The staff all were very nice and very helpful. Room were clean and plenty of towels. Even when I couldn't park in garage they refunded without hesitation. I will definitely be staying there again.

The shower head broke on my daughter as she was in the shower. She was afraid that they were going to be charged for it. They went down to the desk and explained what happened and the first is thing they ask is "are you ok!" She was fine. They came and replaced it and gave them $100 off their bill and gave them some other stuff too free. I would say that is good customer service!!

My son is there for the summer lives a block from the hotel it was convenient No waffles lol wish all there eggs a didn’t have cheese third Hampton Inn with cheese…. Weird stains on the curtain and bed sheet Chase lounge had multiple stains just didn’t sit on it but it was clean otherwise beautiful place very very expensive

I was happy with the staff and that it was close enough to the highway with little to no traffic to load and unload luggage. The breakfast was not good at all. Not enough food options and it all tasted pre cooked. The pool was not open, despite it being an indoor pool. The outside Terrance was non smoking and closed at 10pm.

My view was beautiful, and the staff was very nice. I wish the hotel had premium cable channels.

Oversized rooms with incredibly nice views of the city!

Rooms are clean. It’s in a very convenient area and there are places other than your room where you can lounge and enjoy your time. They don’t have in-room slippers or toothbrushes/toothpaste, I usually expect these when I go to hotels. They advertised the room as soundproof, it was not. You can hear people outside the room door. The skyline view is beautiful, giving Chicago city views. The staff were friendly and always available.

Chose this hotel for a concert we had been excited for. Staff was very funny welcoming and helpful cleanliness of room, view of the city from our room,and overall hotel access was great. Gym, free breakfast, and parking really sealed the deal for us. We will stay here again💜

My only issue was the charge for the parking, I thought it was free parking to only find out that I had to pay $65 to park. As a result of the high parking rate, my husband could not find parking in the area because of a violent crime that took place blocks from the hotel and he couldn't get into the parking garage, therefore, he ended up driving all the way to our home when he was supposed to be with me at the hotel. He said that the police had everything blocked off and he couldn't even find a place to wait for me to get to the car. We were willing to pay the $65 but he couldn't get to the hotel. We are assuming the parking garage was shut down because of the crime.

Everything was fine but when I checked in, found out the pool was out of service which is why booked hotel in first place, so my daughter could swim. Otherwise, stay was fine.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first part of our Chicago trip and had a great stay!! The property was very close to all things in West loop, walking distance for most and felt very safe. The security in the front at night was great and the front desk staff was very kind. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave us money to use the Fulton tap for free drinks which was so fun!! We appreciate the special touch. The room was simple, very clean, and was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a place to stay where you will get a nice, spacious, clean room where you can be out exploring the city all day, this place is perfect.

I stayed for a quick work event in the Chicago area. This hotel was everything I needed it to be. It was super clean, updated, beds were comfortable and the staff was great. I would come back again and stay with my family.

Parking can be a bit tricky. There are a few paid(meter) spots in front of the property and it’s much cheaper. Staff told us Sunday’s are free and when we checked out the meter maid was approaching our vehicle. Dodged the ticket but good place overall. Would stay again

This was a great location for the purpose of our stay. Noticed a few cleanliness things that couldve been better (coffee stain on wall, marks on the couch), but overall was a nice room.

Clean nice rooms. Could hear the pipes rattle in the bathroom when room above took a shower. Check in staff did not tell us how to get to our room, anything about breakfast. They forgot to give us dog in room door sign, which kept falling off. Only one of our room keys worked. It was not busy when we checked in, only ones checking in with three staff members at front. If parking in garage for whole stay you give garage ticket to front desk, they say that is all you need to do. When checking out was told just to hand in room keys. Nope you need one key to swipe out of garage and put in drop box. Parking garage attendant had to help because key was not working. Over all nice clean rooms, okay breakfast. It was worth the money but we booked several months in advance and fully paid at time to get big discount.

The breakfast is great. Variety of options every day with a few constants for people who enjoy consistency. Staff is very kind and helpful, and my room was spotless. The security at night was another positive that made me feel safe and secure. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the last time.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around the Fulton Market area; it's safe, has walkable sidewalks, and it's close to off-site parking -- which we opted for to save cash. The public lobby is clean, our room was immaculate, and the check in process was easy and the people were so nice. Michigan Ave was a close uber ride away -- really a nice hotel. Our go to place when going for a day trip.

We LOVED our room. It looked out over the city (Chicago is really beautiful and lights up at night especially). The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I was in town for the Chicago marathon and it was really convenient for the race as well.

ABSOLUTELY incredible! Everything is walkable! The desk was incredible. I wish i knew the guy's name there on Thursday & Friday. The text said Johnny but not sure thats his name. He made our stay incredible! Our room had an incredible view! Our room was so clean! The morning breakfast was so good! The blueberry scones & sausage was my favorite. Everything was so clean. Im staying here again. Incredible!

Location was great. Parking situation was great but expensive. Room was comfortable and we loved the amenities in the bathroom. The two days we are allowed to visit the nicer breakfast, it was great, but the last day was terrible as the people on the Hampton side get a worse breakfast than the people on the Homewood suite side.

We stayed overnight for a concert. Hotel was very clean, super safe! One elevator for the parking garage and lobby and a separate elevator for the rooms. Security after 11pm and must show room key and ID to get in. Felt super safe! Breakfast was pretty good as well. Parking garage was full by 4pm so if you plan on parking at the facility get there early! Parking was $71.

The common areas such as the breakfast eating area, the self-serve wine/beer bar and the outdoor terrace were very nice. On Friday and Saturday we hung out there for a while and enjoyed the nice weather. Would have liked the terrace to be open later but not a big deal. At check-in we were warned the the parking is public so on weekends our spot could not be guaranteed. We heeded the advice and left our car in the garage and took public transportation or Uber. The bus and trains are very close so we bought a 3 day CTA pass which gave us unlimited bus and EL access.

This was a hidden gem does not look like much from the outside however the security is on point ensuring for a safe environment. Clean hotel room, great aesthetics. My only complaint is I wasn’t able to stay another day. Thank you to the Chicago Hampton Inn team.

The worst experience I've ever had with hotels. My flight got delayed, so I arrived late, by that time they canceled my stay for all days. When I confronted they, they said it's their policy and nothing can be done. They also charged me for one night. Absolutely horrible

The only thing was folks smoked in non smoking areas. Not the hotels fault. I loved it. They were even done with breakfast service but managed to find me coffee. Seriously the best staff in town!

I love this hotel’s location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The garage attendant is a great guy! This stay there was a wedding going on at the hotel, the parking garage was full and there were noisy children and people everywhere. Understandable but still bothersome. Also the room was not as clean as other times. There was debris and other trash under the beds and the shower had a bunch of hair stuck to the wall. I regret staying there this particular time.

This hotel is a well maintained property in the heart of the main business district, close to Union Station. The property is clean, and little touches like flowers make it appear to be well cared for. The breakfast is good quality and variety, although nothing fancy. The area around It is both quiet and walkable at night.

Ima Rate This Hotel A 9/10. I really don’t have any complaints it was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. The housekeeping was on top of everything we had new towels everyday. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking was expensive.

What I didn’t like is being charged a holding fee per night I stayed, that’s pretty expensive and most places charge one fee for incidentals so to charge someone 75 bucks per night is really insane, and then to hold on to it for a week is also insane I liked the place but for this reason I will never stay here again
