Best valet service I’ve experienced, highly trained and exceptionally friendly. Front desk staff and all other staff also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very well priced. Definitely will return whenever we come back to Chicago!

My only complaint and it's very stupid and not worth the attention. Its the bed pillows there too soft and highly uncomfortable. I had to stack them for comfort and firmness. Once again nothing major..

I've stayed here many times for business and its a great boutique hotel. The staff is always exceptional. I was a little dissapointed in my king mattress. I am usually pretty tolerant, but this visit in particular had a mattress like I was in the Grand Canyon! Need to replace. I will still return because I love this hotel so much.

I purchased four rooms and I was there for four to five days with different family members. I have to say the best part about this hotel is the staff; they're very helpful and nice, absolutely every one of them. The shower is really amazing. It was probably the strongest rainfall shower I'd ever visited in any hotel in over 20 years. Nice refrigerator, coffee maker, great desk area, lots of places to put your luggage. The air conditioner: as long as you don't leave it on auto and put it on low, it was perfect to cool the room. You put it on auto then it does auto shut off. TV system was great. I was able to hook up my own super box and the internet was 50 Mbps or faster. The hotel location is perfect. Ubers were able to pick us up right out in front and we're within walking distance for everything that we wanted. The beds and the linen were perfect, no problems there. The only thing I would say is if you're used to a blackout room, make sure you bring an eye mask because most of the hotels in Chicago have a blind system so you'll get cracks of light. There were some door slam issues. You know how some hotel doors will slam but really I didn't have any problems sleeping. Some of my other guests said that it can get loud but everybody was able to sleep well enough.

No amenities. Bathroom sink has a crack and hair in it. A/C unit makes a lot of noise all night long and abruptly turns on and off so it startles you out of sleep all night long. Located across from apartment bldg and even though I was on a high floor the people across the street in high rise apartment had a very loud balcony party until 2am so the Location is not good. Desk girl was rude. Not at all helpful when I asked her about dinner options close by. Basically said “you need to google that”. We were asking what is closest for walking as it was later after 8pm on a weeknight and places close early. Also concerned about safety of walking after dark vs getting uber. She offered no suggestions of any places. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. Another guest’s luggage had been in hold room while they were out and when they came to gather it (as we were checking in) the staff was frantic bc it was “lost”. It wasn’t found in the 15 minutes we were checking in. I wouldn’t trust this hotel. And I’ll never stay here again. First & Last for me.

The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting on all shifts. Also the parking garage is two blocks down from the hotel which wasn’t a problem for me but plan accordingly. The room was very clean and house keeping dose a nice job tidying up during the stay. Very close to all attractions. Also the view of the city is everything you could hope for!

The staff promptly moved us to another room, but we encountered the same issue, with an even larger gap around the door. We were informed that all rooms on that side of the hotel have similar door gaps and that no other rooms were available for relocation. While we appreciated the staff’s efforts to address our concerns, the lack of privacy caused by the door condition negatively impacted our stay.

They were super rude and unpolite and they’re never been downstairs. that’s one of the biggest issue of that hotel and they charge me $68 per night for the valet parking because they do not have parking and the people were super rude. Because of those people I do not want to visit that hotel anymore. The hotel itself was good, but the people were awful. The staff and valet parking people super rude

The hotel was in a great location for access to the Magnificent Mile and not too far from the Art Institute and Navy Pier. Because of that though, it was loud all day and night between the sirens and the honking and blasting music. We stayed through a week so this was not just a weekend thing, it’s just loud. If you’re not a light sleeper though, this is a good option

It’s clean and a nice place but further than it claims from many things- also staff wasn’t helpful and parking was set up so you basically are forced into doing the most expensive route since they would not explain where you could self park! They literally said two blocks away and no direction were given even when asked.

My stay was nice not far from shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly , valet parking is available . They’ll park your vehicle next to the hotel in a parking lot. My only request is for microwaves in the rooms.

The staff was really attentive… anticipating needs without being asked. And their professionalism raised the experience from great to luxury. The elevator doors opened on the third floor… maybe it’s a maintenance floor, but it looked creepy compared to the rest of the hotel.

Seems like a hotel that was nice 10 - 20 years ago and hasn't been kept up well at all. Gym was very dirty, my room had stains on the headboard where drinks had been spilt on it in the past, marks all over the walls. Staff was nice. Very odd hotel as it once seemed to be very nice.

The staff was nice. The property was a little outdated. The air conditioner in the room was terribly loud and made it very difficult to get any sleep. I checked out and went to leave and my vehicle had been blocked in by the valet for the restaurant in the hotel. I would’ve had no way to figure it out if it weren’t for another couple trying to check out and leave the parking lot and discovering the same thing. I used SpotHero to pay for parking in a lot the hotel did not own yet the hotels restaurant valet still parked in front of me and at least 8 other vehicles in the lot.That is ridiculous to me. There are much better properties in Chicago to stay where this situation is guaranteed to not happen.

The late night staff was very much distasteful, atmosphere was a bit hostile not helpful. The staff just stares at you as you pass by, it was giving the gross sisters from the proud family non expressive low vibrational. Day time staff was a bit chirpier. The view was alright, I only chose to stay here because tik tok made it look worth it but id rather spend the extra elsewhere.

At midnight there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom. Although the staff member that helped us was very thoughtful and helpful, there was neither an apology or compensation from the hotel itself which one would expect after everything we had on the bathroom counter was soaked and having to pack up everything at one in the morning to switch rooms.

The roof wasn’t fully done, There was no pullout Couch, let alone a couch. The fridge was full of stuff that cost, that i NEVER asked for, I needed the fridge room for food, The bathroom door didnt close all the way, There is a giant glass wall that shows when people shower ETC.

However, the property is in need of renovation, especially in the regular rooms and the suite where we stayed. We ended up paying for an upgrade because the initial room had a noticeable odor. The suite itself felt outdated, particularly in the living room area. The bedroom and bathroom were acceptable, but the floors showed visible damage. We chose not to go back and forth with room changes because we wanted to enjoy our stay rather than spend time dealing with issues. On a positive note, the staff was excellent. The front desk, restaurant team, and doorman were all very welcoming and helpful. Their service truly made our stay more enjoyable.

Upon entry, there were no staff members present and no sign saying the check-in desk was upstairs. We were checked in by a friendly gent named Pedro. Once we entered our sweet we were less than impressed, but, we were ready to head out to see the town. We got back late, and went to bed. The next morning it hit us. The tv didn't work, the concrete ceiling had large water stains that cane down the wall and pealed the wallpaper. There were scratches all over the floor and the furniture. The bed was so uncomfortable we barely slept a wink. We decided to book the next night at a different hotel, but were told that we wouldn't get any return, even for the nights we wouldn't be staying. We left and went to a different hotel that was so much better in every way. I was deeply unhappy with just about everything and I'm really not a very picky person. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Overall the stay was well, I stayed for two nights with no issues. I was grateful for the hotel providing an umbrella it came in handy, but it did loose points in my eyes for no microwave and fridge for that price. I liked the location of the hotel the parking was Sp parking garage and it was $35 a night. I enjoyed the spa they did a great service. I would give this hotel a 6/10. The room had a balcony but it was locked and there were no other windows to have a better view in the regular king suite.

Room was ok, shower handle was broken and couldn’t get the overhead part to work. TV was basic & no way to access anything but local shows. For an almost $500 a night stay, I expected something really nice, but it’s like they slapped new paint on the walls and advertised as high end, which it isn’t. The staff was great though. Would not go back and shouldn’t be priced higher than $200 a night, if that much.

The panoramic room was actually really nice however being in the fact that you’re paying over $1000 I would like to think there would be a few more added details to the room like a microwave and a fridge for when you want to store food there is a refrigerator, however, it’s for drinks that are already in there that you have to pay for if you use one of those drinks, I do think that’s a bit inconvenient alongside with they have snacks in the room as well, but you also have to pay for those snacks and I also think that’s a bit inconvenient. My biggest issue was the shower. The shower was very big, however, with the showerheads there was a showerhead attached to the wall that the water pressure was too powerful and there wasn’t a way to change it so with that being said, even if you angle yourself in a certain format, water gets all over the floor and it gets on the floor because there’s no actual shower door. You just walk in and walk out and I personally don’t think that’s very smart. Other than that, staff was very friendly and everything that you might wanna do is pretty much walkable distance. Would I stay here again? It’s not 100% but it’s also not a no hope that helps!

Parking was easy and cheaper than street parking so that was a place close to every thing only problem was our toilet in the room kept making noise and the 23 floor had a wet almost mildew smell and the air conditioning in the room could be better especially for the price per night rooms was hot and muggy also would of liked to use the balcony hate that it’s there and we can’t access it maybe have guests sign a wavier to use the balcony’s

On the downside, we did have a bit of difficulty navigating the a/c system — the room just never felt cool enough at night. In addition, to the hotel being so close to everything the downside to that is the busy traffic streets. You can unfortunately hear every horn and siren that passes by the busy intersection.

The room was not very soundproof. You could literally hear the fire department go by. I stopped counting after nine emergency vehicles went by there must be a fire station nearby. The valet was really nice, but it is very understaffed and it takes a while to get your car back or parked. Be aware that to park there each night is $68 and there is no parking nearby that allows in and out. The room wasn’t exactly what I expected. I actually thought it was going to be a lot nicer from the videos that I’ve seen. Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors.

Management is no better. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was later told, “I knew you needed a manager but figured you would reach back out.” Yes, because following up with guests is apparently not their responsibility either. Between the lack of communication, disregard for guest privacy, and complete absence of accountability, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

I booked luxury and was met with basic. The room was poorly presented. Looked like the bed was missing bedding. No blanket in the middle of winter, smelled of mildew which I mentioned to the staff and was told that’s just the way the room smells due to the cleaning products used. Was also told there were no available rooms unless I downgraded to a lesser room. I imaging that would have been much worse. I asked for air fresher that I never got. Room was cold even with heat turned up as high as it can go, base boards were coming apart, seemed like I got an old room but I expect all of the rooms are the same. A bit creepy I was afraid to use the sauna or any other amenities because there’s NO SECURITY, no cameras in common places, Great view and great location near shopping and really great restaurants. Some places just 10 min uber ride. The staff I encountered was lacking, not helpful just there in presence. Everyone seemed sad to be honest. No customer service or attention to guest needs. Parking is 68 bucks a night but valet seems to never be around when you need to park. Gone more time then he was present I always had wait for him to appear. Expected better at that rate. Also it’s a no cover parking they use which is not my preference. I didn’t like this hotel overall but it was too late to cancel. I wish I had. Do not believe social media on this one. If you want luxury this is not the place. If you just want convenience then go for it. However I thought I purchased both.

Room was great! We even got upgraded to a deluxe room. Staff cleaned the room almost everyday we stayed and they brought us as much tea and coffee as we wanted. Only thing I’m not pleased about is the lack of a microwave in the unit. A believe only the suites have a microwave but we made it work. The hotel staff was lovely and the cafe down stairs had great food. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back soon.

This was a birthday trip and everything was perfect except check out. We had one last stop to make and was granted a half hour extended check out to cushion our time. The desk called and yelled at us to check out although there was a note on our account. Even more, he was exceptionally rude when we finalized check out in person. It absolutely created a sour taste after a wonderful stay.

The young lady in the front desk is horrible. Seems to be very unpleasant and unhappy with her job. Asked her for help with the toilet flush issue in my room and she retorted back by telling me that I am checking out tomorrow anyway. So meaning I don't need to use my toilet for 12 hours??? She needs more training and people skills. Or should go work in other industries..

The staff were friendly, which is always appreciated, and i was upgraded to a deluxe room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One thing that really stood out—in a good way—was the shower pressure. It was excellent. However, the biggest downside, and unfortunately a major one, was the lack of soundproofing. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was by far the worst when it came to noise. On the first night, I couldn’t sleep at all until 6 a.m. The guests in the connecting room had their TV on extremely loud the entire night. I tried to endure it, but around 4 a.m. I finally had to call the front desk. The TV noise didn’t stop until close to 6 a.m. The second night wasn’t much better. New guests moved into the connecting room and were loudly partying and shouting until around 11 p.m. It was incredibly stressful to be in the room next door. You can hear knocking, conversations, and general movement very clearly. While you can’t make out every word, you can definitely hear people talking. Even the sound of doors opening and closing is extremely loud, to the point where I was startled every time someone in the hallwa

We arrived later than planned due to the weather, but the front desk staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away. They were very friendly and kind. As always, the room was clean this has been consistent every time we stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I absolutely loved the shower. Overall, it’s an all-around great hotel, and we always enjoy our stay here.

This was a very short trip and I had many things planned out so timing was very important. When it came down to us actually staying in the room, there were annoying issue's that I really had no time to deal with or wanted to deal with so they were just dealt with. For being a suite.. the floors havng scratches all over isnt a good look or having a corner of a mirror broken, and a cool modern tall lamp that you cant even turn on. The entry doors separating the living and bedroom, one side constantly rolled closed, and would not stay open. The bathroom door rolled and would stay open and not stay shut making showers cold. And then, the toliet was clogged.

The room was as comfortable as possible. The furniture and maintenance showed signs of wear, and we asked twice for the mattress to be replaced due to a significant sink in the middle. Single ply TP is something you use if there’s no other option, not in a decent hotel in a major city center.

Loved this hotel. The only thing I disliked was not having a microwave in my room. I ate out daily but sometimes did not finish my food and would have to throw it out due to not having anything to reheat it. The fridge was so stocked with their items that there was barely room to put your own stuff in there.

Absolute worst experience that I’ve had at a hotel! The front desk associate overcharged my card. Then she refunded the entire amount. Afterwards charged my card again! Maxed my card out, then told me my card was declining. She had no concern that her mistake overloaded my card with pending transactions and that the refund wouldn’t hit my account for 3-5 business days. As she was overcharging me, she was texting on her cell phone. This place does bad business and so would encourage you not to support this Hotel.

I stayed here for a brief business trip. The front desk staff was very nice. Getting to the suite, I noticed the bathroom was a bit dirty, and even dirty on inspection. Fecal matter on the wall. No joke. Also, the first morning, the shower wand button got stuck. I told the front desk and they said it would be fixed. When I tried it the next day, it was still jammed. Just lazy and inexcusable. Upon checkout, I told the front desk and there was no explanation. Would never stay here again.

This hotel was booked very last minute, after looking at videos on tik tok! & boy am I happy that this was our choice. When arriving, you have to take the elevator to the next level to reach the lobby. Very welcoming! Staff was friendly. We also received a complementary room upgrade to the city room. Such a nice room which was located on the 18th floor. Chicago was beautiful overall! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: -The hotel is centrally located right next to Magnificent Mile and the train station. -Staff were friendly, room was inviting with a really comfortable bed and the shower pressure was very nice especially after a cold day outside. Cons: (mostly in the bathroom) -We found mold and slight water damage above the shower head. And there wasn't a door for the shower so water flooded everywhere. -The room ceiling had a cool industrial aesthetic but we were concerned with the crack that ran through the ceiling. - The room curtains were separated into three different panels so we felt the gaps between the curtains did not give us complete privacy.

The first room we walked into was just bad. It had a strong, weird smell and you can’t open any windows or go on the balcony, so it felt trapped and stuffy. We asked to switch rooms, and thankfully they did. The second room was bigger, but it stayed super mucky and moist the whole time, like the windows were constantly fogged up and literally dripping wet. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way, and I don’t think the vent worked because the air just felt heavy and damp. The ceiling looked like it was supposed to be artsy, but it just came off like random stains. For what we paid, I’ve stayed in way better hotels. The only real plus was the location & you can walk everywhere, and the little restaurant downstairs was cute. Overall, I WOULD NOT stay here again. The moisture, smell, and general feel of the room just threw me off. It didn’t feel clean or cozy enough for us, and I don’t like feeling sticky in my own room.

Good location, there was plenty of security which is a good thing I guess as its Chicago. Check in people were nice. Bar closes at 10pm which is lame in a big city. Room was good size but thats about it. Black out blinds don't work as they let in beams of light early in the morning which catch you no matter where you sleep as the sun rises. The bed is old so it has a lumpy sinking feeling - definitely not new. Windows are single pane so every siren and car sound could be heard even on the 21st floor. On Halloween night with the crazy people in town it never stopped so hard to sleep. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door with no latch - which saves space but does not work in a practical world . It was unbalanced from so much use and no repair so it was impossible to close the door - it kept opening. So that's not cool in a shared room. I told reception but they could not fix it at the time and we didn't want to spend time moving rooms while on holidays. So not great for a modern hotel but good location.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite being a non-smoking property, guests were openly smoking in their rooms and hallways. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire floor unpleasant and uncomfortable. I reported this issue multiple times to the front desk, expecting quick action — but nothing was done. The staff showed no urgency or concern, and management completely failed to enforce their own non-smoking policy. Allowing people to smoke indoors is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to other paying guests. This experience ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. If you value cleanliness, safety, or basic comfort.

I sent an email to Expedia and the hotel because I couldn’t sleep the first night at all with the disturbance, screaming, and partying from the people running up and down the hallway. They ended up being the ones staying in the room next door. The disturbance continued all night long. It was unbearable. I sent an email to the hotel and a message via Expedia. They never responded, contacted us, or called our room to see if we were doing okay. It was the most disappointing experience we have had at any hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to my well-traveled friends and followers: horrendous experience and even worse service.

Fabulous staff, great location and clean room but a frosted glass wall between shower and bed area. Awkward to watch your travel companion shower. Whole room is lit up if someone uses the bathroom in the night. Also, barn door for bathroom door. Not very private. Did not use the bar or restaurant.

The hotel is also located at a safe environment. There is no issue to walk around the area at the hotel at night time in Chicago. Staff at the hotel are also very friendly and helpful. It is a good and reasonable price hotel around Chicago downtown area.

The staff was all friendly, the building and area around it was safe and clean. One thing to note is there are few parking garages around - dont do the one by Ballys, its much more than the others. Same price as the Valet parking.

This is definitely not a luxury hotel or a hotel that should be more than $100 a night. Very outdated and unkept. If you have high standards for hotels don’t stay here. Pictures are very misleading.

I checked in late in the evening and it felt very sketchy when my husband and I got there. The entrance had doors full of fingerprints. This has to be one of my biggest pet peeves! As we opened the door, there was a very unkept security guard. Didn’t make me feel very safe. We go to the elevator to reach the lobby and I felt uneasy. I was hoping that our check in would ease me, but it made it worse. The concierge was on the phone with someone when we walked up to the desk. While he was on the phone, he addressed us and asked us if we were checking in. I responded yes and he proceeded to talk on the phone with whomever he was talking to. I was just looking at him as he was talking to the person on the phone. He seemed to have read the room and told the person to hold and then attended to my husband and I. Our interaction wasn’t one that a concierge would have with a client. He wasn’t very inviting and honestly, I felt like I made a mistake in booking this hotel. He must’ve felt my vibe because he ended up upgrading us to a room at a higher level. Eventually, we ended up getting our keys and my husband and I went upstairs. When we got to the room, it wasn’t anything to brag about but the room was clean and I appreciated that. Forward to the next day, my husband and I woke up early and decided to find a place for breakfast. We went downstairs and your establishment had a different vibe. The concierge were so polished and welcoming. It changed the whole vibe of the hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We picked the hotel for its location (near Magnificent Mile but not on Michigan Ave.). Even having lived in Chicago for years, I underestimated how good the location would be. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line. The staff was lovely and welcoming and very helpful. The room was beautiful, quite large, and with amazing views. This is our new Chicago Hotel! Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was safe and clean; and the location was convenient to shops, restaurants and public transportation. However, I found it a little incongruous to have higher end finishes on the floor and bedding but then have an unpainted concrete column and ceiling. I did not take advantage of the spa or restaurant so I cannot rate those.

The best thing about this property was the location, closed to all the major attractions(5/5). We were on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The room itself was very stuffy, so stuffy that my sister’s nose was bleeding. Jaymes, one of the front dest agent was kind enough to change the room for us. The filters in the room needs to be changed. The floor needs some maintenance. I called prior to our arrival to inquire about birthday special and was told that they would do chocolate and stuff but all we got was an happy birthday at check in. Overall, it was an ok experience. Definitely not worth the price.

This was an absolutely perfect stay! Parking was super convenient and easy. The hotel staff gave extraordinary customer service and adding on the “romantic experience” for an extra $50 was the cherry on top. Note: that is not listed under add ons but I put it in my special request notes and the hotel fulfilled my wishes! I’ll definitely be booking there again.

My main issue with the stay is that the room I thought I was ordering online was not the one I was assigned. I thought I was getting the panoramic room because the pictures for the deluxe room resembled the panoramic room which I found to be false advertisement. I told the hotel about it to try to see if I could change my room, they told me sorry and that they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered nothing and the communication was poor. I likely won’t be back.

It was my first time in Chicago and I’m so glad I stayed at Eurostars Magnificent Mile. The staff were professional and helpful. From the staff/security at the door, to the front desk staff, and house keeping were all super friendly. Definitely staying here again.

Two items. The bed was awfully plush for my comfort. I appreciate a more firm bed. I understand you can’t please all of your guests in this manner. The second item was the bathroom door did not close all the way leaving a 2 to 3 inch gap and not allowing for privacy. ☹️ The staff was very kind and considerate and helping us check in and check out. Cleanliness was good, the sheets were crisp and clean.
