slept so good I missed my flight
- 5/5
Great hotel, great amenities great location. Don't miss out.
- 5/5
Staff at desk. I was exhausted after hours of promises then delays then a total cancel at the airport. He was awesome.
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 4/5
The family room we stayed has a wide airport view, which I’m so impressed with.
- 4/5
Stayed here to wait out the long turkey day traffic. The hotel is showing it age but very convenient.
- 5/5
a little pricey but convenient for traveling
- 4/5
the whole reason for this room is to be able to walk to the terminals. rooms are clean, but heavily used. the airport noise can not be completely blocked.
- 5/5
Kind staff and clean room
- 5/5
Convenient parking
- 1/5
The room only blew heat. Cramped. No fan and we could only hear the terminal loading every few minutesm. Almost $300 for a crummy 8 hour stay from 915pm to 815am
- 5/5
Nice stay staff is very accommodating and friendly.
- 4/5
Convenient. Wonderful staff. Expensive!
- 5/5
Valet to check out was excellent service!
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible
- 5/5
Mgr will be reimbursing Hotels.com forth night of the15th. Hotels.com informed me today that Hilton is NOT responsible. I don’t like the way we have been treated.
- 5/5
Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Location across from the airport is quite convenient. Carry out café was good. Sit down restaurant had very tasty dinners and huge portions. Staff was consistentlyknowledgeable, polite, and cheerful.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Great place, get rid of Rental Car and walk to Terminal in the morning. Really convenient. Hotel remains clean and updated.
- 4/5
Good service. Good restaurants
- 5/5
Clean and great service.
- 3/5
Very OLD hotel
- 3/5
Not having coffee available until 6 AM (at an airport!) is just so wrong.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet and comfortable
- 1/5
Hot water turned off in hotel, couldn’t take a shower before my flight. No explanation or communication. That was a very expensive experience, coffee not stocked up in room only decaf available. Just poor
- 5/5
Staff was excellent
- 3/5
It was just a fairly nice hotel. The rooms were not very soundproof - so busses and trucks and airplanes are trouble for any light sleeper. And the price was $350 for a night. Too much for too little. I will say that the staff was courteous.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great convenience
- 2/5
Staff is super busy and Ofcourse not friendly, a humanoid will fire them really soon with that attitude. This place is just good for early flights other than that its a scam 425 dlls for a night .
- 5/5
Awesome hotel, an island of peace and calm and first class treatment in a sea of chaos at O'Hare airport. Staff, restaurant, services--worth every penny. Early departure? Stay here the night before. We did. Calmly woke up and walked to the terminal thru the underground walkways. Truly pleasant and memorable stay.
- 5/5
The gym is awesome
- 5/5
Clean, quiet room. Full amenities. Everything worked well. Decent restaurant downstairs with a high-end steakhouse option at the opposite end of the hotel lobby. Very friendly staff throughout.
- 3/5
It's an old airport hotel. What does one should expect, 5 stars?? Served the purpose. Didn't eat food only slept for one night due to the flight cancelation.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet stay.

- 3/5
Besides that, everything was good.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
We had to find a place for the night and didnt want to go far. It is convenient for that. Room rates are not too bad but the restaurant is a little pricey but still good food and service.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Very easy!
- 2/5
Hotel is out dated, AC did not work was hot all night. Dark and gloomy. For the price was not worth it. Got approached by sales person when walking in trying to sell me a trip.
- 2/5
Out dated, carpet was dirty.
- 5/5
CONs: carpeted rooms and hallways thus difficult to roll heavy luggages , carts can be used only by the valet/concierge, ( fyi: did not have a car this time of travel )
- 5/5
Professional staff
- 3/5
The room was very clean but felt and looked dated the mattress had a dip on the side. I stayes thw week bwfoee and ut felt the same.
- 2/5
The rooms are disgusting - old and smelly needing. At the prices charged very much a huge rip off.
- 3/5
It was okay, nothing terrible, nothing special. The staff was curteous, it waa very convienent.
- 5/5
Very convenient to the airport and the property has food options.
- 4/5
Super convenient, on the airport proper, so made to order for missed connections. Ideal to use the digital key app to skip the (long, slow) check-in queue. No room service, but a couple of decent food options on site.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfy
- 4/5
It needs improvement
- 5/5
So convenient
- 5/5
Close to the airport for early morning flights
- 3/5
Meh, unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable and lukewarm shower.
- 5/5
The hotel was a good haven between flights.
- 1/5
I don’t know where to begin…..if it is possible to score below1 that’s what I would rate it The Hilton family should be ashamed
- 5/5
Very nice staff and a quick service.
- 5/5
Convenient and smooth
- 2/5
Honestly, I could not get over how dirty the room was…it was utterly filthy. There was a thick layer of dust on the mouldings, tv, lamps, curtains. There were stains on the desk and surfaces that confirmed they had not been wiped down since the last guest. The shower curtain was disgusting and the shower and sink area were dirty as well. For over $275 a night, it was shocking. The sheets were pretty worn and the pillows were stained. Would never stay here again due to these factors.
- 1/5
Long line to check in. Only three staff
- 5/5
First time visiting Chicago staying at an airport hotel but surprisingly it was quiet, clean and it felt peaceful staying here.
- 3/5
Starting to look old and run down.
- 1/5
I’m a bit confused. My reservations were cancelled for some unknown reason they had my name wrong as well as they thought I was from Hawaii and lived in Hawaii. I’m very confused so I would like it if someone could get a hold of me at my email address so I can explain everything
- 5/5
Easy access to terminal 3
- 5/5
Servicio rápido, eficiente, llegamos cansados y en muy poco tiempo logramos estar en la habitación. Muy cordial la persona de recepción.
- 5/5
As always a great place to stay!
- 5/5
Clean and quiet room
- 5/5
Location at airport can’t be beat
- 3/5
No water pressure -- but high pressure sales for basic internet. Rooms were last updated about 15 years ago. All in all, a 3.5 star experience at a 5 star price. They've got the location, but you should only be staying here as a last resort.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in. Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating.
- 4/5
Location is very convenient for travellers
- 3/5
People were very nice and helpful. Room was adequate. The whole place just felt tired and old. The restaurant was a real throw back. The food was fine though.
- 5/5
Yes everything was great
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 3/5
Very very dated room but the only game in town if you have a very early flight. Unappealing bar and extortionate prices at the carry out place for a beer. Luckily we had enough time to take the subway one stop to Rosemont for a decent meal.
- 3/5
Airport adjacent. It is terribly overpriced. The one saving grace is LOCATION.
- 4/5
The hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh.
- 5/5
Best place to stay when facing an early morning flight!
- 5/5
Breakfast servers aren’t attentive enough. Other than that, everything was good.
- 5/5
Room was great close to the elevator great choice!!!
- 5/5
Very friendly helpful staff! Carpets in hallway and room need to be replaced.
- 3/5
You car! Only valet and it’s 77$ per day. Everything else is too expensive there. Stay there if you have too if not look elsewhere
- 5/5
The property was clean and the bed very comfortable. Stayed here on a travel layover -- it was super convenient to the airport. They also have a restaurant that was open late -- very helpful, and the food was pretty good.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was nice . Will stay again.
- 4/5
Super convenient because it’s right at the airport. But very old and tired. Needs an update!
- 4/5
Thanks. The only improvement would be to service the slightly noisy air conditioner in our room.
- 3/5
Need to remodel room old
- 3/5
Nothing special
- 1/5
Rude staff and they wanted to charge for an early check in of 1-2 hrs when the room was ready
- 4/5
Great
- 2/5
The staff were great, but the hotel definitely raised prices and took advantage of the stranded airlines travellers.
- 5/5
It was nice to be able to stay right at the airport when we had flown in from overseas on a long flight and then had to fly out early the next morning
- 4/5
A little confusing going between the hotel and the airport but at least you don’t have to worry about grabbing an Uber super early in the morning. The rooms were clean. The only issue we had was the A/C not working properly. Gaslight Club was a great spot for a nightcap.
- 5/5
Great convenience
- 5/5
Very easy check-in and attractive room and restaurant options.
- 3/5
The AC was not working properly and the room felt stuffy. We were there for a night and could not sleep after a couple of hours because of stuffiness.
- 1/5
Short walk to United. But the room stank like a gas station air freshener. And I could hear the Chicago bound train go by my room every 20 minutes. I will not stay again unless in an emergency
- 5/5
Great spot to stay near the airport, especially for a layover
- 5/5
This Hilton actually has a proper restaurant. Fantastic. The staff at the main restaurant was incredibly friendly and warm. They apologized for a large table making lots of noise. Something they can’t really change. They waiter - Tariq - was VERY friendly and made dinner much more pleasant.
- 5/5
Our room showed a little wear, mostly in the bathroom from water damage to the door, but we were very comfortable and slept well.
- 5/5
Convenient to the airport
- 5/5
I liked the convenience, cleanliness, friendly staff and great meal I had at the restaurant. I'd stay again!
- 5/5
Perfect location, easy access to airport
- 5/5
Who wants the hassle of shuttle buses and park n' fly? There's nothing more convenient than the Hilton.
- 5/5
This hotel is everything anyone would ever need. While I was not fond of the price, it was a great choice and I also booked last minute, so the price is fair.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. We love staying here before flying.
- 5/5
Surprisingly quiet. Staff is super friendly.
- 1/5
Dated and nasty - the place should have been gutted at least a decade ago. Staff are professional and pleasant but the rooms, bar and restaurant are like a nightmare realm stuck in the early 90s. The place is probably at least clean but too decrepit to tell. Sticking a $100 Costco flat screen TV in the room is not a renovation. Avoid at the price - would be grim for a low-budget off airport motel.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Close to airport
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
easy going to downtown, airport… Thanks for the convenient experience
- 3/5
The floors were very unlevel and the toilet was off at a bad angle. There was a tub instead of a shower in the bathroom. Poor accessibility to charge phones and other devices. Television was extremely difficult to navigate...
- 2/5
In serious need of updating, shocking for the price.
- 4/5
Easy to get to airport but hotel is very tired and outdated
- 4/5
The Hotel is very convenient, but needs updating. The bathrooms are old, etc. The staff was very friendly and the dining options are excellent and very convenient given you’re in the middle of the airport.
- 5/5
Access to airport transportation
- 4/5
Right at the airport so it is convenient but it is old and needs updating
- 4/5
Great place to stay when having to take a fliht from O'hare. Very convenient, and they have options for late checkout.
- 1/5
Having terrible problems with them.double charging my Credit Card.
- 5/5
Nice quiet and convenient hotel and room. Excellent staff.
- 5/5
Proximity to all gates at airport
- 5/5
Close to airport and great location
- 5/5
Within walking distance of the tram station at O'Hare International Airport. The food in the restaurant was okay--nothing to write home about.
- 5/5
Good place to stay when flights leave early the next morning.
- 5/5
Needs maintenance
- 5/5
Everything was ok
- 4/5
Good food and service in restaurant. Convenient location.
- 1/5
Will not return. With regard to the internet:There is no way to login with HH, it prompts you only to enter all of your personal information to join HH in order to get free internet. SO frustrating, and really, these days no free internet?! Lastly, only 43 tv channels. Grade: F
- 3/5
Convenient access to the O’Hare airport
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.
- 4/5
Food options on-site were quite pricey; I paid $15 for a drink and a Snickers bar when I arrived around 11:30 p.m. The room itself was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Bathroom was basic, nothing special. The room included a fridge but no microwave, which would have been useful. Overall, it’s a solid choice for an overnight layover, clean, convenient, and easy, though expect higher food prices.
- 4/5
Only stayed for one night. Close to CTA shuttles and trains making it a great location for travelers at O’Hare.
- 5/5
Very nice guest relations staff at check in
- 5/5
The hotel is located right across Terminal 3 . It is easy to find . They do have a gift shop , restaurant options available and convenient store .
- 1/5
Checking in was a problem, because there was no obvious way to park our car for checking in and taking our luggage to the room. We first got a room next to the elevator, which was terribly noisy. When we asked to be moved, we were insulted by the reception staff because we had waited too long to complain. We then got moved to another room, but had to pay for an upgrade. The entire property makes a dated impression. The restaurant is very basic and noisy. We wont stay here again, The place does not live up to what I expect from a Hilton.
- 2/5
O
- 4/5
Very convenient for early/late flights, room clean, overall quiet, bed was pretty soft/low to the ground, service a little slow.
- 4/5
Hotel in airport
- 5/5
It was nice that it is walkable from the terminal
- 5/5
Very helpful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Very comfortable, clean, and accessible from the airport.
- 4/5
The property is kept in very good shape, rooms are always clean and not musty. The location is very convenient. I would have preferred to order room service at one point, and your QR code does not lead you to an appropriate spot to input a room service order.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. I would have preferred a queen size bed, but the only available option was a double.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Staff was friendly, got us checked in quickly and gave us water. My only comment is that the bathroom could use an update. It was clean and functional but just seemed a little old with the wallpaper present.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
I guess you’re paying for the location convenience.
- 5/5
I just needed a quiet clean room for the night. Grateful
- 3/5
The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and was clean. However, the room next door was very loud throughout the night, and the staff did not address the issue. Additionally, the shuttle driver was not very welcoming and had a poor attitude. At $400 a night without breakfast, I believe that's quite overpriced. I would recommend driving a bit further to find a better hotel.
- 4/5
convenient if flying out early
- 1/5
Bad
- 2/5
It looks like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years. Way below the Hilton standard.
- 5/5
Clean and efficient all around. Helpful location for activities around airport/Rosemont
- 3/5
The convenience of this location is the only reason to stay here. The rooms are not updated, old bed, no sound proofing, lacking amenities. Disappointing
- 2/5
The carpets were dirty. Old and needs to have an upgrade. Too expensive for dirty old place.
- 5/5
Really easy access to Metro and onwards to City Centre. Front desk very helpful.Ricardo Delgado sorted out a late check out for us due to an ATC delay in the UK. Hassle free and always willing to help. Cannot fault the place.
- 4/5
We always stay here before we travel. This time we took advantage of the main restaurant and it was very delightful. The food was fantastic! The best steak and calamari. The atmosphere was a little unexpected especially for our son. Our room was cool and clean and the beds as usual are very comfortable.
- 1/5
One of the worst hotel experience
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Most convenient hotel at O’Hare
- 4/5
I like its convenience. But, the reception staff was short (only one!) when checking out. It took fine minutes.
- 5/5
Convenient location in the airport, quick blue line train access. Nice bar and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.
- 2/5
Dirty and awful smell
- 4/5
Just ok. Very convenient tho.

- 5/5
Our trip was delayed in Chicago and I was glad the Hilton was so close by. We took a short walk from the terminal to the hotel and were able to get some rest before our flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in good condition.
- 5/5
The main advantage of this hotel is convenience, of course - right at the ORD airport. Then, the property itself is nice, reasonably quiet considering the area, the staff friendly and the gym well equipped, to boot.
- 3/5
Pretty dated. Needs some upgrades. AC/heat could not be easily controlled.
- 5/5
Both the airport and subway station was right near the hotel
